    I asked the reprsentative to refuel my car's tank for Rs. 500, while I was sitting and waiting for it to end..another person comes and asks weather he can clean my windscreen. I agreed to it and he engaged me with it and got my attention towards him..meanwhile, the person who was doing the fuel changed the meter reading to 500 directly. I then observed that the reading was missing. I countered him and he said that it fine and done. On regular counter a few minutes passed and the original reading came which showed fuel amount Rs. 387.31. I opposed it and he said that it happend due to power cut. I told him that I can see the other machines working. He told me that he would complete the amount and I should not fret about it. So, whenever I get my car re-fueld...their is a power cut when the amount is around 380. I request everyone to please check the amount thouroughly and keep an eye on the machine while getting you car fueled. This happend at Dwarka Sec-4, Dwarka sec-10 indian oil fuel stations and once at a HP fuel station near green park metro station. Unfortunately, I don't have any photo proof. Please be aware!

      M/s. Prabhat Gas Agency, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi is my gas Agency. My customer No. is CX8936279. I booked my LPG Cylinder though Indane automatied services of booking on 02.01.2015, vide ref. no. 436530 recd. through SMS. After passing away of 13 days today i got a sms reg. cancellation of booking without any reasons/ notice. This is very ridiculous and painful for me. I am facing problems without the cylinders and using other means of fuels for cooking.
      My consumer No. is 3621. The Gas Agency service provider of Indane is - GEMINI ENTERPRISES, NAJAFGARH, NEW DELHI.

      During the last month, when the cylinder was not supplied, I visited the Gas Agency, they seen in the computer our online booking, inspite of that they noted and told me that the LPG Cylinder will be reached in 3-4 days.

      During the present booking online on 25th Feb.2015, the LPG cylinder is not supplied, when reminder over phone, they told to my family to deposit a copy of Bank pass book. Every month they are demanding the various kind of documents.

      My request & grievance is that when I filled & deposited the KYC form with all details & AADHAR Card Copy, then on which order they are demanding the documents every time and why they are not supplying the LPG Cylinder trouble free. I am a service class Govt. Officer, I don't have so much time on duty days to visit the Agency and stand in Que.
      There is no fax, no email available, so that we could transmit the documents requirements to them.

      It has also felt necessary looking to the Capital of India, Delhi City to modernise and well equipped service agency may be provided to curtle the difficulties being faced like us.

But i m not book any cylander and not received any cylander You plz find tha fraud system of gas agency i m also complaning ur toll free no but still nothing happen my complain no is 1756435 plz do any action immadiately

          Dear sir, we have a connection on your Indane gas company by the name of Seema Shukla, ram nagar, krishna nagar, Mathura, U.P. the main problem is when we booked a cylinder then, the cylinder will not reached at our home due to your bad servicing of workers. we try to call them but he will not attending our phone and otherwise, it will switched off...if, the phone will recieiving by chance, then they make excuses that we come within one hour or next day, etc...but they lie and they never come at any time. The next is, we booked a gas cylinder on dated 12/01/2015, and they send a message that you have booked your refill on 12/01/2015 with booking no.228609...they will not give our booked cylinder...and they attend our phone, and do not rply for any thing... so, please give me a better solution get well soon... Thanking you

                I tried all your helpline numbers but to no effect.So here I am to register a complaint against my domestic gas distributor and you kindly pass that on to whatever department you want to. First thing I want to know your lunch break time, Is it from 1:00 pm to 3 pm because this is the break they take here and pull down their main shutter so that no body could accidentally intrude and secondly, my form submission is taking ages to get processed. I know Iam not the only one suffering here. After such a long period I have got my Cx No.(as they say it cx7617746) I dont know what you people are doing and it must be very clear to you even that we r government employees taking a holiday day after day is not a choice for us. This is my appeal on behalf of all the consumers of BP trading please do something to make the process faster. They havent given me my consumer id so that I could create an online account besides behaviour of the staff is horrible. Sir to end this I would like to tell you we chose Indian Oil so that our lives could be easier and you are the backbone of this country, so please bail us out from this problem. Kindly note that I have got my cylinder till no. I have already finished my both two cylinders. Therefore I am facing now tremendous problem with my oldest parents. Yesterday I have got a message nothing that my Cash Memo generated vide no. [protected] but not to get till now. I am really in tremendous trouble.                     unlink adhaar number with closed gas connection

                    sir consumer id LS013462 Is linked with my adhaar number[protected]. thereafter this connection is transfered to my farthers name. then consumer number changed to 541672 at leelashree gas agency, chittoor, AP. My problem is that my adhaar no is not seeding with my new connection. please de-link my adhaar number with earlier connection closed connection at leela shree gas connection....

Please take action or tell the reason for this inconvenience as soon as possible. thank you!

                          I have booked a gas cylinder on 3rd of January 2014 over phone with booking no 547671 against the connection no 189730 in New Delhi .The supply has to be made by dealer Jai Jawan Gas Service Palam extension sector 7 Dwarka new Delhi-110075.


                          The supply has not been made till date and on contacting dealer the reason is cited as shortage of cylinders with them due to short supply by the company


                          I have doubt about the reason.Kindly do the needful or else advice me whom to write /call or contact for the resolving the complaint

                          Pl read 2014 as 2015 there is typo error
                          My consumer no.32479844 is registered with ref. no.768244 in the name of Anupam Sarkar. I booked for refilling
                          on 12th February 2015 booking no.768244. Cash memo was generated on 13th feb
                          2015. cash memo no.[protected]. But till now it is not delivered. My
                          Indane distributor is Avijit Enterprise, B.T. Road, Kolkata Dist. 24 Parganas (North) in West Bengal,
                          When i call to their no. they don't response properly. I have
                          only single cylinder. We are cooking by a small stove continuing 10 days over
                          & it is very difficult for us to manage due to scarcity of Kerosene. It is a very worst experience. Please take action.

                              Hello, Cylinder issue, but not delivered by rider..as per documents it shows it has been delivered. Informed gas agency person, they are issuing new cash memo..however they are not catching that guy who sold it out. Booking number # [protected] date of booking 26th Dec 14. Deleivery date as per the agency record - 5th Jan 15. Sona gas agency

                                My lpg id is[protected] ...and my LPG consumer no. is 20791, Distributor is Unique Gas Service North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. I have submitted my paper document in Bank Of India at Barrakpore Branch, North 24 Pargonas, West Bengal along with Aadhaar no.[protected] on 1st week of December 2014...still DBTL status showing that my Aadhaar no not linked with bank where is it was linked with LPG Gas distributor..I have submitted all the paper docs carefully to my bank and LPG Distributor. Whereas Bank reply me that they have linked with my Aadhaar no to bank. But stil it is showing in DBTL status that my Aadhaar no is not linked with bank. Please do the needful for Aadhaar no linked with my bank as early as possible.                                   I have an Indane LPG connection with Citizen Gas Enterprisees, J-26, Mini market, Alaknanda, Shopping Comlex, Kalkaji, New Delhi, 110019. My customer numberis 05201. The connection is registered in the name of Hari Singh. I had booked the connection on 31st December. However, the refill connection has not been delivered yet. The agency's land line number always remains busy and there is no response from the agency. Last week when we managed to speak to them after hours of calling the agency person told us that our booking was taken on 2nd January 2015. However even if they have booked our LPG on 2nd, After passing of 12 days we have not got our delivery. The agency has the habit of delaying the delivery of refills and this is not the first time I am facing this complaint. I request you to kindly make sure that the refill is delivered to my home today itself as I have run out of LPG.
