I am registered consumer with Indane vide consumer no. 36245 Blosam Gas Agency Model Town. It is general practice in this Agency to make booking themselves and sell the gas cylender in market . Recently the booking was made in my name vide consumer no. 36245 and cash memo no. [protected] was generated but gas cylender was not delivered to me. No action has ever been taken against these culprits as the money gained is devided in all the members...

Though Cash memo [protected] dated 3.1.2015 was generated against booking no 379684 dated 1.1.2015 in respect of consumer no CX2736612, it was reported to be cancelled subsequently without my knowledge. No sms was received by me from indane....
