Dear sir,
we have a connection on your Indane gas company by the name of Seema Shukla, ram nagar, krishna nagar, Mathura, U.P. the main problem is when we booked a cylinder then, the cylinder will not reached at our home due to your bad servicing of workers. we try to call them but he will not attending our phone and otherwise, it will switched off...if, the phone will recieiving by chance, then they make excuses that we come within one hour or next day, etc...but they lie and they never come at any time.
The next is, we booked a gas cylinder on dated 12/01/2015, and they send a message that you have booked your refill on 12/01/2015 with booking no.228609...they will not give our booked cylinder...and they attend our phone, and do not rply for any thing...
so, please give me a better solution get well soon...

During the last month, when the cylinder was not supplied, I visited the Gas Agency, they seen in the computer our online booking, inspite of that they noted and told me that the LPG Cylinder will be reached in 3-4 days.
During the present booking online on 25th Feb.2015, the LPG cylinder is not supplied, when reminder over phone, they told to my family to deposit a copy of Bank pass book. Every month they are demanding the various kind of documents.
My request & grievance is that when I filled & deposited the KYC form with all details & AADHAR Card Copy, then on which order they are demanding the documents every time and why they are not supplying the LPG Cylinder trouble free. I am a service class Govt. Officer, I don't have so much time on duty days to visit the Agency and stand in Que.
There is no fax, no email available, so that we could transmit the documents requirements to them.
It has also felt necessary looking to the Capital of India, Delhi City to modernise and well equipped service agency may be provided to curtle the difficulties being faced like us.
