Sir,
I am a customer IOCL LPG Gas, under the distributor, named M/s Gopal Gas Service. Budge Budge Trank Road,
Mahestala, Dakgarh, 24Pargana(south), Kolkata, West Bengal, Code no[protected]and my Consumer No.04686.
Since last few months we are getting the supply of gas in very much delayed manner and facing lot of harassment, assaulting from Distributor and said to ledge a complain to you with threatening manner.
Two incidents I would like to describe to you.
Points billeted:
Family member : 03 adult person along with 2years a kid in our family, one dependent brother and old age mother
is also adjourn.
Earlier also we have approached to distributor to get new LPG Gas connection for my mother and brother with proper document but they simply denied.
Last cylinder received on 20/10/14
Incident : 01
Booking for next on 19/11/14 ref.booking confirmation no. 461101 dtd.19/11/2014
Booking reflect to distributor computer on 28/11/14
Rigorous follow-up and request and booking message showing to distributor
Reply from distributor: “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor”, harassment and assaulting has been received from them
For survival of life, we had borrowed a LPG cylinder from our native on condition as and when we receive refilled cylinder, we will return,
We approached to owner of distributor, Mr. Gopal Das
He us assured to supply the same immediately and asked to submit a written application so that he can provide
another LPG Gas cylinder in very shortly. Accordingly we have submitted a written application to distributor (scan copy letter attached for your reference)
Finally on 08/12/14 we have received a refill cylinder which we have handed over to our native.
NO action has been taken by distributor and till date did not get 2nd cylinder
Incident : 02
Booked for refill of LPG Gas supply on 16/12/2014 refer Booking No.488194 dtd.16/12/2014 the booking reflect to
distributor computer on 28/12/14 that was also cancelled and the same was re-booked on 05/01/2014.
Subsidy amount of last booked cylinder has already been credited to my Bank Account.
By this delay process In the year 2014 LPG Gas Cylinder received details.

As per Government policy, 12Nos LPG subsidy Cylinder should be supplied to a consumer, So 05Nos of cylinder has been less received in the year 2014.
Requesting you to arrange to supply 03Nos of cylinder immediately for regularizing the inconsistencies and
help us to survive.

Details of fact describe below:-
1st incident: -
We have booked for LPG Gas supply on 19/11/2014, reference Booking No.461101 dtd.19/11/2014, (message received on register mobile no). On 30/11/14, after 11days when we reached to dealer about the supply, they told us that as per there computer record, the booking done on 28/11/14. At that moment we have shown them the message of booking confirmation, they told us “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor” we have requested them for supply of LPG immediately, but straight way they denied and told us that as per queue, we will get refill LPG.
For your information, we are in 03 adult person along with 2years a kid in our family, one dependent brother and old age mother is also adjourn with us, In totally 06nos member are there in our family. Last LPG Gas Cylinder was received on 20/10/14, by this time the same has been fully consumed and for survival of life, we had borrowed
a LPG cylinder from our native on condition as and when we receive refilled cylinder, we will return,

By next week time when we did not received any refill cylinder, on 06/12/14 we once again approached to
distributor, but the same harassment and assaulting has been received from them and then we approached to owner of distributor, Mr. Gopal Das in the evening and describe. He us assured to supply the same immediately and asked to submit a written application so that he can provide another LPG Gas cylinder in very
short, as 1st cylinder needs to be returned back to native, and next cylinder will be for regularizing the matter.
Accordingly we have submitted a written application to distributor. Finally on 08/12/14 we have received a refill
cylinder which we have handed over to our native but no action has been taken by distributor and till date did not get 2nd cylinder.
2nd incident :-
We have booked for LPG Gas supply on 16/12/2014, reference Booking No.488194 dtd.16/12/2014, (message received on register mobile no). After not receiving any refill cylinder on 11/01/15, after 26days when we reached to dealer about the supply, they told us that as per there computer record, the booking reflect on 28/12/14 and that was also cancelled by them and the same was re-booked on 05/01/2014. we have shown them the message of booking confirmation, they told us “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor” and as per queue they will supply the same. Please note : Subsidy amount of last booked cylinder has already been credited to my Bank Account.
