Sir, My consumer no :[protected] I booked gas on 07.01.2015 vide Ref no : 850140. My Aadhar card linkage done on previous occation and I received subsidy duly at that time. i.e It is duly linked. Kindly see where the problem lies in crediting the amount od subsidy in my S/B account.

      Sir, I am a customer IOCL LPG Gas, under the distributor, named M/s Gopal Gas Service. Budge Budge Trank Road, Mahestala, Dakgarh, 24Pargana(south), Kolkata, West Bengal, Code no[protected]and my Consumer No.04686. Since last few months we are getting the supply of gas in very much delayed manner and facing lot of harassment, assaulting from Distributor and said to ledge a complain to you with threatening manner. Two incidents I would like to describe to you. Points billeted: Family member : 03 adult person along with 2years a kid in our family, one dependent brother and old age mother is also adjourn. Earlier also we have approached to distributor to get new LPG Gas connection for my mother and brother with proper document but they simply denied. Last cylinder received on 20/10/14 Incident : 01 Booking for next on 19/11/14 ref.booking confirmation no. 461101 dtd.19/11/2014 Booking reflect to distributor computer on 28/11/14 Rigorous follow-up and request and booking message showing to distributor Reply from distributor: “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor”, harassment and assaulting has been received from them For survival of life, we had borrowed a LPG cylinder from our native on condition as and when we receive refilled cylinder, we will return, We approached to owner of distributor, Mr. Gopal Das He us assured to supply the same immediately and asked to submit a written application so that he can provide another LPG Gas cylinder in very shortly. Accordingly we have submitted a written application to distributor (scan copy letter attached for your reference) Finally on 08/12/14 we have received a refill cylinder which we have handed over to our native. NO action has been taken by distributor and till date did not get 2nd cylinder Incident : 02 Booked for refill of LPG Gas supply on 16/12/2014 refer Booking No.488194 dtd.16/12/2014 the booking reflect to distributor computer on 28/12/14 that was also cancelled and the same was re-booked on 05/01/2014. Subsidy amount of last booked cylinder has already been credited to my Bank Account. By this delay process In the year 2014 LPG Gas Cylinder received details. 01. 08/03/2014 – 01No 02. 19/05/2014 – 01No 03. 18/06/2014 – 01No 04. 19/08/2014 – 01No 05. 02/09/2014 – 01No 06. 20/10/2014 – 01No 07. 08/12/2014 – 01No Total Refill Cylinder Received – 07Nos As per Government policy, 12Nos LPG subsidy Cylinder should be supplied to a consumer, So 05Nos of cylinder has been less received in the year 2014. Requesting you to arrange to supply 03Nos of cylinder immediately for regularizing the inconsistencies and help us to survive. Mahestala, Dist, 24 Pargana(South) Mb: [protected] Details of fact describe below:- 1st incident: - We have booked for LPG Gas supply on 19/11/2014, reference Booking No.461101 dtd.19/11/2014, (message received on register mobile no). On 30/11/14, after 11days when we reached to dealer about the supply, they told us that as per there computer record, the booking done on 28/11/14. At that moment we have shown them the message of booking confirmation, they told us “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor” we have requested them for supply of LPG immediately, but straight way they denied and told us that as per queue, we will get refill LPG. For your information, we are in 03 adult person along with 2years a kid in our family, one dependent brother and old age mother is also adjourn with us, In totally 06nos member are there in our family. Last LPG Gas Cylinder was received on 20/10/14, by this time the same has been fully consumed and for survival of life, we had borrowed a LPG cylinder from our native on condition as and when we receive refilled cylinder, we will return, Earlier also we have approached to distributor to get new LPG Gas connection for my mother and brother with proper document but they simply denied. By next week time when we did not received any refill cylinder, on 06/12/14 we once again approached to distributor, but the same harassment and assaulting has been received from them and then we approached to owner of distributor, Mr. Gopal Das in the evening and describe. He us assured to supply the same immediately and asked to submit a written application so that he can provide another LPG Gas cylinder in very short, as 1st cylinder needs to be returned back to native, and next cylinder will be for regularizing the matter. Accordingly we have submitted a written application to distributor. Finally on 08/12/14 we have received a refill cylinder which we have handed over to our native but no action has been taken by distributor and till date did not get 2nd cylinder. 2nd incident :- We have booked for LPG Gas supply on 16/12/2014, reference Booking No.488194 dtd.16/12/2014, (message received on register mobile no). After not receiving any refill cylinder on 11/01/15, after 26days when we reached to dealer about the supply, they told us that as per there computer record, the booking reflect on 28/12/14 and that was also cancelled by them and the same was re-booked on 05/01/2014. we have shown them the message of booking confirmation, they told us “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor” and as per queue they will supply the same. Please note : Subsidy amount of last booked cylinder has already been credited to my Bank Account.

      I am waiting for a new gas connection from Gopas Gas from last 2 month. Payment already completed online.
      But they are not ready to release the connection.
      Facing lot of harassment, assaulting from Distributor. 3rd class cheap people and service.

          Hi, This is Venkata Ramarao V (Consumer No: 71885 -- LPG ID:[protected]. Previously when DBTL scheme was launched my LPG subsidy amount used credit in my CITI bank account. In recent past (Oct 2014), I have closed my CITI bank account. And also I have delinked my Aadhar number with CITI bank account. Now, When I try to link my ICICI Bank account with my LPG consumer number, It was not happening. Bank people are saying that, they send request to Oil company and it's up to Oil company to link my new ICICI bank account with LPG Consumer number. And still my old CITI Bank account number is showing as linked with LPG ID and account status is showing as RED (because CITI account was closed). And My Aadhar number (2178 XXXX 6081) linked with my ICICI bank account as well with LPG Consumer number. I'm not sure, how much time it will take to link my ICICI bank account number with LPG ID.             My Aadhaar no[protected] has been linked to my LPG ID[protected] an d my bank account in Andhra bank.[protected]. .0n[protected] my gas subsidy amount has trasfered to Chaitanya grameena bank an amount of rs 319.66.But i have not having any account to chaitanya grameena bank.I have already submitted to my andhra bank account to my gas distributor.please correct the bank account and send to subsidy to my bank account.

              Sir, My self Rajeev Kulshreshtha I have a Gas connection on the Name of My Grand Mother in Etawah Gas Agency, Etawah.now she is expired i want to transfer that connection on my Name when i have visited the Local Gas Agency they told me this is not possible you can not transfer the same connection on your Name. While we can transfer the connection on your Father's Name But My father having a connection on his name and not living with me so how can i get the same connection on My Name..please help me for transfer the same connection on My name.                 My indian gas Consumer No.14266 & distributor is SUKHDEV VIHAR GAS SERVICE, new delhi. We had booked a one refille cylinder on 27th dec 2014. but the cylinder is not delivered at my home on till date. & We have checked online then got it the cylinder has been delivered on dtd. 1 jan 2015 to any other place. so please suggest me what i m doing.

                  Vide message dtd. 29/12/2014 from IODBTL I was informed that my Aadhaar no[protected]has been linked to my LPG ID[protected] and my bank account in State bank of india.. Now on 11th January I was informed by IODBTL that transfer of my LPG subsidy amounting to Rs 568 failed in my state bank account no===5705 and I have been advised to contact bank. Accordingly I contacted bank on 13th Jan they confirmed that my bank account is linked with my AAdhaar no[protected] on 11/12/2014 and the same is correct.. It is therefore not understood why transfer of subsidy amount to my bank account is not successful .I am furnishing my bank account no and name of my LPG distributor along with con no. for your ready ref. Bank a/c no [protected]. Distributor -Kishore Krishna Indane. Con no 5715.. I therefore request you to enquire about the matter and take appropriate action so as to transfer my LPG subsidy to my bank a/c at the earliest. Arun Kumar Datta.

                  I sincerely once again request to get credited the subsidy in my account.

I HAVE UPDATED MY S B ACCOUNT PASS BOOK TODAY BUT SUBSIDY AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECTED/ CREDITED SO FAR.
                  Usually THE SUBSIDY AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED WITHIN 3-4 DAYS.
                  My aadhar card number being[protected] WHICH IS LINKED TO MY S B ACCOUNT AT THE ABOVE SAID BRANCH- MAY BE NOTED.

                  There fore I request concerned authorities the above said subsidy amount may please be credited at earliest.

                  I have gas connection with "RD Gas Agency, Lucknow" since more than 10 years. My Connection no. is RD21190. But suddenly I came to know that license of this gas agency has been cancelled.
                  My connection has been transferred to any other gas agency without my consent to "Sheela Gas Agency, Lucknow". Now i requested to transfer my connection to "Telibagh Indane Service, Lucknow". Now Telibagh Indane Service allotted new Consumer No. [protected].
                  Now my grievance is that new consumer no. is not being registered on my mobile No. [protected] for further booking of gas connection. Gas agency is not cooperating.

I booked my gas on 21.011.14 but still waiting for the cylinder.Submitted all the documents to our distributor one year back & that had been updated to our distributor already.

                      Sir i am in Indian gas costumer in Tiruvallur Sri Veraragava Gas Agency's My Gas connection is my Father name is created in Last 10 Years Before but My Father was Past way In last Few Years Before Now i am give all detail to given in our distbuter but i given in one month before now it self no answer to tell the status about the name Transfer no one give Proper answer so that agencies is waste in tiruvallur dont go joint the agencies in gas connection

                        I am registered consumer with Indane vide consumer no. 36245 Blosam Gas Agency Model Town. It is general practice in this Agency to make booking themselves and sell the gas cylender in market . Recently the booking was made in my name vide consumer no. 36245 and cash memo no. [protected] was generated but gas cylender was not delivered to me. No action has ever been taken against these culprits as the money gained is devided in all the members involved. I am going to file a P I L in high court of Delhi for the same after waiting for two days.

                          Though Cash memo [protected] dated 3.1.2015 was generated against booking no 379684 dated 1.1.2015 in respect of consumer no CX2736612, it was reported to be cancelled subsequently without my knowledge. No sms was received by me from indane.

                            Dear Sir, I, Abdulrazak, consumer no.33663 for indane gas from Panakkal Gas Agency, SV No. [protected] has booked for filled gas cylinder in November and I had received a message on 2/1/2015 that the gas will be delivered shortly. When I checked again on 10/1/2015 we received a message that our new booking is as on 5/1/2015. As on Today I have received a message that my account in SBT is credited with an amount of Rs.568 as LPG subsidy. I have not received the gas cylinder or I did not pay any money for the cylinder. Please investigate who has taken the gas cylinder without my knowledge and paid for that. Whenever we approach them, they say they will deliver the gas as soon as our gas cylinder is ready. The cylinder we received last time was on 19/11/2014. The next cylinder was supposed to be delivered after 45 days i.e., on 3/1/2015. We have not received the cylinder till today and we are getting a message that our booking is as on 5/1/2015. We do not know who is playing on our behalf or looks like the agent himself is doing all these. Please investigate and take necessary action to protect the rights of poor consumers denying their rights. It looks like the money was sent to the account to cover his face from the forgery he is committing or just to lessen the seriousness of the malpractice, as I had already made a written complaint to Indane and to interpret this was due to a human error.                               Dear Sir, I had submitted an application for a new gas connection (application number 2001) dated 13 Dec 2014 with M/S Sree Rama (Indane) gas agency in Ram murthy nagar Bangalore. Initially I was told that someone will come to inspect the gas stove in last week of December 2014 following which I will be given the connection. When no one turned up in last week of December, I visited the agency on 27th Dec and was told the inspector would come in 1st week of January 2015. When no one came the entire week, I called the agency on 9th January. The lady on the phone promised to send the inspector the same evening and shared his mobile number. However the inspector refused to come since he had not received any intimation to this effect. On calling the agency on 10th Jan 2015 they said inspector would be sent on 12th Jan. I waited the entire day today but neither has the inspector turned up nor am I receiving a suitable response from the agency. It has been exactly a month since I applied for the connection and I don't know how much longer I will be made to wait for the new connection. I have a family with a small infant and it is becoming extremely difficult to manage without a gas connection. My address and contact details are given below. I HAD BOOKED MY CYLENDER ON 13/12/2014 BUT STILL IT IS NOT RECEIVED ON 12/1/2015 .I WANT TO NOW THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF CYLENDER OR THE ILLNEGELENCE OF DISTRIBUTOR THERE PHONE IS JUST A TOY THEY NEVER PICK THE PHONE . I VISITED TWO THREE TIMES THEY EVERY TIME TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DELIVER SOON .WHAT IS THE USE OF DOUBLE CYLENDER.

                                  Dear Sir I have been booked my cylinder( MP13203) dated 01.01.2015 and also received subsidy amount in our bank dated 07.01.2015 but till now i have not receive the LPG cylinder. I have been called number of times to our distributor but he have nor respond properly and cut phone. Please solve my problem as soon as possible ARUN KUMAR TIWARI [protected]

                                    hi i am p s chauhan govt employee serving at rajkot (Guj) .As per guideline of indane, i had linked my aadhaar card no[protected] with my state bank of india a/c no [protected] and indane cust no.[protected]. i hv recieved sms over mobile [protected] on 29 nov 2014 that my aadhaar has been linked to my lpg id . on 2 jan 15 i booked on line for lpg refill. on 03jan 15 i had received sms that cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 306774 .on 5jan 15 lpg cylinder delivereived and received sms ' one time advance lpg subsidyRs 568.00 successfully transferred to my a/c no xxxx9577 in central bank of india. Again received sms on 5jan 15 at 2143hrs ' cyl is delivered against cash memo no [protected]. on 6jan 15 again received sms one time advance subsidyRs568.00 trnsfrd to my a/c noxxx5770 in central bank of india. Again on 11jan 15 received sms lpg subsidy Rs 271.56 for cash memo [protected] dt 3jan 15 trnsfrd to my a/c no xx5770 in central bank of india. what is wrong with me...still subsidy has not transferred to my bank a/c in state bank of india MY NAME PS CHAUHAN INDANE CUST NO[protected] BANK A/C [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA BRACH RAJKOT AADHAAR[protected]
