Please take action or tell the reason for this inconvenience as soon as possible. thank you!

Hi sir/madam, I want to link my bank account of hdfc bank, kindly do needful, I have already link my aadhar card with hdfc bank. Previous linked with ICICI Bank. I have booked a gas cylinder on 3rd of January 2014 over phone with booking no 547671 against the connection no 189730 in New Delhi .The supply has to be made by dealer Jai Jawan Gas Service Palam extension sector 7 Dwarka new Delhi-110075.


The supply has not been made till date and on contacting dealer the reason is cited as shortage of cylinders with them due to short supply by the company


I have doubt about the reason.Kindly do the needful or else advice me whom to write /call or contact for the resolving the complaint

Hello, Cylinder issue, but not delivered by rider..as per documents it shows it has been delivered. Informed gas agency person, they are issuing new cash memo..however they are not catching that guy who sold it out. Booking number # [protected] date of booking 26th Dec 14. My lpg id is[protected] ...and my LPG consumer no. is 20791, Distributor is Unique Gas Service North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. I have submitted my paper document in Bank Of India at Barrakpore Branch, North 24 Pargonas, West Bengal along with Aadhaar no.[protected] on 1st week of December 2014...still DBTL status showing that my Aadhaar no not linked with bank where is it was linked with LPG Gas distributor..I have submitted all the paper docs carefully to my bank and LPG Distributor. Whereas Bank reply me that they have linked with my Aadhaar no to bank. But stil it is showing in DBTL status that my Aadhaar no is not linked with bank. Please do the needful for Aadhaar no linked with my bank as early as possible. I have an Indane LPG connection with Citizen Gas Enterprisees, J-26, Mini market, Alaknanda, Shopping Comlex, Kalkaji, New Delhi, 110019. My customer numberis 05201. The connection is registered in the name of Hari Singh. I had booked the connection on 31st December. However, the refill connection has not been delivered yet. The agency's land line number always remains busy and there is no response from the agency. Last week when we managed to speak to them after hours of calling the agency person told us that our booking was taken on 2nd January 2015. However even if they have booked our LPG on 2nd, After passing of 12 days we have not got our delivery. The agency has the habit of delaying the delivery of refills and this is not the first time I am facing this complaint. I request you to kindly make sure that the refill is delivered to my home today itself as I have run out of LPG.

Again I booked on line on 5 jan. registered with Ref. no. 237756.still I am not getting the gas cyl, I successfully linked with DBTL scheme and Received the subsidy Rs. 568.00

We have a LPGas connection - Customer no 9002 . The last delivery was on 25.11.14. as they do not deliver to our door step we normally keep the empty cylinder at a shop at Thottuva junction. the delivery persons charged us full amount and stated that teh subsidy will be given to the bank a/c. As per the shopkeeper, the delivery persons phoned teh agency before charging . we have found only recently that the subsidy amount was not credited to the account . When we asked the agnecy, they stated that, as per records with them we were not charged full amount and they cannot reimburse . Normally we are never given bills

Our house is facing a main road leading to the river . Road is quite wide and lot of trucks pass through, but this agency NEVER deliver to our door step, so we are forced to depend shopkeepers or wait in the roads

Please do necessary steps to settle the amount as well as to find a solution for delivering to our door step

Enquired from Indane autometic voice caller that speaks delvery from my distributor is going on upto date 06.12.2014 when my booking was made on 09.01.2015. Incidentally booking No. 900068 dtd. 28.11.2014 has not been supplied as yet wherein supply against booking No. 03.01.2015 had bee made on 08.01.2015. Finding no other way I made a booking as above on 09.01.2015 against which cash memo as aforesaid has been said to have been raised. No information about my booking No. 900068 dtd. 28.11.2014. After booking gas is being supplied after 30-40 days. Delivery boys are all illeterates and its futile to ask them anything. Immediate action as regards to normal delivery is solicited. D. Sir, I am a customer IOCL LPG Gas, under the distributor, named M/s Gopal Gas Service. Budge Budge Trank Road, Mahestala, Dakgarh, 24Pargana(south), Kolkata, West Bengal, Code no[protected]and my Consumer No.04686. Since last few months we are getting the supply of gas in very much delayed manner and facing lot of harassment, assaulting from Distributor and said to ledge a complain to you with threatening manner. Two incidents I would like to describe to you. Points billeted: Family member : 03 adult person along with 2years a kid in our family, one dependent brother and old age mother is also adjourn. Earlier also we have approached to distributor to get new LPG Gas connection for my mother and brother with proper document but they simply denied. Last cylinder received on 20/10/14 Incident : 01 Booking for next on 19/11/14 ref.booking confirmation no. 461101 dtd.19/11/2014 Booking reflect to distributor computer on 28/11/14 Rigorous follow-up and request and booking message showing to distributor Reply from distributor: “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor”, harassment and assaulting has been received from them For survival of life, we had borrowed a LPG cylinder from our native on condition as and when we receive refilled cylinder, we will return, We approached to owner of distributor, Mr. Gopal Das He us assured to supply the same immediately and asked to submit a written application so that he can provide another LPG Gas cylinder in very shortly. Accordingly we have submitted a written application to distributor (scan copy letter attached for your reference) Finally on 08/12/14 we have received a refill cylinder which we have handed over to our native. NO action has been taken by distributor and till date did not get 2nd cylinder Incident : 02 Booked for refill of LPG Gas supply on 16/12/2014 refer Booking No.488194 dtd.16/12/2014 the booking reflect to distributor computer on 28/12/14 that was also cancelled and the same was re-booked on 05/01/2014. Subsidy amount of last booked cylinder has already been credited to my Bank Account. By this delay process In the year 2014 LPG Gas Cylinder received details. 01. 08/03/2014 – 01No 02. 19/05/2014 – 01No 03. 18/06/2014 – 01No 04. 19/08/2014 – 01No 05. 02/09/2014 – 01No 06. 20/10/2014 – 01No 07. 08/12/2014 – 01No Total Refill Cylinder Received – 07Nos As per Government policy, 12Nos LPG subsidy Cylinder should be supplied to a consumer, So 05Nos of cylinder has been less received in the year 2014. Requesting you to arrange to supply 03Nos of cylinder immediately for regularizing the inconsistencies and help us to survive. For your information, we are in 03 adult person along with 2years a kid in our family, one dependent brother and old age mother is also adjourn with us, In totally 06nos member are there in our family. Last LPG Gas Cylinder was received on 20/10/14, by this time the same has been fully consumed and for survival of life, we had borrowed a LPG cylinder from our native on condition as and when we receive refilled cylinder, we will return, Earlier also we have approached to distributor to get new LPG Gas connection for my mother and brother with proper document but they simply denied. By next week time when we did not received any refill cylinder, on 06/12/14 we once again approached to distributor, but the same harassment and assaulting has been received from them and then we approached to owner of distributor, Mr. Gopal Das in the evening and describe. He us assured to supply the same immediately and asked to submit a written application so that he can provide another LPG Gas cylinder in very short, as 1st cylinder needs to be returned back to native, and next cylinder will be for regularizing the matter. Accordingly we have submitted a written application to distributor. Finally on 08/12/14 we have received a refill cylinder which we have handed over to our native but no action has been taken by distributor and till date did not get 2nd cylinder. 2nd incident :- We have booked for LPG Gas supply on 16/12/2014, reference Booking No.488194 dtd.16/12/2014, (message received on register mobile no). After not receiving any refill cylinder on 11/01/15, after 26days when we reached to dealer about the supply, they told us that as per there computer record, the booking reflect on 28/12/14 and that was also cancelled by them and the same was re-booked on 05/01/2014. we have shown them the message of booking confirmation, they told us “all mobile booking procedure is vogues not working and make a complain to IOCL against distributor” and as per queue they will supply the same. Please note : Subsidy amount of last booked cylinder has already been credited to my Bank Account.

Hi, This is Venkata Ramarao V (Consumer No: 71885 -- LPG ID:[protected]. Previously when DBTL scheme was launched my LPG subsidy amount used credit in my CITI bank account. In recent past (Oct 2014), I have closed my CITI bank account. And also I have delinked my Aadhar number with CITI bank account. Now, When I try to link my ICICI Bank account with my LPG consumer number, It was not happening. Bank people are saying that, they send request to Oil company and it's up to Oil company to link my new ICICI bank account with LPG Consumer number. And still my old CITI Bank account number is showing as linked with LPG ID and account status is showing as RED (because CITI account was closed). And My Aadhar number (2178 XXXX 6081) linked with my ICICI bank account as well with LPG Consumer number. I'm not sure, how much time it will take to link my ICICI bank account number with LPG ID.
