I took transfer in the Month of April 2014 from Rajgangpur to Bhubaneswar. At that point of time i surrendered the regulator and gas cylinders at the nearest indane dealer of Rajgangpur. In return they have issued me the transfer voucher mentioning therein "Transfer to Bhubaneswar". When I took this Transfer voucher to the indane dealers at Bhubaneswar they refused to honour the documents since the transfer slip was not given by the dealer at Rajgangpur. As a result i could not took any gas connection at Bhubaneswar and i could easily manage since my own house is at Bhubaneswar. But again i got transferred from Bhubaneswar to Rajgangpur with effect from 1st December 2014. I gave a call to the indane dealer at Rajgangpur and briefed him the entire things which has happened to me. But he didn't listened to me and harassing me saying that universally no transfer slips is given by any dealer. i have a family who has also come along with me and we are suffering a lot of hardship on account of the procedures and paraphernalia followed at your end.     I kamla devi w/o widow sh balak ram r/o v p o palkwah teh haroli distt una 177220 himachal pradesh . I fill the cylinder form the panjawar gas service as on dated 24/11/2014 and i pay the payment 916+32 =948 but my subsidy not transfr my account . When i contact to gas agency no[protected] & 287027 no is out of order and their mob no :[protected] not pick the mobile . Sir / madam my customer no 6047 cyclinder no 178598 receipt no 1767 my cont no [protected] and my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com pls sir i requested any soloution for my complaint .

    Sir, I had purchased a L.P Gas Cylinder from Sheetla Gas Service Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi (H.P) During Nov., 2014 vide Cash memo no. 2898 dated 19.11.2014 But subsidy on a/c of this has not been credited to my account till date. When I visited to concerned Agency, the personnel deployed there told me that the subsidy has been levid. Please confirm the Status of my pending issue.

      /Sir with due respects i have to bring the following to your kind attention and persuel 1.i am consumer of narwana gas agency, my consumer no.3402 2. ever since i am a consumer of this gas agency no [protected] satisfactory service has been provided by the gas agency. 3. the staff refuses to book the refill for home delivery on telephone and insist on personelly visit and when one goes personelly the staff misbehaves. 4. even after booking for home delivery they never deliver the refill at home without repeated visits/telephones and harass the home delivery consumers unnecesserly and insist that we should collect the refill from their depot. though home delivery charges are charged from every body but the always make one or the other excuse for home delivery and forced the consumers to collect the refill from the depot and no deductions of the home delivery charges are made by them. 5. home delivery is made in an average of 10 to 20 days after the booking as they have enganged only if you rickshaw pullers. 6. the next booking is made from the date of delivery of last refill and not the date of previous booking. 7.the staff does not even know how to calculate 21 days and next booking is made by them in 22 to 23 days. 8. mr lamba the owner of the said gas agency is neither available on his office and nor on phone. it is therefore requested that necessary action kindly be taken to remove the dificulity pointed to above by the consumers.

        Respected sir, At Ganesh Auto Service, Bommanahalli Village Hosur Road Bangalore, I went for refilling petrol in my two wheeler. Before starting two guys came near to me and were just standing. While the third guy did a reset and started filling other two were distracting me by trying to sell some shampoo or cleaning sachet and kept on distracting me while I try to look at the fuel meter. I avoided 2 to 3 times but they were not ready to go back and kept on distracting me. When I shifted my focus from the meter and tried to reply to these 2 the 3rd person immediately did a reset on the meter. And suddenly these 2 guys also left me to attend some other customer. Kindly take some action on this as this will only harm to very common people like us who daily struggle to fulfill very basic needs.

          Hello Sir This is to inform you that I have been cheated for Rs.500 today in the Madhu Enterprises Indian Oil Petrol Bunk. I requested the attendee there for 2000 petrol, One guy distracted me as mentioned above asking about points and credit card, meanwhile the other guy punched 500 and i told him that i requested for 2000. The 500 which he punched, was just an entry and it did not show up a full in meter. He filled the petrol of 1500 and states that he has already filled for 500 before. Normally after filling the petrol i check meter to get an approximate idea of how much gas has been filled. I found that the meter did not give me the readings that i normally get after filling Rs 2000 worth of petrol. I never encountered this issue before with any other vendor. After visiting this complaint site for Madhu Enterprises Indian Oil Petrol Bunk. i understand that it is not only me but others as well faced the same issue and raising a complaint on this site is mere waste, with the response they have got. I still doing it to let you know, So that others are aware of it. I will ensure that not only me but my near n dear will never fill petrol in this bunk or in any of the Indian oil bunks.             my name is T.J.ALEYKUTTY, my indane consumer number is 12475. I am residing in guruvayur, kerala. my indane gas distributor is ANU GAS AGENCIES, chavakkad, thrissur, kerala.I have booked my cylinder on 22nd october2014. my booking number is 22438. I have registered my complaint to costumer service phone [[protected]] of not getting cylinder on December 8th, my complaint number is 1676035.they told us that they have put it as "emergency" and ensured me that I will receive the cylinder in 2-3 days. I contacted costumer service many times, every time they ensure me that I will receive cylinder in 2 -3 days.Its 14days, I posted the complaint I didn't receive my cylinder yet..now enquiring about booking status it says my booking have been changed to 15th November and the gas agencies have given cylinders till 30th October. how this change occurred ? who changed it?. i again contacted costumer service on 22/12/14, they again ensured me that i will receive cylinder in 2-3 days. i have not received the cylinder for 62 days. My claim is 12 cylinders/year.i am getting only 6 cylinders/year. what to do now? please help.

              Dear concerned we did booking on 16 th oct 14 through booking number provided and got order no 453011 but till date Lpg cylinder is not delivered at our home.more than 50 reminders have been done but gas agency at Ashoka nagar ranchi didn't delivered yet. I would like to bring to your kind notice that behaviour of representatives at above mentioned agency Is not appropriate and they always delay the delivery of cylinders inspiite of multiple reminders, This is our 4 th complaint regarding their delay in delivering cylinders. Kindly take appropriate actions so that we consumers don't face this problem time and again.

                Hi, I am Laxmi from Telangana . I dont have Adhaar Card, due to some reasons i could not apply for it . Initially in Jan2014 we heard the news that Adhaar card is not mandatory for deliverying the gas. I have booked my Gas the delivery guy has taken the gas back sayin gAdhaar card is must . Fine it is must you should remind people saying the Adhaar is mandator and you have to take in a month . But they have not given the cyclinder and we are facing problem .. I think you should look into this matter ASAP.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have my gas registered with Nedus Distributors 'Indane' from last 10-12 yrs.When I took the gas the name there was 'Chinu' but was changed to Shehnaz Babi. I have submitted all the requirement documents to change my name from Chine to Shehnaz Babi like the affidavit, Pan card, Aadhaar card 3yrs ago as i got shifted to my new address. Now when we are going through this Aadhaar linking procedure they are asking us to first change my name which is against my bank account and then they will to the needful. I have been going through this for the last 2 months still there is not help provided as such but harassed.How is it possible that when I have submitted all my documents for the name change they are asking me to resubmit just because the name has not been change. I have done my part now whose responsibility is this to do? Kindly see into this matter.I want to transfer it from Indane to HP.Please let me know the correct procedure.

                          Dear Sir,

                          my elder sister's husband died so she want to change the gas connection name from husband name to son name.
                          so she submit all documents to the distributor but distributor continue harassing and given date day to day.

                          Her gas booking is not possible at the time. She submit adhar card xerox and for no 1 & 2 Avidavit but distributor said for form fillup 3No & 4No why.

                          Now distributor telling indian oil not send the document for name change so it will be delay.

                          So what to do and when it will be solve?

                              dear sir we are the customer of your indane gas through risha gas agencies nagpur. there is a delay in delivery of cylinder after booking say 10 to 15 days . there is a limitation of booking the cylinder i.e once the cylinder is received after receiving cylinder there is a norm of booking cylinder after 20 days& once cylinder is booked the delivery is tacken minimum 20 days since last 1 year & this situation is arrived after reminder

                                Dear Sir/ Madam I have transfer my lpg connection from Ara, Bihar to Buxar, Bihar. As I was the consumer of HPCL but there was no Agency of HP in Buxar, that's why I port my lpg connection from HPCL to IOCL. Now in Buxar there is Sonamati Indane. where I submitted my all concerned documents and paper as the requirement of the agency. Now the manager is saying that for the connection I have to pay. 2400/- as security deposit, 190/- for pipe, 28/- taxes and 200/- for connection charges. when I have asked for the receipt for the amount paid my me. HE IS NOT READY TO GIVE RECEIPT OF 200/- FOR CONNECTION CHARGES. Nitin Prakash

                                With reference to the subject stated above I have the honor to state that I am a customer of indane gas from sonamati Gas agency. Today when I went to collect my booked gas, I was charged Rs 850/- with a receipt of Rs 825/-. Nd I got the gas delivered At godown not at my home.
                                Therefore I request you to kindly look into the said matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                    On[protected] I had dropped the filled-in Form-4 along with requiste documents in the Drop Box of my Gas Agency, the name of my Gas Ajency is JITEN GAS AGENCY situated in CHANDRA NAGAR, KANPUR, my Consumer No. is JS 32259, the owner of the ajency promised me that he will send the receipt to my house within 7 days through his delivery man but till date i have not got the receipt . The Area Manager Office (Mr.Sony-PA to Area Mgr.) at Lucknow knows the matter infact he had spoken to the owner on[protected] itself to send the receipt to my house but it seems the owner is surprisingly not even listening to Area Manager's office.

                                      I RAM DAYAL RAY, IOCL consumer no. cx13163977, LPG ID[protected], my bank branch code is SYN09314 and account number is [protected], AADHAR NO.[protected], this aadhar number is showing in LPG on the NET in check DBTL status but not showing in the AADHAR LINKING IN THE BANK, while aadhar number has entered in my bank account as well as coming massege on the mobile to submit aadhar number to bank again and again. please check my aadhar linking status in bank (as per NPCI). thanking you.
