my name is T.J.ALEYKUTTY, my indane consumer number is 12475. I am residing in guruvayur, kerala. my indane gas distributor is ANU GAS AGENCIES, chavakkad, thrissur, kerala.I have booked my cylinder on 22nd october2014. my booking number is 22438. I have registered my complaint to costumer service phone [[protected]] of not getting cylinder on December 8th, my complaint number is 1676035.they told us that they have put it as "emergency" and ensured me that I will receive the cylinder in 2-3 days. I contacted costumer service many times, every time they ensure me that I will receive cylinder in 2 -3 days.Its 14days, I posted the complaint I didn't receive my cylinder yet..now enquiring about booking status it says my booking have been changed to 15th November and the gas agencies have given cylinders till 30th October. how this change occurred ? who changed it?. i again contacted costumer service on 22/12/14, they again ensured me that i will receive cylinder in 2-3 days. i have not received the cylinder for 62 days. My claim is 12 cylinders/year.i am getting only 6 cylinders/year. what to do now? please help.

Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have my gas registered with Nedus Distributors 'Indane' from last 10-12 yrs.When I took the gas the name there was 'Chinu' but was changed to Shehnaz Babi. I have submitted all the requirement documents to change my name from Chine to Shehnaz Babi like the affidavit, Pan card, Aadhaar card 3yrs ago as i got shifted to my new address. Now when we are going through this Aadhaar linking procedure they are asking us to first change my name which is against my bank account and then they will to the needful. I have been going through this for the last 2 months still there is not help provided as such but harassed.How is it possible that when I have submitted all my documents for the name change they are asking me to resubmit just because the name has not been change. I have done my part now whose responsibility is this to do? Kindly see into this matter.I want to transfer it from Indane to HP.Please let me know the correct procedure.
