I am LPG Consumer of IOCL and my Consumer no. is 13088 and our distributors code is 124456. I have booking my Gas as on 09/12/2014 delivery position shown that the dealer had delivered order against booking up to 13/12/2014 but we have not received our order till 02/01/2015. Today when we enquiry about our booking position site tell us you have book today i.e 02/01/2015 which is wrong. The dealer has black my booking order of 09/12/2014 and they book today my order. you are requested to look after this act of our dealer.

    I am consumer of Indane gas under the distributor of P.L. Gas Service, Boral, Kolkata. Every distributor in our area are working fine, but our distributor's supple of gas cylinder is going day by day worse. They are now taking 55 days to supply 1 booked cylinder. I have a question what the use of giving 12 cylinders a year when are able to supple a cylinder in 2 months. Here we tried to do many complaint but no use. can any body suggest how to make a complaint that will reach to higher authority and the complaint get heard. My phone number [protected].

      Sir, we refill cylinder on 4 dec. 2014 against FT no. 2374 Paramjit Singh . we refill cylinder on 5 Dec. 2014 against FT no. 2297 Balwinder Singh. we refill Cylinder on 13 Dec. 2014 Against consumer no. 5183027. The payment Rs. 924 received by the gas agency 17 FAD Baddowal Cantt. in above cases the subsidy credit in our accounts Rs.352.15 ...so that means the cylinder is of Rs. 572... But the rate of subsidy cylinder is Rs. 433 plzzz the diff. of subsidy Rs. 139 per cylinder credit in our accounts...as soon as possile...

        Consumer No. 02111, Distributor - Sonarpur Gas Services. Booked on 15 Nov.'14, ref. no. 726428. After booking 47 days are over, not yet received the cylinder. Checked the status through IVRS on 30th Dec. information received distributor has cleared the delivery for the booking made till 15th Nov.'14. But we have not received the cylinder. On 2nd Jan'15 status through IVRS is the booking has been cancelled. Request to arrange for the delivery and take proper action to stop the harassment of the consumer. .

          Dear Sir, I am Boopathy from Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai - 600 062. My Aadhar Card No.[protected]. I have already submitted Form-2 on 16.12.14 to M/s. Chandra Gas Agencies (117566) Thiruvallur District for Aadhar linking. Form-1 also submitted to State Bank of India, Adyar Branch, Chennai - 600 020 for Aadhar linking. Now I got a letter with Form-4 attachment received from Indane ( Non Aadhar Based Linking Form ) Eventhough I already linked my Aadhar Card both Gas Agency & Bank. Then why should I submit again below attached Form-4 ( Non Aadhar Based ) to Gas Agency.Kindly advise the correct status immediately to enable us to proceed further.Your immediate response would be highly appreciated.Thanks in advance. And on 1/1/2015 msg came fr me tht they will deliverd snn ...bt till nw no result frm their side ...so please Request u to take it as complaint and favour for us...Ifr proof I attached photo copy of message

              Hello, every month i book my refill by phone, and after 10 days i got the message of refill delivered but its really not, i always go to the distributor office and always almost stand there about half and hour minimum and then again they book my refill and then 3rd day i have to pickup the refill myself. this month is happened again, i book refill on 10th and got the message of delivered on 20th but still i did not recieved, today i went to the distributor office and again the same reply. i just fade up. they behave very rude and said "YE TOH ESE HE HOGA HUM KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE"...NOW PLEASE DO SOMETHING ASAP. My name in the connection card is mentioned as GAURANGA SEKHAR DAS, but the correct spelling of my name is GOURANGA SEKHAR DAS. The addhar card has my name as GOURANGA SEKHAR DAS. I contacted the distributor regarding the correction in name. He told me to submit a affidavit on stamp paper and other form as provided. I request you to change my name as mention above and direct the distributor to make the changes. To avail subsidy I request you to kindly change my name as "GOURANGA SEKHAR DAS" in your record.                     Dear Sir, My name is Priyanka Agarwal. My Gas distributor name is GURURAKHA GAS SERVICE. My problem is when ever the gas calender has been delivered at my home, it was always in less quantity. AS per our knowledge, the total gas is 14.2Kg. but it was less 3 kg . now, i have not given a slip and lodged compliant at the office of Gururakha on 26/12/2014 but no one is solve my problem and my gas calender has also not come till now. Request you to resolve the same at the earliest.

                        Sir I was applied for new gas connection in the month of October-2013 at RANI BAGH GAS SERVICE(107272) And at that time a temporary gas connection consumer no 20581 LPG ID NO 3 [protected] is issued to me with promise that it will be permanent with in three month. This LPG connection is linked with Aadhar no[protected] with my bank detail. I was issued permanent LPG connection on JAN-2014 vide consumer no 21864 with LPG ID NO 3 [protected] . But now i am trying to linked my Aadhar no[protected] to get DBTL scheme benefit but not success the same after submitting of necessary document to the GAS AGENCY on 27/11/2014 ( copy enclosed) You are requested to help me so i can get the DBTL benefit.                           The booking for the cylinder was made on 20 December, 2014. Consumer no. 06406 Booking reference no. 840180 Dealer/Distributor: Bagha Jatin Gas Service, Kolkata, 700092, West Bengal I personally went to their office on 27 December, 2014 and the booking clerk me that it will be delivered within 29 December, 2014. It was not delivered. I again went to their office today (01 January, 2015) and the clerk told me that the receipt was given to the delivery boy named "Jagadish" for supplying it. But he did not turn up. In the meanwhile the kitchen that cooks my old fathers meals is without any gas in this festive season. Sumit Roy

                          Following our complains, the LPG cylinder was delivered to our home by the delivery boy of Bagha Jatin Gas Service on 02 Jan. 2015.

                          No further action needs to be taken.

                            Sir my consumer no is 57375 and my name is Mrs.Panimayam.I but in my lpg distributor in maruthi gas agency, annanagar west extn, chennai-600 101 they have changed my gender and initial as Mr.Panimayam.E due to this mistake i cannot apply for lpg subsidy scheme i approached to my agency thrice but there is no proper information and they said we dont have any rule to change an one letter that is initial and all so please help me out but we are in need of lpg subsidy now please provide an information.

We have booked the cylinder with Sharma Gas Company, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 along period ago. We went there to ask for the issue but they do nnot have the valid point to describe.                               I am a customer of Paruvelil Agencies, Chengannur. Even after two months of booking, we are not able to get gas cylinder.
                              (a) Why, only this agency is under shortage of gas
                              (b) Is the number gas customer is more than the handling capacity
                              (c) why don't open one more Indane agency any nearest place ie.Venmony/Kodukulanji or kollakadavu area.

                              (d) Can solve this problem with any valuable solutions

                                  I booked the refill through online on 5.12.2014 (Reference No 235727, Consumer No 16217, Distributor -St. George Gas Agency, Kollam) and till today ie,[protected] I have not recieved the refill.When I tracked my booking status on[protected], I got the message that the distributor has delivered the booking done upto[protected].I ringed the distributor and enquired about this.They told me that doorstep delivery is not possible now a days and they forced me to collect the refill from agency.I told about the inconvenience and they said to wait till[protected].Unfortunately till now they have not delivered the refill.On 31 st I made repeated calls but no response is getting from the agency phone[protected] and[protected].Also delay is happening always with this distributor.Regards.BAIJU N N (MOB:[protected], e mail: [protected]@hotmail.com

                                      Respected Sir, I want to say that I Mukesh Kumar Address- Salimpur Ahara Mahaveer Sthan Behind-RBI Patna- 800003 Bihar. My consumer no. is CX14983441 and before 9/12/2014 my consumer no. was 28183 which is under the gas agency S.K. Trading Company, Budha Marg, near of Kotwali Thana, Patna- 800001. I had been booking of gas dated[protected] ref no 625599 there was no gas delivery till date. Again I booked new refilling of gas dated 21/12/2014 with reference no. 635274 there was no gas delivery again till date. I had gone to Gas Agency S.K. Trading Company Office date 31/12/2014 at 10:10 am with my complaint and about gas supply information but Gas Agency Employee had done wrong misbehave and physically fallen and they said to me go to Regional Office of IOC, Exhibition Road, Patna-800001 and complaint there. Gas Agency S.K. Trading Company was done misbehave with every IOC Consumer. Therefore, I request to you that please strongly action against my complaint.                                         My Consumer No.is 08777, LPG Id. 3 [protected], Distributor Code 140426 Kishor Gas Servic of 3111/15/3 P. A. Shah Road, Kolkata - 45. My current booking reference is 900066 dated 10/12/2014. Supply of refill is still awaited. My grievance is relating to your show of online status, which is worthless as far my experience is. On 15/12/2014 I checked the status which was on that date ''within next 10 working days" and on each day it reduced by one day till the show was ''within next 6 working days". Thereafter it stopped there for next couple of days. I intimated by e-mail this anomaly to the distributor, but to no effect for one day more. Then the show was ''within next 5 working days" and lt remained there for two more days. Then it showed ''within next 4 working days"on Saturday last. Yesterday it was ''within next working day", but suddenly today it reverted to ''within next 4 working days". If this sort of inconsistent is the system it is better to write off. If it is manipulation in some quarter then preventive measure is warranted, along with action upon the culprit. My hunch is the latter one. Now it is your job to check it up.
