The booking for the cylinder was made on 20 December, 2014. Consumer no. 06406 Booking reference no. 840180 Dealer/Distributor: Bagha Jatin Gas Service, Kolkata, 700092, West Bengal I personally went to their office on 27 December, 2014 and the booking clerk me that it will be delivered within 29 December, 2014. It was not delivered. I again went to their office today (01 January, 2015) and the clerk told me that the receipt was given to the delivery boy named "Jagadish" for supplying it. But he did not turn up. In the meanwhile the kitchen that cooks my old fathers meals is without any gas in this festive season. Sumit Roy

Following our complains, the LPG cylinder was delivered to our home by the delivery boy of Bagha Jatin Gas Service on 02 Jan. 2015.

No further action needs to be taken.

    Sir my consumer no is 57375 and my name is Mrs.Panimayam.I but in my lpg distributor in maruthi gas agency, annanagar west extn, chennai-600 101 they have changed my gender and initial as Mr.Panimayam.E due to this mistake i cannot apply for lpg subsidy scheme i approached to my agency thrice but there is no proper information and they said we dont have any rule to change an one letter that is initial and all so please help me out but we are in need of lpg subsidy now please provide an information.

      Hi Team, This is with regards to the non availablity of gas cylinder since few months. My customer number is 22468. We have booked the cylinder with Sharma Gas Company, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 along period ago. We went there to ask for the issue but they do nnot have the valid point to describe.       I am a customer of Paruvelil Agencies, Chengannur. Even after two months of booking, we are not able to get gas cylinder.
      (a) Why, only this agency is under shortage of gas
      (b) Is the number gas customer is more than the handling capacity
      (c) why don't open one more Indane agency any nearest place ie.Venmony/Kodukulanji or kollakadavu area.

      (d) Can solve this problem with any valuable solutions

          I booked the refill through online on 5.12.2014 (Reference No 235727, Consumer No 16217, Distributor -St. George Gas Agency, Kollam) and till today ie,[protected] I have not recieved the refill.When I tracked my booking status on[protected], I got the message that the distributor has delivered the booking done upto[protected].I ringed the distributor and enquired about this.They told me that doorstep delivery is not possible now a days and they forced me to collect the refill from agency.I told about the inconvenience and they said to wait till[protected].Unfortunately till now they have not delivered the refill.On 31 st I made repeated calls but no response is getting from the agency phone[protected] and[protected].Also delay is happening always with this distributor.Regards.BAIJU N N (MOB:[protected], e mail: [protected]@hotmail.com

              Respected Sir, I want to say that I Mukesh Kumar Address- Salimpur Ahara Mahaveer Sthan Behind-RBI Patna- 800003 Bihar. My consumer no. is CX14983441 and before 9/12/2014 my consumer no. was 28183 which is under the gas agency S.K. Trading Company, Budha Marg, near of Kotwali Thana, Patna- 800001. I had been booking of gas dated[protected] ref no 625599 there was no gas delivery till date. Again I booked new refilling of gas dated 21/12/2014 with reference no. 635274 there was no gas delivery again till date. I had gone to Gas Agency S.K. Trading Company Office date 31/12/2014 at 10:10 am with my complaint and about gas supply information but Gas Agency Employee had done wrong misbehave and physically fallen and they said to me go to Regional Office of IOC, Exhibition Road, Patna-800001 and complaint there. Gas Agency S.K. Trading Company was done misbehave with every IOC Consumer. Therefore, I request to you that please strongly action against my complaint.                 My Consumer No.is 08777, LPG Id. 3 [protected], Distributor Code 140426 Kishor Gas Servic of 3111/15/3 P. A. Shah Road, Kolkata - 45. My current booking reference is 900066 dated 10/12/2014. Supply of refill is still awaited. My grievance is relating to your show of online status, which is worthless as far my experience is. On 15/12/2014 I checked the status which was on that date ''within next 10 working days" and on each day it reduced by one day till the show was ''within next 6 working days". Thereafter it stopped there for next couple of days. I intimated by e-mail this anomaly to the distributor, but to no effect for one day more. Then the show was ''within next 5 working days" and lt remained there for two more days. Then it showed ''within next 4 working days"on Saturday last. Yesterday it was ''within next working day", but suddenly today it reverted to ''within next 4 working days". If this sort of inconsistent is the system it is better to write off. If it is manipulation in some quarter then preventive measure is warranted, along with action upon the culprit. My hunch is the latter one. Now it is your job to check it up.                   I am consumer of Siddharth Gas Agency, A-9/10. J.T.Nagar. Parvat Patiya Road. Opp. TVS Auto Point. Surat I have booked my gas refill online 22 November 2014 on phone with ref. no. 647575 and my consumer no. is 17009.I have also recd confirmation SMS on my mobile that cash memo no.[protected] generated dtd.23 November 2014, but till now gas cylinder has not reached me. Therefore I request you to know me the reason for delay if required take necessary action against my gas agency...
                  I am LPG Consumer of IOCL and my Costumer Id is 11473 and our distributing agency is Alinkeel Gas Service Kalliasseri Post Kannur District Kerala. I have booked my Gas as on 28/10/2014 with reference number 214025. After booking 66 days are over, not yet received the cylinder. Checked the status, my booking date is changed to 15th Nov.2014 and reference no. is [protected]. While inquiring time distributor is will be deliver within 2days. Last 2 to 3 weeks they are giving the same answer. But till now I have not received the cylinder. The same may be happened my previous delivery(2times).

                  I have already registered a complaint through http://webapp.indianoil.co.in/paribhavam/ on today[protected] with Registration no. 1729250 and which is in under process. Request to arrange for the delivery and take proper action to stop the harassment of the consumer.

                  Sir. my customer no. is 11164 and Shilma indane services, Malappuram, Chettippadi is our supplier. i booked for my cooking gas and got booking ref.no.[protected].on dated 15/02/2015. three months after i called the agency for delivery.most of the time not geting them by phone if luckly gets simply says that it will take two or more weeks to do the delivery.It is also known that the agency delivered the gas those who booked after me and repeating this case in each time of delivery.So I humbly request you take necessary action to avail my gas cylinder.

                    Dear Concern, Kindly request to you do the need full on urgent bases, My complaint againts Atul Gas Agency Sardar Nagar Main road Rajkot, every time this distributer give wrong commitment for delivery of cylinder but i have sufer everytime from this distributer due to delay in delivery of cylinder, this time i had online booked my cylinder on 25th Dec-14 but still yet not received delivery of cylinder than i called to atul agency but none give proper answere and give me 2-3 day more and more time, do the need full on urgent bases otherwise i will gose to consumer forum, chandresh jadav, mo:[protected]

                      sir, This is inform you that my wife has one gas conn of IOC account no 18458 at 225 UE phase 1 Jalandhar punjab has been shifted to non subsidised category some times back. ( reason being husband -wife category ) further I want to clarify that my wife having gas connection of IOC stated above is residing at 225 Urban estate ph 1 JL to look after her old mother in law .Also it is stated that there is no gas connection wkg in her name Already matter has been reported to JL office but no satisfactory reply has been given and gas connection has not been changed to subsidised category further it is stated that I ( Husband) is staying in my own house at 13 diamond avenue garha JLand .I am a Govt gazetted officer . so it is my humble request to change the category from non subsidised to subsidised category in the interest of consumer. regards Anil Batra JL gas agency PK gas agency defence colony JL

                          I am customer of Mata Sheetla gas agency, Sector14 Gurgaon, Haryana and my consumer number is 12791. I booked gas refill about 13 days back. I am not getting delivery in spite of reminders at agency.yesterday I was told I will get cylinder today. But today delivery boy has informed that delivery is unlikely in next two three days. Kindly help in getting gas refill and check why there is sudden shortage of gas. I saw other customers giving similar feedback at gas agency office.

Booking no.532940 and then on 26/12/14 received a message on mobile saying my cash memo was generated no.[protected]. But till 30/12/14 I have not received the cylinder and today when i went to enquire at seetharama indane gas service around 5 pm about gas then he told me to wait three days and all our conversation was done in hindi but when i asked them the reason for delay the person shouted at me saying first learn kannada as it is karnataka and then come to talk to me and i will tell you the reason saying this he threw me out of his office and shut the main door at my face. I just want to know that did i made any mistake of being a north indian I came to south india for living. If not then why should i get so much abused for being a north indian as i just went to enquire about my gas cylinder.

IF I GO PERSONALLY TO THE OFFICE THEY SAY IT MIGHT BE DOOR LOCK, THEY NEVER GIVE ME BILLS. THIS MIGHT BE THAT THE VARAHA GAS AGENCY IS ENCOURAGING BLACK NGAS SALES, HAVING A SHARE FROM THE BOYS. THEY NEVER TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINSST THE COMPLAINTS. PLEASE CRECTIFY. i SHALL FOLLOW THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND FALSE PROMISES BY THE INDANE GAS AGENCY. WITH LOT OF PAIN, ISSAC AND MARYMATHA 19151, VARAHA GAS AGENCY, VISAKHAPATNAM PL. CHECK MY BOOKINGS . i AVE NOT BEEN GIVEN TYHE GAS EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED IT ALMOST ONE MONTH AGO. iF THE BILL HAD BEEN GENERATED, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD IN THE BLACK. THEY WILL MAKE 10 DAYS DELAY ON EVERY BOOKING AND ROTATE FOR BLACK SELLING OF CYLINDERS .

                                    Respectable Sir/Madam, We have not received cylinder booked against booking no. 245577 on dated 05-Dec-2014, On confirmation from Gas agency on 30 -Dec-2014, we received reply that all booking are cancelled, no communication received from agency.                                         sir, i've been waiting for my gas cylinder for so many days.First they asked for bank a/c copy evn after providing they daily postpone the service and ask to come the next day from last so many days ev though your scheme will is going to implement from 1st jan 2015
