Sir, We reside at Mappilainayakanpatti, Thanjavur. Aravind gas agencies are the distributors of Indane LPG cylinders for our area. There is always a problem in refilling cylinders and they say its due to the reason that we are in rural area & the cylinder vans come twice a month. Recently we booked a cylinder refill on Nov 16th. They said we will get cylinders on Dec 7th. But they came on Dec 9th and we were not at home that time . We called the vendor and he said they’ll come again in 1h. But after sometime we received a SMS that it was cancelled. So, we booked again on Dec 10th. They said to come us and collect from their office next day. “Is it safe to carry a cylinder in our own two wheeler ?” (Its nearly 6-7km distance) Daily we are calling but they ask us to come next next days. Still we didn’t get the cylinder!! Do the necessary actions.. We are really so frustrated of the service. Consumer Number :12685 Name : Mathialagan

Sir,

Your service is really ridiculous and frustrating. Following the above complaint : I got a message from aravind agency that door is locked and booking is cancelled. But we were 6 members inside the house yesterday, the whole day. They again cancelled the booking and asked to rebook. If this is going to follow, what action should I take?? Should I speak directly to the PM cell ?!!! Do necessary action and IOC customer line is always Busy, I have tried nearly hundred times..

    I have visited baranagar gas service to submit the required documents of dbtl, but they have denied to accept the xerox copy of bank pass book front page, they have forced to carry cancelled cheque instead of pass book which has harassed me & waisted my time & leave also.

          With due respect, I have to advice that I am your consumer No.12487 since November 2006 from Commander Gas Service Rajajipuram Lucknow - 226017 Phone No.[protected] & [protected]. Sir, Gas cylinder of Indian Oil has given monthly since November 2006 by Commander Gas Service Rajajipuram Lucknow. Now a day there are following deficiencies followed by me from above agencies. 1) A cylinder given by commander gas service now the same cylinder is not exchange by the agencies. 2) Most of time leakage in LPG cylinder, in this connection sir in my family only my wife and two children (one 5 years old son and second 12 years old daughter) are staying in my home i.e. E-1152 Rajajipuram Lucknow. I am service in State Bank of India, Ballia Branch as a Dy. Manager, for this any un- towards incident may be happen for leakage in LPG cylinder. 3) Sir, when ever I am going to agencies nobody care about above problem. I therefore humbly request to please look into matter personally and arrange to rectify/resolve my problem to me an early date to avoid any un-towards incident may be happen and hardship faced by me.             My Consumer Number is : 52833 Am making calls to Agnihotri Agency in Noida daily for more than 30 calls but still no response. Their Phone Number : [protected] is rarely answered it was answered just once after calling more than 30 times & said to call them back after 10 mins...Its always engaged ... Their delivery persons have switched OFF their cell phone. There's NO Gas at my home since 6 days & DONT know how long its going to be. Also to say my present cylinder ran out of gas much before the anticipated time as I believe it was adultered as its gas flame was not as expected. Am complaining against Agnihotri Gas Agency its totally unprofessional.

              Sir, I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my Consumer No is 12457 from ST GEORGE GAS AGENCY, BEACH ROAD KOLLAM. I have booked for a a cylinder on 24/10/2014 and booking reference is 224914. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered to me. On personal contact, it will be intimated that the cylinder will be delivered tomarrow. Till date the said tomarrow has not come. In view of the above, may I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct the Gas Agency to deliver the cylinder without further delay.                 Dear Sir, I am working in Indian Air Force (Defence Services) and I owe a LPG connection at Vayusena Indane service HQ SAC (U) AF Akkulam Trivandrum-31 Kerala with consumer No. 1713. My ADDHAR card is linked to my State Bank of Travancore (SBT) account No.[protected]. To this effect I got confirmation message on my mobile nO. also. However, I got tranferred from Trivandrum area to Hyderabad and closed my SBT account in Nov 2014. I took new LPG connection at M/s AGNIDHWAJ Indane Services, Chintalmet, Hyderabad-48 (Code No. 7986001). My new customer No. 14630287. They charged me with full cylinder rate without any subsidy and informed that my subsidised amount will be directly deposited to my new account at Vijaya Bank, Bandlaguda-08 with which I had linked my ADDHAR with my new account No. [protected]. As of now, my subsidised amount has not been deposited till date. Kindly advice and do needful. Thanking you, awaiting for an early response.

                    I am having gas connection at Guledgudd which is in my fathers name.As my father passed away on 15th January 2014, I applied to change the name to my mother.I have submitted the required documents 15 days back but still there is no reply from Gas agency.They are keeping the documents with them and making delay in processing the request.They are yet to send the documents to higher authority.I am desperately waiting for this task to happen soon.Please take necessary action

                      Sir I am the customer of sonali insane service, Kateya, gopalganj, bihar. The service provider is not giving gas on time. I have got refill of 17th November but still I not got the gas cylinder. Whenever I call him he use abusive words. He tell us that no one can do anything to him. His name is Twari.                           Hi Sir/Mam, I had been observing this issue from quite long time & thought to seek your attention on this. Shanthi Service Station TIN: [protected] Phone:[protected] Bill Number- 49018 Let say I have asked them to fill 2400/- petrol for my i20. This is close to full tank. They will set the "Money counter" to 2400/- & will start filling petrol. In between they will come to you & start talking like "sir have you taken your breakfast, how are you doing, debit card machine isn't in working state etc etc". These are all to grab your attention out from the money counter on the machine. The moment you will start talking with them, they will set the machine to 0.00 & say that your tank has filled up. Today morning they had played the same prank with me. I was looking the counter constantly & told them that once it will be filled up then i shall pay you the money. All of sudden one worked told me that "sir...gadi ke shamne ka chaaka laag raha hain puncture hoo gaya". Just for a glance I had looked in to the front wheel, they had switched off the machine & told me that "sir tank has filled up". I knew this trick. I asked them how? They told me power has gone but I could see that other machines were working. Then they switched on the machine & told "sir power aa gaya". In the mean time one of the worker had taken my card & ready to swap 2400/- bucks. I had stopped him & asked "show me the counter else I will not pay you the money". He showed me the counter- believe me it was '1850/-'. Think? He would have cheated me[protected]/-= 550/- bucks. STOP IT! Immediately.                             today i visited to my gas agency (supreme enterprises) coz i hv booked cylinder on 3rd dec 2014 but yet till cylinder hsnt delivered n i need cylinder urgently but d issue is dey r asking i[censored] want cylinder 2day u will b charged rs752 as u hv consumed ur 12 subsidy but in my records i hv consumed 10 cylinders only but still i said ok no prbs wen u will send d cylinder i will see on slip dat how many cylinder i hv consumed but wat dey did dey send me cylinder widout any slip how clever dey r no slip no record of cylinder so plz kindly look into d matter asap CONUMER NO.                               sir, I have taken a gas cylinder from my gas agency fifteen days ago but after using 15 days cylinder empty and a different liquid found into the cylinder. normally a cylinder go for 25 to 27 days. please advice me who can help me to reply this problem.                               I booked a cylinder on[protected] with reference no 417454. I got a message on[protected] for cash memo no [protected] generation.

                              But even after 23-24 days I am yet to receive cylinder. I have contacted my agency Burari Indane numerous times but there are not delivering the cylinder which causes great pain for Customers.

                              I have also made complains to their customer care no but nothing yields any result

                                We made a booking for consumer no. 21777 on 08.12.14 with ref no. 325631. On that basis we got intimation theat cash meme [protected] was generated on 09.12.14. However, on 13.12-14 at 04.58.22 pm we received an intimation that our booking was cancelled. No reason was given. Earlier also we have observed such random cancellation of booking.                                   I would like to lodge the complaint against M/S FORT MOTOR EQUIPMENT CO. GOREGAON, MUMBAI -63 I had visited this petrol pump today & had informed the attendant to fill the tank full. While filling petrol, there were efforts made to distract us by cleaning the front glass & asking to open the bonnet. However we managed to keep an eye on the reading which the attendant was not aware. At the end we were given a bill of 33 litres & charged Rs. 2494, this when we had seen a final reading of 24.94 litres. When we confronted him on the fact & advised his supervisor then we were handed the corrected bill of 24.94 litres of Rs.1770 (VIDE TO Bill No. 5651 dated 14-Dec-14). I was fortunate, as I had kept an eye on the reading & even though it is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on the reading, there are various ways to distract them & cheat the customer. I would like to know what action is taken against the concerned party so that anyone else is not cheated. I am in Mumbai till 04th Jan'15.

                                      After booking the gas in the month of November with Indane gas agency sri raghavendra enterprises lingarajapuram Bangalore did not supply the gas, when checked with agency office, , they had closed the agency, saying that its a strike and try to corporate, they had pasted a paper saying that we should contact the sudheendra agency. When contacted sudheendra, the office boy says to stand in a que when finally standing nearly for four hours and submitting the documents then they say again you go and contact raghavendra is it a joke when there is a argument going on inside office why should we the consumers suffer it is the people who have taken the agency should suffer and should be sued to the consumer court, there agency should be cancelled specially the delivery boys should be thrown out of gear because after you booking online and you get a message they play with the consumer saying the bill is not generated, if it is not generated then how do we get the message, they think we the consumers are like them this is the request from i myself dont know how many consumers the problem to be solved immediately before also i had done an online complaint inspite of that there is no response i think just like that you have mentioned immediate action on our complaint.

                                        महोदय DATE ;-13 /12 /2014 निबेदन है की मै अजय कुमार त्रिपाठी k -849 /2 डिफेंस एन्क्लेव माता चौक महिपाल पुर नई दिल्ली उपभोक्ता क्रमांक 41810 डिस्टिब्युटर सोना गैस एजेन्सी मसूद पर नई दिल्ली महोदय से अनुरोध है की मेरे यहाँ सहित सभी मेरे पड़ोसियों को भी हमेसा गैस कम दे रहा है डिस्ट्रीब्यूट... के द्वारा डिलिवरी मैंन बेहद बद्तमीज और बेईमान है जो की हमेसा झगड़ा करने पर उतारू रहता है हमारे तीन सीलेंडर की बुकिंग को हमे दिए ही नहीं और उसे बेन्च दिया डिस्टिब्युटर से शिकायत किया हूँ लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं है सब मिले जुले है डिलिवरी मैन का नाम बबलू है इसकी गैस की दुकान है मै आप से यह कहाँ चाहूँगा अगर जरूरत पड़ा तो अपने पड़ोसियों की गवाही दिला सकता हूँ और कुछ मोबाईल की रेकार्डिंग भी है सारे परेसान है अतः महोदय से निबेदन है की इस मुददे को बहुत संजीदा तरीके से लें और हमारी समस्या का निदान करे आपका अजय त्रिपाठी ([protected] )emil .id ;-ajay30101974 @gmail .com
