Hi Sir/Mam, I had been observing this issue from quite long time & thought to seek your attention on this. Shanthi Service Station TIN: [protected] Phone:[protected] Bill Number- 49018 Let say I have asked them to fill 2400/- petrol for my i20. This is close to full tank. They will set the "Money counter" to 2400/- & will start filling petrol. In between they will come to you & start talking like "sir have you taken your breakfast, how are you doing, debit card machine isn't in working state etc etc". These are all to grab your attention out from the money counter on the machine. The moment you will start talking with them, they will set the machine to 0.00 & say that your tank has filled up. Today morning they had played the same prank with me. I was looking the counter constantly & told them that once it will be filled up then i shall pay you the money. All of sudden one worked told me that "sir...gadi ke shamne ka chaaka laag raha hain puncture hoo gaya". Just for a glance I had looked in to the front wheel, they had switched off the machine & told me that "sir tank has filled up". I knew this trick. I asked them how? They told me power has gone but I could see that other machines were working. Then they switched on the machine & told "sir power aa gaya". In the mean time one of the worker had taken my card & ready to swap 2400/- bucks. I had stopped him & asked "show me the counter else I will not pay you the money". He showed me the counter- believe me it was '1850/-'. Think? He would have cheated me[protected]/-= 550/- bucks. STOP IT! Immediately. They know me by face as am the regular customer. /Subhankar [protected]

    today i visited to my gas agency (supreme enterprises) coz i hv booked cylinder on 3rd dec 2014 but yet till cylinder hsnt delivered n i need cylinder urgently but d issue is dey r asking i[censored] want cylinder 2day u will b charged rs752 as u hv consumed ur 12 subsidy but in my records i hv consumed 10 cylinders only but still i said ok no prbs wen u will send d cylinder i will see on slip dat how many cylinder i hv consumed but wat dey did dey send me cylinder widout any slip how clever dey r no slip no record of cylinder so plz kindly look into d matter asap CONUMER NO.       sir, I have taken a gas cylinder from my gas agency fifteen days ago but after using 15 days cylinder empty and a different liquid found into the cylinder. normally a cylinder go for 25 to 27 days. please advice me who can help me to reply this problem.       I booked a cylinder on[protected] with reference no 417454. I got a message on[protected] for cash memo no [protected] generation.

      But even after 23-24 days I am yet to receive cylinder. I have contacted my agency Burari Indane numerous times but there are not delivering the cylinder which causes great pain for Customers.

      I have also made complains to their customer care no but nothing yields any result

        We made a booking for consumer no. 21777 on 08.12.14 with ref no. 325631. On that basis we got intimation theat cash meme [protected] was generated on 09.12.14. However, on 13.12-14 at 04.58.22 pm we received an intimation that our booking was cancelled. No reason was given. Earlier also we have observed such random cancellation of booking.           I would like to lodge the complaint against M/S FORT MOTOR EQUIPMENT CO. GOREGAON, MUMBAI -63 I had visited this petrol pump today & had informed the attendant to fill the tank full. While filling petrol, there were efforts made to distract us by cleaning the front glass & asking to open the bonnet. However we managed to keep an eye on the reading which the attendant was not aware. At the end we were given a bill of 33 litres & charged Rs. 2494, this when we had seen a final reading of 24.94 litres. When we confronted him on the fact & advised his supervisor then we were handed the corrected bill of 24.94 litres of Rs.1770 (VIDE TO Bill No. 5651 dated 14-Dec-14). I was fortunate, as I had kept an eye on the reading & even though it is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on the reading, there are various ways to distract them & cheat the customer. I would like to know what action is taken against the concerned party so that anyone else is not cheated. I am in Mumbai till 04th Jan'15.

              After booking the gas in the month of November with Indane gas agency sri raghavendra enterprises lingarajapuram Bangalore did not supply the gas, when checked with agency office, , they had closed the agency, saying that its a strike and try to corporate, they had pasted a paper saying that we should contact the sudheendra agency. When contacted sudheendra, the office boy says to stand in a que when finally standing nearly for four hours and submitting the documents then they say again you go and contact raghavendra is it a joke when there is a argument going on inside office why should we the consumers suffer it is the people who have taken the agency should suffer and should be sued to the consumer court, there agency should be cancelled specially the delivery boys should be thrown out of gear because after you booking online and you get a message they play with the consumer saying the bill is not generated, if it is not generated then how do we get the message, they think we the consumers are like them this is the request from i myself dont know how many consumers the problem to be solved immediately before also i had done an online complaint inspite of that there is no response i think just like that you have mentioned immediate action on our complaint.

              I am also facing the same problem. I tried contacting cust care and other premises but of NO USE. Indane should come forward to help his customer before loosing them.

                महोदय DATE ;-13 /12 /2014 निबेदन है की मै अजय कुमार त्रिपाठी k -849 /2 डिफेंस एन्क्लेव माता चौक महिपाल पुर नई दिल्ली उपभोक्ता क्रमांक 41810 डिस्टिब्युटर सोना गैस एजेन्सी मसूद पर नई दिल्ली महोदय से अनुरोध है की मेरे यहाँ सहित सभी मेरे पड़ोसियों को भी हमेसा गैस कम दे रहा है डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के द्वारा डिलिवरी मैंन बेहद बद्तमीज और बेईमान है जो की हमेसा झगड़ा करने पर उतारू रहता है हमारे तीन सीलेंडर की बुकिंग को हमे दिए ही नहीं और उसे बेन्च दिया डिस्टिब्युटर से शिकायत किया हूँ लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं है सब मिले जुले है डिलिवरी मैन का नाम बबलू है इसकी गैस की दुकान है मै आप से यह कहाँ चाहूँगा अगर जरूरत पड़ा तो अपने पड़ोसियों की गवाही दिला सकता हूँ और कुछ मोबाईल की रेकार्डिंग भी है सारे परेसान है अतः महोदय से निबेदन है की इस मुददे को बहुत संजीदा तरीके से लें और हमारी समस्या का निदान करे आपका अजय त्रिपाठी ([protected] )emil .id ;-ajay30101974 @gmail .com

                  sir I have booked my cylinder online for everytime. the distributer closed the cash memo and give the reason that the door was closed this is totally wrong the presentitive did not come to our home He WANTS ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DELIVERY with in 5kms. our agency is THIRUVONAM INDANE SERVICES mararikulam cherthala, alappuzha kerala.my consumer no is 531. I am a senior citizen and my wife is also.

They are just saying that no new connection will be given to anyone from the locality except the kolaghat thermal power plant employees.We are also resident of the same locality but they are not giving us the new connections.                         Hi I had taken 1 cylinder along with regulator on 4400 hundred, against this Dangwal gas service Indra Nagar Lucknow written 2 cylinder in my gas paper.but I had told him one extra cylinder from my native place ..on this behalf agency had written 2 in my paper...so that they will do black one cylinder in market.. Please take a action against Dangwal gas services lucknow..

                          I am stanfing here from 9.15 a.m at indane gas office situated at bareilly, rampur road, u.p Here office timing is from 9a.m to 5 p.m but these guys have open their office at 9 a.m but has started their work of depositing form of subsidy at 11 a.m What a naunsense is this...i want complete solution of my complaint and about 500 people are already standing...the line is quite long

                            Respected Sir, I am a holder of connection by consumer no.08383, our distributor is Nabajyoti Gas Agency, Hatigarh Chariali, Guwahati, Kamrup (Assam). My name in the connection card is correct. But in the system its wrongly named as HIBAN KALITA, the correct name is HIREN KALITA. I request you to change my name as mentioned above and direct the distributor to make the changes.
                            my lpg id is[protected] enrolled as poonam kumari w/o dr. deepak kumar kushwaha
                            with distributor p.p. indane service biharsharif nalanda bihar
                            but my actual name is poonam kushwaha w/o dr. deepak kumar
                            kushwaha . I tried with distributor to correct it but they don't take interest hence i
                            am not able to join DBTL scheme. I have already complaint with indane with SRN no. 1714860. So, pls do needful for correction of name.

                            I Have a INDANE LPG CONNECTION since 2005 initially my name was correctly recorded LPG connection papers but at the time of Distributor changed from BALAJI INDANE, PURULIA WEST BENGAL to RAJDEEP INDANE, PURULIA WEST BENGAL my name is recorded as ATUL SINGH SARDAR instead of my correct name is ATUL CHANDRA SING . my necessary documents like KYC FORM, PAN CARD for ID proof, RATION CARD & other papers for Address proof have submitted to my Distributor of RAJDEEN INDANE, PURULIA WEST BENGAL before one moth ago . when I asking about my status of name correction for Indane LPG connection they stated that they have been sent for correction of name but no feed back has been receiver from INDANE LPG Co. My Consumer No. K/00148P and my LPG ID No. 3 [protected]. Please look into the matter and do need full at your end

                              sir, i am from Pathanamthitta dist. the agency distributing gas here is Sastha Flames Erumely. Their distributing is perfect, but the problem is we may not be at home all the time. When ever the cylinder comes we are not able to get it, Sastha Flames Erumely is having a rule that we cannot collect the cylinder directly from the agency which is not in any other agencies near by. because of this rule we have to wait all the time for them to come our place which we miss most of the time. sir is this a rule from the head office. is there any provision that we can got to the agency and collect the cylinder? thank you

                                  Respected sir, Two months before I am submit an application for changing ownership name of consumer no 6387 at Jaya gas agency Varkala.As per information from agency i submit every documents.After two weeks i visit agency they inform me not redy papers send to ernakulam office.Then after One month replay is same and tell me when ready they will call me.Now Two months finished no replay so i call today, they replay me the death certificate must be attest by gusseted officer.At the time of submitting they tell me need only notary attestation.                                     Dear sir, I have booked cylinder on dated 20-11-14.reference no.501264 bill generated on dated 29/11/2014 cash memo no. [protected] ... and on dated 06/12/2014 your distributor has cancelled cash memo & and after asking Indane dealer telling that address not located like that.After booking it required 2 weeks like that told the agency and still not distributed after 20 days also.But in black they giving immediately for 1400 rs like that they told. I transfered the gas agency from Whitefield to BTM layout and given correct address and agreement band to the agency for address proof. Your representitive not come at our home...and not at all called me by mobile also... I am complaining this to higher authority account also and going for consumer court for the loss happened due to this.Your distributor are 100% wrong ...                                     With respect to the above complaint, I visited the Gas agency on dated
                                    21/12/2014 and complainted and they told all connections booked on month
                                    end cancelled automatically and told to book again and deliverying by
                                    Monday dtd 22/12/14 ...and booked 2nd time also-booking reference
                                    no.527164 for Cunsumer No.CX 14238102 but still not delivered the gas
                                    cylinder. First booking dated 20/11/2014.
                                    With respect to the above complaint, I visited the Gas agency on dated 21/12/2014 and complainted and they told all connections booked on month end cancelled automatically and told to book again and deliverying by Monday dtd 22/12/14 ...and booked 2nd time also-booking reference no.527164 for Cunsumer No.CX 14238102 but still not delivered the gas cylinder.

                                      Due to old age I desire to change /substitute my name and in place of my name I desire to incorporate the name of my daughter who is my successor. The concerned Gas distributor is asking me to deposit Rs 1500 for the purpose. similar incident ha happened in case of one of relatives who has expired recently . The deceased person's wife visited the distributor's shop and requested to change the name to he daughter in place of her expired husband with producing death certificate and burning ghat certificate. The distributor has asked to deposit Rs 1500 for the purpose.
