sir as i am a domestic gas consumer, no 18406, ihave booked for gas cylinder and recived message on 24th december 2014 that cylider will be issued shortly, as as i rang up agency says 29th came to issue but door lock.it is not true.each time agency tries to delay so that i am not able to benifit all cylinders by the end.so i have to pay for private gas
DEAR SIR,

I HAD BOOKED THE GAS CYLINER ON DATED 15/12/2014 AND TILL NOW NOT RECIEVED A GAS CYLINDER .

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE ON PRIORITY BASIS .

      my indane gas connection is with Gurgaon Gas Service, 500/2, Payarelal, Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 India +[protected]. Today is 30th dec 2014 and had called them to book the gas but they denied as adhaar card is not currently linked. As per the goverment rule the adhaar card subsidy starts on 1st Jan 2015 not before that. my lpg id is[protected]. please look into the matter. Amit bhatia [protected]

        Dear Sir/Madam, My connection was deactivated so I visited my Indane gas distributor office VARDAAN INDANE GAS Sector 45, Noida. Ho told me, reason for deactivate is not used gas for last six month so submit activation form. I have already submitted activation form with all required document on 27/Dec/2014 but still my connection is deactivated and not gas refill. I am trying to call[protected] and[protected] but nobody is picking my phone. I have send one mail on 29/Dec/2014 by using Indane gas web site but not reply.           sir, I am consumer of Indane LPG, my consumer no. cx 14764987. I have booked for refill cylinder on 06/12/2014 through moblie, the reference no. is 766603. I was traking my booking status regularly. on yesterday (29/12/2014) I got the massage that distributor has delivered the bookings done by 5/12/2014, and my cash memo has been generated. but today still I don't get my cylinder and when I tracked my status it showing that distributor delivered only upto 5th of december booking. My cash memo record is now removed. why is so. please look into the matter seriously as my cylinder is nearly to finish. my agency is Needus Distributors, Kolkata thank you Sarfraz Adil consumer no.           Myself Mrs. Geeta Sinha.I live in Noida(distt.Gautam Buddh Nagar).I have booked my refill cylinder on 09.01.2015 through the online booking system my consumer no is-42427.I got the confirmation message also on the same day for the same.My gas cylinder distributor is Aghnihotri Gas Agency Sector-37, Noida.Today is 29.01.2015 and I have not received my cylinder till date.My cooking gas cylinder has come to an end now.Nobody picks up the phone in the agency.I tried to contact the vendor but he rightly said that I have to go the agency for the same.

          Please guide me accordingly.

            I am a regular customer at Rama Service Station for getting my car fuel but noticed on several occasions i was not getting 100% of fuel in same value than i used to get but i ignored. But as i am regular and also Rama Service Station employees are also regular in cheating me via distracting my attention by asking questions regarding pin number etc of my credit card and playing with meter reading during that i understood there cheating trick and caught them red handed today.

            I asked to fill Rs 1200 petrol in my car and despite telling in advance my pin number they again distracted me and asked for same and as i turned back at meter after answering the employee meter shows fluctuates Rs1200 but i checked my low fuel reading in my meter and was sure they have cheated me. Than i asked for printed slip which i have attached for your reference, they got caught red handed only Rs 1001 worth actual petrol was filled instead what i paid Rs 1200. One employee immediately requested me to ignore and Filled the balance amount fuel of Rs 200 please find attached slip for same too.

            I really felt cheated and betrayed by same as being a regular customer to this station and to IOC and you cheated me only for being loyal to you. Its a crime under IPC for cheating, i wish it will reach the concerned and right action will be taken in this regard as its a usual practice, i wish other innocent customers will be benefited with my this complaint. All this is very sad and hurting as you were cheated for being loyal.

                    Indane Gas company having distributor at Savalaj city, its name is IBM gas agency. It observed many times that This agency is recovering extra chagres from customers even though Gas cylinder is collected from distributors godown i.e from savalaj. Also Gas cylinders are not get deliverd at our Home after proper booking. thats why its needed to collect gas cylinder from distributors godown.

                      Though i have transfered the connection from bangalore (Sri Gurukrupa Indane Distributors) to Hosur (Sri Vaishno Devi Indane Gas Service), the online portal still shows my old distributor, please do the need full to correct it to my new distributor.

As it is the delivery of refilled cylinder is delaying like anything for last 6 months. But I'm socked to know about the booking of my last one. I have refill booked on 5th November under booking number 876096. After long waiting when I'm checking on your toll free number at [protected] for delivery status, it's saying " YOUR DELIVERY IS SCHEDULE ON 26TH DEC 2014" and till date we haven't received any cylinder. Today we are running empty with both of our cylinders and I really don't know how would my family cook food for our daily survival. My distributor details is furnished below. P.L.                             Since the date i have took connection from this agency i have been perturbed by the way they deal with me(their consumer) (1.)First & foremost none of the numbers that are either listed or printed in their booklets or notice boards seems to be functioning. (2.)The agency owner, namely Mr. hasin ahmed has hired 3-4 people from outside who work like "dalaals" in this agency openly promoting black marketting of cylinders, and that too at the location which is the heart of the city! (3.)The so called "call centers" the toll free ones, you call them, every time they simply register the complaint and nothing seems to happen in the form of action. (4.)I have filed numerous complaints via email to "ministry of oil & petroleum products" and to "consumer portal" which is official govt. portal for consumer complaint, as expected nothing, this is what we pay taxes to our govt.! (5.)I have personally encountered the scoundrels who work at sumita gas agency laughing at consumers who file court cases against them. (6.)The owner of the agency is least concerned about the functioning of this agency, said to be associated with nexus of politicians and bureaucrats due to which there seems to be no accountability! yes it is true! (7.)When these scoundrels dont pick up my phones for gas booking i decided to go for online booking, there also at present they have some how manage to game the system and now i cannot do online booking, frauds and scoundrels! (8.)The area sales officer which resolves these complaints use to pick up the phone, and now he doesn't! Surprise, surprise!                               Respected Sir... earlier we were having connection with ekta gas agency(ahmedabad, gujarat) which was closed and connection got transferred to Shilpi Gas agency(satadhar ahmedabad).. our consumer id is 11222. in d name of Hansaben Pandya. yesterdat my mom visited this place to update her aadhar card and bank details as its a mandate of government. but the way she was treated by your team was such a pathetic.. she was littrerly crying when came back to home.. is this a way to talk with your customers? even they were not listing at all.. when i requested to give acknowledgement of complaint they havent accepted it and told me to go to consumer corum... if they r unable to handle customer rush they should increase man power instead of doing mis behaviours with customer... i urge u to look once and take necessary action on erroribg person
