I am customer of Mata Sheetla gas agency, Sector14 Gurgaon, Haryana and my consumer number is 12791. I booked gas refill about 13 days back. I am not getting delivery in spite of reminders at agency.yesterday I was told I will get cylinder today. But today delivery boy has informed that delivery is unlikely in next two three days. Kindly help in getting gas refill and check why there is sudden shortage of gas. I saw other customers giving similar feedback at gas agency office.

Booking no.532940 and then on 26/12/14 received a message on mobile saying my cash memo was generated no.[protected]. But till 30/12/14 I have not received the cylinder and today when i went to enquire at seetharama indane gas service around 5 pm about gas then he told me to wait three days and all our conversation was done in hindi but when i asked them the reason for delay the person shouted at me saying first learn kannada as it is karnataka and then come to talk to me and i will tell you the reason saying this he threw me out of his office and shut the main door at my face. I just want to know that did i made any mistake of being a north indian I came to south india for living. If not then why should i get so much abused for being a north indian as i just went to enquire about my gas cylinder.

          i am marymatha, with cosumer no. 19151 [protected]@ varaha gas agency(([protected]), prahladapuram, visakhapatnam, A.P.IT OFTEN AND ALMOST ALWAYS HAPPENS THAT MY GAS IS NOT DELIVERED TO MY DDOR STEP WITHOUT A LOT OF TENSION, EXCHANGE OF NUMBER OF PHONECALLS NULTIMATELY COMPLAINING TO YOUR TOLL FREE NO. IF I GO PERSONALLY TO THE OFFICE THEY SAY IT MIGHT BE DOOR LOCK, THEY NEVER GIVE ME BILLS. THIS MIGHT BE THAT THE VARAHA GAS AGENCY IS ENCOURAGING BLACK NGAS SALES, HAVING A SHARE FROM THE BOYS. THEY NEVER TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINSST THE COMPLAINTS. PLEASE CRECTIFY. i SHALL FOLLOW THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND FALSE PROMISES BY THE INDANE GAS AGENCY.             Respectable Sir/Madam, We have not received cylinder booked against booking no. 245577 on dated 05-Dec-2014, On confirmation from Gas agency on 30 -Dec-2014, we received reply that all booking are cancelled, no communication received from agency. We are waiting for cylinder from 6th Dec 2014 & we are using cylinder for preparing Food as we had only one cylinder, we also found that agency person delivering cylinder in black to reputed houses, As a simple man no one at agency ready to listen anything, I beleive in consumer forum Best Regards, On behalf of Charanjit Kaur Husband Prabhjot Singh

                  sir as i am a domestic gas consumer, no 18406, ihave booked for gas cylinder and recived message on 24th december 2014 that cylider will be issued shortly, as as i rang up agency says 29th came to issue but door lock.it is not true.each time agency tries to delay so that i am not able to benifit all cylinders by the end.so i have to pay for private gas

                  I HAD BOOKED THE GAS CYLINER ON DATED 15/12/2014 AND TILL NOW NOT RECIEVED A GAS CYLINDER .

                      my indane gas connection is with Gurgaon Gas Service, 500/2, Payarelal, Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 India +[protected]. Today is 30th dec 2014 and had called them to book the gas but they denied as adhaar card is not currently linked. Ho told me, reason for deactivate is not used gas for last six month so submit activation form. I have already submitted activation form with all required document on 27/Dec/2014 but still my connection is deactivated and not gas refill.                           sir, I am consumer of Indane LPG, my consumer no. cx 14764987. I have booked for refill cylinder on 06/12/2014 through moblie, the reference no. is 766603. I was traking my booking status regularly. on yesterday (29/12/2014) I got the massage that distributor has delivered the bookings done by 5/12/2014, and my cash memo has been generated. but today still I don't get my cylinder and when I tracked my status it showing that distributor delivered only upto 5th of december booking. My cash memo record is now removed. why is so. please look into the matter seriously as my cylinder is nearly to finish. my agency is Needus Distributors, Kolkata thank you Sarfraz Adil consumer no.                           Myself Mrs. Geeta Sinha.I live in Noida(distt.Gautam Buddh Nagar).I have booked my refill cylinder on 09.01.2015 through the online booking system my consumer no is-42427.I got the confirmation message also on the same day for the same.My gas cylinder distributor is Aghnihotri Gas Agency Sector-37, Noida.Today is 29.01.2015 and I have not received my cylinder till date.My cooking gas cylinder has come to an end now.Nobody picks up the phone in the agency.I tried to contact the vendor but he rightly said that I have to go the agency for the same.

                          Please guide me accordingly.

                            I am a regular customer at Rama Service Station for getting my car fuel but noticed on several occasions i was not getting 100% of fuel in same value than i used to get but i ignored. But as i am regular and also Rama Service Station employees are also regular in cheating me via distracting my attention by asking questions regarding pin number etc of my credit card and playing with meter reading during that i understood there cheating trick and caught them red handed today.

                            I asked to fill Rs 1200 petrol in my car and despite telling in advance my pin number they again distracted me and asked for same and as i turned back at meter after answering the employee meter shows fluctuates Rs1200 but i checked my low fuel reading in my meter and was sure they have cheated me. Than i asked for printed slip which i have attached for your reference, they got caught red handed only Rs 1001 worth actual petrol was filled instead what i paid Rs 1200. One employee immediately requested me to ignore and Filled the balance amount fuel of Rs 200 please find attached slip for same too.

                            I really felt cheated and betrayed by same as being a regular customer to this station and to IOC and you cheated me only for being loyal to you. Its a crime under IPC for cheating, i wish it will reach the concerned and right action will be taken in this regard as its a usual practice, i wish other innocent customers will be benefited with my this complaint. All this is very sad and hurting as you were cheated for being loyal.

                                    Indane Gas company having distributor at Savalaj city, its name is IBM gas agency. It observed many times that This agency is recovering extra chagres from customers even though Gas cylinder is collected from distributors godown i.e from savalaj. Also Gas cylinders are not get deliverd at our Home after proper booking. thats why its needed to collect gas cylinder from distributors godown.

As it is the delivery of refilled cylinder is delaying like anything for last 6 months. But I'm socked to know about the booking of my last one. I have refill booked on 5th November under booking number 876096. After long waiting when I'm checking on your toll free number at [protected] for delivery status, it's saying " YOUR DELIVERY IS SCHEDULE ON 26TH DEC 2014" and till date we haven't received any cylinder.
