Have availed Indane connection and was charged as per market rate in Feb-13(rs 895.5) and Feb14 (rs 1129). I had already linked my aadhar card with my HDFC bank account and IOCL as well. Firstly I visited distributor Munikrupa Agency-II (Ahmedabad) where in he directed to contact IOCL toll free number; after trying for days to reach customer care executive on [protected] I registered my concern with them after 10-15 days they replied that I need to check with my Bank and they cannot help me; at that time DBTL was stopped my government and discounted refill was 12 per year; I contacted my HDFC bank and they confirmed no money is transferred to my account; now since days I am trying to contact toll free number but not getting any response can you help. i having ID 13745 named amita rani registered at MM gas agency taylor road amritsar punjab . i have booked a cylinder against reference no 231046 on[protected] and a cash memo against this having no[protected] had generated and said that it will be delivered shortly . we asked the cartman/delivery boy harbhajan singh having no [protected](recorded call) he said that, gaddi nahi aaye " two to three times . plsee the matter as it has been cancelled why

I am amit jain, Consumer No.9889 of Honey gas service babina cantt, jhansi (UP). The agency is not supplying the refilled cylinder and always keeping the phone in engaged tone. If we call to the Proprietress's mobile number, she is talking very rudely as he is supplying the gas freely to the consumers and he is not giving direction to the cylinder delivery man, He is behaving as if he is the chairman of IOC. Even he also won't pick up the phone, we cant even prefer time also. Delivery men charges extra money to deliver the cylinder. At that time nearly one month about to be passed but still cylinder not delivered.

want to take gas connection from indane (my connection was Bharat gas) which is closure from my destination after transfer from Haldia to Barasat, west bengal due to service purpose. But perfect Indane at 11/3 jessore road, basant villa, barasat-700124 ph-[protected]/9 denied to give it & misbehave with me for 2 time when i go there. my con no[protected], s.v no-[protected], termination voucher no-[protected], LPG ID[protected].pls help me. previous connection was taken from Bharat gas-Haldia dock complex bharat gas distributors(no-461841), east Midnapur, Haldia, west bengal.

Indane gas cylinder booking no-761351 dated 12.11.14automated salivary status on announcement indicate dalivary on 16.12.14.But till date it has not been delivered at my premises repeated fallow up at the distributor saaheb Distributor 360, Upen Banerjee Road kolkata, and their premises of delivery are turning out to be false. I am A.Sathyan, Consumer No.184802 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. The agency is not supplying the refilled cylinder and always keeping the phone in engaged tone. If we call to the Proprietress's mobile number, she is talking very rudely as she is supplying the gas freely to the consumers and she is not giving direction to the cylinder delivery man, Mr.Nasar (his mobile no.[protected]) to supply the gas. He is behaving as if he is the chairman of IOC. Even he also won't pick up the phone, we cant even prefer time also. We both are working, some times in our home, no one will be there, he will write it one piece of paper that he already came, so come and collect the refilled cylinder like that. No authority is to take action aginst the agency, in our area people are suffering like any thing, Even aged people also going to the godown and collecting gas. Please do some urgent action.

I am a senior citizen of 78 years. My LPG agent is ANUSHKA INDANE situated in Nerul Navi Mumbai. Invariably they supply the refill after 12-14 days from the booking date. This month I had booked a refill on 16th and when I checked with them they simply said it will take time. They are not in a position to tell me or they do not have the courtesy to give a definite date. I would like to know whether there is a shot supply from your end or the agent is playing a game. If the agent is playing a game I would like to change over to other agent or supplier depending on the actual facts. vigneswara gas enterprises in sivakasi, virudunagar dist., tamil nadu is very worst dealer.we always get very late delivery.when we ask about delivery, they reply next day n next day and on.even other agencies here deliver somewhat at proper time.but vigneswara is worst.

The gas cylinder delivery man named Prem here in adarsh nagar region of ajmer demands more money than required.Also he deliver my gas cylinders to others.In short, he do black. The man delivers the cylinder after more than 10 days of the original date of delivery. I appeal the authority to change this delivery man as soon as possible.

sir my consumer no is 19526, in name of Chandra Bhanu Maurya in rudrapur gas service in U.S.Nagar, Uttarakhand is booked gas on 16/12/2014 through IVRS whose no is 243173, but i did not got cylender yet. Sir it is frequent problem that we do not get our booking easily.Please arrange to get deliver it soon.

The complaint is regarding the Mahamaya Indane Services situated in Jagmal Chowk Bilaspur. Firstly, even after making the booking for the connection the delivery of the same is not done. Sometimes it takes 10 - 12 days while some times it is not delivered at all. I am not the first one, but others haven't done anything this regard and this has raised their morals. They are now even ill-treating the customers. I had booked my cylinder on Dec 05 2014 and even today the delivery is not done (after 20 days) and from past six to seven days I am visiting the distributor where i get the answer today it would be delivered, but the delivery is yet to be done. Even the delivery boys makes some or the other excuse for not delivery the cylinders citing that the road is not good or the slip is not with us, or haven't contacted their owner regarding delivery or so on. There is the same complaint from several people, one lady whom i saw today, was nearly crying for the delivery of the cylinder, and the owner said can't do anything, if you want collect it from the godown. If the godown issue is there, then why they propogate for the home delivery.

Indane - online booking but cyl not recd dated 25/12/2014 dear sir/madam, lpg id [protected], booking no245590 on dated 17.12.14, Dealer govila enterprises indane gas Aligarh up . As mentioned a above I were book the cyl through online on 17.12.14 & cash memo [protected] generated on 17.12.14.and also we have recd the SMS that your cyl has been recd on 18.12.14. But physically we have not recd the same cylinder. I m facing that type of problem since last two months. So kindly request u please do needful to avoid the inconvenience. Now cons .no is 32712, in k2 international, new delhi-110076. i am a illiteret widow lady my all records send to you. i am very tried, no any income source to my life maintanance without 1000/-p.m widow penssion.my aadhar card, bank ac. all are name by minu biswas. who is meera biswas ? distributors office staff are discovered meera biswas without documents ? I am not responsible for the mistake. I go to k2 international again and again for this correction, last they are said Rs-1250/- deposit for the correction fees. i am not agree to pay becuse it is they are mistake, 2ndly I am fully unable to unnessecery payment pay. therefore sir.please urgently correction to my name from meera biswa to MINU BISWAS. thank you. My Indane LPG id no is 3 [protected] and consumer no is 37653. I have applied on dt 20/11/2014 for refill my LPG in agency(Unnao gas service, Distt Unnao, 209801, UP).
