I am getting cylinder delivered from M.M Enterprises which has seal broken .. On the cylinder it is clearly mentioned to check the seal on delivery.. When asked to the delivery boy about the broken seal he is saying that the gas in the cylinder is being checked before it is delivered ...which is a complete baseless excuse...
