vigneswara gas enterprises in sivakasi, virudunagar dist., tamil nadu is very worst dealer.we always get very late delivery.when we ask about delivery, they reply next day n next day and on.even other agencies here deliver somewhat at proper time.but vigneswara is worst.
Dear sir I recently booked a slender @ February25 after the gape of 30 days from devganga gas distributer chandra lay out bangalore &still didn't delivered the slender. They are saying that it will take another ten days. Its mean that their is gape of 30+20=50 days for next delivery.how can it be possible.they are making fool us & selling our slender in black market in high rate.my name is kushal kumar &my consumer no.is 66563. Please stop them from illegle practise. & cancel their licence.

    The gas cylinder delivery man named Prem here in adarsh nagar region of ajmer demands more money than required.Also he deliver my gas cylinders to others.In short, he do black. The man delivers the cylinder after more than 10 days of the original date of delivery. I appeal the authority to change this delivery man as soon as possible.

      sir my consumer no is 19526, in name of Chandra Bhanu Maurya in rudrapur gas service in U.S.Nagar, Uttarakhand is booked gas on 16/12/2014 through IVRS whose no is 243173, but i did not got cylender yet. Sir it is frequent problem that we do not get our booking easily.Please arrange to get deliver it soon.

        The complaint is regarding the Mahamaya Indane Services situated in Jagmal Chowk Bilaspur. Firstly, even after making the booking for the connection the delivery of the same is not done. Sometimes it takes 10 - 12 days while some times it is not delivered at all. I am not the first one, but others haven't done anything this regard and this has raised their morals. They are now even ill-treating the customers. I had booked my cylinder on Dec 05 2014 and even today the delivery is not done (after 20 days) and from past six to seven days I am visiting the distributor where i get the answer today it would be delivered, but the delivery is yet to be done. Even the delivery boys makes some or the other excuse for not delivery the cylinders citing that the road is not good or the slip is not with us, or haven't contacted their owner regarding delivery or so on. There is the same complaint from several people, one lady whom i saw today, was nearly crying for the delivery of the cylinder, and the owner said can't do anything, if you want collect it from the godown. If the godown issue is there, then why they propogate for the home delivery.

I registered my gas refill request on 17 - Dec-14 but still they not delivered the Cylinder. Whereas I got the message of generating cash memo [protected] on 24-dec.             Indane - online booking but cyl not recd dated 25/12/2014 dear sir/madam, lpg id [protected], booking no245590 on dated 17.12.14, Dealer govila enterprises indane gas Aligarh up . As mentioned a above I were book the cyl through online on 17.12.14 & cash memo [protected] generated on 17.12.14.and also we have recd the SMS that your cyl has been recd on 18.12.14. But physically we have not recd the same cylinder. I m facing that type of problem since last two months. So kindly request u please do needful to avoid the inconvenience. Now cons .no is 32712, in k2 international, new delhi-110076. i am a illiteret widow lady my all records send to you. i am very tried, no any income source to my life maintanance without 1000/-p.m widow penssion.my aadhar card, bank ac. all are name by minu biswas. who is meera biswas ? distributors office staff are discovered meera biswas without documents ? I am not responsible for the mistake. I go to k2 international again and again for this correction, last they are said Rs-1250/- deposit for the correction fees. i am not agree to pay becuse it is they are mistake, 2ndly I am fully unable to unnessecery payment pay. therefore sir.please urgently correction to my name from meera biswa to MINU BISWAS. thank you. This is one of worst service being provided by the indane distributor . My LPG id is and consumer no. Is CX1858785 Pls look into it immediately.

                    Dear sir, The LPG connection ( Consumer No.23339) to my house was issued in favour of my sister Mrs Susheela .Both my sister and me have been living in the same house and both are members of the same Ration Card. We have submitted an application along with all the relevant documents demanded by Thayyil Gas agency, Indane Distributor, Payyoli, Kozhikode District, Kerala on 11-12-14 to transfer the said Connection from the name of my sister to me ( Saseendran ). I have been running from pillar to the post to get connection transferred as mentioned above

                      I have booked on line cylinder filling and got cash memo no- [protected] generated on 18/12/2014, I have told same to Gaziyabad Yadu Gas distributer, who confirmed the delivery of cylinder on 20/2/2014.After that confirmation so many times i have called agency people and finaly result is that I have not got gas . They have delivered it to other people who have no connection form Indane and they are using with grace. Now I am suffering and the agency is consoling and cheating the customers. Hoping a better service from Indane and this foram.

                        Today I called around 12 Clock to the office of this agency (PAYRADANGA INDANE GRAMIN LPG VITRAK) regarding information and procedure of new connection after submission of previous Indane connection. I have called two times and one person received these called but, he don’t want to give any information, moreover he not wants to talk any more. It may be informed that the parson told me that " Why you called here, I not give any information regarding this, If you have so much urgency, come here?” In the respective Indane online page the phone no. of this agency is mentioned for help purpose by costumer like me not get any benefit from this. I hope, this person is misbehaving with all other customers also.

                          I have a LPG which consumer no-37814, SV no- 855307, .no of cylinder -2 and deposited amount is 1800 .i want to transfer this LPG to my younger brother because he has no connection till now but when i go to the office for thiis transfer, in all written records 1800 but in system only RS 1400 .again he says me to pay RS2000 extra for that ...is it the legitimate rule to ask for money to the consumer? after that i pay RS2000 to transfer my LPG to my younger brother which consumer no is -CX15381029 SV NO- [protected] no of cylinder 2 deposit amount -RS 3050 .he doesnt give me regulator .please inform me whether it is right or wrong ..                                 I took transfer in the Month of April 2014 from Rajgangpur to Bhubaneswar. At that point of time i surrendered the regulator and gas cylinders at the nearest indane dealer of Rajgangpur. In return they have issued me the transfer voucher mentioning therein "Transfer to Bhubaneswar". When I took this Transfer voucher to the indane dealers at Bhubaneswar they refused to honour the documents since the transfer slip was not given by the dealer at Rajgangpur. As a result i could not took any gas connection at Bhubaneswar and i could easily manage since my own house is at Bhubaneswar. But again i got transferred from Bhubaneswar to Rajgangpur with effect from 1st December 2014. I gave a call to the indane dealer at Rajgangpur and briefed him the entire things which has happened to me. But he didn't listened to me and harassing me saying that universally no transfer slips is given by any dealer. i have a family who has also come along with me and we are suffering a lot of hardship on account of the procedures and paraphernalia followed at your end.                                   I kamla devi w/o widow sh balak ram r/o v p o palkwah teh haroli distt una 177220 himachal pradesh . I fill the cylinder form the panjawar gas service as on dated 24/11/2014 and i pay the payment 916+32 =948 but my subsidy not transfr my account . When i contact to gas agency no[protected] & 287027 no is out of order and their mob no :[protected] not pick the mobile . Sir / madam my customer no 6047 cyclinder no 178598 receipt no 1767 my cont no [protected] and my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com pls sir i requested any soloution for my complaint .

                                  Sir, I had purchased a L.P Gas Cylinder from Sheetla Gas Service Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi (H.P) During Nov., 2014 vide Cash memo no. 2898 dated 19.11.2014 But subsidy on a/c of this has not been credited to my account till date. When I visited to concerned Agency, the personnel deployed there told me that the subsidy has been levid. Please confirm the Status of my pending issue.

                                    /Sir with due respects i have to bring the following to your kind attention and persuel 1.i am consumer of narwana gas agency, my consumer no.3402 2. ever since i am a consumer of this gas agency no [protected] satisfactory service has been provided by the gas agency. 3. the staff refuses to book the refill for home delivery on telephone and insist on personelly visit and when one goes personelly the staff misbehaves. 4. even after booking for home delivery they never deliver the refill at home without repeated visits/telephones and harass the home delivery consumers unnecesserly and insist that we should collect the refill from their depot. though home delivery charges are charged from every body but the always make one or the other excuse for home delivery and forced the consumers to collect the refill from the depot and no deductions of the home delivery charges are made by them. 5. home delivery is made in an average of 10 to 20 days after the booking as they have enganged only if you rickshaw pullers. 6. the next booking is made from the date of delivery of last refill and not the date of previous booking. 7.the staff does not even know how to calculate 21 days and next booking is made by them in 22 to 23 days. 8. mr lamba the owner of the said gas agency is neither available on his office and nor on phone. it is therefore requested that necessary action kindly be taken to remove the dificulity pointed to above by the consumers.

                                      Respected sir, At Ganesh Auto Service, Bommanahalli Village Hosur Road Bangalore, I went for refilling petrol in my two wheeler. Before starting two guys came near to me and were just standing. While the third guy did a reset and started filling other two were distracting me by trying to sell some shampoo or cleaning sachet and kept on distracting me while I try to look at the fuel meter. I avoided 2 to 3 times but they were not ready to go back and kept on distracting me. When I shifted my focus from the meter and tried to reply to these 2 the 3rd person immediately did a reset on the meter. And suddenly these 2 guys also left me to attend some other customer. Kindly take some action on this as this will only harm to very common people like us who daily struggle to fulfill very basic needs.

                                        Hello Sir This is to inform you that I have been cheated for Rs.500 today in the Madhu Enterprises Indian Oil Petrol Bunk. I requested the attendee there for 2000 petrol, One guy distracted me as mentioned above asking about points and credit card, meanwhile the other guy punched 500 and i told him that i requested for 2000. The 500 which he punched, was just an entry and it did not show up a full in meter. He filled the petrol of 1500 and states that he has already filled for 500 before. Normally after filling the petrol i check meter to get an approximate idea of how much gas has been filled. I found that the meter did not give me the readings that i normally get after filling Rs 2000 worth of petrol. I never encountered this issue before with any other vendor. After visiting this complaint site for Madhu Enterprises Indian Oil Petrol Bunk. i understand that it is not only me but others as well faced the same issue and raising a complaint on this site is mere waste, with the response they have got. I still doing it to let you know, So that others are aware of it. I will ensure that not only me but my near n dear will never fill petrol in this bunk or in any of the Indian oil bunks.
