I am a consumer of Indane gas agency, Rudrapur. My consumer id is 33950. I got my transffer through my company from Rudrspur to varanasi. when i got my transffer order, Immediate I met to my gas agency people, as they told :- When you will go from here, one the same day you bring your gas cylinder & Regulator. We will make transffer order & will be given to you. But when i went today, As they told, it can't be done now. you have to come in the month of February. when i pressurised, they they told, you come next month. Net is not working, By Tom I have to move to Varanasi. It had become major headache for me now, Request you to kindly resolve this issue any hoe by tom pls, With Regards, Mohan Kumar

    Dear Sir, I am a consumer bearing no- A20757 of Shree Laxmi Domestic gas supplier located at Jharsuguda Odisha, staying at vedanta meadows Jharsuguda. Generally I prefered door delivery, generally depends upon gas for regular cooking. I booked for new cylinder on 7th Nov 14. As per the gas agency register number it was 5338. After regular follow ups, still I couldn't get the new cylinder. i want to know whether any duration is defined for the supplier for door delivery? or any other problem is there. I mean to say its a regular delay. There's other connection Bharat gas which is very punctual it seams. Please help in this regard otherwise i may be forced to be a consumer of Bharat gas.

      last refill delivered to me was in 22/07/14 after that still now.not a single delivery has been done from the distributor CHIRAMEL AGENCIES PERINJANAM PROP MR PAUL( thrissur dist.)...everytime u make a call the answer is it will be delivered soon...but it never happens

        Dear All, I am the legal owner of my Father's Property and I had submitted my papers of Gas connection to the loacal dealer M/S Baijal Gas Services of Sardhana Road Kanker khera Meerut to Mr. Singh over there but I was told that some amount you have to deposit for transferring the connection. My Connection no. is B-12175 in the name of Mr. Satendra Singh. please help me out as Mr. Singh is asking for 4000.00 for this case. As of my knowledge there should not be any charges of transferring the connection. I dont want to give a call to Mr. Y Srivastava the Zonal Head o[censored].P and Uttrakhand. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I will be grateful if after receiving this mail you at once get in touch.             Please see below my complaint lodged on 5th Nov 2014, saying that the gas supply connection is being used by the unknown or misused by others which is belongs to the consumer who had passed away. My complaint was this should not happen and should be immediately blocked or cancelled the gas connection.

            "name of consumer died: M.S.subramaniam, died on 17.4.2000 Consumer wife S.Pattammal, died on 30.5.2008 person who died, his consumer gas supply presently using person name M.S.Ramados addrees : 172, Kuyavar street, Mannur pet, padi post, chennai-600050 . If this continue how about teanage newly married couple get gas supply and this increase can able to compensate ? Pls take action against this kind immediately"

            On Nov 5 and Nov 27 my complaint against the gas connection use after the person and his wife passed away by their heirs in spite of they won their gas connection to sell to the local shops for business, is it allowed by IOC. If so, can other people in the heirs can use the same consumer no gas connection ?
            Why no action taken on the complaint made on 5th Nov & 27 Nov even after two months lapsed.
            Any action on this complain or thrown to dust bin . If this kind action how to improve nation ( unless every body to make pledge to change them self)

GAS SERVICE, 9, Katchery Street, Velur Raod Tiruchengode -637211. Distributor collecting the amount for door delivery. But they won't come forward to deliver it properly to our home. They are bring it to one place and call us to take from that particular place. To take this cylinder we should travel 3 KM from our place. All the peoples having connection in this distributor facing the same problem in our area. If we ask about this to distributor, they are insisted us to change the distributor.                       I am sushila singh consumer no 1457 at GNS Service Shantinaagr hyderabd, i booked my cylinder vide on 19/11/2014 vide ref no 693256.I got the cylinder on 22/11/2014. Till today my subsidy amount is not credited to my account wheras i was told that first i have to pay Rs 970/- and after that the subsidy amount will be automatically credited to my account. But to my surprise, on 24th NOV I got the message on my registered mobile that my refill booking ref no 693256 stands cancelled, book again or contct distributor. Distributor is still saying that amount will be credited to my linked account.Previously also i used to get this subsidy amount through my attached account.                         Please refer to the LPG booking No 258303 on Oct 17, 2014 for consumer no 8294.
                        After one month, on 17th Nov 2014, we received a message stating that the booking is cancelled.
                        Same day another message was received stating that, against the refill booking No [protected], cash memo No [protected] is generated & the cylinder shall be delivered shortly. On Wednesday 19 Nov 2014, the message states that again the booking is cancelled & re booked with the same booking No. Till date after a lapse of 40 days, we have not received the cylinder.On enquiry with, Mohan gas Agency, chathannoor, Kollam, they said the status of delivery is indefinite. Please look into the matter to ensure prompt & speedy delivery at the earliest.

                                respected sir, I have to complain against haryana gas agency situated in sirsa district. i have not refill my gas cyclinder since 26 feb 2014 because i have very small family, we both me and my wife lies in senior citizen category.they first blocked my connection and asked to come tomorrow. Next day asked for my id card and to write a application to managing director haryana gas agency sirsa.and again asked to come tommorrow. Then again next day the asked me to fill up a form for queries. Their behaviour for a senior citizen is not good. They should not make me come again and again, i suffered a lot of mentally harrassment. They should maintain their policy for senior citizen, not call to call them again and again. I didn't book cylinder, but on. 17.11.14 at 11.05 I received 1st text from Indian Oil that booking booking for consumer no.47848 is registered and booking ref.no. Is [protected]. I tried to call [protected] to lodge my complaint, but no one picked up. Again on 17.11.14 at 12.42 I received text saying -- Your refill booking [protected] cash memo [protected] generated cylinder shall be delivered...

                                  I am having compliant for Indane Gas. My name is stalin joseph and Indane gas consumer no. is : 77335 and the distributor name is SRI Kalarani Gas Agencies, Chennai. I have submitted my document to reactivate my account before 15 days. When i submitted the documents in person, they said they will do it 2 days but they didn't activate as promised. Whenever i call they would say, will activate now.. Will activate now...same answer for 15 days. Finally my consumer number is activate last friday (21-Nov-2014). I book cylinder through IVRS and got the booking reference number as : 389515. And i got message today[protected] saying that "Your refill booking 389515 stands cancelled". I called the distributer and again asked they said account is deactivate with no reason. And they said, they will activate again today[protected]. when i called them to confirm this, they said it was activated. But I called IOC customer care and asked the for same whether my account is activated or not. IOC said, It was not activated Yet. So simply the distributer is playing with me and lying like anything. What is there for them to say truth or action condition of my account. I have waited for long time..they are giving always false message. Kindly do the needful and resolve my issue.

                                  I went and met the distributer once again with necessary documents and explained the condition of the account. As of now, they delivered the cylinder and the account is activated. I don't know what will happen for next month.
