sir my name is Avinash subudhi a resident of bikaner having consumer no CX12514633 having LPG ID 3 [protected] would like to state that i have ordered a cylinder through your online booking site, booking reference 900088 dated 19/11/2014 but still i have not awaited to get a cylinder .May i know the reason of your bad service or should i move to other service providers.kindly do the needful or tell me atleast how many days before i should book the cylinder to get it on time??

    Dear sir, We have already booked for refill cylinder by telephone for the month of October 2014 & november 2014, but we did not received any cylinder yet. After interrogation it reveals that my cylinder has been already despatched. But how it can be possible. You are requested to inquiry for the same because we have great need of refill cylinder.         My consumer no. Is 48259... Pls. I am desperate to know why our gas agency VEER SHIV GAS SERVICE is not delivering our gas in time. I[censored] check our booking date u will know when I have booked the gas and as of today I am still waiting for the gas to arrive. Yesterday 28th nov. 2014 I went to the office to find out, and that is when he promised me that the gas will b delivered immediately... Still I have not received... Tell me what is the issue... This is the third time it is happening and once I even received a message it is delivered and then the next day I recieved a message it is cancelled. All thru the year I have only booked 3 gas... Who is to b blamed... Pls. Do the needful... We r struggling with gas Thank you Yours sincerely Richard jones

          I am Indane customer of Seetharama gas agency in Jigani, Anekal. I have been taking regular cylinder but had a break of 1 year as I was not at home. So as per the rule my connection got deactivated . After that when I am trying to reactivate my connection by filling in the form and submitting the required documents I am not able to do so and more than 1 month has passed and nothing had happened. Every time I call the agency they tell me to call after 2-3 days and so on.The problem is not getting solved and it is more than 3 months that I have been calling them and visitng their office

REGISTERED AS MY PERSONAL PH.NO.IS REJECTED(BLOCKED).EVEN IN ON LINE, GAS BOOKED IN LAST MONTH[protected]VIDE REF.NO.100179 ALTHOUGH DELIVERED ON 22-11-14 IS SHOWING PENDING SO BOOKIG PATH IS CLOSED HERE ALSO. I HAVE CONTACED MY DISTRIBUTOR M/S BEST FLAME END NO. OF TIMES, DISTRIBUTOR HAS RAISED HIS HAND TELLING HELPLESS.HENCE I REQUEST U TO KINDLY UNREGISTER MY REJECTED MOB.NO([protected]) OR REGISTER MY NEW MOB.NO.[protected]. I AM NOT ABLE TO BOOK REFILL CYLINDER ONLINE OR BY IVRS OR BY SMS AS STATED IN (http://indane.co.in/book_cylinder.php) WEBSITE, I HAD SPOKEN WITH IOCL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD TO REGISTER MOBILE NO AT DISTRIBUTOR. I AM CALLING TO DISTRIBUTOR (PADMAVATHY INDANE GAS AGENGCY, SHAKTINAGAR RAICHUR) FOR BOOKING SINCE LAST 40 DAYS, NITHER BOOKING NOR TAKING ACTION TO REGISTER MY MOBILE NO TO ACTIVATE IVRS SERVICE. THEY CALLED ME TO SHOP BUT WHEN I REACHED, SHOP WAS CLOSED AND THEY ‘LL NOT RECIEVE CALLS ALSO AND AFTER WARDS THEY GIVE EXCUSES. INSPITE HAVING DOUBLE CYLINDERS THEN ALSO I NEED TO BEG CYLINDERS FROM MY NEIGHBOURS. THE DISTRIBUTOR IS INEFFICIENT TO DISCHARGE HIS DUTY. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY STEPS.

                  Dear Sir/Madam I need to complaint against Annai indane service coimbatore regarding Collecting Money at the customer home. Every six months Distributer person coming to home and demanding to give Rs 75 or we will cancel the connection. I am asking who are that people to cancel my connection i am giving money to purchase a gas cylinder. Kindly take necessary action against the Annai indane service.                       I am customer of Abhishek gas enterprises, barh customer number A03525 .I have continously observed disparity in weight of the delivered cylinder upto 2 kgs less.When asked to weight the cylinder from delivery boy, he used to refuge weighing reason being non-availability of weighing machine.The behaviour and conduct of delivery boy is also miserable and sometimes its intolerable. Please pay attention for the same and take appropriate actions ASAP.

                        My consumer no is[protected]. I have submitted my TV & all require documents to indane dealer Dinesh gas agency vigyan nagar kota rajasthan & after two days received gas cylinders in sept 2014 but in nov 2014, i have received message from gas agency that you have to submit all documents again, your connection has discontinue so again I submitted all documents on 26.11.2014 but on 27.11.204 again I received a message from gas agency that your gas connection was discontinue so again you have to submit the all documents again. Now they are refusing to take the documents. Pls do the needful

                          I am a consumer of Indane gas agency, Rudrapur. My consumer id is 33950. I got my transffer through my company from Rudrspur to varanasi. when i got my transffer order, Immediate I met to my gas agency people, as they told :- When you will go from here, one the same day you bring your gas cylinder & Regulator. We will make transffer order & will be given to you. But when i went today, As they told, it can't be done now. you have to come in the month of February. when i pressurised, they they told, you come next month. Net is not working, By Tom I have to move to Varanasi. It had become major headache for me now, Request you to kindly resolve this issue any hoe by tom pls, With Regards, Mohan Kumar

                            Dear Sir, I am a consumer bearing no- A20757 of Shree Laxmi Domestic gas supplier located at Jharsuguda Odisha, staying at vedanta meadows Jharsuguda. Generally I prefered door delivery, generally depends upon gas for regular cooking. I booked for new cylinder on 7th Nov 14. As per the gas agency register number it was 5338. After regular follow ups, still I couldn't get the new cylinder. i want to know whether any duration is defined for the supplier for door delivery? or any other problem is there. I mean to say its a regular delay. There's other connection Bharat gas which is very punctual it seams. Please help in this regard otherwise i may be forced to be a consumer of Bharat gas.

                              last refill delivered to me was in 22/07/14 after that still now.not a single delivery has been done from the distributor CHIRAMEL AGENCIES PERINJANAM PROP MR PAUL( thrissur dist.)...everytime u make a call the answer is it will be delivered soon...but it never happens

                                Dear All, I am the legal owner of my Father's Property and I had submitted my papers of Gas connection to the loacal dealer M/S Baijal Gas Services of Sardhana Road Kanker khera Meerut to Mr. Singh over there but I was told that some amount you have to deposit for transferring the connection. My Connection no. is B-12175 in the name of Mr. Satendra Singh. please help me out as Mr. Singh is asking for 4000.00 for this case. As of my knowledge there should not be any charges of transferring the connection. I dont want to give a call to Mr. Y Srivastava the Zonal Head o[censored].P and Uttrakhand. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I will be grateful if after receiving this mail you at once get in touch.                                     Please see below my complaint lodged on 5th Nov 2014, saying that the gas supply connection is being used by the unknown or misused by others which is belongs to the consumer who had passed away. My complaint was this should not happen and should be immediately blocked or cancelled the gas connection.

                                    "name of consumer died: M.S.subramaniam, died on 17.4.2000 Consumer wife S.Pattammal, died on 30.5.2008 person who died, his consumer gas supply presently using person name M.S.Ramados addrees : 172, Kuyavar street, Mannur pet, padi post, chennai-600050 . If this continue how about teanage newly married couple get gas supply and this increase can able to compensate ? Pls take action against this kind immediately"

                                    On Nov 5 and Nov 27 my complaint against the gas connection use after the person and his wife passed away by their heirs in spite of they won their gas connection to sell to the local shops for business, is it allowed by IOC. If so, can other people in the heirs can use the same consumer no gas connection ?
                                    Why no action taken on the complaint made on 5th Nov & 27 Nov even after two months lapsed.
                                    Any action on this complain or thrown to dust bin . If this kind action how to improve nation ( unless every body to make pledge to change them self)
