My gas cylinder (no 14787) delivery was cancelled today since I was not present yesterday at home. I didnot get any delivery notification also. Instead of coming in the next time the booking is cancelled and I will get my cylinder after one month only with new booking. Unfortunately we depend on you to cook food and don't know what to do. The lady at the office is so arrogant for telephonic queries also.

    respected sir I T.SATHY consumer number:18031 .is having a complaint regarding the delivery of the gas cylinder. we reside in the nandhanam house muzhavancodu.kattakada thaluk of trivandrum under kulathummal village. here we are under the AMMAL AGENCIES, indane distributors, NTA road, kattakada, trivandrum, 695572. respected sir we have booked for our gas cylinder on23/9/14 booking serial number 617420.it has been more than 2 months since we have booked the ylinder.sir its very difficult to carry out the daily needs without gas cylinder. due to this delay we contacted the gas agency but sir we are sorry to say that they are not even listening to our complaint.they are responding in an unhealthy manner. the cylinders are sold in the black market .they are selling the cylinders to the hotels . they are selling the cylinders in the roads in lonely places. today we enquired in the AMMAL AGENCIES KATTAKADA about our booking nad we came to know that gas cylinder in our booing number has been delivered on the date of 4/10/2014 but we havnt received any cylinder. so respected sir like this they have been selling the cylinder any others booking number. these AMMAL AGENCIES are selling the cylynders to to other private agencies.sir it is very difficult to carry out the daily activities in home .iam a govt servant. they are not even listening to our complaints.please sir, take necessary actions .

      Dear Sir, Our Consumer no. is 73008, we had booked cylinder ( Booking ref no: 828506 booked on 19/10/2014 ) and accordingly we received sms on 30/10/2014 stating Cash Memo [protected] Generated) stating the same shall be delivered shortly, but the same is not delivered till today at 9.21 am while I am writing this mail. When called the delivery person Madhu [protected] he states that we are not available at house...For the last 3 yrs that person is delivering to our apartment how come suddenly he will give this reason? and that too for 19 days?? When questioned he has the audacity to say that it is "not his responsibility and its consumer's fault" also states that load has not come. I suspect that he has sold our cylinder in BLACK to another consumer and playing with us. What kind of service these people give? I strongly recommend to weed out such staff from their employment.         Dear Concern, I, Rajesh Sinha, consumer of your dealer, M/S Abhinaya Enterprises, Gaya.My consumer no is 110085.We are concerned to inform you that never bother to make delivery the gas at home even after repeated reminder.I have booked on 18/09/2014 but still waiting to delivered at home though i have reminded five times. Delivery boy visit our colony but when asked for my cylinder, he always refused and not taking care of it but selling cylinders in black very openly.           Dear sir, Please note that delivery system is so slow and not effective, we are requesting many times through telephone and online but the request always cancel after two month then again we must request and wait this happens through out the year. We have been provided only two cylinder during this year. This two times we went the agency with our transport and taken gas. Please enquire about it. Many time i complain against this so that they are making more delay upon our request.             Sir/madam We are having gas service of indane in chikamagalur. If we book the gas we have to take the delivery by our own. If we book a gas they take more then 2 months for delivering cylinder. Our gas agency name is shivneel gas agency. And revert my cc
            booked 45 days before still we haven't got cylinder.
            they were repyling that booking has been canceled and they told to book again.and we too did still
            we haven' got cylinder. we have given bank details on 23/02/2013. but still they asking about bank details. second
            time also we gave bank details on 12/02/2014. still they were asking bank details. again and again.
            they were not supplying cylinder on correct time. they were providing cylinder with 2 kg gas shortage.
            please check and take action and kindly provide me cylinder as soon as possible.

But till now it is not delivered yet. in between i made telephonic contact several times with the Agency, they are replying to deliver the same today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow, two days after tomorrow, next week, next week tuesday, next week Saturday etc.being harassed i made telephonic complain to the complain care, the complain number :1644965. But no further action has been taken yet.

Booked my cylinder on 8th oct. 2014. Not delivered yet. On Complain Care i made telephonic complain on 13th nov. 2014 which number is 1644965. But till date no further step is taken regarding the delivery.
                My Indane consumer number is 09732. I have booked my cylinder on 12 Febuary 2015. My Refill booking number is 501652. Normally cylinder delivers in within 2 days max. but this time it has already become too late and i have not recieved my cylinder. Last cylinder is about to finish, may be it will be over today only, then whole cooking system will be effected. I have tried calling customer care and other relevant numbers to get the cylinder but no action has been taken yet. Please provide a cylinder as soon as possible on above mentioned booking number.
                HOW TO SUBSIDY TRANSFERRED ON[protected] WITHOUT DELIVERY OF CYLINDER BECAUSE (As per Booking/Order Date[protected] Booking Reference No.900259)
                CYLINDER IS DELIVERED IN THE BOOKING HISTORY AND SUBSIDY IS ALSO CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT BUT CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED YET. HOW & WHY????

                          i am dharan from Pallipalyam, namakkal-6, tamilnadu. the GAS AGENCY name ANNAI CAUVERY GAS AGENCY is not delivering the gas cylinder properly... they are delaying more than 14days after i ordered the gas, due to improper health of the distributing man, he dint deliver the gas to me, bcoz of this, the order bill is cancelled and they are saying again to book and wait for a week... please take action again these agency...

                            i have booked gas on 15.11.2014, and yet i have not received the refill. I have booked my refill after 45 days and yet they are saying that they have shortage and also they are not giving me DBC. Every time i go to them they say they could not provide DBC, even i had acquired this connection for more than one year.

                            I have complained many times against this dealer. But to my dismay none of the complaint has been taken seriously. Whenever we book refill it takes one and half month to deliver it after regular pushing. Kindly take action against him at least this time.

                                  I am a suffering client of Indane under Premier Gas Agency, Dehradun, UK, India with client no 160167(LPG id:3 [protected]). Worst services received from premier gas agency. 1. I booked on 11th Nov 2014(Booking refer no:900309) but till today I have not received refilled cylinder while I am having only one cylinder, so from last 10 days, your services has made our life miserable. I have made complaint as well but still no action. 2. Next and the worst problem is I applied for DCB connection(Ref No: 1309225) on 25th Sept 2013, Then I got a call to submit documents for verification and approval. I did the process, from then I have not received any update or any DCB connection. On agency I tried thousands of times to call but no response every time.                                     My name is Ratnam & my Consumer Number is 2561 of M/sPrithwi Indane Services, Aluva. I have booked for a cylinder (domestic) on 8.10.2014 and received an SMS message from M/s.Prithvi Indane Services, Aluva on 8.10.2014 and the booking reference number is 369267. Even after elapse of 40 days, I have not received cylinder or any message regarding the allotment. So, today I approached the Gas Agency godown at Asokapuram directly.. But, they says that my booking is not recorded at their records. I shown the SMS in my mobile phone. But they says that it is not acceptable and issue gas cylinder. What am I do for this negligence and irresponsible attitude?

                                      I use to book for refill over mobile phone. These days, when I dial, to book for refilling from Alaka Bhubaneswar w.c.s., the computerised voice after receiving my phone tells me that ur consumer No. is A23777. Thanks for the same. Unfortunately, no booking for refill is done, nor a message in that respect reaches me. Kindly, do the needful, as both the cylinders are going to be finished within a couple of days hence.                                         I am indian gas consumer for several years. I approached my distributer for change in my surname / title because of get married. The distributer asked me first publish the matter of 'surname change' in daily news paper & I did the same. Now distributer is asking to deposit the more security amount because as per rule I am not existing consumer only just for change in my surname. I realised that the distributer has not the proper knowledge. I just want to know the process for doing this change and shall I have to pay extra only just getting married.
