I asked petrol guy at nozzle to full my bikes tank, he started filling and stopped at 151 something rupees, and then asked for money, i told him that i asked for full tank, then he said sorry and started filling again to full tank. And the bill came Rs. 799.220. I paid him Rs800 cash, then he asked for 150 more, i asked him why, he said that he filled Rs150 petrol by mistake in the beginning, i was getting late for my job so i went away with bith the bills. Then i checked the bill and understood that i got cheated, the timings of filling was 5 minutes apart. This means, the Rs150 bill was of previous filling and he cheated me Rs.150.

I go to your petrol pump near bakshi cinema narwana only pump within municipal limit to fill up my scooter with air as well wirh fuel but they cleatly refuse to fill.

I go to fuel up my two whiller around 9pm to your petrol pump near bakshi cinema but they refuse to fill it up and fill air in my scooter. I warn them to complain but they ignored and clearly refuse to fill air firstly. I draw s videografy and came out. But the matter is ... If i was nos not eligible to take facilities provided by indian oil ltd. Im also attaching video made by me from there.

Oil quantity not properly poring to my bike.. While I raise concern sales man scolding me and after all people seeing him he is saying I scolding him.. So please investigate and action on the sales man.
I try to report to bunk manager but he is not there..

I booked my lpg cylinder on 29/06/2021
But the lpg cylinder deliver boy wanted Rs 40 more than the bill at the time of delivery to my home. Then I denied that I would not get anything more than the bill amount.
When the LPG cylinder was taken back, I complained about customer care number and delivery boy delivered lpg cylinder on 03/06/2021.
But he wrote Rs 35 more in the bill and did not even mention That's why the money is taken more, In this way, these people are making money. I request you to give due justice in view of this application.

I applied new lpg delarship in april month 2021 at online lpgvitrakcchayan website.In my application approval amount 14313 paid through online it is refundable amount said senior sales manager hardeep singh after agreement amount 98000they told.
But some personal problem not interrest for delarship. I told hardeep singh senior sales manager .but still not refundable amount my account.i asked hardeep singh they didnot attend my call.

I had gone to gobara, talcher district- angul state- odisha petrol pump.there i filled 1179 rupees of petrol and when i asked the cashier for card payment he was charging me 1279 ruppees when i asked him he tried to play smart and went back just to pretend like he will check petrol history but he didn't. He directly cancelled the card transaction and made a fresh bill of 1179. This shows that it was not a mistake .he knew the original amount and was trying to loot me knowingly. Attaching the bill witth the cashier name- amit.
Please take proper action on them

A transaction amount 3500 was unsuccessfull at jai hind filling station dharampur distt. Solan Himachal pradesh, but money debited from my card.I told both to my bank and petrol pump.My bank is saying that payment is successfull from our side.If not received to merchant kindly ask him for non receipt confirmation via official mail or letter head, but petrol pump officials are denying to provide any type of non receipt confirmation from their side.

Infact they are talking very rudely to me.They are saying that we don't have the time for this.

Kindly do the needful.

I believe you would consider this as a genuine issue and you would take some appropriate action as this may lately affect the reputation of your renowned fueling station. Dear sir, this is to inform that yesterday, I went to fill petrol in my amaze car at 3 pm to Indian oil petrol pump situated near to Rithala metro station while coming from office. There, one employee told me that payment can not be accepted through card as there machine is not working. Usually I use credit card, but due to this, I asked the employee to fill petrol of RS 500/- in cash, he filled the petrol of RS 500/- but fuel indicator arrow did not go up. I complained to the concerned employee who filled the petrol, he asked me that sir some time it happens but u got the petrol of RS 500/- n give me bill also, relying on his assurance, I came back to my home. Today while going office I noticed that fuel indicator is coming down. Sir, petrol pump employee has cheated me n did not fill the petrol, in view of this, I am to request to take action as deemed fit against the petrol pump owner n employee, regards manoj Kumar

We fill diesel 800 rupees but petrol pump worker fill only 799.17. When I call him why he not fill proper they asked me machine cut here. They always doing with everyone.

They are selling petrol in their petrol Indian oil petrol pump which is situated in the village- Bangla, Po-Indpur, dist - Bankura, pin -722136.
the petrol they are selling in their pump is not original, they are mixing something wrong which you can determine it by simply smelling it, it also affect the milage of our bike. I have also asked the worker about it, according to them, we should talk to the owner, and this, not their responsibility. that why we need to go to another pump for fueling which is 4 km away. I think you guys should check their oil suddenly without informing them.
Look its a semi town, that's why no one is complaining about it, they are simply going to another pump until it's urgent.

I have the video proof that station workers are too lazy that i was standing at there for more then 2 minutes for fuel but they all are sitting together and enjoying there own company. I blowed horn for many times but they were doing continue when i came out from my car they one person came and done the job.
Is this your behaviour with customers?
What kind of services your branch are providing. plz look this matter immediately, i have the video for the same.

Leakage of gas from the cylinder when I open the regulator. Kindly fix it urgently.

This the case of Govinda Petroleum Agency, Pecharthal, Unakoti district, Tripura Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

I went there to refuel my bike 3 days ago for Rs 730 (paid in cash) and also few days before that I did almost full tank, my bike broke down almost many times for the past few days. I usually refuel whenever my tank goes below 40-50% capacity, as on 20th June I refuelled for Rs 680. ( Paytm Transaction receipt copy attached).
I purchased my Royal Enfield Himalayan Bs6 on 9th April 2021, so this is a brand new bike. I have never refueled my tank from black market shops as it will damage the Fi.

After I brought to the mechanic I came to know the situation that they have been mixing petrol with water and kerosene.

The agency is charged both online and offline for refill delivery. So kindly look into this matter and refund online transaction. we had alredy un numburs of times complain by customer support and visit agency but no-buddy are getting responcebility.

Fraud of Rs 530 has been done after we have asked one of the staff to deliver us the petrol of same amount. Car reading for petrol was still the same. We asked for the same but he asked us to take more petrol so we decided to fill more of 200 rupees. Car reading for petrol has slightly been increased after that. Means the first time he cheated on us with our hard earned money of Rs 530. There was a difference in the bills of Rs 530 and Rs 200 also. Stamp is not shown on Rs 530 bill. Please find attached both the bills provided.
