This the case of Govinda Petroleum Agency, Pecharthal, Unakoti district, Tripura Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

I went there to refuel my bike 3 days ago for Rs 730 (paid in cash) and also few days before that I did almost full tank, my bike broke down almost many times for the past few days. I usually refuel whenever my tank goes below 40-50% capacity, as on 20th June I refuelled for Rs 680. ( Paytm Transaction receipt copy attached).
I purchased my Royal Enfield Himalayan Bs6 on 9th April 2021, so this is a brand new bike. I have never refueled my tank from black market shops as it will damage the Fi.

After I brought to the mechanic I came to know the situation that they have been mixing petrol with water and kerosene.

The agency is charged both online and offline for refill delivery. So kindly look into this matter and refund online transaction. we had alredy un numburs of times complain by customer support and visit agency but no-buddy are getting responcebility.

Fraud of Rs 530 has been done after we have asked one of the staff to deliver us the petrol of same amount. Car reading for petrol was still the same. We asked for the same but he asked us to take more petrol so we decided to fill more of 200 rupees. Car reading for petrol has slightly been increased after that. Means the first time he cheated on us with our hard earned money of Rs 530. There was a difference in the bills of Rs 530 and Rs 200 also. Stamp is not shown on Rs 530 bill. Please find attached both the bills provided.

Somebody booked indane gas using my name on 28/06/2021 and i got order details and invoice to my registered mobile number as a text message.
The reference number of booking is : Ref No.[protected].

Kindly please take action against this because this is very serious about my privacy and security.

My Father purchased petrol for Rs 400 and Rs 250 in 2 cans on 23rd of June 2021.Bill no 150540 from Arvind Fuels Eanchakkal Trivandrum.But it was adulterated with kerosene or some other fluid which damaged my vehicles carburettor etc causing heavy money loss to my father.There are complaints about Arvind Fuels from others also regards adulteration .Please take legal proceedings against Arvind Fuels, Eanchakkal

All the IOC petrol pumps are not redeeming the accumulated fuel points in the Citibank Indian OIl credit card.

Sir I booked my cylinder through mobiwic on, 30.04.2021 with operator refrence no ml011120baabb3dl4000. My gas no 19671/[protected].mobiwic says the payment is successful with you. But the order is not visible on your portal. And I have not recieved the cylinder aganist my booking

Gas Cylinder Delivery Persons didn't wear mask while delivering the gas cylinder.

I filled petrol for my vehicle at Sri Panchamukhi fuels IOCL Dabaspet NH4, Tumukuru, but after providing my mobile number which was added for fuel rewards card, the fuel station was not added rewards points to my card.
It is not first time happened approximately five times same experience I got from the above mentioned petrol bunk.
There's no air facility on the petrol bunk.
Please do the needfulbr...

I am AMANANA. SAI VIKAS working as a salesman in a Government Wine shop at Etcherla . I frequently visit IOCL petrol bunk for buying petrol but the sales staff said there is no stock, Everyday he said same response in arrogant behaviour. So, I Would like to register a complaint against those sales staff of IOCL petrol bunk at Etcherla, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.

We have asked to fill diesel for 500rs for our car. They showed us 0 and started the meter. It has shown like 5.3 litres of diesel was filled. But fuel indication in our car didnt show any change. We checked with the person who was filling the diesel.He said the fuel indication will show after moving car to some distance. It was confusing, but we didnt argue, we just moved on. On the way there was another petrol bunk some 6 km away, I filled diesel for 500 rs again. There the fuel indication immediately showed increase in DTE. We went again to this fuel station(Sonasun traders Indian Oil) and enquired further. They didnt respond propely.The guy who was filling diesel has went and hided inside. We wanted to register a complaint.We asked for the complaint book, they refused to give it. Actually they have only showed the reading like they have filled diesel. But they didnt fill it.

Order no[protected] booked on June 15.

Status inquiry on June 23 said no records found.

There is a petrol bunk at nallathambi road pammal doing adulteration in ordinary petrol, whenever i fill petrol here, my tvs scooter creating strange notice, bad mileage, bad pick up, shaking during running, i am fed up with this bunk, this bunk is new but they are not genuine, this adulteraters don't deserve iocl agency, they creating bad name to iocl. kindly visit to this nallathambi road pammal iocl soon.

i want them to realise and become clean in future, please do necessary action

I am ketankumar from Ahmedabad. I would like to raise a complaint on the incident that occurred yesterday at Indian oil petrol pump near Anjali Cross Road, Ahmedabad. I went to your outlet at IOC Pump yesterday evening (22/06/2021) at Anjali Cross Road, Ahmedabad and asked for a petrol refill worth of Rs.500 in my Honda City Car. but only after 1km drive, it seen Empty petrol display signal in my car. I went again back to petrol pump and ask for less petrol reason. First I talked with Petrol filling boy but I didn't get proper reply. After that I talked to Manager but not got proper answered from him and then I talked to Head/Owner on phone, he has not replied proper & satisfied answer. I talked to all three members at pump - Staff, Manager & owner, but I didn't get satisfied reply for my complaint. they have not responded well. This petrol pump gives less petrol quantity from desired amount. Kindly immediately conduct a deep enquiry on mentioned petrol pump & do the needful at the earliest.

Hundreds of people like me struggle a lot in cities like Mysore for a bathroom facility because there is no water in the toilet whenever they come here.

I had to pay 150 rupees as regulator replacement changes but there was receipt given to me the company employee said that there is no receipt for such replacement is it really ethical to loot the customer without giving receipt?
