Sir, I am apply for new Gas Connection through Umang App. on 25-4-21 reference no PR[protected]. I am received a e-mail on dated 25-4-21 is my waitlist no.[protected]. sir the distributor said my waitlist is release around 15-20 days. It is more then 45 days my waitlist is not release. please release my waitlist as soon as possible and get our connection as soon as possible.

    I visited a Indian Oil Fuel Station near Power House Chauraha, Ashiyana, Lucknow I asked for Toilets then a employee said there is no Toilet here I asked Why he said talk to manager Then I visited to Manager of that Fuel Station I asked him for toilet He said there is no toilet and no drinking water I asked why he said there is public toilet nearby you can visit there that’s why there is no toilet then i said that it’s urgent then he said it’s your problem actually he is so rude and i m truely fed up that time i asked for complaint form then he said there is no complaint form here. From now onwards I will never visit any Indian Oil fuel station. It’s better for the company to take action and listen to its consumers Thank You ….👎🏻

      I have two numbers of complain.

      1). I had approached to the dealer fir chsnge of mobile number they refusrs to do this.

      2) my gas regulator is not working...As they provided the old stock.

      Please see the matter sir.

        13/06/2021 evening at indian oil petrol bunk, madagupatti, sivaganga district, tamilnadu, india, the quatity of petrol I got which is less than one litre but I paid hundred ruppees.. When ask them they said one litre petrol is rs102 but the govt petrol price rs 98 approxiamately what a scam they are doing only reason behind this it's a rural area village so people are not aware of such scams please take neccesary action immediately.

          Address: Ganga jamuna petrol pump, Jaipur.

          The filling station is not providing air filling facility since a long time. Everytime they make excuse that the air pressure meter is not working. Today when we asked for the complaint register, the person at the station refused to provide it.

            In my location there is a Indian oil petrol pump He is not giving petrol by zero the meter. He goes on pouring petrol on everyone one after the other.
            When I asked whether to do zero, it says that the machine has to be turned off and on again. machine is bad

                I Anmol Rathva citizen of vadodara city Gujarat, Today i expeienced very bad service from Indian kio petrol pump new VIP road branch, I went there walking 3 kms to get petrol in bottle because my vehicle's petrol tank was empty and i was unable to get it to petrol pump but they behaved so rudely and denied me to give me in bottle and Instead of helping all staff was laughing at ne just because i am a girl they ignored my requests.
                As a responsible citizen I know that they have some rules but atleast in exceptional sittuations they should help right? I am really very disappointed with their service.
                kindly take note of my complaint and take strict actions against the staff.

                    Dear Sir,
                    The Indian Oil petrol pump station named Hemkunt Petrol Pump at Sirhind Road Patiala, seems to cheat people while filling petrol. The modus operandi is -

                    If you ask the attended at the station to fill petrol for Rupees 1500/- and he would fill for Rupees 200/-.or 100/. You can't argue with him how on earth he listened 200 for 1100. Then they would ask you if he fills the rest of the petrol, in place of filling for 1300 they fill for 1500, this way you don't get to know how much petrol actually is filled and they create so much Confusion that person feels why he came to this petrol pump. I complained at Petrol Pump also but as happened many times same thing earlier also, this cheating continues. Please issue a stern warning to Management of Hemkunt Petrol Pump or people like me will slowly move to other petrol pumps like HP pump nearby.

                      I had filled diesel into my vehicle from Indian oil petrol pump which was totally black / kerosene mixed. Due to this my vehicle gets breakdown. All injectors, valves, pressure pump gets chocked. I incurred around Rs.75000 expenses.

                      So, I request higher authority to please look into this and do the needful.

                        My LPG ID is [protected] and consumer no. [protected].recently i have not booked for my refil of gas cylinder. but as mobile massage, i have booked my refill vide order no[protected] and invoice generated[protected].the same is delivered also.to my surprise LPG subsidy of Rs.19.57 has been credited to my account. Some unknown person is doing this malpractice. Please see the matter seriously and take action so that in future this thing dose not happen,

                          Myself APARAJIT MITRA, from Santiniketan, here on 11/06/21 I filles my car car with diesel, actual bill amount was Rs.1490 but when I gave my card to swipe amount they debited Rs.1890. I was sincere so I looked at it but sometimes may not, so plz keep a good report as it was done under the reputed name of Indian Oil which we trust more than any other company. Plz charge them, as I send the bill images to you. Thanks.

                              Aaj date 11 jun 21 ko 9:40am to 9:50am ke bich me mai iocl ke bariyarpur near hanumandir muzaffarpur wala petrol pump par oil lene gaya to nosal man se mai bola ki gari me air dalwana to wo bola ki mai yaha gari me hawa nahi dalane dungaa tumhare pas paisa nahi hai bahar se hawa dalwao hawa pump wala hawa machine se nhi dalta hai kisi ko ye aise hi lga hai or mujh se miss behave kiya.

                              Sir kindly inko bataiye ki air wala machine custumer ke liye hai wo gari me air lene de custumer ko or us nosal man par pump koi action liya jaye taki jo us ne aaj mere saath kiya hai wo or kisi ke saath na kre thanks

                                  The Indian Oil petrol pump station, near Kalibari Temple, Sec-12, Dwarka, seems to cheat people while filling petrol. The modus operandi is of two types-

                                  # In a first case-
                                  If you ask the attended at the station to fill petrol for Rupees 1100/- and he would fill for Rupees 200/-.or 100/. You can't argue with him how on earth he listened 200 for 1100. Then they would ask you if he fills the rest of the petrol. If agreed, you definitely loose Rs. 200/-.

                                  ##The second kind of cheating is rather serious. They simple don't fill petrol at all. If you are not observant yours hard earned money is definitely lost.

                                  This kind of modus operandi for cheating clients is happening in most of the petrol pump stations in Delhi.

                                  I, therefore, request you to please check them frequently and punish then if found guilty.

                                    I visited Indian oil pump at iringalloor (poolakkundan petroleum), Malappuram district, Kerala. I'm a customer I asked 100 Rs petrol. They refused to give petrol without proper currency. They never ready to accept Rs 500 or ATM cards.
                                    The manager and staffs are insulted me and my parents. I think it's very bad service in my life and never expected such personal harassment from a reputed brands dealer.

                                        On June 6, I got 500 petrol in my car from Mannat filling station Badrukhan(sangrur, punjab) and the car drove only 20 kms. This has happened to me many times. I have also complained but it has not been heard. Because my father died that day Please take action.
