Aaj date 11 jun 21 ko 9:40am to 9:50am ke bich me mai iocl ke bariyarpur near hanumandir muzaffarpur wala petrol pump par oil lene gaya to nosal man se mai bola ki gari me air dalwana to wo bola ki mai yaha gari me hawa nahi dalane dungaa tumhare pas paisa nahi hai bahar se hawa dalwao hawa pump wala hawa machine se nhi dalta hai kisi ko ye aise hi lga hai or mujh se miss behave kiya.

Sir kindly inko bataiye ki air wala machine custumer ke liye hai wo gari me air lene de custumer ko or us nosal man par pump koi action liya jaye taki jo us ne aaj mere saath kiya hai wo or kisi ke saath na kre thanks

Indian oil petrol pump is providing free air as complimentary but the boys who fill air are demanding money. They are chargeing rupee 5 per tyre.

Dear Sir,
The Indian Oil petrol pump station, near Kalibari Temple, Sec-12, Dwarka, seems to cheat people while filling petrol. The modus operandi is of two types-

# In a first case-
If you ask the attended at the station to fill petrol for Rupees 1100/- and he would fill for Rupees 200/-.or 100/. You can't argue with him how on earth he listened 200 for 1100. Then they would ask you if he fills the rest of the petrol. If agreed, you definitely loose Rs. 200/-.

##The second kind of cheating is rather serious. They simple don't fill petrol at all. If you are not observant yours hard earned money is definitely lost.

This kind of modus operandi for cheating clients is happening in most of the petrol pump stations in Delhi.

I, therefore, request you to please check them frequently and punish then if found guilty.

I visited Indian oil pump at iringalloor (poolakkundan petroleum), Malappuram district, Kerala. I'm a customer I asked 100 Rs petrol. They refused to give petrol without proper currency. They never ready to accept Rs 500 or ATM cards.
The manager and staffs are insulted me and my parents. I think it's very bad service in my life and never expected such personal harassment from a reputed brands dealer.

I purchased pentrol from dadhich Pentrol pump few days ago and after filling pentrol my bullet giving very low performance. This is happening manny times. Now i have to give my bike for service. Very bed experience with this pentrol pump.

On June 6, I got 500 petrol in my car from Mannat filling station Badrukhan(sangrur, punjab) and the car drove only 20 kms. This has happened to me many times. I have also complained but it has not been heard. Because my father died that day Please take action.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased petrol of Rs. 550 from agarsel petrol pump, near Bikaji Factory, Bikaner today..
When I asked them to check air pressure in my Bike's tyre..one of the salesman misbehaved with me and my Father..
Is this the way you people behave at your outlets..
Do you have any idea about customer service..
Is there any Provision that customer has to do by himself about air check..

As I have experienced every time of non availability of petrol and manpower too. So here I am requesting you to look in to this matter and do the needful.

I told them to give me a machine bill they told me machine bill is not working so I told them to write on there letter pad that our machine bill is not working they refused me to give that too.. I also ask owner what's there name they refused for that too... For everything I ask for they just refused... I waited for 30 min just to take a bill

Hello, my name is E.Ravi. On 7/06/2020 I have filled petrol worth 1000 rs. After I signed the cash bill, the delear changed the 1000 to 1800 with ink and charged extra money from me. Later I again asked for 1500 worth Petrol he said that signature is not required but he forged my signature on that bill and he aslo generated a new bill of 1000rs and forged my signature on that which is ridiculous. I was shocked by their actions and when I'm asked them about the issue in reverse they attacked me with wilthy words and when I asked about CCTV footage they said there is no CCTV at the bunk. They literally charged 1800 extra from me which is disgusting.And even their meter is faulty . Never ever thought I would face such humiliating issue with Indian oil. Please train your delears properly .They are the most filthy people I have ever seen. The petrol bunk is at ( Thiruvuru Road, THOTAMULA, Gampalagudem, Krishna District, Andhrapradesh)The cell number of the bunk is [protected], [protected].

My complaint for dehli bazar sultanpur. I have pay 205 rs by phone pay but petrol pump Dilevery boy give me 100 rs petrol. When I object then he abuse to me. I don't have any satisfied number for this complaint. Don't give me slip . Pls action my contect no [protected]

today I have filled the Petrol that time Filling boy and supervises of Bunk
Miss behave with me. if want buy other wise you go, I will not fill, its our bunk.
Note : if you not take action for them. i will compliant to ED marketing Mumbai.

The person filling petrol did not set the readings to zero. He started filling the petrol from ₹50.I asked him why didn't you set the readings to zero later he started arguing saying "We don't follow the rules". The authority person in the office said nothing to them and then again they started misbehaving and abusing.

The Indane Gas delivery boy is very rude he does not place the cylinder in its place but leaves it at the gate when asked to do say he demands Rs-50/-as delivery charges.the agency Vishnu Gas agency does not take any interest in advising the delivery man his behaviour.he does not carry an weighing machine, the seal some times looks tempered.
So pls request you to help in change this fellow.

I went aditya petroleum kalaburgi for filling diesel many times almost 5 times i went their only one answer i am getting diesel nosel is not working even i asked diesel stock also their answer 6000ltr is available but diesel dispensing unit is not working.

In majhagrah (dist. Gopalganj) petrol pump maa petroleum haven't any digital payment system like card swiping google pay etc so we facing lots a problem kindly resolve it

I visit indian oil petrol pump for filling petrol in byk at lalbag Murshidabad near Motijeel park . I ask sale excutive for filling 4 ltrs petrol on byk but he was decline to give perrol in ltrs . They told that they gave petrol only in amt like Rs 100 Rs 200 etc not in ltrsl . At last owner came he told you can complain against his pump he was not bordering any complain. I am sure that he have manipulate this machine a d cheat all indian oil customer.
Kindly request that i complaint againg that pump and hope Management can take a hard decision against that pump

I have visit indial oil petetol pump for filling pertrol in byk . I asked to sales man to give 4 ltrs pertol . But sale decline to give petrol in lrt say they are provide only pertrol agains amt like Rs 100 120 . That means this petrol pump manipulate in machine .. They are cheat the customer .
