I visited one of iocl pump situated in kota and the workers were so rude I haven't experienced this type of behaviour anywhere else. Pathetic service and worst behaviour ever. I'm deeply hurt by the words they used just because I'm not a rich person.

In every area of Indian oil petrol pumps in chennai region not displayed name of the Agencies as well as name of the indian oil petrol pump names
we are unable to complaint regarding any issues related to products and agencies also not given names

They don’t have diesel.!! the pump is situated at the main square of the town ..
the pump called MALVIYA FILLING STATION INDORE MP .. being asked for the help from the staff for nest station but they haven’t held and the staff is too uneducated and have no manners to talk to the girl or a women ..

My lpg id:[protected], distributor: veeresh gas agency - bangalore urban - 560094, consumer no.:3831, today i booked a cylinder online and payment was made through my credit card. The delivery man delivered the cylinder today and he has also collected cash of rs.837.50. As can be seen 2 paymetns, one through credit card and another by cash are made. Hence please take immediate action to refund the money of rs.837.50 made through credit card to my credit card payment bank:hsbc. For any clarification please cantact me on my mob:[protected]. Hari om ksk ioc distributer in agra road mauja kalwari area, first of all made me change lanes because he said he would not give me oil from that tank as it was not his department, then made me wait for another 20 mins on the other tank, they did not have a proper cash memo amd handed me a piece of paper of a half torn memo handwritten.

When did ioc petrol pumps have departments and how can the employees allowed to be so neglectful of the customer

From Andhrapradesh, Srikakulam district. Herw is a Indian Oil Bunk. It was allocated recently under the heavy current lanes. It is too dangwr. He managed the all certine authorized departments with bribes and took permi2. So pls take an immediate action.

Want to change connection holder name (mother name ) to father name.Please tell me how to do that. No body responding in Toll free number. Waste of spending time in Toll free number.

This petrol pump happens to be on my way to work, so I happened to stop there for fueling regularly.

I once happened to stop there for checking the air pressure. They made me stand there for 20 mins in vain. And then said the person is out for some work and will take about an hour more.

Never expected such poor service.

I had visited your Indian oil petrol Pump run by Fort Motor equipment on Western expressway near Goregaon on 05/07/21 around 3:00 PM.

I was driving a Elite i20 and when my turn came to fill, i was asked to move in a way that i couldnt see the meter running. I had already half tank full and asked the attendant to top up. With my tank capacity of 37 litres it should be around 17or 18 litres.

But when the tank was filled in and bill came it was for INR 2872/-with rate of 105 it means 27 litres of fuel, this should not be the case it should be only around 1870. Clearly around INR 1000 was overcharged as i was in a rush to airport i couldnt check or raise issue there. Pls look into this matter as such fuel prices are high and this gives bad reputation to Indian oil.

Again and again We people in Uran & mora, Navi Mumbai facing the problem of non availability of generator at tarkash petrol pump in Uran... because the only petrol pump in this area we are facing very difficult situation... I have already complain about this earlier this month but no action taken yet ...please take necessary action

Today, I have bought petrol vide bill no. 632590-ORGNL form IOCL dealer named Auto Care Center, Rukanpura, Bailey Road, patna where I have observed that their meter are running very fast than normal. When I complained this then I find in next vehicle meter are running slow.

You are requested to please look into the matter in this high time of reducing income and increasing oil prices.

Sir, i request to fill petrol of amount Rs 100, but zero not set from previous reading Rs 50.25 . he stops petrol filling at Rs 100.50 at 08:13 AM, machine no.11 from VIJAY NAGAR CHAURAHA, kanpur nagar (U.P.). I feel that i received petrol of amount only Rs 50.25 but they not agreed. they did not give receipt also.
so i am requesting to please look this case because it was second time with same petrol pump.

This petrol pump is not giving my money back that is debited from online mode and they have also taken cash from me and now they are not giving my money back ... Name akmds filling station raibrailey road Lucknow

While filling the petrol by net the patrolmen immediate start the switch even money not deducted .He is so in hurry do not set ZERO and not showing to customer

As per message it has been delivered on 30th june but we haven't received it.

Naga distributor chengalpet delivery men asking to give me Rs.50 to 60 compulsory

Sir, i had booked an LPG refill on 18th june 2021 and paid an amount of Rs861/- through online. I got a confirmation sms for payment also. After 3 days on 21st june 2021 i got an sms that my lpg cylinder has been delivered successfully. However i didnt receive the cylinder. I called iocl customer care and registered a complaint. They told that they have informed the distributor (Spurthi gas agency, Hyderabad, Telengana) about this and closed the complaint. However it has been 2 weeks since i complained and no action has been taken and i haven't received the LPG cylinder yet. Further calls to the IOCL customer care are not getting connected. I tried to complain again through the IOCL website. I was surprised to find that Spurthi gas agency is not listed in the IOCL website even though they are the authorized distributor. Without selecting the distributor the website doesn't allow to register a complaint. I am totally stuck now. I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve at the earliest as it is getting really difficult to manage without the LPG refill.
