Naga distributor chengalpet delivery men asking to give me Rs.50 to 60 compulsory

Sir, i had booked an LPG refill on 18th june 2021 and paid an amount of Rs861/- through online. I got a confirmation sms for payment also. After 3 days on 21st june 2021 i got an sms that my lpg cylinder has been delivered successfully. However i didnt receive the cylinder. I called iocl customer care and registered a complaint. They told that they have informed the distributor (Spurthi gas agency, Hyderabad, Telengana) about this and closed the complaint. However it has been 2 weeks since i complained and no action has been taken and i haven't received the LPG cylinder yet. Further calls to the IOCL customer care are not getting connected. I tried to complain again through the IOCL website. I was surprised to find that Spurthi gas agency is not listed in the IOCL website even though they are the authorized distributor. Without selecting the distributor the website doesn't allow to register a complaint. I am totally stuck now. I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve at the earliest as it is getting really difficult to manage without the LPG refill.

Today I filled up diesel from Rajender petro products, o.u.road., Vidyanagar, Hyderabad,
To my surprise my gauges didn't show any rise in fuel levels, and showed the same to concerned manager, he said my gauges were not working, I proceeded to my car dealer and got the gauges checked, and every thing is fine . I look forward to check the same with your petrol bunk.

I visited at ur fuel station located at kumhari, bhilai, chhattisgarh where after a lot of request they are not providing me complaint book as no one is responding for air filling.

I buy deisel from petrol pump wusan unfortunately i used my debit card the amount 1500 was deducted from my account but the manager tell me there is no amount deducted since i also pay 1500 to petrol pump the amount was deducted from my account was not refunded plzz kindly refund my amount.

Diesel of Rs 2859.11 was purchased by me on Dated[protected] from New Kondly Mayur Vihar Phase 3, Delhi outlet, but extra reward sale points was not uploaded with excuse that server is busy. Please do the needful at the earliest.

मैं सुबह अपनी गाड़ी मे पेट्रोल भरवाने गया। मैने गाड़ी नॉर्मल पेट्रोल मशीन के पास लगाई । फिर सेल्स मैन ने गाड़ी दूसरी मशीन पर लगाने को कहा । फिर बिना बताएं मेरी गाड़ी मैं एक्सट्रीम पेट्रोल भर दिया जोकि गलत है ।
और फिर मैने देखा कि ये सब के साथ ऐसा कर रहा है क्युकी सुबह सब जल्दी मे होते है तो उनकी नजर नहीं जाती की ये एक्सट्रीम पेट्रोल है और ये मॉर्निंग मे एक्सट्रीम पेट्रोल मशीन ही चालू रखते है ।

I have purchased Petrol today from M/s Sandhya Fuels Station Road, Sri Nagar, Raipur ( C. G. ).
I have a Scooty Pep Plus. Purchased in Dec. 2011. We have filled it's tank many times during last 10 and half years and never it exceeded 4 ltrs for full tank.
But today we had to pay Rs. 433.21. The fuel meter was displaying 4.33 Ltrs. even then, the fuel tank of my scooty remained empty despite of this much quantity of fuelling.
I suspect the pump is doing wrong measurement.
You are requested to kindly see to provide value to our money.

Petrol pump near before toll sanwara near HPL factory .they say don't have staff for air .is really free Air is for costomers on IOCL pumps...

Sar on 17 2021 my cars dashboard showed reserve sign immediately I went to the chetakpuri petrol pump to get my car reviewed I asked them to refuel refuel my car with rupees 1010 diesel even after refueling the car my car is still showing the reserve sign I feel cheated over there and they have done use manual nation in the delivery system of diesel kindly look into this matter seriously

Pump doesn't have the facility of contactless wifi card swiping machine and also sales person didn't give the swiping Machine in the hand.he told me to press the password with his hands.Thats not secured for me and when i questioned he said that owner given that instruction.and also i just asked him "what is the name of the pump?.he said that" he don't know". this is not a single time issue.i have many experience before.behaviour of the salesman very bad.

I am facing Tayer Air Service issue Not Only Today . So Many time I am facing problem' problems in indian oil pump Rampur JABALPUR MP

Hi my name is Ashok, I visit 2 times on this petrol pump and I said do full tank but his give me 100 rupaye petrol after I sayd do full do full his start from 100 to 1100 and his said I done 1200

This is a complaint about GAS distributor
N MAHALINGAM & COMPANY. COIMBATORE

From old distributor they have wrongly updated my name. I requested a new distributor to correct my name as per the POI.

But they asking Rs.1300 unnecessarily DCC book its indian oil charges Rs.59 only. But why the distributor asking this much amount.

For old distributor's mistake why I have to pay as a consumer fine. Please take this a complaint and take action for me.

I have tried to update the name in mobile application with valid POI lot of time but still no response, Its been a year, if any solution to this problem please reply me.

I’m here to complain for incident happened on 29/06/2021 that I’m served with impure or mixed petrol of rupees 1000 with Bill Number: attached in attachments from Indian Oil Petrol Pump in Aravalli Gujrat

and after few meters our car with Registered Number RJ27 CA 7065 stopped working and also when taken to company through towing van company said that it was a mistake of petrol as impure petrol was filled in the car and for further proof we have stored that fuel in a can also and then we were helpless in the case as petrol pump executive said that do whatever you want we can’t help and it was around 2 AM and we were not able to find anyone there.

Hi Sir,

Old distributor's changed my name incorrectly, I request the new distributor to provide DCC book to updated my name from POI.

Its only charges Rs.59, but the Distributor from Coimbatore N MAHALINGAM & COMPANY ask me to pay Rs.2000 rupees for this name correction.

We din't do any mistake while providing the documents, why I have to pay Rs.2000 for their mistake.
