Today morning I've visited AshokabFuel Pump, Darbhanga, Bihar and asked them to use the toilet. They have locked all the toilets and told me that those are unoperational. It was a bitter experience to me. Please look into the matter.

The Indian Oil Petrol pump of, Address: No 3B/4 Rohini, near Rithala Metro Station, New Delhi, Delhi 110085, this morning at 6:30 am refused to accept 10rs coin. He said that it was fake and would send me to jail.
It was really distressing to hear that. I am a doctor of repute and the misbehaviour was out of order.

The petrol pump owner of the petrol pump in Sector 10 Rohini, this morning at 6:50 am refused 10 rupees coin as a payment towards his services. He said that this was a fake coin and threatened to send me to jail.

Free air is not provided in company petrol pump so helping vendor just outside pump to make money of his own. Unserviceability continue from years back.

Since last 18 years the Indian oil petrol pump at post Rahimatpur, Tal Koregaon, Dist Satara Rahimatpur - Koregaon road does not have any air facility and also no any person available to fill the air and the staff there is giving reasons like the air filling mashine not working properly, air compressor maontainance issue.. however the same is not acceptable for 18 years continuouslty.
One more thing was there the petrol pump tanks was in my place (around 2000 sq meter) but they are not accepting the same.
I spoke to the superior there and he had nothing to say so i informed him that i am now filing a complaint against them about this matter.

I always purchase petrol from iocl.For a few days I am getting low average by my bike and car.To day few minutes ago I go to the iocl petrol pump Bidhannagar Durgapur (713212) to filling petrol in my bike, Discuss the matter with the delivery staff but the staff misbehave with me and challenge for the complaint.He also challenge with rough languages that I can't do anything action against him.Therefore I request for quick action against the staff.

Lpg cancel but money did receive.

With due respect, I need to inform you about the malpracticing in service of petrol by the alleged Petrol pump, which is one of the very essential source to mobilization of mankind. A week before i refill my bike tank on the nearby petrol pump located in Malesemau, Sector-6 near Amar Shaheed Path Gomtinagar Vistar, Lucknow that has just opened around 2-3 month before thereafter my bike has stop on mid of the road i was shocked because it was never happened before so anyhow i contact to my nearest bike service mechanic and give them my bike to check the issue. the mechanic changed the engine oil and then i again go for the refilling my tank but the problem seems as previous then I contact other nearby people and i am socked that they all are facing same problem with last few weeks but no one raised voice against the alleged petrol pump. So this is my humble request you to please check the petrol quality and take appropriate action against the owner or responsible persons and refund my hardly earned money which i have paid for that harmful petrol including servicing charges of my bike and do justice with the innocent customers.

Dear sir, my name is Karthick J (Army) yesterday I had filled Rs 200/-for petrol in Sri Durga indian oil petrol pump, padanthal, sattur ..after I payed the concerned amount to the cashier he forget to give the change amount as I given Rs 500/-, he had returnly given only Rs 200/-only to me..but actually he will be return Rs 300/- for my bill.I came to know about this and I contacted the petrol pump at 7.30 PM, they told me that they will check the CCTV footage again whether u came or not our petrol pump and then we will contact to you to your mobile number till I have not been get any solution regarding about the issue.Their way of negligency make me hopeless..thank u sir..

Since last three to four months the Indian oil petrol pump at Hadapsar, near Manjri phata on Pune - Solapur highway does not have any person available to fill the air and the staff there is giving reasons like the person hasent come today or he is sick today... however the same is not acceptable for three to four months continuouslty.

The employee off the radhe petrol pump surat was told me many times that thare ware a machine problem, server problem and any other reason they were not providing a points on a petrol pump.

Hi Sir,

This is to inform you that one of your dealer in Chungam, Pattikkad, Malappuram(District), Kerala(State) is always closing their pump. its operation has shattered the entire expectations of the locals. For many reasons, it closes almost two or three days a week. There is no oil there even during this Covid time. It is an activity that makes people completely mad. So please make an enquiry and do something as soon as possible.

Today (12.07.2021) evening by 6.00 p.m., I went to Parambil Bazar petrol pump in Kozhikode (Kerala) and asked to fill petrol for Rs.500/-. At that time, my gage shows 35 kilometres to run. But after the person filled, there was no change in the gage. When checked with that person, he told that it will show upon ride. Even after ride, the meter didn't detected the change and hence went back to the petrol station. Upon enquiry, they teased like saying if you want proof, you fill in a bottle and the pour to the car. I feel like cheated. It is not a matter of Rs. 500/- my mobile no [protected]

Poor facilities at the petrol bunk/Center where there is no proper maintenance, respons, communications and facilities at (POS/CO CO ITI-HI BANGALORE)
and were there is no atmcard swipeing machine and no QR code scanner this should be improved/closed.

Please note for consumer no 01436 cooking gas Cylinder was booked with ref. no[protected] but it was automatically cancelled without delivery on 11 June 2021..

Again booking is done with ref no:[protected] on Monday with delivary time of 4 days . But till date no delivery was done till today .

The consumer is 83 years old who is suffering for the unruly protocol.

On 12July 21, My father had filled petrol for a sum of Rs 150/- at Yapral.. Secunderabad

He handed over 200 Rupee note and in return for change requested 50/- note..

The staff had handed over denomination of 20+20+10 rupee notes for which my father requested for one single 50/- rupee note..

The staff denied and behaved arrogantly. Also spoke in a harsh tone to my father who is a senior citizen and aged 73 years.. The other staff also refused to the request of my father

This type of arrogance is not acceptable and staff need to be strictly warned to oblige and behave politely especially with senior citizens

Also there was no supervisor or manager at the filling station from 1430 hrs to 1830 hrs to file a complaint...

Iam a serving soldier and away from family therefore a redressal is essentially reauired to dependants

On monday afternoon, I have to visit one of my institute which is located at Ram Tirath Road around 2.00pm. All of sudden, I came to know that my car ie.Swift Dezire PB021100 having low pressure in Tyre. On the way, I stopped at Indian Oil, l requested the present employees to refill the air, but nobody eve came and helped me.I stayed there waited for somebody's assist.but all on vain. I have to face inconvenience due to poor service and non cooperation of your petrol pump.

On 12 July 2021, I went to Rajbir Auto Centre for Petrol filing and as usual when I asked to full the Car Tank they first filled the tank for Rs. 300 and stooped the metre and after that, I rejected to fill the tank and according to me, they did not filled the petrol at all.

This was the fourth time they did exactly the same thing, whenever I asked to full the tank they will first fill the tank for Rs. 300 exactly and then will full the tank. This time I caught them and asked them to not fill the tank at all.

Further, the staff has unethical behaviour and give zero customer service. This is the reason I always prefer HP instead of Indian Oil.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am citizen of samas near by Tripti fuel center, whose allocated or license given to Leela Kumari Prasad . It's located in Samas More police station barbigha district sheikhpura Bihar pin code 811101.
This retail outlet has not followed length and breadth properly .As per norms length required 35 m *35m State highway 83 in Bihar but this has only 35m *32m.
Also not followed norms of passed rural road within 50 m .
School is also within 50 m.
Impact of this less length all vehicle crowd come s in SH83 and regular accident have to happen .
Please take necessary action on this .
