Poor facilities at the petrol bunk/Center where there is no proper maintenance, respons, communications and facilities at (POS/CO CO ITI-HI BANGALORE)
and were there is no atmcard swipeing machine and no QR code scanner this should be improved/closed.

Please note for consumer no 01436 cooking gas Cylinder was booked with ref. no[protected] but it was automatically cancelled without delivery on 11 June 2021..

Again booking is done with ref no:[protected] on Monday with delivary time of 4 days . But till date no delivery was done till today .

The consumer is 83 years old who is suffering for the unruly protocol.

On 12July 21, My father had filled petrol for a sum of Rs 150/- at Yapral.. Secunderabad

He handed over 200 Rupee note and in return for change requested 50/- note..

The staff had handed over denomination of 20+20+10 rupee notes for which my father requested for one single 50/- rupee note..

The staff denied and behaved arrogantly. Also spoke in a harsh tone to my father who is a senior citizen and aged 73 years.. The other staff also refused to the request of my father

This type of arrogance is not acceptable and staff need to be strictly warned to oblige and behave politely especially with senior citizens

Also there was no supervisor or manager at the filling station from 1430 hrs to 1830 hrs to file a complaint...

Iam a serving soldier and away from family therefore a redressal is essentially reauired to dependants

On monday afternoon, I have to visit one of my institute which is located at Ram Tirath Road around 2.00pm. All of sudden, I came to know that my car ie.Swift Dezire PB021100 having low pressure in Tyre. On the way, I stopped at Indian Oil, l requested the present employees to refill the air, but nobody eve came and helped me.I stayed there waited for somebody's assist.but all on vain. I have to face inconvenience due to poor service and non cooperation of your petrol pump.

On 12 July 2021, I went to Rajbir Auto Centre for Petrol filing and as usual when I asked to full the Car Tank they first filled the tank for Rs. 300 and stooped the metre and after that, I rejected to fill the tank and according to me, they did not filled the petrol at all.

This was the fourth time they did exactly the same thing, whenever I asked to full the tank they will first fill the tank for Rs. 300 exactly and then will full the tank. This time I caught them and asked them to not fill the tank at all.

Further, the staff has unethical behaviour and give zero customer service. This is the reason I always prefer HP instead of Indian Oil.

I am citizen of samas near by Tripti fuel center, whose allocated or license given to Leela Kumari Prasad . It's located in Samas More police station barbigha district sheikhpura Bihar pin code 811101.
This retail outlet has not followed length and breadth properly .As per norms length required 35 m *35m State highway 83 in Bihar but this has only 35m *32m.
Also not followed norms of passed rural road within 50 m .
School is also within 50 m.
Impact of this less length all vehicle crowd come s in SH83 and regular accident have to happen .
Please take necessary action on this .

महोदय मैंने आपकी कंपनी इंडियन ऑयल के पेट्रोल पंप से डीजल फइलल करवाया था दिनाँक 18/06/21 को पेट्रोल पंप का नाम है पुलिस वेलफेयर सोसाइटी पुलिस लाइन पीर बाबा रोड कटनी मध्य प्रदेश। और मलोगों ने मेरी गाड़ी मैं मिट्टी का तेल मिक्स वाला डीजल दाल दिया। और मैन फुल टैंक करवाया था जीका अमाउंट होता है 4300/-। और फिर मैंने अपनी गाड़ी को 200km से आने के बाद मेरी गाड़ी मैं स्टार्टिंग प्रॉब्लम और मिस पिक उप होना स्टार्ट हो गया । मैं फिर हुंडई के सेरिवे सेंटर गया गाड़ी को देलहने तोह वह के technision ने चेक करके बताया कि डीजल नही यह तोह मिट्टी का टेल है। कृपया करके आप उनके उप्पेर उचित कारवाही करे

उत्तर प्रदेश के मेरठसिटी में तेज गढ़ी चौराहा वे इंडियन ऑयल का एक पट्रोल पंप है दिनांक 11, 07, 2021 को सुबह 9 बजे के बाद में पेट्रोल डलवाने गया तो मैन स्टाफ से टोलेट के लिए पूछा तो स्टाफ ने टोलेट का लॉक लगा रखा था स्टाफ ने मना कर दिया फिर ज्यादा कहने के बाद चाबी दी लेकिन बाद में स्टाफ वाले बत्तमीजी करने लगे कि तेरे बाप का है ये किया नही कराते हम कोई सर्विस फ्री में कह दो जिससे कहना है उनकोकाफी समझाया लेकिन वो माने नही ओर मेरेसाथ गली गलोच की अगर मेरी सिकायत पे कंपनी कुछ नही करती है तो में कोर्ट में मानहानि का मुकद्दमा करूँगा स्टाफ ओर मालिक के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाए और इसका लाइसेंस निरस्त किया जाए ना ही तो सिकायत बॉक्स है और ना रजिस्टर देते है मुझे इसकी जानकारी की जाए कि किया हुआ धन्यवाद..[protected]

Misbehave of Indian oil worker Ghasian

I belong to Tapa Mandi, Teh Tapa distt barnala 148108. My city's petrol pump M/s Bansal filling station does not refuel any customer through automatic machine. I was not given enough oil when I objected to this and once I was insulted, I have already reported that they have been cheating for a long time. While the people are already worried about the rising price of oil, on the other hand the people of Eda are looting the people.

I want to bring in your notice some points about the Chajju Ram filling station Kapurthala:
1. That one of the filling staff has mis behaved when I went to refuel my Vehicle.
2. That I couldn't know the name of that boy as no name slip was affixed on the uniform of any of the staff.
3.That I use to visit regularly this filling station for refuelling my vehicles and I often notice mismanagement by the present staff. They oftentimes instruct the customer to park the vehicle at different refuelling point at a time creating confusion to the customer.
4. That the behaviour of some of the staff is very rude for not following their confusing instructions.

We r come from meerut so i want to refill the air in tyres. But there is no worker or employee at air filling pump. It is situated on mawana road incholi meerut uttar pradesh.

Resoected sir / mam, I want to compaint a grevieance agaist the Indian Oil Petrol Pump (Bhansali Fuels) located at the Raipur mahasamund road, Beside Whisteling Wood Hotel, Raipur (Zora) Krishak nagar .

They are selling the oetrop mixed with the water and due to which my engine got chocked and for its repairing costs me around 2000 ruppes .

I am very much unsarisfied with this so kindky please take a strict action, because such kind of Culprits are increasing smday by day ...Its my humble request.

Today, I went to Indian Oil petrol bunk at 10.30 PM in Sholingar, Tamil Nadu, to fill my fuel. It is mentioned 24 hrs and the person is there inside the office room. But he is not responding for me. I tried calling the phone number. He picked up and shouted like why are you calling at this time. Go and come tomorrow morning . I said it's urgent but he just went to sleep

Nozzal automatically locked ...I think this system is good ...but not everywhere...in city ok ...but in villege lavel ...it's not good because normal farmers are suffering .. so please .. think about this ...I will share this complaint to u ...and CM and PM office Also..
