Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] Complaints & Reviews

I am having a IOC LPG Consumer ID No.27361 at Vijay Gas Service, Arumugam Lay Out, KK Road, Vilupuram, 605602.

So far the Subsidy amount of IOC has been credited into my Axis Bank Account No.[protected] at Villupuram Branch. Due to personal reasons, the account has been closed.

Hence, it is requested that the subsidy amount may kindly be credited into the Account of Indian Bank SB Account No.[protected], Villupuram Branch.

In spite of repeated requests made before the Proprietor of Vijay Gas Service, Villupuram, he has not acceded to my request.

Hence, it is requested that the subsidy amount may kindly be credited to my Indian Bank SB Account No.[protected], Villupuram Branch at the earliest.

I ordered a petrol filler man to fuel a petrol of 1450 . But he used some false practice that fueling machine stopped at 1425 and then he again pressed the knob and fill the petrol till 1450. I am sure in such practice the petrol is fuelled less then actual quantity.

This incident happened today[protected] in kaikamba indian oil petrol pump, kulshekara, mangalore - 575005. I filled petrol of 480rs and after 500 meters, vehicle got stopped and dint respond. After taking it to garage, the complaint was water in the petrol. I was so disappointed hearing that. It is a very serious mistake from the petrol pump of indian oil. I want you to take some kind of action or refund for the loss i paid.

myself sarabjeet singh suri regular customer of your pumps. yesterday i visited your petrol pump name Shivesh Service Station around 6.31 p.m.the attendent name mr.ambika ishra, i told him to fill petrol of rs 400 in my bike bearing registration number DL 11 G 7770 and wait for auto cut. shocking i had remind him 3 to 4 times for wait for auto cut but he intendedly didn't do that which he agreed same in front of the manager and sales man of petrol pump but shockingly no action taken against him. same i had lodge complaint in complaint book bearing SR no.0859 . Sir i feel cheated as petrol was short given to me. as per i am aware when you set fix 400 in meter petrol comes till it get auto cut.
i feel cheated and if not got any solution stop visiting ioc brand pumps in future.

Along with the gas bill amount, they always ask for 20 or 30 rupees more on every home delivery, I complained to the Indian gas official website once, in spite of the complaint, they always ask for extra money. I mostly do online payment, still those people ask for money, I am tired of refusing it again and again. You should kindly ask the distributor to give the delivery person the money / salary properly So that the delivery person does not have to ask for delivery charges from the customer

1.Miss behaviour of salesman with customer
2.Air filling machine not working for pubilc from a long time
3.toilets not properly clean
4.pump have not proper parking facility
5.emergency card swipe is not avilable for truck driver

I booked the refill gas cylinder for my indane consumer no.- attached with my mobile no [protected] using Paytm and did the online payment for order no.[protected]. on dated 29 may 2021
But the invoice has been cancelled with below message:
"dear indane customer, your invoice[protected] has been cancelled due to rate change.".
I want to avoid any cash on delivery in this pandemic situation. Hence, requesting for intervention to clear my order and facilitate hassle free delivery of refill cylinder.

A person in Indian Oil Corporation uniform is unauthorizedly running Tyre filling and repairs shop at the entrance of IOC petrol pump and overcharging for the services, taking undue advantage of lockdown period and pandemic situation prevalent right now.

The complaint is about one of the dealer, i.e. "Mukut Shree Services". The dealer always refuses to show the complain log book, and don't give gas too, which is free for everyone. The workers also talk to their manager 'casually', and has no respect towards anyone. Is it the system you handle ? The manager also talks very rudely to consumers, and don't give the complaint logbook on asking for it, he says "it will be available after 1 hr, and tell me the reason why you want it ?" He also says that "why do you want everything free that company is providing for no cost ? We also want some profit." Now, " Why would I tell him the reason of complaining ?? Is he the boss of the company? NO, he's not. It's not the story of one time, it happens every time I go, and I won't be quite . At last, I only want to know that, what is the policy of the company and what will you do by getting these types of complains

Indian oil team my name is kanwaljit singh one of my friend was went at one of Indian oil filing station Punjab (India) village mehdoodan, tehsil Samrala, District Ludhiana (Sainik Filing Station) has filled Diesel in add flued Tank of my scorpio S11 model and then I tried complaint to the owner of this oil station but they are misbehaving with me. This oil station staff has opened up add fluid tank lid from backdoor inside without his permission.
Please align your this station staff and owner for their mistake

We take fuel Rs. 200 in mugra Badshahpur petrol pump...Sima diwedi petrol pump.

He received payment but fuel not fill in tank.
Fraud done by petrol pump.

I want to majwara and my bike oil is reserve so I want to indian oil pump kasoundar 221716 I take petrol of 200₹ and I turn fuel on and start thry bike when I go bike is off and I turn again reserve then it start so there is fraud oil scam in the oil pump I did not called anything to pump I think my bike problem but when my bike stop to run than I check to bike my bike is ok and I take oil to other pump of 210₹ it start on fuel on position please check and take action against them and refund my money

Hello India’s Number one petroleum company. This is being written to you after trying to patiently obeying all idiotic orders from one of your very greedy, aggressive and arrogant sales officer from Sangrur division, Punjab. His name is Ashutosh singh who is so proudly harrass the dealers by threatening everyday about the credit facilities and about blocking the supplies just for not joining the zoom meetings. I have attached one of his messages snapshot where in one of his whatsapp groups, he is trying to threat dealers that he will block all the facilities as he is the owner of the company! In this critical times, people are dying because of COVID and everybody is taking their health and loved ones more serious than earning money and work. But this guy is so very sensitive that he is taking this COVID situation as an opportunity to earn some extra bucks from dealers and making their lives more difficult. Please take it seriously, because nobody is saying anything because of his fear and one day somebody will die because of this kind of daily threats!
