Dear sir,

I purchased 1000rs petrol from your petrol station at '2694, 54, Ring Rd, New Sahakar Nagar, Kharbi, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440024', at around 4 pm on 12 May 2021. But the petrol reading did not show in my car. I returned to the petrol pump at around 7pm after filling petrol of same amount from another petrol pump because my car was showing empty. The manager of the pump refused to acknowledge the problem in the machine. Hence, I have been duped and cheated of my hard earned money. Please privide solution.

I received message from Indane with invoice number[protected] confirmation of gas cylinder delivered but sorry to say that I have not received the cylinder consumer number is CX22731312

I have booked indane gas on[protected] and i received Message from Indane that Invoice is generated for my booking on[protected]. But still Cylinder is not delivered.
I called Indane Gas agency but they said it will be delivered on[protected]. But still it is not delivered.
Every time delivery boys is asking additonal charges Rs.40 for the delivery.
Every time after the delivery i have given the same feedback through Mobile but no action is taken yet, then what is the use of submitting feedback every time. Need your attention on this.

Today on 09.05.2021 i went to get petrol for 100rs but i got petrol less & i can see there reading of petrol showing 1 point less. when i ask why less. They are saying there machine is old & thats why it showing. and they are not giving polite answer. Could you take serious action on them. for 1 person 1 point less means per day how many customer are coming and for how many people they are doing this daily.

Hello, I am putting petrol in my vehicle on 05/05/2021 in SREE MUTHUKUMARAN AGENCIES COIMBATORE...and I am get my vehicle and going regularly suddenly my vehicle stopped in just 500mts I am trying to start again but can’t then I called show room and they will come and get my vehicle to showroom... after showroom service engineers checked my vehicle and said your vehicle petrol was mixed with diesel... and they are servicing my vehicle the bill was 2, 050/- I have that mixed petrol and bill... kindly take action on that agencies and give my service amount of 2, 050/- I am attached my bill and petrol purchase message and mixed petrol photos ...thank you.

I had made a payment from my HDFC BANK credit card to INDIANOIL ONE mobile app for cylinder fees, my amount has been deducted from my account but I didn’t received any confirmation from the INDIANOIL. Plz help me

I visit indian oil pump bhagtan wala road danna mandi amritsar.In our pump, payment is not taken from Googlepay and Bhimpay, only the cash is taken.Very poor service of your petrol pump indian oil.If your dealer has to give such service to the customer, then why should you choose to give service to such dealer? Uma filling station of india iol corporation located at waddepally, hanamakinda city.
On 03.05.2021 I visit for my bike petrol purpose and I want 5 ltrs petrol in my bike. But they did not accept cut note cash liqued. Hence iam sufferings alot.

They have corrent account in any bank. Aa per banking rulling running current account holder can also deposit cut note cash which was collected in petrol bunk.

But uma filling station not give me petrol. So then I went to another hp bunk fir my bike petrol, they accept my cut note cash. But why the uma filling station not accept.
Hence I want justifications and suffer lot of for non petrol in my bike.

Therefore I want to action on uma filling stion as soon as possible.

I have been using HDFC Indian Oil Credit Card for almost 2 years And I fill petrol with the Indian Oil Petrol Pump .But my fuel reward point is only 151. I sending screenshots So now solve my issue . thnx.

i have tried making a refill booking on the 2nd week on may on ivrs, as i was not issued any booking number i cross checking on whatsapp and i am shown the message as follows
: request failed with error :refill order can not be created as an open order already exists for the consumer.

I need an immediate solution to getting my refill booking number and date of delivery for the refill, i have senior citizen at home and cannot be troubled for non responsive cylinder supplier

At SSR Filling Station, Jankipuram, Lucknow - Actually the staff were cheating with us in basis of Petrol & Amount Margin, they started the machine from 300 INR. After that when we ask for complaint register, they totally denied for that and their behaviour is not acceptable in any cost. They are not provide any details when meter were starting. Please take a serious note on this complaint.

Dear Sir/Mam

I was travelling from Meerut to Dehradun on 29 April 2021 when I stopped by Agarwal Service Station at NH 58 Meerut Road, Muzaffarnagar for fuel refilling at 1648 hrs. I got approx 11 litre petrol filled for 1000 INR. Before refilling, my milometer reading was 60409. The car started showing low petrol alert at reading 60535 km which couldn't happen for a Honda City car giving a mileage of approx 13 km/ltr. Thus, I suspect that the filling station has done fraud in respect to the delivery of petrol. You are requested to take suitable action.

When asked for air service the staff denied that there is no staff for air filling and when asked for complaint register which is a right of all the common man, the staff denied to give and said he doesn’t know where the register is and the owner of the pump also not gave complaint register after which the staff misbehaved also and used improper words.

This complaint is against the Lpg gas cylinder agency named Mathews gas services, plamthottam complex, 1st floor near KSRTC, thiruvalla-689101. We have booked the cylinder online and paid the amount through the site on 22nd April 2021 and received a message that the cylinder will be out for delivery within 5 days .Today ie, 26th april 2021 we had received a message that invoice generated for Rs 821.Share DAC 8783 on delivery.But we haven't received the gas yet.This is because the last time when they came to deliver the gas they asked for extra 50 rupees eventhough we have paid the amount online.We gave them 20 rupees but they strictly told us that we should gave them 50 rupees itself and the one who named Jayan told us that if we refused to gave him money he will not deliver us the cylinder next time and we should go to the gas godown to purchase it.
Till now we haven't received the gas.
So necessary actions need to be taken against this incident because we have paid the money online and it's urgent requirement for the cylinder.
So do take this complaint as a serious matter and take necessary actions against this.

Today morning I asked to fill 1200ml petrol in kaniyur, Laksmi agency but the operator says they can't do it in litres, only in rupees they can fill it.still I argued with them but they give response atall.i think they are cheating everybody.pls take an action for this complaint.

Sir the petrol pump employee diredted me tovthe other outlet of your esteemed IOPump, , as per his direction and call i parked my vehicle adn the bumper of my new car got damaged, as the safety rail rod near the granite installation cannot be seen by many drivers or owners, , so the incident happened, , i complaint it to the regional manager that its nt my fault bt he instead to resolve the matter, he told me the safety rail is per instruction of IOC bt i can assure you tovcome physically here andexamine, , the safety rod is too low for every customers to see, there were many complaints to the manager there bt he always turns a deaf ear, , now wat i want in favour is that my bumper be mended if it can or if nt it should be changed, , inwas thinking of bringingnmedianhouses and consumer cell officers to look for themselves bt before doing that ivwant to take your valauable consent and solce the matter sympathetically, , u see that im a regular customer there, ,
