Dear sir / madam!
I am a regular customer of IOCL .I filed up petrol On 25 th May 2021 at around[protected] hrs The IOC petrol pump at Ormanjhi near Madhuban Hotel. When I asked for air they first told me there is no manpower and secondly they told me the machine is out of order. These excuses are common on day to day basis. When I asked for the complain register they refused to give me the register.
In the panedemic scenario after 1400 hrs only petrol pump is the place to chaerge the air pressure. But I am not getting it continuously from that petrol pump and people are giving silly excuses.
Kindly do the needful so that customers can get the services as per the IOC guidelines. Otherwise of no use to circulate these services in guidelines for publicity on the name of customer sevice. Also you are requested to give me the fedback of the action taken agaist this.

I have not recieved gas cylender till now .I have already online payment on dt 23_05_2021.And the Devi Gas Agency, chandikhole, Jajpur has not respond the consumer number_27546001

Today i.e 24/05/2021 at around 5.00 PM i went to fill up petrol in my scooter at your petrol pump which is at SV Road, Vijaykar wadi, Malad (West), Mumbai 400064.

While my chance to fill the petrol came up, your employee who fills the petrol asked me to move my scooty a bit forward, and started filling the petrol, which i realized that it was his cheap tactic to distract me so as to start the...

I informed to the concern person several time but they were not given good respond and every time showed excuses

the followings are my issues

1. Several tins of the quater are damage and water is leaking inside the house

2. Basin fitted but no water tap connection

3.The damaged wood of vantilators and windows are not changed

4. The repaired floors erosed when water comes

5. Some of wood jalis are just given support by rassi which may case to death someday

6. House was coloured only one side of the house

Submitted the refill request on 12th May 2021 with Ref No.[protected] and received an SMS on 21st May 2021 stating the cylinder has been delivered but did not receive the cylinder. Kindly look into this matter and escalate it to the higher authority to ensure no black-marketing is going on in the name of innocent customers who are not getting the cylinder they booked and have to go through the pain and harassment of rebooking and waiting for the cylinder to be delivered.

I did not get an LPG refill although the SMS says two days to deliver (by 15/5/2021)

During this hot summer today at around 3 pm I filled petrol in my smooth and asked to give me only half litre petrol in my bottle for emergency. To this the salesman and manager refused. What if my tank gets empty or somebody has no petrol and standing helpless on a road. Do they think we will sale that in black market. On the other hand one can see group of people selling petrol near the petrol pump in black market . The petrol pump is in CDs cuttack. Odisha

Sir, I'm G.Jayakumar, I'm a customer INDIAN Sundaram gas agency kadakavur, my consumer number is 1489. Yesterday (19/05/2021 07.16.06 ) I booked a refill and the same time I paid the amount via online and the amount was deducted from my account. This morning the gas delivery boy was bring a full bottle and he asked the amount of the refill bottle, then i was informed to him I already paid the amount yesterday. After he contacted his agency and take back the full bottle. Now today I check my bank statements there I can saw yesterday the refill bottle amount was deducted from my account. The agency saying they don't get the amount, So where gone my cash ? In my bank statement the amount gone in IOC accounts

I have ordered Indane gas and cancelled my order but money not refunded on 18 may 2021 please check and refund my money back

I Sri Nitai Das one of the consumers of M/S DAS GAS CONCERN[protected], M.M.Road, Karimganj, Assam vide consumer no-CX13024721 booked a refill vide Ref no[protected] on[protected] and the invoice is already generated vide invoice no[protected] on[protected] but the booking refill is not delivered till today.
So, l request you kindly to take necessary action and resolve the aforesaid matter at your earliest and thus oblige.

I've booked my Indane cylinder on 7th May and received bill details on 12th May but still now not received the gas. My distributor Chandra Gas Agencies least bother to pick our call. Anytime it will be engaged only.

He will asking for money for the gst registration process for 13110 and registration for 1000

The oil in kushaleswae ksk which is located in Jajpur district of odisha is veey poor in quality. It has very low milage and the density of fuel showing in the pump is .0005 kg/m3

It's about New auto corner, Indian oil dealer located at Somatane phata, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune.

Here whenever I fill the petrol or CNG gas, They do cheat with customers in meter reading, I could not found it how they manage it.. but once while filling Gas I catch them ...

My CNG gas tank capacity is 8 kg and max 8.5 kg as per pressure..

On 9/5/2021 evening I went to refill CNG gas .
Their shows 9.34 kg gas filled but on my car meter it was not full in tank so I took all pictures and bill so

I have complained to manager but it seems they all are together.

So please register my complaint and stop these kind of cheating with costomer which cause defame of Indian oil Petrol pumps.

I may is leaking from 11.05.2021, i deposit regulator replacement charges rs. 88 My gad agency is Bindlash gas agency Chandigarh.
so please tell me is any charges for replacement regulator.
