Shortage oil delivery, not paper bill, not open timely & regularly, misbehave.

I am owner of Amaze Car which gives milage of 15-16 km per ltr. I got filled petrol for Rs.1000/- on 26/03/2021 (11.03 ltr.) from Auto Fuels, Road No.45, Guru Harkishan Marg, Pitam Pura, Delhi-34 vide Receipt No.3771 when the reading of my car was 31215. The car ran only upto the reading of 31285 (70 Km only). I complaint the matter to the manager of the petrol pump at the time of filling as well as today but of no use.

Dispenser nozzle doesnot locked while petrol filling...That person frequently start & stop the nozzle by given pressure while petrol filling...afterthat he fight with me about I will do like this only..

Hello. I indane gas booked on 31/03/21 through indane app and had paid same time rs 854.5 under upi payment mode successfully. Please note the problem carefully. After two minutes i cancelled the booking and message comes from indane your booking cancelled refund initiated successfully. Note the point. The amount not refunded to my account till the now.

I have applied for a new gas connection online and paid the booking amount of Rs. 1900 approximately through netbanking but did not avail it for various reasons. However I have not yet received back the booking amount. However I am not sure about the exact amount. I have provided all the details above. Please look into the matter and arrange for refund into the same bank account from which I have made the said payment for booking purpose.

There are 4-5 petrol pumps in the vicinity of Bombay hospital, Indore.
Not single one of them is having Nitrogen filling facility which operational.
To get Nitrogen filled in the vehicle I had to drive 7kms to get it filled.
It's just weird to drive 7kms to get Nitrogen inflated even though there are more than 4 petrol pumps in the vicinity. Irony is not a single one of them is willing for it.
I am still unsure whether someone will take cognizance of it as since this issue has been persistent for sometime & authorities have failed to acknowledge it, then this is just makes it mere formality as there won't be any action taken from your side.
I just wanted to do everything that I could to highlight the issue & troubles faced. Rest is on your shoulders to take action.

I got my car fueled in Alfa Gasoline. Pump got disconnected automatically for 3 times and when asked they told it is new one and there is some problem. How they are using the pump when knowing that petrol pump is at fault? Can you please check.

I am writing to complain regarding an incident that took place recently. I wish to inform you that while travelling from Delhi, I paid for filling petrol at the Pilkhuwa Oil Company.
I asked the person in charge to fill the tank fully, what he did was he filled the tank half and making the machine jump by stopping and starting the flow of oil constantly so as to overcharge by somehow manipulating the process of filling oil.
On asking him as to why he was doing the same he revolted, but thereafter when he understood he had been caught, he filled the tank full.
As a concerned customer, I write this to inform you that it is possible that the same fraudulent practice might be happening with various other customers as well, be it unknowingly, that is being carried on there.
I request to kindly look into the said matter so that other customers of your esteemed company might not suffer.
Hope you would take the necessary action in order to discourage such practices in future.

Sales person is speaking very rudely and loudly after just asking to fill the fuel slowely, they start misbehaving and even didnt fill the fuel slowly. they fill the fuel at very high speed and not continuously, making jurk in between. its not safe to go there with family. they are ready to fight with us without any reason. after asking complain register, first they said ok write the complain what will happen nothing, , , you can't do anything to us. we are not afraid of complaint and than didn't provide complain register after so many request. even he told and threat me that he will through and hit me the (he said in haryanvi - tere mathe me marunga complaint register) complaint register on my forehead. its really upset me with this behaviour at IOCL pump. please consider my complaint as serious request, so that they should not repeat the same with another customer. they can hit and beat the customer too, they are really rude. They didn't give me any bill receipt for my fuel purchase.

I have purchase 650 INR Diesel.

I have booked a cylinder on 28th Mar 2021 and got a confirmatory message of the same promptly . i was to get the cylinder delivery on the same day but did not get the same . On 29th Mar 2021, I GET A MESSAGE STATING THAT MY CYLINDER IS DELIVERED where as the cylinder was not delivered to me .
I called the agency, M/S ENNAR GAS, the concerned manager( RIAZ AHMED KHAN ) was so rude and reckless in answering and was stating that " your cylinder was delivered to somebody else" . the delivery boy( IMRAN) had called me soon and was stating " i called you and you asked me to come tomorrow ". Shockingly no one called me and i have a proof of the call records .
This is a regular phenomenon with M/S ENNAR GAS AGENCY and i have been witnessing the same for 8+ years now . the agency is very irresponsible and are very rude to customers and are very poor in service delivery . they are very good in collecting money via delivery boys and in selling cylinders to unauthorized persons ( you may pl confirm through your vigilance wing ) . I request you to kindly intervene and consider cancelling the licence of this person and may grant it to some sensible person who runs it with the sanctity and decorum of IOCL .

very rude staff fayaz ahmad their. One of worst petrol pump I have ever seen.

Dear worest company Indian oil.

This is to inform you that today around 0955 pm. I went to one of the worst petrol pump. Namely M/S Kashmir Fuel CENTR Ganderbal. Their staff Fayaz ordered me why I didn't put fuel on my car during day time. Why I am coming late hours. He was acting like I was his employees and he was my boss. He use foul language with me. After completing fueling he ordered me to come to his office and get my card their.
After I entered his cabin he again use foul language and start shouting at me. That why u didn't get cash with u. And why are you coming late for fueling. I have already settled swap machine.
I was looking forward to did my full tank of fuel. But unfortunately due to misbehavior. He only put 250 rs fuel in my car.

Moreover they don't have air facility available.

This is bring in your notice that today at around 0955 pm, I went to M/S KASHMIR FUEL CENTR GANDERBAL jammu and Kashmir.
After reaching there one person namely fayaz ahamd start miss behaving with me stating that why are you coming late for fueling. Do u have sense . Politely I informed him, i[censored]r petrol pump is closed I will return back.
He replied in a rude way. How much fuel. I informed him just put few ltrs. So I can reach my destination and I m haveing card with me. Please use this.
He again became rude and informed me that why are u not haveing cash. We use to do settlement earlier.
Somehow he managed to put fuel in my car.
Later he called me inside his office to swipe my card. And misbehaved there again and use foul language.
Now my question to you ?
Is this a way that you treat to a customer?
Why you hire such persons who are not willing to work?
Is there no value of our money?
How can you provide such 3rd class service.

From Lodhwari Indian Gas Service, we have done a cylinder purchase in it, water has been filled instead of gas

Today at 08.14.38 I purchased petrol at IOC Harsh Nagar Kanpur (U P) 208012 at M/s Engineer Service Station outlet for my car UP78CS 4740 . Details of purchases are Date - 26/03/2021 TID 40145102 Batch No. 000882 Invoice No. 001049. Paid Rs2280/-. I found that density meter showing in 2 meter readers have a difference of 0.30 in same machine. Petrol supplied to me was of less density comparing to other meter.
The learned Supervisor informed me that difference in density is approved by IOC. Kindly inform me IOC stand on the issue of approval of different density petrol at same Petrol Pump at same rate.

I am godaveri devi R/O of vpo bhanopli tehsil nangal distt ropar . I would like share my personap experience regarding the service of nangal indane gas service . I booked a clyinder on 20 March 2021 and i received a message informing that the clyinder would be delivered within a day or two . But after three days i received a message that the clyinder has been deleivered to me but in reality i never got the drlivery of my booked clyinder . And when i contacted the customer care helpline number i was told that there no customer record of mine and they insisted on saying that i was not their customer . At the end the person on the other end told me that i should contact to the delivery boy and ask him to deliver the clyinder . But when i called him his number was switched off . It very shameful on the part of nangal indane gas service for the inconvenience caused .

I have fillled petrol for rs500 from SK Fuels kambilikandam idukki dist kerala india, but my fuel indicator doesn't shows the correct reading after filling it, it was just like the same when i came to fill it..anyway if i fill for RS 500 In my car the fuel meters will show atleast 2 points(5.44ltrs).it doesn't shows that after driving also..

We have visited to pump & asked one employ to fill diesel, he didnt response anything, he didnt ask me to check meter & which fuel, he opened the fuel tap & started filling petrol, but its diesel car, & i asked wht u have filled he said petrol, i said but its a diesel car, he was drunk & started arguing with me i said boss i have travelled from bangalore instead of arguing plz cal for mechanic are find any solution to resolve, he totally denied & said do not speak much i am a local here, i was with my family its around 11pm, finally one guy came to fill petrol to his bike, and he came to me & asked, sir what happened & i explained him, that guy arranged a mechanic he rectified, & that petol pump guy is very rude, please request you take an neccessary action on that petrol pump, bcoz my wife & daughter got scared due to that drunk felllow was shouting on me,
