Dear Sir,
My consumer ID is RT 221 which is registered by the name of my father Lt. Kalyan Pd. Jalan. My Indane LPG supplier is M/s RNB Udyog. I have applied for a refilled cylinder in the first week of March'09 but I am still waiting for the same to be fulfilled. Hi,

I applied for new gas connection on 22.11.2008 ( File no: 576 ) with all necessary documents.
But till now no communication i received from the Agency.
When I approached them for status their attitude towards customer(me) was very rude.
They replied to that there is no definite time to give a new connection, they may take their own time.
Agency is very irresponsible.

Yes, Indane Gas -Kalpana Gas Agency kukatpally are very rude they never respond properly over the phone and if we go directly contact them they behave very rude and you find solution to your problem you have to wait infinite time ... to things done.

    Indane Gas Agency Name is: HANISH GAS AGENCY, Near Borsad Cross Roads, Anand-388001(Gujarat)
    The refill is booked after 21 days of the last delivery.
    Booking is allowed only on telephone.
    Getting the only one telephone connection there ( Ph.No.[protected] is very very difficult.
    Even after booking the gas refill they takes more than 10 to 15 days to effect the delivery.
    The delivery of refill is done after 2-3 reminders to them.
    Sometimes they changes the booking dates also.
    The consumers are not getting atleast one refill in a month.
    When asked they says that they are supplying according to the instructions of 'Mamlatdar-Anand'.

      INDANE Yadu Gas, Sahibabad, UP — Gas Leakage

      Dear Sir,
      My consuner no is 15940
      I have complaint a gas leakage on 25.01.08 at 8am. Even after repeated telephone they didnot come to check it upto 2pm. The boy came and told that the cylinder is defective and it has to be replaced. But the people came to me arguing that it is a used cylinder so it can not be replaced. Still now the gas is leaking when the regulator is opening. I am really in distress condition kindly suggest me what to do.

        I am a customer of Indane LPG since 30/04/03, my Consumer no in -17057, SV no- 321276 under distributer code[protected]. I have one sylinder now, but I had requested and submited application several time since 2003 for double cylinder, but till I am not getting 2nd cylinder, every time dealer said that IOCL company not supply the gas cylinder. I am waiting near about 5 years for double gas cylinder.

        I am one of the cutomer using Indane Gas from last 3 Years and has only one Cylinder.When I tyr to call Distribuor (Samppelly Gas Service, Distributor Code:7518533, Erragada, HYDERABAD-Andhra Pradesh)for booking a cylinder these people never pick up the phone at any time of the day.

        I have to take off for couple of Hrs from my office to goto their office to book the cylinder.

        Hello Sir,

        My name is Rajesh Kumar, My consumer # 32368 with IOCL, I'm residing at Cochin, Kakkanad. Our local agency for IOCL here is Pooja Gas, Kakkanad. The people sitting here, don't even know the simplest way of speaking to the consumer. When ever we call, them for Booking, The speak in a rough way, and simply disconnect the call before we complete the conversation. And the lady sitting in the front desk, who has been placed there for taking booking behaves very rudely and she responds in a bad way. As a company IOCL is a reputed the company, but I feel, IOCL must realize the importance of consumer service, since the Peoples are paying money and ICOL is not doing any free service. They must do some initiative in catching the frauds happening at the agency as incidents of illegal gas traffic is happening every where. I'm experiencing this all the time when I'm calling them for Booking.

        I request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action to resolve the issue.

        I also want to remind, IOCL, specifically there are lot Private gas agency coming up, if this continues to happen, IOCL will loose it's large customer base as I'm not the only one who is having such sought of grievance.

            IOC LPG — Delay in gas supply

            I am attached to the IOC LPG dealer M/S. Divya gas agencies at Karicode, Kollam, Kerala with distributor code 4522576 .

            I had booked LPG renewals with the centralised booking point at Ernakulam after the receipt of last LPG cylider supply in August 2009. On completion of 30 days I tried to inquire at the dealer regarding the fresh issue. The telephone of the dealer is always busy and even when I get connection there will be no reply it. As even after repeated attempts to get connection for days .It is impossible to get connection to the phone as there is only one No. available. So I had to go to their office which is far away from my residence

            On enquiry I was told that our booking a month ago was not valid as I am eligible for booking only after 21 days from the date of last receipt of the last LPG cylinder. We were not aware of any such rule if any, and there was no communication on such a rule from either the dealer or from the centralised computer booking at Ernakulam.
            They have then recorded a fresh booking on the date of my visit in September
            Now I am without any supply of gas and my second cylinder is also empty.

              Dear Sir,

              I have switched over my job from Amlai(M.P.) district Shahdol to Bhiwadi(Rajasthan) district Alwar.
              So I have taken transfer of my LPG gas connection from Amlai Indane to Indane Gas, Bhiwadi on 22nd Mach, 2009 but on several times approach to Indane Gas, Bhiwadi Near Central Market they have not accepted my transfer document and replied in one sentence " Regulator is out of stock, whenever we receive regulator from company we would be able to accept your document".
              Sir, as you know I am a service man than how it is possible to approach daily this office?
              Also our family is facing lot of problem without LPG connection.
              Kindly arrange to provide the connection at the earliest.

                Indane Gas — Regarding transfer of gas

                I am consumer of Indane gaswith consumer number 74934 (with domestic single cylnder type).I had to shift my residence from Kowdiar Thiruvananthapuram to Kanyipuram, Thiruvananthapuram.So I transfer my gas connection from B.P gas agencies Kowdiar to Guhan gas service Thiruvananthapuram.I went the Guhan gas agencies with the documents of the gas connection along with the agreement paper and its copy of ahouse taken for leese within the area...

                Our Gas Agency is Rajasthan Indane Gas Service, Mala Road, Kota Jn(Rajasthan) their delivery is very poor in this area. They take a long period for delivery after booking or booked after 21 days, when we compare with other agencies in Kota. Now We booked on 26/03/2009, still they have not deliver till date. Now when we enquired our neighbours they said they got gas at a time two cylinders. Today I call[protected] to our supply agency, he asked your cylinder was return and cancelled booking on 11.04.2009. Every time my mother's presence at our house.

                It seems very difficult for office going ladies to prepare food in the morning.

                Please do need full.

                Took gas cylinder from Kitchen Mate, Chittaranjan(W.B), but it is full of water instead of cooking gas.It has been checked by delivery boy of Gas Shop.Then I complained in Kitchen mate, I informed several times but they are not soving my problem.I want to change my cylinder and want the right cylinder which is full of cooking gas.You are requested to take necessary action at your end.

                  my consumer number is 22986. i had informed about the refilling of the cylinder on march3rd week 2009, till date they have not supplied the cylinder and when we contacted them we are getting the same reply of sending the cylinder by the evening 7 o clock. They have been telling these for the last one week. moreover they are not giving proper response when talking over phone. i kindly request you to take necessary action against that agency and make them to give the best service for us.

                    Indane — non working of agency workers on every saturday

                    respected sir/madam,
                    this is to in form u that the "HARWANT JYOTI ENTERPRISES...KAHNUWAN ROAD BATALA"..is not doing work acc. to the guidelines of the company. On every saturday of the week, this agency does not provide the gas cylinders even if the refill is booked for that date...even their behaviour towards the customer is harrashing.
                    Moreover, we are not allowed to meet Mr. CHEEMA... WHO IS THE OWNER OF THIS AGENCY.br...

                    Dear Sir,

                    One hour back i went to Sai Enterprises (Indian Oil petrol bunk at Ekkaduthangal Chennai), to fill petrol. I gave rs100/- and asked to fill the petrol. The person who filled the petrol showed the meter in his hand which showed 1.00 ans immedietly took it off from my sight. The consumer will think it is rs100 and will not mind. I faced the similar problem some months before and these people have not changed. This time i took the vehicle out and then came back to the bunk and stated that i ws not okay with the filling of petreol, then the person told oh sorry we filled only 1 Ltr. I know it ws a clear cheat and went to compliant to the manager, that was not responding properly and he asked me to write a complaint letter to IOCL, instead of slapping the person who cheated. I shouted at them and came back to office. I tried the IOCL site for lauching the complaint but in vain. if that bunk is sealed, i will happy to see that. Corruption everywhere.

                      Dear Sir
                      I am a consumer of the above mentioned gas company having consumer no: 10518. I have approached the booking counter for booking. The person sitting in the counter informed me, since, you have not booked yours since six months; your connection is blocked and you will not get any gas hence forth.
                      When insisted, the person concerned suggested to call to MR. RAFIC AHAMMAD, Ashok Complex, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Ph:[protected], with, one affidavit from the court. This officer is not responding to my calls over phone.
                      Sir, I am staying in Lakshmangarh which is 125 km from Jaipur and working as an Assistant Professor in MITS Deemed University. Here I stay in campus and the gas consumption for my family (three members) is very less. Every time I book gas after a period like this. The present status of the connection shattered me.
                      Can you help me? The supplier is the only gas supplying agency in this town. His monopoly in this business shatters many villagers. Those are used to standing in a long queue listening to the music of the poor state of affair of this great nation in their own local language from one of the most faithful employee of the agency. I am from Orissa. I don’t understand the local tongue. What I guess, may be, the door step supply of gas has been stopped since many days no one keeps record of that. Being a teacher I am a silent spectator of the drama, educated privileged and riddled with my own problem. The officer engaged in the other side of the table in the name of service of this country is dumb and deaf.
                      Will you listen to the prayer of many poor and deprived of this nation through this mail and take a little action??

                      Iam also experiencing similar problem of not delivering cylinder on time by my indian gas agency "BRIGHTENING GAS SERVICE", Hyderabad. they never lift the telephone. we are forced to go to their office pesonally book the gas. despite this failing to supply gas. i request serious action on this frellow.

                      my consumer no 28255 . when i am booking gas firstly reply that my gas already booked .. i m totally surprised . and then she said every 21day after u booking gas but i have single gas cylender or i think single gas booking open every 15 day but she said rules ar e changed .. sir i complaint against delevery men or receptionist who booked gas... she behaviour is very rude she did't reply and cut the phone... plz take action against both of them...

                      sir, I am shyam sunder agrawal my consumer no. 2708 ,and i am risident of north vibhav nagar , tapa paith, firozabad. my mobil no is [protected] . My distributors is M/S Firozabad gas service. Sir i tall you that i am trying to contract agncy neary last 27 days. by phone but the agency have not givin any responce. The phone no. have provided by the agency [protected],[protected] is always busy or not answering and also the company not accept my booking at 4:25 p.m. and says booking time is closing but on company booking slip time period print is 9:30a.m to 5:30 p.m.
                      Sir kindly look my meter & taking action against the agency.
                      I am having customer ID 3847L at your dealer - Pradeep Gas Service, 3, Behind Ford Tractor, Faridabad. Yoour dealer's phone nos. (2280006, 2291228) are always busy with engaged tone. Is is a herculean task to bool refill over phone. It is natural to suspect that the phone receivers are put off the cradle. Attmpt to book refill form my Airtel on 56465 have come back undelvered.

                      Please look into it.

                        our supplier P S GAS AGENCY, HATIGAON, GUWAHATI has supplied emergency cell no in their receipt as[protected],[protected] . I had a incidence of leakage of cylinder and on emergency I contacted these numbers which responded saying they are not related to such agency or emergency services. These numbers are actually printed in the recipt book of the distributor. there are are two other numbers[protected],[protected] which are also provided in their address column - these number remains switch off.

                        WEII V ARE LIVING IN BANGLORE AND OUR GAS IS LEAKING BUT THERE R NO EMERGENCY NOs. AND THERE IS NO ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO...THIS IS THE STATE OF OUR COUNTRY SUCH AN INCIDENT AND NO ONE TO CALL FOR HELP...SCARRY FORGET THE COMPANY BUT THERE SHOULD BE HELP LINE IN THIS COUNTRY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS..AND EVEN IF THERE R NOs. no one picks them WE HAD 911 IN USA...

                        Indane Gas — Gas leak - no response

                        Taody morning when cylinder is replaced, there is gas leak. Though contacted the dealer, no immediate response so far. Dealer phone No.[protected] Visakhapatnam - Andhra Pradesh. Not giving Toll free No. atleast
                        We face the same problem in bangalore too.. These are the numbers listed and none of them respond to the phone. We have been calling these losers from yest.,

                        This is another example of Bangalore city's negligence to its citizens.

                        I face the same gas leak problem on 27 April, '12. contact PS Gas Agency. But in vain. No response till date. The emergency cell no. remain switch off condition.

                        Serious matter as no emergency service for indane at Guwahati.
                        Really horrible, no one pickup the calls, called at least 30 to 35 times to India Garage - Guttahalli, they never bother to pickup the call. All emergency numbers are either switched off or not reachable. very pathetic service

                          Dear Sir,

                          Though I am a double cylinder customer of Freedom Gas, Birati, Kol.51, but Freedom Gas is not taking any booking before 26 days of delivery of the first cylinder. Why?

                          Shall we only get resuts by going to the media & etc.? ... Why not the company itself give us justice?

                          Freedom Gas's delivery men do not carry their weighing machine and always give less weight of cylinder, which...
