I have tried to pay online through the link provided in the message but when I returned to the payment page after paying through google UPI, the page said the connection timed out. The money was deducted and I needed to pay the delivery man through cash mode. This incident happened on 15 February 2021.

I filled 1000 Rs petrol in XYZ Auto service chitradurga on[protected] at 8:05 AM after filling I observed fuel indicator was not showing the correct value so I asked the worker he told after you drive some kms it will show up but when I drove for almost 100 KMS fuel indicator was showing less only and I refilled another 1000 RS to come back bangalore.
As per my calculation they filled only 500 Rs petrol instead 1000 Rs

Pease take strict action against them as they are in highway and no one will go back to fight with them.

I received message to my registered mobile number today[protected] informing the cylinder got delivered successfully.
Due to pandemic situation, I am working from home and all my family members are in the home.

1. I wanted to understand to whom did the cylinder got delivered?
2. When I have DAC number how can he deliver it to someone else. The purpose of DAC is not this I hope.
3. What actions would be taken on these kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from the agency?
4. What about the amount I paid online during the order placement?

We have CCTV footage to show as a proof if the delivery boy tries to lie saying about the delivery.

Request you to please keep me updated with the information for this complaint.

Hi, i booked gas cylinder on 16/02/2021 and got sms as cylinder delivered on 18/02/2021 but i didn't receive cylinder

Dear Team,
I booked the INDANE refill on 13/02/21 and made payment online on 14/02/21 at Rs. 745.5. But on 15/02/21 the price was increased to Rs. 795.5 and the distributor forced me to pay the extra Rs. 50(increased amount), otherwise the riffle will not provide.
Why should I provide the increased amount after the payment done.

Please suggest and do the needful ASAP.

I had paid Rs. 794.5+Rs.25 =819.5 but delivery boy given a receipt of Rs. 794.5 and taken Rs. 25...and given a invoice of only Rs. 794.5

Hi Team,
I requested a new gas connection for my Home in PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCIES located near WEST TAMBARAM, Chennai-600045. But they simply telling Below Reason and not giving the new connection.
1. On 3/02/2021(Wednesday Morning) they said the server is down so unable to create a new connection.

2.On 4/02/2021(Thursday) I went in the afternoon but they said they will create a new connection only in the morning so they ask me to come in the morning.

3.On 7/02/2021(Saturday) I went in the morning then they said the office will be available from MONDAY to SATURDAY but the new connection will be taken only from MON to FRIDAY only.

4.On 26/02/2021 (Friday) I went in the morning then they said they will create a new connection only on Monday only and the rest of the day they will not create a connection.

So literally they are avoiding creating a new connection so kindly help us on the above issue

The above Distributor has not supplied LPG Cylender w.e.f.22/12/2020 till to-day, 26/02/2021.
The Distributor is punishable under Sec.5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 2020, under Sec120B and Sec.420 of the Indian Penal Code(IPC).
THEREFORE, Complaint is hereby submitted to take effective and urgent action against this illegal black marketer of LPG.
The action taken against this Distributor may be acknowledged to the Complainer immediately.

Today morning I went to kadri/mallikatta Indian oil petrol pump to fill the petrol to my vehcle... I standed for 2 to 3 minutes but their lady staff are busy with cheat chatting with themselves... It was very shameful me and also for ur company... If this kind of negligence happens in the sense non of the customer come for ur petrol pump
So I stricty advice that fist remove that lady staff from that place and replace other new staff for their position... It's was very worst experience for me...

The employee there refused to hear me for quite a while while he was giving oil to rest of the people, when i asked him quite a few time he started arguing with you and started abusing me and started beating me up even the owner of the petrol pump didn't tried to stop him instead of the he also hit me on my face

I have book the cylinder on the dated of 20 jan online.but I had paid the amount for same the door delivery cylinder.consuner number is [protected].

I wish to report an incident of filling diesel instead of petrol in my private car on January 16, 2021. The incident took place around 2.pm at Prabha fuels, Indian oil dealer, Aroor Bypass, Alappuzha. Though I asked for petrol for Rs. 2000/ the person who attended, (later identified as Satheesh K R) the floor manager filled diesel. The car ran ok for about 10 kms and broke down after running erratic for some time. I reported and got breakdown service from Volkswagon and the car was taken to the VW workshop at Marad. There, they found out that car had been filled with Diesel. I went back in a taxi to the Aroor petrol station and complained to the the person in charge and the the floor manager Satheesh. Satheesh admitted to his negligence. The CCTV showed the car being filled with diesel.
The car is a new VX Tiguan purchased on 28/12/2020 and the incident took place after 19 days. The VW workshop feels that there is damage to one of the cylinders. They have removed the engine from the car and are trying to open the head to confirm the damage. As the car is new and needs special tools which have to come from Pune or Bangalore the progress is delayed. From what I understand from them is that the complete engine may have to be replaced. This is going to cost me lot of money. The fuel station managing partner is not reachable to discuss about how to compensate for the high repair cost I may have to bear. The insurance company or VW will not foot the engine repair/replacement charges.
While talking to Satheesh I learnt that the the filling nozzles of Diesel and petrol are of same size in some of their later versions of the pump/ metering units which are half an inch in size and can be inserted in to a petrol tank inlet.
This incident has put me under great mental strain and if the engine has to be replaced it is going to cost me a lot of money, due to no fault of mine. I am 73 years old, a retiree and living alone in Changanacherry, Kottayam.
I would request that an immediate action be taken to look into this case and all the repair charges be taken care of by Indian oil or the dealer.
The CCTV recording might be cleared by now, but I can prove that the incident took place at the said pump, date and time.

17 Feb I am 4 litre petrol purchased but only 24 KM run my bike

Today I filled fuel tank of my bike from Randhawa Fuel Centre opp Randhawa Sugar Mill Dasuya road Randhawa dist Hoshiarpur Punjab. The dispenser was not displaying correct fuel price and quantity also appearing falsificated . I asked them computerised bill but they denied and provide hand written bill only. Kindly take correct action against them they're are ruining image of IOC.

At your petrol pump they cheats customer filling less amount of petrol and without feeding the rupee in petrol vending machine they fills petrol manually whether customer ask to feed the amount on petrol vending machine...Incident held on dated 18/02/2021 at 2 o'clock ...They also misbehave us.

I have filled petrol in Alakidi PDS agency at thanjavur Dt
for 200 Rs by SBi card .I find adulteration in the petrol. I kindly request you make enquiry In this regard.
I talked to the owner in this regard he asked to file compliemt.
