description of the incident
1) the petrol pump charge 30 rupees extra for CNG in the name of oil fueling by making fraud receipt & direct allowed to fuel CNG in the vehical but those who do not give 30 rs extra they have wait 2 hours in line for CNG.
2) after 2 hours waiting in line when our turn come they fill the CNG & in that also take 10 rs extra or suppose the price was 112 we have to pay but they take 120 round figure.
3) they dont were proper dress code & name plate.

this corruption is happening from the date CNG allowed to petrol pump.

    Dear Team

    I have to report malpractice of a fuel station in sector 52 gurgaon ( more details on image attached). The station filled the petrol tank of my TATA Tiago XT which has a capacity of 35 L with petrol quantity of 36 L, which is practically unreal as the tank already had some petrol left in it as well.
    The petrol meter showed 36 L, also in bill attached below.

    Kindly look into the matter, how 1L more can be adjusted when the capacity is not there. Some malpractice is going on in the meter and customers are cheated.

      Currently, I am not getting my LPG subsidy since 07/09/2019.
      I got my last subsidy of Rs.136.71 on 6 Sept, 2019. After that it was

        We were one of the customer procuring Diesel for our manufacturing activities in Bangalore from IOCL regularly. During the transaction period we had kept an amount of Deposit with IOCL and frequently purchasing diesel by remitting the amount of each purchase.

        Off-late due to COVID-19 all our manufacturing activities were stopped wef. 20th March, 2020 and there is not light on we re-opening the factories. As we will not be requiring diesel in future, we request you to kindly refund us the balance lying in our account.

        We wrote several mails and sent a letter to IOCL, Mission Road, Bangalore for the same, which as on date not heeded any result. Hence we are writing this.

        Please acknowledge the receipt of the same and do the needful

          I went fill petrol on 21st Dec 2020 evening at 5:20pm at Woodlands Enterprises- Indian Oil Petrol Bunk located near AVM Rajeswari of Radhakrishnan Salai. I have asked them to fill petrol for 2 litres. They filled only for 1 litre and got money for 2 litres, I can able to find it using the fuel meter gauge. While they fill the fuel, they are pressing the trigger of the gun, which reduces the quantity of petrol further. I have tried approaching the manager. He is trying to showcase that pressing trigger does not reduce fuel quantity and measures the quantity of petrol in my tank saying 2 litres. I already had petrol in my tank before visiting bunk. I have also raised a complaint regards the same on iocl portal[protected]. Till now no response on the same

            Received a call from IndianOil Corporation Customer care
            [protected] on 23-12-20 at around 3 pm regarding an issue which i had raised i.e SR no.[protected]. The way the lady officer was speaking was very rude and she is speaking as if she is the one who has heavy workload on her. Instead of listening to customers complaint she is very arrogant in speaking to customers. When i asked her for anyway of escalating the issue to higher officials she just disconnected the call.

              My consumer number is 24725. It is being misused by someone. Twice that is on 11th December, 2020 and 23rd December, 2020 . I have not booked any gas but I am getting message of gas being booked on my number.

              Urgent action be taken to prevent misuse of my consumer number.

                    I am customer of Indiane gas Brindavan gas agency, Near LIG BUS STOP, BHEL. Every time they deliver gas very late. I get message as estimation 2 days they don’t even delivery with in 4-5 days. They never deliver in time. Sometimes they don’t answer calls.

                      According to the above reference number i paid full amount on 08/12/2020. and the amount was rupees 685 which included delivery charges also. But they told me that they don't have delivery on my place, so i told them that am working in trissur district and my relative will pick up the cylinder later. On 15/12/2020 when my relative went to there office they misbehaved with him and also told me to pay rupees 50. why should i pay money on which i paid full amount in advance. The point is that i not just booked the cylinder but i paid the full amount in advance . After 7 days of my payment only the prize was hiked. I am attaching the bill wit this complaint. Here the problem is not about money but about the attitude of the employees who working in the Lekshmi gas agency Neyyattinkara. I hope you will do the needful without delay . I don't have time to send same complaint again again.

                              My Bank A/c. [protected] with INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, THIRUVANMIYUR CHENNAI. LINKED WITH MY AADHAAR CARD NO.[protected]
                              As per your requirements, I have linked my Aadhaar Card with the above SB account with IOB. and given the details to TUCS Thiruvanmiyur. I have given my requisition to credit the subsidy amount o my above bank account.
                              Right from beginning till today, I have not received any credit of subsidy amount into my account.
                              I have again and again complained to TUCS and my bank about this matter which received NO response.
                              I am a retired senior citizen of 78 years and my health does not permit to visit your offices repeatedly.

                              Kindly arrange to look into the matter asap and help this OLD man by arranging to credit the entire subsidy amounts due to me till date and oblige.

                                    On 17.12.2020 I filled petrol worth Rs 300/- at Badachandra petrol pump, Keshari Nagar, Unit 5, Bhubaneswar, and gave Rs 500/- to the salesman named Dipuna and asked him to return me Rs 200/- due to me. Dipuna instead told me to park my bike and wait till he completes his account settlement process before he could return me the money.As I was getting let I asked him to return my money immediately. To this the sales person reacted with abuse and said I have to wait as long as he wants.Then I also reacted by pointing out his misbehaviour and went to lodge a complaint with the manager of the petrol pump. The manager very politely listened to me and the payment process was completed.But in the meantime The salesman(Dipuna) along with 10-12 other sales persons of the pump surrounded me and apart from abusing me in filthy language, tried to manhandle me. I was somehow rescued by the manager and other customers present. Even as I left the pump, the group of sales persons continued abusing me.
                                    Why do I have to go through this harrowing experience ? What was my fault? I was only insisting that my time should not be wasted but the sales person rudely told me that I have to wait adding that he is hungry as it is his shift changing time and he can not return the money until he is finished with his accounting process. Is this the way the staff of a petrol pump treat a customer.
                                    Please look into it and make the staff of the petrol pump understand the importance civilised behaviour which every customer expects.
