I have done a lpg gas surrender request on igl app on 17/12/2020, have received the request number-#[protected]. since then I was waiting for any responce, didnt get any. I then tried calling on the number provided-[protected]. tried it for almost a week and then finally get a chance to talk custumer executive- named Rashmi- she misbehaved and gave none information about my complaint other then the sentance that it is wrong! I asked to raise a request to pick up now, she enquired till phone number and finally after some 14 minutes cut the phone without doing anything .
I want to surrender my connection ant to avail pick up service as I am not able to carry cylinders to the agency. it has been now more then a month .

Loaded 50ml oil with petrol for Rs. 150 on 11.01.2021 between 1pm - 2pm.Vehicle ran only for 5km with already available petrol in the tank. No petrol was added in tank as the meter was running with no flow in pump. Kindly enquire for immediate action.

Please instruct to the dealer to fill the petrol through credit card. They are refused to fill the petrol through credit card for all time when I go to petrol bunk, and they told me to pay via phone pe or transact with cash.

The staff working in IOCL petrol pump, near X Roads, piler, 517214 are not accepting digital payments which caused a huge inconvenience in my journey...

I am receiving SMS in My mobile form indane for gas refills on some unknown name.

But mobile number doesn't have Indane LPG account associated.

I contact the IOC support person and get information about who wrongly registered my mobile number they told me that person was in Madhya Pradesh.

So that support person gave me the number of Madhya Pradesh indane gas agency number to contact them to remove your mobile number form database.

I contacted the gas Agency in Madhya Pradesh.

I contacted them three times but they don't know English.

But they connect to person who spoke English but he also doesn't able to understand, he spoke English partially and using Most hindi words.

They ask me to wait for a minute and they cut the call, this happend three times.

So please take necessary action.
Please remove my mobile number form indane database.

Today, I want to filled the petrol in my bike 100 rupees but the salesman said machine is not working . They filled from cane but the quantity fill 800ml. I said why you're fill less quantity. than three person there uses bad language with me.
I am disappointed and want to punish them because these person not to do same anybody's in future.

Dear Sir, My Consumer no is [protected] and my distributor is SAI SHAKTHI INDANE, Address-SY NO. 15, D NO: 7/67/7 KOMPALLY VILLAGE KOMPALLY VILLAGE TG - 500014. I have done a booking on 1st-Jan-2021. with Ref No.[protected]. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 9th-Jan 2021. that the cylinder has been delivered with CAsh memo no:[protected].
This is clear Black Marketing. Same thing happened mast two months also. Please take serious action on this. We are suffering with our refill but these people selling refill outside or giving rent to commercial.

I visited Indian oil petrol pump sector 105 Noida, as my vehicle already have enough amount of petrol, so I chose to check the air pressure in tyre, the employee who is filling air said "oil dalwaya nahi hai hawa dalwane a gaye paise de ke kahi aur bharwao", as per guidelines from oil company air, drinking water and toilet are free.

his behaviour is very inappropriate and disgusting.

excepting a strict action against him.

In Nagpur Near bhande plot square sakkardara near vishal mega mart indian oil petrol bunk persons are doing fraud in filling petrol just showing numbers not filling petrol. They are charging money for filling air in tyres else they show banner of free air. They said no workers hire for filling air station. We need solutions for this

I'm Radha I have booked LPG and paid the money through Google pay but the Indian oil app shows that I didn't pay money . I have to get my money back what should I do. Please help me . I need the money.

Booked Indane gas cylinder online on 29/12/20 n paid rs.694/-. Costomer ID is 22907 with m/s Surjeet Gas Depot, RK Puram. New Delhi. Till date the cylinder is supplied to me. Normally they used to supply next day. But it seems they are not taking kindly as book cylinder online n pay online. Last month also they delivered cylinder after 8 days that too after ur intervention. You are requested to kindly investigate it and direct them to deliver the gas immediately after booking online.

This is to inform you that I have done a prepaid refill booking thru Amazon.
I have received a message on 5th 1.30 pm saying Invoice has been generated and at 10
30pm night another message saying its delivered. Whats this.They are not calling and confirming before delivering the cylinder
Please look into this on priority.

I made on line payment of Rs. 569.50 on line for the gas cylinder to be supplied but before it reached the company, hey supplied gas on 16-5-20 itself and demanded cash payment since they have not received the payment from the IOC. So I had to pay in cash Rs 569.50, On 16-8-80, I made a complaint to the IOC for refund of the amount. But so far no reply or no refund.

Rtgs.dt.02/01/21 Rs.505000/--was success debited from my acc.no.[protected] sbi...with utr no.sbinr[protected] was aknoladged by bank to..iocl mumbai but not credit in cms 255725 maa gayatri filling station..still pending..pls do nesessary ..pls help

1.My father late mr.gulab Singh has expired in march 2020 after that because of corona I submit my mother guddi Devi documents for madical card in August but still I don't get any information or card from iocl... employee no.28314
2. I also send pf settlement documentsnd my father death certificate to Delhi at October 6 but still we don't get our money ...

We have applied for ioc retail outlet in 2016 and the application has been rejected on 28/11/1019 and the same has been communicated to us. But even after one year of rejection the security deposit which we submitted to ioc has not been returned to us even after multiple follow up from muzaffarpur IOC office.
So requesting to please look into this matter and please return the amount.

Domestic Refill order for Cons No/ID [protected]/[protected] was booked on 02.01.2021 - booking No,[protected], . Cylinder was delivered on 04.01.2021 to my residence ( House No-1538-A, ( First Floor) Sector -7, Kurukshetra).

Consumers are advised from time to time not tho pay delivery charges .
However the delivery boy insisted on payment of delivery charges from my parents . Thhe bill amoubt was printed as Rs. 703.50/ but the delivery boy insisted for paying Rs.710 because we live on first floor.
The concerned Gas Agency is Thanesar Gas Service([protected])

May please be looked into.
