      Address: Swamy Auto Care, Nadakuduru, East Godavari District, Andhrapradesh.

      On 01/01/2021 at around 9.33AM i have purchased Rs.1000/- approx 10.77 Ltrs of petrol for my car (i10) at your franchisee filling station M/s Swamy Auto Care, Nadakuduru, East Godavari Dist, Andhrapradesh . Before purchase my fuel tank level is showing red indication and after filling also it was showing the same which supposed to show at least 1/4th of tank level as my total tank capacity was 35Litres .
      When i asked petrol station management on this, they have not responded in correct manner and doubted on petrol indicator of my car . then i asked them to check level in tank manually as it was filled just then .
      They have not accepted this and asked me to check in your online monitoring system which was showing correct transaction .
      I rushed to nearby Bharath petrol franchisee and purchased Rs.1000/- worth fuel . then my fuel indicator started showing fuel level .
      With this incident i presume that pump is not dispensed right quantity of fuel .
      Please look into this and take necessary corrective actions to prevent repetition of on this sort of issues.

        Dear Sir,

        I booked for Gas Refill Cylinder through Indian Gas Booking IVR number (On[protected] and paid the amount after receiving the link to my registered mobile through payzapp by using CITI Credit card. Amount was deducted and successful message received. But while delivering the cylinder they collected amount and said that they didn't received any amount for the booking I have made.

        Same thing I asked to my Indian Gas Service agents, they told that amount will be refund to my account from the bank which I used for online payment.

        The details are mentioned in the attachments.

        No Response till date, I am expecting at least time period for resolving my issue.
        i have paid my gas bill online with link provided on 12/06/2021 of my consumer number CX4685758 But the
        distributer,
        RASHMI,
        Distributors for inndane,
        23/4, Near Rajarajeshwari Arch,
        Mysore road, Nayadahalli, ,
        Bangalore560039,

        the Distributer saying that the online paid amount is refunded to my saving account and asking again for payment, when i checked in my account i have not found any refunded amount to my account till 17/06/2021, kindly check and clarify when it is going to refund to my account because i have paid cash to Distributer but not received online paid amount to my account, kindly solve the issue.

          i have filled in fuel of rs.1500 on 29 jan at 10:30 am and triied for a card swapo for payment and thepin was enterred as well, but the slip did not generate.
          The person told me that the machine might be faulty and try using another machine, which i did, and the amount was deducted and i recieved the sms.
          After few minutes, i got another message of money deduction same amount.
          Total - 1500 + 1500, = 3000 deducted.
          I can see both the money deducted in my bank statement.
          I need the extra money 1500 refunded.

            Good afternoon. My name is Chandrashekar S from Begumpet, Hyderabad. This is in continuation of the complaint(s) that I have raised before.

            Hardly 2 weeks when I had raised the previous complaint about the misbehavior/ negative attitude of the Supervisor and not swiping the Citi Bank IOC card in the proper machine, today (29-Jan-2021), when I went to fill in the petrol, the petrol boy/ person who filled in the petrol was very rude in his behavior.

            Also, when I paid for the petrol the person who swiped my card told me that I COULD GO AND RAISE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH ANYONE AND SAID THAT NO ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM AND THAT TOO BY RISING HIS HAND AS IF HE WAS MY BOSS. He almost pushed me literally (his attitude was that rude) when he said that I could raise a complaint against them with anyone and as I did not want any problems with such kind of people, I went to the Manager (Mr. Sagar, with whom I had interacted about 8-9 days ago and was given an assurance that such issues will not arise going forward), but hardly 10 days later similar kind of issue happened today.

            I am given a feeling that may be this service center/ gas station seems to be encouraging such behavior to be followed by the employees there and INTENTIONALLY ARE TOLD THAT WHENEVER I GO TO FILL IN PETROL, THEY WANTED THOSE EMPLOYEES TO CREATE AN ISSUE BY MISBEHAVING/ TALKING RUDELY (to ensure that I LOSE MY SELF-RESPECT), as I have raised multiple complaints against this gas station earlier.

            As a customer I go there to fill in petrol and make the payment and I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY SELF-RESPECT AND THAT TOO IN FRONT OF SUCH CHEAP PEOPLE as I pay for the petrol and it is not that the petrol is being given free of cost or that they can treat customers in this manner.

            I am given a feeling that may be this gas station IS NOT ONLY TO SELL PETROL PRODUCTS BUT ALSO THE MAIN ACTIVITY SEEMS TO BE SOMETHING ELSE, LIKE MISBEHAVING, ILL-TREATING, HARASSING CUSTOMERS and try to feel happy at the end of the day.

            If IOC cannot take proper action (even if this gas station can be SHUT DOWN), I will feel that the other gas stations in and around Hyderabad would come to know that IOC organization listens to its customers complaints and proper action would be initiated/ taken against such gas stations.

            I want the HEAD OF HYDERABAD/ TELANGANA IOC to talk with me and also, want the Owner of this Gas Station to call and visit me and give me in writing that THOSE 2 EMPLOYEES WERE REMOVED AND GOING FORWARD, WOULD GIVE ME ASSURANCE THAT SUCH ACTIVITIES WILL NOT BE ENCOURAGED.

            If the above things don't happen, I WILL ENSURE THAT I WILL POST ALL THE ENTIRE EPISODES ON whatsapp, Facebook and will definitely go to the Consumer Court and file a case against IOC Organization stating that I WAS INTENTIONALLY HARASSED/ ILL-TREATED AND IT WAS THE IOC SENIOR MANAGEMENT WHO ENCOURAGED SUCH ACTIVITIES TO BE FOLLOWED as no action was taken for the complaints that was raised before by them against this gas station.

              I had booked a cylinder refill on 20th January. I made payment via PhonePe UPI through my Bank of India account for 720.5 rupees. They said the money has been deducted and I got a confirmation for the same but Indian oil says transaction not successful.

              So I called their customer care who said to make another payment, which I did of the same amount and the booking was successful. their app shows a refund initiated on 20th January itself along with unidentifiable cash paid transaction on 21st January.

              Till date, i have no received any refund. Indian oil customer care refuses to help me and keeps disconnecting my call. The gas agency says this is Indian Oil's problem. PhonePe and Bank of India both said to contact Indian Oil.

                Dear SirMadam,

                This is to bring to your notice that many times public are getting cheated at this fuel station. When i ask to fill for 300 rupees, the other guy who is collecting the money/card to swipe keeps on talking with the customer, diverting attention of the customer and the fuel pumping would be stopped immediately at rupees 200/250 which in actual should be filled for 300 rupees. I suspected when the fuel tank indicator on my bike just showed only 2 points which in actual should show 3 points full.

                To be sure next time, i have reached again asking to fill for 300 rupees, watching carefully the meter reading and kept aside about the other guy who went on talking. This time found that meter was halted at 250 rupees. When i questioned why did it stop at 250 rupees as i am paying or fuel asked for is 300 rupees. The agent was telling there is a button issue with the machine which is automatically getting stopped at some point somewhere in between. So he again filled in for additional 50 rupees because i have questioned. This didn't make me believe fault is with the machine instead they are purposefully doing it planned to cheat the public in this way.

                Resolution - Kindly enquire immediate action at this station and check or compare the bills swiped through POS machine with the actual bills generated through fuel vending machine. Hope there will be so many discrepancies. Please look into this ASAP.

                    I give 520 by atm card. A worker fills petrol 120 he told me that sorry m confused if they type on meter 120 rupees. So why meeter gon on 121.40 and they stop filling petrol by hand. And he told me that I fill petrol again pending amount 400 but still, he start filling petrol without set nill amount on meeter, he starts to make me confused, by asking fullish questions like what's you card category debit or credit. How it is possible if he set Amount 120 and meeter reached at 121.40 rs, how... And when I check my petrol quantity on my bike meeter they show me near 400 rs petrol .. total petrol fill near 4.88 litres with the amount of 520 ..

                      I went to fill petrol pump at hyderabad opposite Raidurgam metro station today .I asked for scanning to pay amount before filling petrol he should me scanning ..He came back asked me to do only from phonepay I said why..Then he pulled scanning from my hand hided and he didn't response properly. I was informed same thing to supervisor.he is saying samething to me and supporting boy ..And started arguing with me and coming to hit me and deney to fill petrol..He said you can tell where ever you want ..And give compliant where ever you want..It's absolutely very bad behaviour ..It's intolerable system ..He is working in service sectors the way how he was behaving is very very bad...

                        This is to inform you that I went to Kailash Manas pump, Mehrauli Dawarpar Gorakhpur UP-273016 and paid ₹500 via paytm for petrol. The sales boy typed 500 but gave 100 to someone and immediately poured the remaining in my bike. I immediately objected but he unheard me. I complained the officials there and requested to view the video recording, but they misbehaved and turned off their ears against my plead.
                        Further, I complained on toll free number [protected]. The attendee registered the complain and assured that a message would come to my registered mobile [protected], but nothing reached.
                        So, I hereby request you for justice and to take severe action against this improbity. You may still the video recording of the pump which will clear all the facts.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is regarding the Indian Oil Cylinder we received on[protected] and we didn't checked it when the delivery person gave but while we trying to use it, have seen that Cap of cylinder was just kept but no fixed as it was opened already before delivering to us and the quantity of Gas we very less with which we can't even get for a week.
                            We want resolution for this as I'm requesting you to reimburse the amount or re-issue the new Cyl ASAP.

                            Please find the attached image of Invoice for reference.

                            Kindly look into our concern and do needful.

                                The staff members are behaving in a rude way for asking to provide petrol in litres instead they insist to have it lumpsum like Rs100 or 200.The whole of the staff members are following and protecting the erring staff member .This is the order of the day for this particular pump over a long period.Inview of this i decided not to go again for this Indian oil petrol pump.

                                  1. I Narinder Singh, applied for LOI of Petrol Pump at the site vill. Paharipur SH-1, Sadhaura to Naraingarh road, category open Sr.No.1335, on this location first time draw organized from Indian Oil i have been selected in this draw, next day i got email from IOCL to submit file in panipat division office, i have read email and arranged documents for file. I submitted file in panipat division upon time according mail. After one week i got email from company and company rejected me from group1 and i occupied in group3 . next day i went panipat office to ask my mistake. Overthere Mr. Amit choudhry met me and said to me we have to follow company brochure he also explained to me your one document Appendix iiiB is not according to Brochure of the company, i highly requested to over there, but he did not listen my request, i just wanted company suppose to give me time to submit exact one document, after this i appealed in high court, now days the court case of this site is pending for decision. But Amit choudhry issued LOI to Arun kumar( second draw selected candidate of this site). It is totally illegal because according to Brochure of the company LOI would not be issued any candidate if court case is pending for decision of the concerned site. I felt Amit chodhary is a corrupted person and he took huge bribe from Arun kumar. Kindly do justice with me, i hope my complaint will solve soon and company do cancel of LOI of Arun kumar

                                    This is to inform that today, i.e., 22.01.2021, I, Nagaraja H, had refuelled (petrol) my vehicle at MANJUNATHA SERVICE STATION, HMT, BENGALURU-560013. The operator manipulated the gun/petrol disbursing knob while refuelling my vehicle. He was not leaving the gun freely and was operating it intermittently. I objected to this activity. Whereas, the operator was not ready to listen me. Hence, I went to the Manager. The Manager was not ready to listen to me. Therefore, I asked for the complaint register to lodge a complaint. Whereas, Manager refused to provide the complaint register. I hereby my attaching the payment receipt for reference.
                                    In the previous instance at the same filling station, I objected for this intermittent handling of gun/knob.
                                    In view of the above, I earnestly, request to look into the matter of operating procedure, behaviour of operators & manager. Further, to look into the matter for not allowing to raise a complaint at the service station itself.

                                        I have made a payment for Gas Booking to Indane Gas on 12 Jan 2021. I cancelled the refill booking . The Refund Amount is not yet credited to my account.
