Subsidy details for last one year

I have ordered my indane gas cylinder on 13 th feb 2021 by paying full amount 764.75 and the gas price is increased on 14th midnight they have supplied the gas on 15th feb and asking me additional 50 rupees which is increased on 14th. Even though i have paid full amount and delivery charge on 13 th how it is applicable for the increased price

Rates of non subsidized LPG Cylinders and Subsidized cylinders are the same from May 2020 onwards. In view of the above, no subsidy has been transferred to customers".
Would like to submit that in May 2020, there was no difference from Rate of Subsidized Cylinder and Market rate. But now the Rate has gone up. and NOWHERE IT WAS ANNOUNCED BY GOVT. THAT SUBSIDY HAS BEEN STOPPED OR WITHDRAWN. Hence, kindly reconsider and CREDIT THE DIFFERENCE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, the datails are already with you

I had taken Petrol of amount 150/- from Indian Oil Petrol pump, Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana.

Petrol pump dealer code 236468, bill no. 269286, dated 15.02.2021.

I haven't received any oil in bike.

Whenever I goes to take petrol above 500 then they do the cut off during fuels at the mead time and again fueling I have noticed many time these activities.

दिनक ०६/०२/२०२१ को १७.३७ बजे २०००=00 रु का ओईल मेरे MH10 DL6057 गाडी मे पेट्रोल कि जगह disel डाला गया यह सब पेट्रोल भरणे वाले आदमी कि गलती है उसने मुझे पूछा भी नही और ओ ओईल डालते वक्त MOBILE PHONE पर बाते कर रहा था जब कि मेरे गाडी पर पहले से हि पेट्रोल का रेड कलर मे STICKER लगा हुं था उसके बावजुद भी पेट्रोल कि जगह उसने disel डाला थोडी अंतराल बाद गाडी चलाने के बाद गाडी मे दिकत आई पता चला कि पेट्रोल कि जगह DISEL डाला गया है उस समय मुझे बहुत परेशानी हुई मैने तुरंत हि machanic को बुलाकर सब ओईल बदलकर गाडी का काम करके लिया और दुसरे गाडी से आगे निकल गया जीससे मुझको बहुत हि मानसिक और आर्थिक परेशानी झेलणी पडी है आप यह सब उस समय के सब CCTV VIDEO देख कर पता कर सकते है !
रात को मुझको लगबग १२.०० बजे सब काम हुआ जब कि मैने पेट्रोल पंप पे सब बाते बताने के बाद ओईल दालने वाले आदमी का रवैया ठीक नाही था ओ अपने गलती मान हि नही रहा था जब CCTV VIDEO दिखाने के लिय कहा थो उसने मना कर दिया
गाडी का खर्च 4000 आया है आप से विनंती कि सब खर्च मुझे वापस मिले

Quantity of the Petrol is Less. For Half Liter of petrol their quantity is only 400 ml.

I am one of the ustomer of Indian oil corporations. I have booked gas an amount of Rs.760/- on 13.02.2021. I HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT NOTIFICATION WITH DELIVERY INSTRUCTION. Now after two days they generated new invoice amount of Rs.810/- on 15.02.2021. OUR THRIUMANGALAM BRANCH ALWAYS DOING LIKE THIS.

ALSO THEY ARE CHARGING MORE AMOUNT FOR DELIVERY (COMPLESION AMOUNT Rs.50/- on everybody)

Now I need do to correct invoice generated amount of Rs.760/- as per invoice generated & also do correct procedure for delivery charge.

I have filled petrol for 100rs, but i got only half of the one ltr water bottle. When i ask them on cheating they are not responding and asking to give complaint.. Please seize this ASAP

I have been asking for air at TAPCMS petrol pump hirekerur everyday for month. Still they say the air machine is not functioning. Even though it's new. They are refusing to fill air in tyres.

With respect to your virtual Account No - ********9934 virtual account, we bring to your notice that an amount of Rs. 25000/- was wrongly remitted to your account from our current account no 50********1575, on 11th December 2020. This mail was immediately intimated to our bank but then already it was out of their hands.

We are continuously in touch with our bank and they are also continuously mailing you for giving permission to debit from your account. Kindly do the needful by verifying the same and help us receive our amount as soon as possible.

Very bad behavior of staff with defence personal and refused to use toilet while I'm going duty

Have been observing it since the last few months. Initially I ignored it but of late everytime when we book Indane gas refil it gets auto cancelled. Have to then visit the office and ask them to come and refil. The message we receive is Dear {Username}, your booking[protected] has been cancelled due to auto cancellation.

This is annoying and really frustrating as the India roads are also terrible. The road to their office is filled with pot holes and going there is risky and you need to be really lucky to come back alive

I had a indane gas connection (consumer no- [protected]) from Mouryateja Indane gas agency, located at BTM 1st stage Bangalore- 560029. On 29/Jan/2021 I have returned my cylinder and completed all procedure for the termination of my gas connection. They took all the details but didn't refund my 1600 INR even after 10 working days. Please help me to get my refund.

Hi, your IOC petrol pump near bytco point Nasik road, is full of thieves.
They distract you so that you don't see at zero and then cheat you. They cheated me of Rs.250. When I had asked for system generated machine, they denied rudely saying system is not working.
As a result, I am disappointed by IOC.
I work in an MNC and I have asked all my colleagues to avoid going to IOC because all their petrol pumps are controlled by thieves.
Instead I have recommended SHELL or HP to them.
I hope you work on it, or else be ready to become a second BSNL like bankrupt industry.
Please take strict action against this petrol pump.

I have booked and paid indianoil cylider refill amount of rs.745.6 through their app .Bill generated and paid on same day .Received notification on feb 04 to pay extra bill of rs 25(total to paid rs 770.6) for increase cylinder price.Generated complaint for this[protected] and received call from saroj gas agencies and compel to pay the 25 rs on delivery time and vey rude behaviour from the supplier side.
Should it required to pay the increased amount which bill already generated and paid on feb 02.

I requested to fill RS. 203 of petrol in tadoor village, nagarkurnool district, telangana-509209. After traveling around 20km (tarnikal vil, kalwakurthy MDL nagarkurnool district, telangana-509320), my bike stopped due to lack of petrol... I used reserved petrol to reach my destination. There is no fuel meter to my bike. I want to know that how much quantity of petrol is filled for RS. 203. I was cheated by Indian oil corporation. How can I get justice???

Booked my ioc cylinder through online order id[protected] try to pay through online, amount debited from my account but not reflected some error occurred during the transaction. Transaction details attached here with please help me.
