Indian oil has given me a point reward card when fuelling it can be used as per the direction given when obtaining the card. But two tmimes I com across arrogant behaviour from the above-mentioned petrol pump. One time I have to get down from the the vehicle to bring the cardbto another man . Today also at first he was not ready to accept the card

I filled full tank (approx 30L) in my Red color TATA tiago on 27.11.2020 at 11:34am (transaction detail.PUR/40627460/[protected] from Chouhan KSK petrol pump in Kachhola, Dist.Bhilwara, Rajasthan, & after running 1 km my car is stop in between the road, then I contact local Mechanic & we found my petrol tank is having water mixed with petrol around . It takes 4 hours & lot of discomfort to clean tank & I lost Rs.2600 of petrol as we need to throw, as it was not useful .
After repair when i went to pump to talk about their fraud then worked start abusing us, then i call owner Rafik Chouhan & he is also not listening us & not ready to refund our hard earned money.

They are doing fraud with peoples by mixing water & Looting everyone. But their system is showing no water.

I was traveling with my family with a 3 years child, I want my money back

I got delivery confirmation vide invoice no[protected], but the cylinder has not been delivered yet.

As regards, the distance of one petrol Pump(IOCL) to the other petrol pump(IOCL) is at the distance of 1600 meters(Below 2 kms) from the same side. As such, the petrol pump is not at the distance of 5 kms as required by the rules. The commodity to be sold is not an open market commodity, but is governed by the licences to be issued, while examining the situation, distance and availability of the area. If the petitioner had been given the impression that the Company could open as many outlets at any distance, then he may not have opted for making such a huge investment. The opening of another outlet in the vicinity of the earlier outlet would amount to ruining of the business of the other person.

I wish to complain about services of one of the indian oil pump outlet which is 2.6kms from my home known as (Varapoth Fuels Chithrappuzha-Ponjassery Rd, Kerala 683562) on 25/09/2020 at 8:00am - 8:45am
I am complaining because I got a bad response from the fuel filling person and from the management of that outlet ( one of the service guy made me wait, with out filling my vehicle and filled all the two wheelers, which came after I got to that filling station and was getting in between my car and the petrol filling machine). I told him this was not the right way to do, he refused to fill my car and got on continuesly filling others and was told that nothing could be done about my problem and I personally went to the office and reported the issue, and they talked to me very rudely and challenged me to report it to higher authorities, I believe that this response is unfair because (I feel like company has an obligation towords customer like me or to any other customer). I would like to have an email explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
I’m look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 7 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. You can check for video evidence from the cctv footage from the dealer itself.

IOC Petrol pumps located at Puliyankulam, parappa in kasaragod district. Kerala staff not accepting ATM card and they behaved badly while enquired it

I put petrol for Rs100 in Manachanallur IO petrol bunk near Athani, Trichy(Dt) for my two wheeler on 24th Nov around 9:40 am. After I started for about 5km my bike has stopped.When I checked my bike petrol tank it was empty. I am working as an advocate.Since this I couldn't reach the court on time. I suffered a lot. It made me depressed. When I returned to home I asked the people who were working in the bunk about this issue.They said that it may be due to machine problem and we couldn't do anything. There were three people in that two person who was not in uniform put petrol for me.They are doing something wrong. Please take action on it. Many people are suffering due to this. This is un trade practice.

no receipt was given for the purchase of petrol. I have to give a receipt to my office.

For me this will result in loss of money.

I bought deisel on 19th november 2020 at 6:14 pm. Suddenly after run of few kilometers my car stopped.
Mechanic said diesel was not pure

I was going to a wedding from Delhi to Punjab on 19/11/2020 and stopped at KARGIL SAHEED RIYASA INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP to fuel petrol in my car but the person fueled diesel in my car and my car stopped in between and in my life I never faced this much inconvenience I was with my family side of the road and then had to call breakdown team where they toed my car and I had to pay rs 5500 for this negligence by your agent so I want my full money refunded and wants compensation for this inconvenience.

My relationship id is [protected] and consumer id is 6243. I have booked cylinder on 15 nov 20 and still I am awaiting of
delivery. When I check online, it shown delivery has given on 19 nov 20. but I its not delivered on my address. Now the question is, they delivered to some one else from my account or supplier done the fake entry. I need my booked cylinder on urgent basis as I am awaiting from last 10 days. Can you please check this issue and provide delivery on my address ASAP.

I am receiving incorrect sms about Gas booking and delivery for some other IOC customer in my phone bearing number [protected].

Petrol pump located in New BEL Road near KFC is cheating customers by putting less fuel. This has happened to me many times from the same pump. Our firm is near to this pump and we always approaches the same pump for our diesel for Generator. Today, 21st November 2020, around 11.30 to 11.45, my staff bought diesel for Rs. 1000/- and they given a paper bill in which it was written 13.31 ltrs of Diesel. As we felt doubt we have measured it and found the diesel was not even 5 ltrs.
I went to the pump and met with the Manager and he have given the right quantity of diesel and given me the machine printed bill apologizing to the incident. And I have demanded to see the person who did the same but the Manager seems to be known about what they do as he behaved like that.
As this is the 3rd time we are encountering the same problem from this petrol pump, I doubt the owner and the management is known and involved in this.
I would like to request you to investigate on the same as many of the customers who have been through the same cheating,
I will be happy to provide more information on the same if you would like to.
I will be waiting for a good response otherwise I will need to think about lodging a police complaint.

Today I taken fuel/petrol of Rs.100 for my bike at Indian oil petrol pump at GT road industrial area Azadpur, Delhie-110033.But selsman did not fill the petrol by meter and when I asked about it he again fill the petrol and again he fill the petrol only Rs.75 /- When I asked complaint book he did not give the same.Kindli look in to the matter and take the necessary action pl.

Registered phone number has been linked to a different consumer number. Online paid booking on 31-Oct-2020 was never delivered and picked from godown on[protected]. Godown cylinder pickup has a leakage. Emergency line 1906 and local agency landline phone nos are all invalid. Agency mentions that you have to face the harassment.

I booked for Gas cylinder on 07.10.2020 with an assurance that the cylinder will
be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been
delivered till date.
I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
the area.on[protected]The gas agency boy came and gave me gas, without
booking gas

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
They also harass
me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond
positively.i think the people
in dev agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.
