      I am a current account holder, your bank ATM's is not working properly, many of the times I am using other ATM's with penalties. This is worst banking system. I losing money more times for your mistakes, please take necessary action for my complaint.

        on 11/1/2016 i have deposited rs.7000 in kumaran kundram-chrompet iob branch to rk nagar iob branch to mr.ranjtih's account

        i have approched iob customer care, iob regional office chennai and as well as kancheepuram..till now i dont have any reply from your bank side..
        concern iob kumaran kundram manager not pick the phone for past two days.
        what i will do as im out of chennai...please take immediate action

              Respected sir... i am saheel from thopputhurai-vedaranyam taluk-nagapattinam district. In thopputhurai so many Muslims hindu people's are living your bank also in thopputhurai soo many people's are using your bank transaction but its not comfortable to thopputhurai people's because. Point no 1: bank building space is not enough to our people its to short so many peoples feeling shy to went bank so please choose a good comfortable building to my people. Point no 2:at the same time. Your staffs also teaching cruel to customers please advice to your all staffs about customer co operation So i kindly request you to please take action foe this matter.

I enquired chennai silk for the same after 3 days and their side was clear. I asked bank branch for details they are not responding good.                           I am having account at IOB Kolihan Nagar, Rajasthan. I had booked two train tickets through Debt card of IOB. Unfortunately I had to cancel both the tickets. The PNR No is [protected] and amount is Rs3160/- PNR of another ticket no is [protected] and amount is Rs 4695/- Both The ticket were cancelled on 6/11/2015 . The reply from IRCTC say that the said amount has been already returned to IOB. Since then I had done lot of correspondence through mail with IOB but still amount is not refunded to me.

                                    BRANCH: THULASIYAPATTINAM IFSC: IOBA002831 Atm in this branch is not working properly since last one year. we have complained about this problem to that particular branch but they are registering complaint but still there is no response from the regional office. kindly take action regarding this. for taking small amount from the account also they need stand in a que otherwise they need to travel more than 10 km to take money in other branch atm.kindly take action regarding this.

                                        Dear Sir, My father Ashim Krishna Sarkar has a mediclaim policy (Universal Sompo General Insurance Co. Ltd.)and its policy no is 2817/50852980/02/B00 of which premium debited on 22.08.13 & 22.08.14 respectively through ECS on Indian Overseas Bank, Barasat Branch.But recently my father find that this year premium is not deducted from our bank account and also no communication from the company about the premium pending .My father ask the Medi claim company about the matter, than they say u don't give premium so policy lapsed and Bank said due to some technical fault this was happen.Both advised us to buy a new policy. Please inform us about the matter.
