Greetings Sirs,

I have made a online transaction of Rs. 1120 & Rs. 1328 respectively before 10 days. Amount was debited but payment not completed. Still i didn't receive my refund for the failed purchase. Please help over this issue. Is there any complaint desks available for Indian overseas bank. if it is there then tell me over comments.

    On 23 rd March 2016 I was trying to draw a cash of Rs 10, 000 from ATM (IOB) which is next IOB branch kumaran kunran branch Chromepet When all the process was over, take cash was displayed in the ATM machine.. While the cash is to be received, the power went off and the money was not received. But the account was debited to my SB account No 9819.

    I have written complaint to the my Home Branch. The Branch was kind enough to send the complaint to your customer care, complained could not be received. When I personally contacted toll number [protected] they advised to send the complaint through branch. But the complaint sent by the branch was not received by the Customer care. It is already one week is over still an undrawn amount of Rs 10, 000 debited is not yet credited to my
    SB account 9819.

            My ATM card capchared by Indian Overseas Bank ATM machine at out side kamuthi branch on 13 march but lot of pursuance at kamuthi branch the branch manager told he is not responsible for return the card. I am coming from Rajasthan and facing lot of problem due to fund last five day's

                  I have used ngpay to book my tickets on 25 of Jan 2016 but no tickets have been booked but transaction have done successfully 28 Jan is refunded from ng pay. To my account a sum of 6551.00 rupees not credit a/c please make it .please reprocess IAM ask to branch manager not giving proper answer please sir I want my amount 6551.50

                    I just logged into my online banking and i found that the transactions has been done for post date, i.e; date today is 13th march, but it was shown as 14th march.
                    i am so frustrated that even IOB does like this..

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have an account at IOB, Bilekahalli branch for quite sometime. I must say that the service at this bank is very poor. This is just one of the instance i would like to draw your attention to, on 4th of March 2016, a cheque to my favour for Rs. 25, 200/- was dropped at the drop box at this particular branch, until yesterday after my brother stepped into the bank, it was not taken out of the drop box and till now not credited into my above account. This was supposed to be home loan EMI. Who will bear the penalty that has been levied into my account for delay payment. Will IOB pay?
                        This is a very serious issue. Please check and revert.

                              It is noticed that casher who is handling cash (teller) is very slow when reported to branch managed he is not at all receving our voice.

                              there is no 2 counter only one is there.
                              usually a lady use to do she was fast but this person is slow.

                              we reported but no use.

                              also request to add a separate counter for senior citizen.

                              as much of old age people come for transactions

                                    I am having IOB account. Whenever i visit a branch in chennai for printing my passbook it cannot be printed at the first time itself. Sometimes they are saying the printer is not working. Sometimes they are asking us to come after some time without any reason. Sometimes they are saying network is not working.This happened for me many times as well as in many branch.
                                    Sometimes i cannot withdrew money through iob atm.
                                    Today i went to deposit amount to some other iob branch account from the iob branch which is nearer to me. They are saying that within the same branch only amount will be transferred due to some technical issues.This is also not my first time. Many peoples are there saying this is happening regularly. The peoples are need to come to branch minimum twice or thrice for a single transaction/query.

                                      i mr. Syed Jafar from umta vaddo calangute bardez north Goa. Having saving account in calangute branch of indian overseas bank . As i was not in available in goa so i could not use my account and account got deactivated. One day when i went to deposit cash they accepted and never told me that my my account has been deactivated. And one day when i went to withdraw cash at that time they said that. " your account is dormain and you need to give application to re active your account" later on i did what they said. But as now its more than a month they just give silly reply like its not getting approved. We forwarded your request.
