I have used ngpay to book my tickets on 25 of Jan 2016 but no tickets have been booked but transaction have done successfully 28 Jan is refunded from ng pay. To my account a sum of 6551.00 rupees not credit a/c please make it .please reprocess IAM ask to branch manager not giving proper answer please sir I want my amount 6551.50

I just logged into my online banking and i found that the transactions has been done for post date, i.e; date today is 13th march, but it was shown as 14th march.
i am so frustrated that even IOB does like this.....

I used my IOB card for a transaction in PayUMoney. The PayUmoney tech support says that the money has been credited to my account. But the money is not credited to my account. The bank arn details for the refund process is : 74163266039001362940254. Kindly let me know ASAP....

I have ticket booking in irctc website, but transaction status failed, but amount debited to my account so irctc refund to my account rs.1775/- dated on 01.03.2016.Then the amount has been not credited my account.Plea credit to my amount please...

It is noticed that casher who is handling cash (teller) is very slow when reported to branch managed he is not at all receving our voice.

there is no 2 counter only one is there.
usually a lady use to do she was fast but this person is slow.

we reported but no use.

also request to add a separate counter for senior citizen.

as much of old age people come for transactionsbr...

I am having IOB account. Whenever i visit a branch in chennai for printing my passbook it cannot be printed at the first time itself. Sometimes they are saying the printer is not working. Sometimes they are asking us to come after some time without any reason. Sometimes they are saying network is not working.This happened for me many times as well as in many branch.

I am having a housing loan with SBI meenambakkam, A/c no [protected]. im regularly paying my ECS . but this Feb 2016 my ECS was not allowed. even im having sufficient balance in my A/c. I called my IOB branch many times regarding this problem. but no response. SBI is complaing IOB only not allowing ECS. now SBI charging penalty, and Im liable under u/s 138. I need proper clarification. its all IOB's negligence only....
