Dear Sir,
I have an account at IOB, Bilekahalli branch for quite sometime. I must say that the service at this bank is very poor. This is just one of the instance i would like to draw your attention to, on 4th of March 2016, a cheque to my favour for Rs. 25, 200/- was dropped at the drop box at this particular branch, until yesterday after my brother stepped into the bank, it was not taken out of the drop box and till now not credited into my above account. This was supposed to be home loan EMI. Who will bear the penalty that has been levied into my account for delay payment. Will IOB pay?
This is a very serious issue. Please check and revert.
