Deduction of Rs.12 per person for both o[censored]s deducted on 02-June-2015 on account of PMSBY without our permission or consent in any form. Please return this money immediately. On discussion with Bank Manager, IOB, Vasundhara, Sector - 15, Ghaziabad, it is informed that there is neither any Policy No. against the same nor any other proof except entry on pass book. Please return our money.

    Sir, Sub.: Wrongly debited Rs.100/- in my account No.[protected] – Reg. I G.Vanuvamalai, my account number is [protected]. My account has been debited Rs.100/- on 01.07.2015 for not maintaining minimum balance. But, for the last six months, I maintained minimum balance of more than Rs.1000/-. At the time of deduction, I am having a balance of Rs.3024.28/- in my above savings account. This may kindly be clarified and the amount wrongly debited by you may please be re-credited in my account at the earliest. Regards, (G.VANUVAMALAI)

      While remitting education fees to the college at Ontario, Canada Can dollar of 7743, I was refused by the Ballygunj Branch, KOLKATA on the ground that w.e.f. 01.06.2015 all types of remittances abroad require submission of form 15CA & 15CB. As per IT rules no such submission is required for 24 purposes reflecting in the specified list including those for education purpose. In spite of my demand to prove the basis of their wrongful insistance, the Bank is keeping silent and not replying to my complaint.

I WAS ADVISED TO PAY THE AMOUNT BY THE BRANCH MANAGER VALLUR BRANCH AND I ALSO AGREED TO PAY THE LOAN AS ADVISED BY THE BRANCH MANAGER.TILL NOW 26.06.2015 BY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED. SO, KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO REOPEN MY ACCOUNT FOR FURTHER TRANSACTION. SINCE I HAVE SISTER MARRIAGE ON 06.07.2015. I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED WITHOUT ANY FUND IN HAND.                       There is one staff in iob, perungalathur branch, Hariharan. he always behave in rude manner with customers. mostly he dont give any respect to any senior citizens. he never puts stamp in the acknowledgement slip of credit voucher. if i ask for stamp, he will say, get it from manager. please take necessary action against him.

                          IOB A/c no. [protected] On monday 8.6.2015, at tata indicash atm, batlagundu, i inserted my card and typed 5000rs cash and I waited for 5 minutes but cash didnt come and I pressed cancel and in the display it came service is temporarily unavailable. So I went to sbi atm to withdraw cash, but sbi atm says 5000rs debited from your account, so I contacted customer care and complained, but the person straight away said there is a server problem and your cash will be credited within 48 hours, but it is over 67 hours and still now it hasent been credited. Now when I contacted customer care they r saying it is a rupay card so u have to contact the bank, but right now i am in out of station, so please take necessary action to help me get my money

                                  Money deducted without my consent, need refund

                                  My savings bank account [protected] at IOB, branch-YMCA, Faridabad, Haryana. They have deducted Rs 330 for PMJJBY without my consent. Despite my complaint, they haven't rectified the problem even yet and making excuses. Kindly intervene and get my money refund amounting Rs 330 as soon as possible....

                                    I had saving bank account on your prestige bank, i am work in private concern, A company paid salary through IOB bank, Last day the salary credit on my account and the same day i checked my balance it was deducted of Rs. 330 as premium ( my conclusion is pmpjjby was passed by central govt, without any intimation to me deduct the premium on my salary.i did'nt want the premium and i need my debited amount of premium on salary and get back - as soon as possible ...

In pass book micr no noted as[protected], my pension arrear D.C.R.G claimed by Assistant Director Karur could Not be Transfered to my a/c as present MICR no not coinsides for ECS, I contact Allur Branch manager and also he told that the rivised no not yet received. When i searched in MICR to be rivised it is under process. How I can get the money, Pl. intimate as the bill is in the Office for one week for ant of MICR no. regards/ v venkatraman
