I took home loan 2 years back. My bank suddenly deducted rupees 19760 saying that it is the insurance amount which was supposed to be deducted... But i wad not informed about such thing at the time of taking loan. Every month we have calculated salaried.. How come a bank can do such insane thing. I went to my branch twice but the manager was not there and the branch people said something very hurting... Ki madam paise katengay toh bura toh...

This has reference to 1649562 regarding misbevior by branch manager iob.

In view of above, yet to receive response from iob side.
Complain has been closed intensionaly and deliberately.
No solution to complain has been provided.
Branch of iob khaghaul has not fulfilled his obligation. Branch refused to provide cash inspite of having balance in the account. Also branch manager misbehaved....

Am transaction the amount is fail but debited to my account without permission have not any information. U know the jiophone booking and this time transaction fails to reply me but debit to my account. Last at the i have not received any massage... I have this problem yesterday between 8:05 to 8:015 please resolve the problems and credit to my account......

I paid money to nptel exam course through bill desk using atm card but money debited from m y account by procedure but transaction failed and money has not returned back. Iam shankar having an a/c in the iob in ullikkottai (Code branch-2796) a/c no 3559 when i tried to withdraw rs.10000 from my a/c on 6th february 2017 from the atm at mannargudi and also18th february 2017 from the atm at pattukkottai tried to withdraw rs. 10000, but both time i could not recievd any money and any reciept from the atm. Since from last six months otp is not been received to my registered mobile number, so i made a complaint regarding this! But the issue was not cleared, but from this week i could'nt place a call for otp too. Iam k. N. Vellingiri having an a/c in the iob in annur branch a/c no 10929. When i tried to withdraw rs 20000 from my a/c on 9th august 2017 around 1.00 pm from the iob atm annur at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm. I have initiated a payment of electricity bill of pspcl for rs. 5070/- on 07.08.2017 through net banking. My account no. Is [protected] with iob, sector-28, chandigarh.
