I have done a wrong imps transaction of amount rs.5000 to a syndicate bank account no[protected] instead of [protected] on 23.02.2017. It shows that the transaction is successful although the account is invalid. The amount hasn't been credited back to my account. I have visited the branch in person and also mailed the complaint from the transaction date yet there is no response. The branch manger is not responding properly and refering some worse quotes.
Hoping a solution.
