Sir,
This is my 5th complaint. I am k. Sankaranarayanan having iob sb a/c at tambaram branch, mudichur road, chennai-45. Sb a/c no.[protected].
I have tried to withdraw rs.1000/- at the atm of corporation bank at tambaram sanatorium branch near sanatorium railway station, chennai - 600 047. Inserted my debit card. Requested for rs.1000/-. But after multi inner rolling, it informed that "rs.100 rs.500 out" and not money received.
But, rs.1000/- deducted from above sb account.
As the transaction failed, i went to union bank atm at east tambaram and withdrawn rs.1000/- which was successful.
Inspite of my repeated requests/complaints the amount not refunded so far.
Once again requested for immediate action please.

Sir,
This is my 5th complaint. I am K. Sankaranarayanan having IOB SB A/c at Tambaram Branch, Mudichur Road, Chennai-45. SB A/c No.[protected].
I have tried to withdraw Rs.1000/- at the ATM of Corporation Bank at Tambaram Sanatorium Branch near Sanatorium Railway Station, Chennai - 600 047. Inserted my Debit Card. Requested for Rs.1000/-. But after multi inner rolling, it informed that "Rs.100 Rs.500 Out" and not money received.
But, Rs.1000/- deducted from above SB Account.
As the transaction failed, I went to Union Bank ATM at East Tambaram and withdrawn Rs.1000/- which was successful.
Inspite of my repeated requests/complaints the amount NOT refunded so far.
Once again requested for immediate action please.

    I had my IOB account in Vepery branch Chennai. It was inactive for over 5 years. Now I found my minimum balance in that account 1000 INR was stolen by the staff of that branch because my account was inactive. Help me how to get my money back.

      Dear sir,
      (1) on[protected] around 14:25 hrs tneb bill no.[protected] net banking payment done for rs 4477/= at the end of the transaction there was a display “ transaction failure “. Also the tneb payment receipt not generated. After few seconds i received a sms saying that amount rs 4477/= debited from your account.
      (2) immediately i contacted your customer care executive and explained whole thing. He said the debited amount will credit back after 72 hrs.
      (3) same day of 26th i sent a reply mail to [protected]@iobnet.co.in. No reply till now
      (4) on[protected] around 15:15 hrs spoken to customer care executive jamaludeen and expressed the whole process and answered all his questions. Then he lodged a complaint and its ref number is fj 290903.
      (5) due to non-payment, transaction failure of iob net banking:
      I used karur vysya bank on[protected]:38hrs net banking payment done for the above tneb bill payment and it was successful and tneb payment receipt was generated in a seconds. For your reference i attached with kvb transaction details on[protected]Kvb transaction no: [protected] dt 26/09/2017 14:38 hrs, receipt no:[protected] rs 4477-00)
      (6) hence i would request to reverse the above amount to my account.

        I v k shah have an saving bank a/c in iob bank. On 4th oct 2017 my wife seema shah visited iob bank branch of rk puram sector 12, new delhi. The lady sitting at the cash counter denied the payment giving a reason that aadhar of the a/c holder is not updated and denied cash payment to my wife. My wife requested the cashier to allow the payment and aadhar would be linked by her husband shortly. Meanwhile her other staff member named swati misbehaved with my wife in a wrong manner and asked her to leave the branch. She behaved very rudely and arrogantly saying herself to be the incharge of the branch.

          Dear sir/madam,

          Customers are not respectfully treated by the iob staffs in thiruvottiyur branch (Ajax), we know well they (Staffs) are very well educated and experienced but for that reason we cannot loose our self respect. If a customer asks any doubt or clarification on filling challan or banking procedure staffs showing their angry face send that person to next staff etc. I request higher officers to take necessary to this - thank you

              I have purchased in lifestyle ea chennai last month and the money was double debited due to failure of first transaction.. The transaction was declined and reversed but the amount hasn't been recredited till now... I have attached the mail from lifestyle ea explaining it's not their fault. Have attached the same.. Kindly proceed further for recrediting the amount.

                Am having personal account in iob purthakudi branch.
                Someone else amount deposited to my account wrongly. I have received call from unknown number, they told amount wrongly credited to your account. I replied to the person please contact me via bank, without any proof i can't send the amount directly to you.
                And i asked how you get my number and address and balance of my account, they wont give me a proper response. They talked rudely to me.

                Indian overseas bank - shared my account details, personal contact number and address without my (Customer) knowledge.
                If i receive any wrong calls and some personal problems through this problem, who will be responsible to security.

                  Mita sarkar and bidyut biman sarkar submitted the scss application at iob dunlopbridge branch on 14th august 2017. Account opening amount has been debited from our account on 28/08/2017.
                  On enquiry about the passbook at iob dunlop bridge, the executive in-charge of scss has given a telephone number of iob india exchange place, but last 20 days no response received from the telephone number of the india exchange place iob.
                  We the senior citizens try to draw your attention to release the pass book at your earliest.

                    Dear sir,

                    I hereby write this mail to you as i am currently facing an issues with regard to my senior citizen saving scheme in the name of nirmal kumar choudhury and mita choudhury, opened in your bank at behala branch by mr rajeeb kumar (Senior manager, behala branch).

                    I was suggested by mr rajeeb kumar to open this account at your bank, though i was not properly informed that the account would not be opened at behala branch itself but at indian exchange branch. I am 81 plus in age and my only means of survival is the interest that i earn from such saving schemes. After a lot many initial turmoils i now find that the interest amount that i have received is not what i am supposed to get.

                    I had opened the aforesaid scheme as on 4.8.2017 at behala. As instructed by mr kumar, i submitted 15 h form to avail tax exemption on 25.8.2017.

                    I clearly do not understand the reason for my tax deduction at source in-spite of submitting 15 h. Hope you understand considering my age if my money goes into income tax it would not be possible for me to extract it back. Kindly check into the details as soon as possible and let me know how i can get the actual amount that i have been promised initially. My account no is[protected].

                          This is s saikrishna. I opened an iob account on[protected]Account no: [protected]) from loyola college campus, nungambakkam chennai, and i further wanted to register for iob net banking. The online registration process for iob netbanking service requires a password from the user. So i chose a convenient password complying with the rules [ie. Data entered should contain alphabets (Uppercase and lower case), numbers and special characters]. But to my surprise, the website https://www.iobnet.co.in/ibanking/indregist.do?I=I doesn't recognize my password and still, this message pops up again that 'data entered should contain alphabets (Uppercase and lower case), numbers and special characters' i kindly request the bank to fix this bug on their website (Copyrighted 2011) so that customer service is ensured to the core.

                          Sir, I am an retired IOBIAN. I am having pension and deposit accounts with MPNagar(1115) Bhopal. Branch is not accepting 15H submitted by me. I am receiving 10.5 % interest on my deposits. If branch deduct 10% TDS on my RDPs I will loose 10.5% cumulative intt on TDS amount deducted by the branch till the maturity of deposits.

                                I had given my complaint to the manager & assistant manager of dindigul collectorate - iob branch, tamilnadu about below attached the matteron last 28/08/2017. So many times i met about e-com paypa forgery matter & demonitation period matter on last month september.
                                But their response is not relevant my complaint & they are irritated me.
                                I'm not sharing my atm relevant to anybody. Recently i changed my atm card for avodind futher forgery. Please take action to get my account.

                                  Hi,
                                  Kerala government has introduced a scheme for supporting educational loan repayment scheme. But when i check with the iob bank branch (From which i have taken the loan), the manager informed me that they did not get any information regarding this. When i check with other banks, they are accepting the application for the same.

                                  Why iob not accepting it when other banks are accepting? The last date for submission is october 31. The detailed information is available on http://www.elrs.kerala.gov.in.

                                      Hi i forgot my login password and asked for a reset through internet. I got the credentials but i was not able to change my password because i was not able enter my correct old password what is the use of giving credentials through internet if you need correct old password don’t you feel this how ridiculous your asking for old passwords. We are trying to change password if we forgot and you people asked for old password to create new password

                                        I'm p. Gurunathan, an account holder in indian overseas bank, thitakudi branch.
                                        On 28th september 2017 around 4.40 pm i received a message as follows, "rs.10000.00 debited to sb-xxx0898 acbal: 22377.13 clrbal:22377.13[trtr/72711] thitakudi on[protected]:37:05. Iob."

                                        Though my account is in thitakudi, i reside in chennai and i do not hold an atm card. When i received the message i immediately contacted the bank manager in thitakudi through phone, he verified it and informed me that a fraud has happened, someone has withdrew the money from an atm using my aadhar number. But the aadhar number is in my possession in my hometown kozhiyur. The bank manager has filed a complaint and has advised me to file a complaint too.
                                        I'm a former government advocate of madras high court, im practicing in chennai for past 20 years, and i visit my hometown once or twice a month.
                                        Kindly, take action and inform me as soon as possible.

So I was unable to get the cash Rs. 4000. I was raised the complaint in Indian Overseas Bank in chennai. I request you to solve this issue as early as possible
