I tried to withdraw Rs.5000 by using ATM Card from KOTAK MAHINDRA Bank ATM, 4th lane, Arundalpet, Guntur but didn't got the money. On the screen it shown Sorry we are unable to complete your transaction. I got a Transaction slip showing "Transaction Timed out". I did n't got any message regarding this transaction to my mobile. But after my very next transaction for the same amount in another ATM, I got a message showing an excess of Rs.5000 got debited from my account. The very next day I made a complaint regarding this issue in my branch. They told with in 3 days usually the amount get re-credited in such failed transaction but it didn't happened till now. Date on which it happened is 8/02/17, Time: 20:48, Record No.221720 at Kotak Mahindra ATM, 4th lane, Arundalpet, Guntur, A.P. My Accnt. No:[protected]
Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I would like to inform u that, you just put a Mail to Higher officials (Customer service head) of IOB by searching in their website. From that they will be reacted as soon and will do as per your request. But you must write briefly to rectify the complaint. Hope this will help you as you expected. Because in such way only i rectified some complaints from my locality branch.
