Hi, I am Ajay and my account number is [protected]. I am from kanyakumari dist, Kulasekharam. Now I am working in Erode for the past two years. One day on 21st Jan 2017, while I am in home I got a message that amount has been deducted by 3800 RS. I was shocked and I went to the near by branch later to get the information. They told that it has been took from my card. Also I asked the details but they informed that it is not Available and I asked I want to raise a complaint, for that also they replied that I want to go to my native to register a complaint. I went to my native and asked about the details. They also informed that they can't able to do anything. Then what about the money which I lost. I have the message of the money deducted and also I want a clear resolution for whom have taken the Money. Need a resolution faster Thank you.

Today whenever I try it is showing some technical error and not accepting my compliant thro online then what is the use spending time with it.
3 week before i went to iob wazirabad branch
And sumbit the form of opening student bank acct . Now its 3 week my bank acct is not opened . They only says that message will come today or tommorrow.

      In Trichy, samayapuram iob bank staffs are( all ) behaving very worst.they not respect even senior citizen...one grandpa wrote wrongly in chellan they shouted unwantedly and people working in iob very lazy . Even if you want to take passbook print out people wants to go lot of time . If you go morning they will tell to you come evening ..the same if you go evening Come morning...

      They are not ready to do public service... kindly takes severe actions to those people...

      Hello Sir/ Madam,

      My Name is Chandrashekar. K I hold an account in Indian Overseas Bank my Account Number follows [protected] my humble request was followed by the 24/7 for my refund amount of my debit card.

      I had been swiped in Ginger Greens for the amount of 474 on 12 December 2016 and the complaint number is JB170121 and 12, 400 in Reliance Mart on 16th of January 2017 and the complaint number SA 280105.

      The 24/7 asked me to contact this number [protected] after 7 working days, I was trying to reach this number from past 3 weeks everyday were no one was able to answer to my call. I am a handicap person and I requested the 24/7 to help me out with this issue but finally I never got any help from anyone to get my money refund.

      My personal and humble request please help me out in this issue and let me get my refund money at the earliest because I need this money for my medical expenses.

            Aftr the small chips that has to be in d new atm card.. my old card was blockd n iob said that all cards in india has to be replaced with new ones with the new electronic chip installd.. so I went to the bank (iob) n gave my old card n they gave me the new one.. but thr was no pin . I thought may be the old pin would work thats why they havnt given d pin with d new card but I was wrong. Dint acceptd d old pin n hasnt accptd till now.. I went to the bank n they said go to atm n a black screen will come n then entr otp n stuff... but no black screen has come ever in diffrnt atms qlso.. what shud I do now? Totally tired of this weird bank's service.. if this is the way they treat thr customers then I guess even I know a better way of treating them n returning d favour baxk via consumer code. Totally tired.

              On 05/10/2016, I tried to withdraw ₹1000 from Punjab National Bank ATM using the IOB debit card. But it shows "unable to process" but just then I got a message that I have withdrawn ₹1000 from that ATM but no cash was dispensed. I thought it was a mistake and it will refund in one week but it did not. So I made a complaint at their helpline number with complaint number SK251018 on 25/10/2016 but after that inspite of trying to contact them a number of times and sometimes even contacted but no refund was made till now. I want my money back.

                  on[protected] i added 12000 rs from my iob ac no. is [protected]. to paytm wallet to send it to my relatives. the amount not gone to hime and transaction shown fail so again i sent back to my ac by paytm wallet and it shown successful.but it not came in my iob ac. i made complaint to paytm they told it successfully transferred to my bank and gave order id [protected].
                  they gave a ref.no. 74568226357400299300047 as a proof.i gone to bank 3-4 times but they are not interested on this.kindly help for me.and solve it.

                          I tried to withdraw Rs.5000 by using ATM Card from KOTAK MAHINDRA Bank ATM, 4th lane, Arundalpet, Guntur but didn't got the money. On the screen it shown Sorry we are unable to complete your transaction. I got a Transaction slip showing "Transaction Timed out". I did n't got any message regarding this transaction to my mobile. But after my very next transaction for the same amount in another ATM, I got a message showing an excess of Rs.5000 got debited from my account. The very next day I made a complaint regarding this issue in my branch. They told with in 3 days usually the amount get re-credited in such failed transaction but it didn't happened till now.                             Dear iob management on jan 23 2017 i have ordered an item in PAYTM with2548 rps after few minutes i cancellled that item, after that cancellelation PAYTM has directly sent that amount to my bank account in iob instead of PAYTM WALLET, this is happend on jan 23 2017, but till now my amount [2548] has not credited in my bank account[IOB] .after few days i claimed a complaint against PAYTM but they replied that"we have already sent your amount to your bank account, it may take 7 wrkng days to credit that amount "PAYTM said like this but today is the 20 th day of this process . Dear iob management i request you to please make sure to credit my amount[2548] in my bank account as quickly as possible because it is already late .

                                        I have forget my Fund transfer PIN, and I called to the Bank Branch(Branch Code-2169) for the PIN reset, and they informed me to send the mail request. Hence sent a mail request on 7thFeb2017, But no response till now, Again I called today to the branch they said call me on tomorrow 4 PM because the concern person is on leave. finally I found the reset pin process thru Google and i did thru net banking very easily. but this simple guidance is not suggested by IOB staffs (Bank manager ). Also I asked the person Name who is speaking with me but she has cut the phone without any reason, and whenever she attends the phone not responding proper manner shouting like any thing.

                                        Please take the severe action on the concern bank manger.

                                        Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        While adding amount on paytm wallet the process in wallet is failed due to rejection from the bank and after few minutes I received a message 2900 amount was debited from my bank account kindly rectify my problem and refund the amount which is debited wrongly from my account
