I bring to your kind notice that I have made transfer of the 2 amounts i.e Rs.14, 000.05 & Rs.7000.02 on[protected] and came to know that the same have been failed and not received by the benificiary. Complaint already logged vide ID: T[protected] by IOB bank, Penamaluru branch, Vijayawada.

Please resolve the issue by restoring the amount back to my account [protected] (SB-NRE) NAME: KAGITHA KISHORE KUMAR.

    We put petrol on 23.12.2016 in my ACC.no.[protected] ATM card by swiping two times but I put only one time petrol and before in wife's ACC. No. [protected] ATM card not yet bill come it takes two times of amount one time amount has returned before 48 hours.so I want return amount for me one time and wife's account one time also .I also registered in my own branch not yet any return of money

      Greetings!
      I tried to book ticket and my money was debited but irctc also did not receive it. Please refund it. I am pasting exact reply of irctc-
      "Dear Customer,

      Please note that [protected] TXN was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we didn't receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. If at all the amount was debited, kindly send us the complete bank statement's (From Date of Booking to till date in PDF format ) to pursue the matter.

        Dear Sir,

        I used my Debit RuPay Card on[protected] to pay Rs.3000/- + Rs.1000, to M/s.The Chennai Silks so many declined, through my ATM Card from My Indian Overseas Bank, Savings A/c. No. [protected]. But, the amount is not credited to The Chennai Silks, even though debited in my SB A/c.

        I lodge the compliant regarding this through my phone on 01.01.2017, and also given compliant to the bank. But Till date the problem was not solved.

        Kindly credit the amount Rs.4000/- again to my Indian Overseas Bank Savings A/c immediately.

          In addition to this, today I have made a transaction.The message showed that your funds request has been declined as technical error.Again I've made a transaction but this time the message shows your funds transfer request could not be processed. But a message came from IOB showing that you're charged Rs.2.89 for this transaction.It has send any amount and why the charges? It's a day light robbery.

            Sir, I have transfer my money from my bank account [protected] to Paytm on 01/01/2017 with order id on my bank account is [protected]@983994 but I didn't received transaction id, because Indian Overseas Bank an amount of Rs.1, 955.00 debited on 01.01.2017 but transaction is failed.
            They have said that I will get my refund in bank within 7 days but till today I have not received my money in my account so please refund my money as soon as possible. My Mobile No:[protected].

                  Respected sir,
                  I am having ambattur ot iob branch saving nre a/c no:[protected].
                  I try every day to get rs 24000/ one time withdraw per week. (From 08th dec-16 to 02nd jan-17) while in leave. But i didn't get money even i have sufficient balance in my a/c.. Everyday i went to ambattur ot iob branch.

                  I request many time to manager withdraw one time rs 24000/ per week but i can't and manager not gave polite answer.

                  Please try to solve the problem.

                  Yesterday, when we tried to swipe the card, we got message called Decline but money got credited and also in the mobile, we got the message like money credited then we tried in ATM, there also card declined but money got credited. we have waited 24 hours but money is not refunded. could you please kindly help on this.

                    I payed rs.23, 139 via online to snapdeal.com on jan 2, but the transaction gets failure and money is not credited back into my account, bank manager says they couldn't able to lodge an complaint. I've been keep on calling to customer care, they never take any call and always busy. Please don't test our patience by informing there is an technical failure for this. You will debit the amount in fraction of seconds but crediting back takes more than a week. Poor customer service and poor gateway services. Please do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    I have made payment of Rs. 149/- vide debit card of Indian Overseas bank to M/S SUN DTH on 06.1.2017 at 6.47 a.m. But the amount was not received by the beneficiary account. Rs 149 has been shown as debited. Kindly let me advise me on this. Can you please let me know the duration of how long the process might take to complete reverting back the money.

I swiped my atm card at a HP PETROL bunk at zamin pallavaram for Rs700.50 for 10 lr petrol. The card got declined. incident on 4.1.17 at 22.13 PM night.However money got debited and message received.I enquired with bunk but they told to write to bank as they did not have any debit in their list.so kindly credit the amount Rs700.50 to my account 1806 at zamin pallavaram branch
