Every month I have been transferring EMI for a Home Loan from the above account to NRO account with Axis Bank, West Mambalam for the past two years.
But suddenly when I tried to do the same few days back, the system is not allowing with the reason" TRANSFER TO NRE ACCOUNT CAN ONLY BE DONE FROM ANOTHER NRE ACCOUNT"
Here there's no NRE account involved, but only a NRO account.
I have written to IT dept CO, as well as Santhome branch. Just now I have spoken to the Senior Manager of Santhome branch too, explaining everything in detail.
I have to pay the EMI before the 9th of every month, which is tomorrow.
Since there is NO RESPONSE FROM THE IT DEPT., CO, I'm writing now.
Please help me to do the transfer. Maybe the IT gurus of the dept need to change the application in internet banking.
