I have tried to top up my Amazon pay account using my indian overseas bank debit card by Rs.1050 on 21/01/2017 at afternoon around 2:00 clock but the transaction was not successful or failed but rs.1050 has been debited from my bank account.i have waited for 5 working days but till now my money is not yet refunded.please kindly take action against it as soon as possible....

ATM transaction declined but amount debited

To pay the toll fee using atm card at toll plaza i was unable to get
Through so tried for two or three times but it declined and finally one

ATM withdrawl

I find that Rs 10000/- has been debited to my account number [protected] in Swastik Vihar, Panchkula branch of Indian Overseas Bank on 21/01/2017 at 12:22 hrs. This amount was not dispensed to me while I attempted to withdraw the amount from an ATM at Dwarka, New Delhi. Kindly credit this amount back to my account after reconciling the account with the concerned bank which owned the ATM....

Money debited but bill not paid

Non refund of debited money

This is to complain about the worst est services of the so-called bank in the name of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK. It has the worst transactions. Most of the transactions done with the debit card were unsuccessful. I have been debited money even for failed transactions. Almost 60, 000 rupees been lost this way. Made complaint many times, both in email and in person but got very poor response. Completely fed up and stressed with this mediocre bank...

Rude behavior with customers

Today i went to the IOB bank to take out money At Adajan branch, Surat, Gujarat.(bank code IOB1557). I dont have passbook or cheque book so they were refused to give money.
