I AM R.KAVITHA REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT ON 13.1.17 I HAVE DEPOSITED A CHEQUE NO.869129 DT.10.01.2017 FOR Rs.10, 000/- of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK MOGAPPAIR BRANCH (1695)No6-6 Block 10, Parisalai, Mogappair East, Chennai 600 037 through my SB Account, State bank of India branch, Mogappair, Chennai 600037. But the said chques was to my bank and mentioned kindly contract drawee bank. Last month also the same problem arised ( dt.14.10.16) and our bank debited Rs.172.50 for cheque return charges. Unnecessarily your bank do this and informed orally system not generated. Your bank system generated or not is not my mistake.then why your branch returned the cheque to our bank. and then our bank debited the cheque return charges each and every time Rs.172.50. PL. CONSIDER MY CASE SYMPATHETICALLY AND REFUND THE LOSE AMOUNT 172.50 X 2 TIMES i.e., 345/- TO MY ACCOUNT

      I sent RS 250 BY NEFT on 2/1/17 to MSSRINIVASARAO IOB TRPLICANE, CHENNAI his account NO.[protected]. Instead of this number i wrongly omitted one zero & entered [protected]. kindly advise me what to do. when i contacted icici bank from where i sentNEFT since they have deducted the amount from my account it is uptoIOB bank to rectify the mistake. when contacted IOB bank informed the customer that they have not received the amount from my bank. kindly suggest a soution to solve this.

        I was transfer the amount of 2700 via imps. The charge of 2.73 is reduced then 35 rupees also reduced for the same transaction, why they reduction the 35 rupiees. How the transfer charge is 35 rupiees now i was very upsetted to using iob account, i already updated two complaints in this section and i get one solution if the problem continued i close my iob account, help me

            I made a payment on 22 dec 2016 on first transaction i type my debit card name wrong so payment failed but amount has been debited and second payment i do correct amount debited.after two days i returned my product to amazon they returned my amount on 29dec2016 but upto date 28jan2017 two amount also not returned. i tired to call customer service and branch no one give proper answer i dont know what its solution...

                I have tried to top up my Amazon pay account using my indian overseas bank debit card by Rs.1050 on 21/01/2017 at afternoon around 2:00 clock but the transaction was not successful or failed but rs.1050 has been debited from my bank account.i have waited for 5 working days but till now my money is not yet refunded.please kindly take action against it as soon as possible.

                  Comments: I Karan Bakshi has an saving Bank Account Number [protected], had done a purchase on 26th dec 2016 using visa debit on website www.amazon.in once the item has reached me it was broken. So I had returned the item & was expected to get refund of Rs. 825.00. As per the amazon they had processed my refund by transaction number 74332747008700700500637 of amount Rs. 825.00 dated 7th Jan 2017. To my same visa card account from which the payment was made. But today it is 25th Jan 2017 but till date I have not recived any such amount.
                  Please look in to this matter & get my funds transfered to my Saving Bank Account as mentioned above.

                  After repetitive reminders still no Action has been taken on my complaint. Still waiting for my funds to reach my account. The customer service number mentioned behind the debit card is temporarily out of service. If this is the kind of response after using digital payment method then God bless India.

                  Who is going to pay interest on the basic amount refunded by Amazon. Dated 7th Jan 2017 & today it is 31st Jan 2017. Please forward this to Indian Overseas Bank to. Lastly if IOB do sent my funds with 24 hours in my bank account. Then I will put this complet matter on Facebook so Indian Overseas Bank get some bad name in society. And will forward this complet matter to PMO office by e mail and on PM app.
                  High time do what needs to be done immediately or face all pros & corns.

                        I find that Rs 10000/- has been debited to my account number [protected] in Swastik Vihar, Panchkula branch of Indian Overseas Bank on 21/01/2017 at 12:22 hrs. This amount was not dispensed to me while I attempted to withdraw the amount from an ATM at Dwarka, New Delhi. Kindly credit this amount back to my account after reconciling the account with the concerned bank which owned the ATM.

                        I made a complaint for debit from my account just few minutes back. As soon as I finished my complaint, I got a phone call saying that he is speaking from the bank and wanted to resolve my problem. He asked to open my mail and sent a link which asked for details such as my card number, expiry date, cvv and pin. Obviously, it was phishing. While I refused to give these details, I would like to know that how the information reached the person who was talking to me and prompting me to give details through which he would have withdrawn money from my account. Kindly look into it. This is obvious that this site itself is not secured and some outsiders have access to the complaints and trying to misuse information.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I Md. Athar Hussain, bearing account no. [protected] at the Gachibowli Branch of Hyderabad, tried to book rail ticket twice from the IRCTC web site on 25th December, 2016. An amount of Rs. 1860 and 805 deducted from my account without generating any ticket. I waited for 10 days, thought the deducted amount will be credited to the account but not happened so. I lodged a complain at the concerned branch on 10th January, 2017 by giving an application, then also the amount not credited to the account. Almost one month is to be completed still I am not sure of the amount. Yesterday when I contacted the Branch Manager, he told me to redress the matter to this platform.

                              In addition to that I, have another complain regarding the credit of amount after the cancellation of ticket. I cancelled a ticket on 20th Dec.2016 and an amount of Rs. 510 had to credit to my account, which has not been credited yet.
                              Therefore, I request you to see these above mentioned matter and credited the amount the account.

                                Hello Sir,

                                I have been holding IOB Bank, Joint Account in K K Nagar, Padma Seshadri Branch, Chennai for the past 30+ Years.
                                We have on multiple occasions requested your multiple Bank Branch Managers to provide us with Locker Facility but till now everyone have been saying ... "We do not have locker available. Will give you when it is vacant."

                                Please note I'm a Senior Citizen but even after requesting on my every personal visit to Bank Branch and written letter's to Branch Managers on multiple instances - My request has been falling into deaf ears !!!

                                Kindly note we have kept Acc. Balance of 5 lakhs+ on multiple times. And taken out RD with value of 2 lakhs, 3 lakhs and above on many instances.

                                Kindly consider this request as MOST URGENT and please provide us with LOCKER facility at the earliest.

                                  This is to complain about the worst est services of the so-called bank in the name of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK. It has the worst transactions. Most of the transactions done with the debit card were unsuccessful. I have been debited money even for failed transactions. Almost 60, 000 rupees been lost this way. Made complaint many times, both in email and in person but got very poor response. Completely fed up and stressed with this mediocre bank

                                    Today i went to the IOB bank to take out money At Adajan branch, Surat, Gujarat.(bank code IOB1557). I dont have passbook or cheque book so they were refused to give money. So i asked to where is it rule if i dont have a passbook or cheque book then i will not withdrawal my money from bank. Then there is one lady employee/ who told me you can go to 'SP Parmar' sir. So i go there and said all story and he was told me we can not gives you money without passbook and cheque book. So i asked him where is it in written. Then he said to me that i have power to not give you money. and i said how can you say it. He was shouted on me and said me I have authority to tell you anything. So i hope you can take legal action.

                                      I made online payment for GATE EXAM. When I sent an enquiry for refund, they said only one attempt is success while the other two attempts are failed. But the amount has been deposited twice. GATE 2017 also said "They will make the refund only when they receive notification from the bank." So, I would like you to trace my depositions and notify GATE 2017 for refund.
