    16/01/2017 im going to tamilnadu mercantile bank ltd(n.g.o colony, nagercoil) atm for take money rs 2000. While I am try to withdraw money from atm it shows temporarily unable to process, but amount was deducted from my account. Then I'm called to iob customer service but they not respond properly, i also send the (transaction details) mail to iob secretariat branch and ccso for more then 3 times, but still now they not responding my mail, please do the needful asap. i need my money urgently.

      On 31/12/2016 Rs2000 not dispensed from ATM. But Dr from my a/c.I went to branch on 03/01/2017 for written complaint.But He advised me for online complaint.I have complained online on IOBsite. On 05/01/2017 at 11.41am Rs 49050 TRF By fraudist.on 05/01/2017 helpline no.[protected] but no. always busy.on 06/01/2017 I went to Br. Manager but he informed that bank cannot help you in this case. You will go to police.If Br. Manager take the written complaint then this incident not take place. Custmor deposit money in bank for secure money.Pl do needful.and take necessary action.

        I was opened iob savings account on[protected].and i cannot got a passbook immediately, i got the passbook on nov 06.then i applied mobilebanking and net banking, these are properly issued to me then i am applied the atm card on dec 22.
        The staffs of iob are telling you get the atm card within 10 days via post, then after 12 days i went to iob branch but still i can not got atm card so quickly issue the atm card to me help me

          Money deducted from my account 2 times of total amount 4460 for failed ticket booking through IRCTC.Ticket not booked but money deducted.Transaction is showing failed and not refunded yet.In IRCTC its showing as payment is refunded.But in my account money not refunded by IOB.

                I have a account in your bank A/C No : [protected] on 02.01.2017 when I had used my ATM card in UCO ATM in Mylapore Branch ( ATM ID : DA010102 ) . I did not receive my cash Amt Rs.4000 time . 20:49:10 ( VA010102-N) but the message had come to my cell phone the debited amount and balance and at the same time, I used the card at the medical shop ( Applo medical shop ) Santhome by purchasing Amt Rs.350 time. 21:08:17 ( [protected] ) I had received same message the debited amount and balance message but the shop keeper had not received the amount.
                So I please kindly request you to take necessity action to receive my cash in my account.

                    I have my savings bank account at Loyola College IOB, Chennai. Lately, there has been frequent ATM falied transactions which are not at all rectified despite repeated complaints.

                    IOB Loyola College branch, Chennai has very poor grievance redressal system and very poor customer support. The branch manager and staff of the branch are rude and impolite in their behaviour.

                    Amount debited by my debit card while i used my debit card on swipe machine on 3 January 2017 seven times but retailer asked me that his account is not credited. i saw his transaction detail amount was not credited to his account my account no.                       I have tried to withdraw money of 4500 INR from Vijaya Bank ATM Bangalore on Feb. 2nd, 2017. The money got debited but did not avail and not credited yet back. Today morning I tried to do an online payment in the site https://www.makemytrip.com/ which I regulary use. The money has been again debited of amount 6655 INR but the payment has not been successful as the site did not get the money from Bank.

                      I hope you understand the difficulty of a student. IOB debitting the money from a poor student and betraying by not availing to her.

                      Pleas do neccessary action to save the life of a student. If it gets delayed again, I will have to file an FIR against IOB and stop my education.

                        I have an account with IOB (Scott Christian College Branch, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu) for the past 30 yrs with little choice as my mother opened an account when I was a child and had linked the account in various facets. The debit card issued by the bank is hopeless and has a success rate lesser than 40% and the staff in the branch are so unfriendly and rude in their behaviour purposefully to chase costumers away to hide their incompetence and vernacular incapabilities. Please don't open any accounts with IOB, especially in Scott Christian College Branch, Nagercoil.

                          I used my credit card in one of known shopping centre payment decline money deducted they assured me i vl get my money back within hours but since 24hours no sign of getting my cash back and this is not all this is happening with me thrice in month. I dint got my neft money, i dint got my refund back, im not getting my deducted amount back. Im just fed up. I don't know to do shall i cut my card into pieces because i think its worthless. If i call customer care eit take one hour or so i give my time to contact them they are celebrities if they want to talk they will pick call else my call is on hold for half an hour or so. Its been 15days i dint got my refund, its been 24hours i dint got my deducted amount, its been 3 days i didnt got my neft amount i want to take matter to higher authorities.

                            Sir as I received a new debit card from IOB, Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar on 13.01.2017. As password has not come branch has set green password / reset password .                               My name is Chenthil. I have made a debit card purchase using IOB card and it was failed. But the money was reduced from my bank account. I have met the bank manager and gave this complaint on 2nd January 2017. But till now no proper response from the manager. He said that many transactions are failed like that and we dont have time to correct the problem. Please help me to get my money back.

                                From the swiping machine at[protected] the amount ₹2000 is debited but it is not credited to their account. V.S.K. Agencies. Account number:[protected]VID[protected]X8810 . We have complained already . Then amount again returned to us on[protected] by 5:50pm. Again on the same day the amount is credited and our balance became less. Please tell the reason where do the amount go? But we do not purchase anything on that day

                                  I used my debit card of my sb a/c [protected] in indian overseas bank railady branch mayiladuthurai in merchant pos machine on 03 jan 17 for purchase of item worth rs8, 230.Twice my card was swipped and both time error message appeared in machine. I settled the bill through other bank card. But to my horror indian overseas bank had debited rs8, 230 twice from my above a/c.The merchant confirmed that no payment received from indian overseas bank. I complained to the bank branch on the same date and they have sent the quary to iob headoffice at chennai. On 10 jan 17 afternoon i got both the amount credited by bank. I thanked the br manager. But again to my horror the bank debited the same amont rs 8, 230 twice again without any reason.Please credit the amount immediately

                                    I made a complaint in IOB, Womens entrepreneour Baranh, Ethiraj College campus in twice, but still not rectified...and also its very big amount for me ... please do the needfull

No. [protected] ATM card not yet bill come it takes two times of amount one time amount has returned before 48 hours.so I want return amount for me one time and wife's account one time also .I also registered in my own branch not yet any return of money
