Dear sir/mem on dated 12.11.2019. At time 14:11:37i was trying to withdraw money of rs 2000 from atm milan nagar central bank and no cash came out of the atm. I got an sms from BP-IOBCHN that" Rs.9210 credited to SB- xxx3864 AcBal:1020.20 [NEFT-IDIB-] GHAZIABAD on[protected]:25:09.IOB"
