Dear sir, I am registered mobile banking aug2017 through internet banking. But till now i didn't received any mpin... Even i got clicked the forget mpin it displays you are not a registered customer and when i reapplied mobile banking means it shows your are already registered. Amount is not refunded after 48 hours of that incident please refund me my amount of dc code is IOBA0002606 & MY ACCOUNT NO IS [protected]. THE TRANSACTION DONE ON 29TH JAN AMOUNT IS 120 RUPEES ONLY PLEASE REFUND ME

My old ATM Card damaged and not working.
So I applied for new ATM Card in IOB bank at[protected].
But still now ATM card not received
Bank staff said that come after again 10 days.
kindly solve my problem at urgent basis as soon as possible.
