My areas postman (सुधीर) behaviour is not good it is very very bad he is not deserve public dealing पोस्ट मैंन सुधीर के हिसाब से सरकारी नौकरी मिलने का मतलब है आराम करना और किसी को कुछ भी बोल देना मेरा लेटर इसके पास 2 दिन से आया हुआ है लेकिन यह मेरा लेटर मेरे घर आज तक डिलीवर नहीं कया। मैं लेटर लेने के लिए पोस्ट ऑफिस गया जहां इसने मुझसे बहुत बदतमीजी से बात किया सुधीर पोस्टमैन ने मुझे कहा की मेरी मर्जिंग होगी तब दूंगा तु जा अपने घर और बहस करने लगा मेरा इंडियन पोस्ट कमेटी से बस एक ही गुजारिश है की वह पोस्टमैन सुधीर के ऊपर सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई करें और उसको यह भी सिखाए की पब्लिक डीलिंग कैसे की जाति है ।

Hi my product is stuck at bangalore sorting centre since july 11 and it’s still not been delivered even after it’s reached the destination the tracking number is az[protected]cn
Could someone help me with this i would kindly appreciate if indiapost could look into it and lemme know as to when i can’t expect the delivery as it is something that i’ve ordered for my wife i would kindly request you all to deliver it as soon as possible

Sir,
Today I had a post delivery from RTO. So the post man denied coming home from delivery and told that he is returning the parcel to source. Then he came again and started telling me I should be grate full of him that he is delivering and he didnt even deliber at my house he asked me to come at my buildings enterance. Even after that he started asking for bribe. When I told him I am already paying delivery charges to post he said that from now he will be returning my posts and I have to pay charges.
Hats Off Indian Post what great service are you providing.

Bank document. Lic latter. Par ye sab muj tak nahi pahonchta. Or kai baar late fee chukani padti he.

Meri complaint postman vedprakash se hai. Jo ki hmare courrier or parcel ko hmare ghar nahi pahuchata aur na hi suchit krta hai. Jisse ki hm log india post ki taraf se rukh mod rhe hai. Abhi inhine hmare 2 parcel return kiye hai aur ek parcel 12.07.2019 se post office mai hi padaa hai. Jiski suchna mujhe post office ke clerk dwara di gyi. Postman se reason puchhne par postman dwara kahaa gya ki wah kisi dalit ya chhoti jaati ke wha post deliver nhi krne jayenge. Mahoday se anurodh hai ki postman ko kaaran btao notice jari kiya jaay aur hmara courrier samay par pahuchaye esa sunishit kiya jaye.

Need your help

My university sent courier from belgaum to canada. The package got delivered to wrong address and i also called canadian post but complaint should start from indian post as country of origin was india. Can indian post expedite it as it was very sensitive document and also need to deliver asap.

The item got delivered on july 19. The address written on the post was correct but delivered at wrong address. Can you please tell me how many days will it take to resolve the issue and deliver my courier to correct address?

Very nasty employee behavior for pin code 721607. Employee who came to deliver speed post saying that he will not come to deliver letters to home and we people have to check whether any letter arrived to post office time to time and collect from there. He also told people here have no common sense because he have to deliver letters home to home, where this is his job and for which he is getting paid.

My father has been posted an article as a speed post no eu[protected]in from basti (Up) to mira road for me on 10-july-19. It is an important document on urgent basis but i haven't received yet and no prompt update in tracking system still same status for long time. Litterly upset.

Courier with tracking id rb[protected]sg held up at kolkata lcao without reason. Simple plastic part product of a toy.
No details of status of customs or whether anything is required for the courier to be released. If any customs tax to be paid then the same me notified or informed for early resolution and release of the product.
Please check the same so that unnecessary distress is not caused.

My courier (Tracking no: et[protected]in) stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 10th july, 2019 and canada toronto office has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 7 days since the packet reached canada via india post it is a most important wes document. Totally...
