Booked my consignment ew[protected]in on for raniganj on 12th march but after tracking it it shown the consignment sent to wrong city asansol in place of raniganj. It shows status of 4.04.19 and today is[protected] its not showing current status of my courier. Very disappointing and worst service of speed post. My parcel is coming from kolkata, rashbehari avenue, i ve called so many times in post office but everytime they misguided me by telling they did not get my parcel, today also i went to ranigaj post office, and they gave me same information about my parcel, i called asansol post office also they did not receive my phone and made me puzzled, i ve payed for my parcel and it is very disappointing to get this kind of service from post office, i m from a middle class family, i ve earned my own money and if i m not getting my parcel it made me depressed as i m not getting any coorperation from any of the post office and i m not getting my parcel. Ialso contact to the shop (Agent) on 14.08.19 and she said the your shipment become misroute and he complained by mail more than two times. But all these become useless because the shipment is not re-routed yet or delivered yet.

It has been 24 hours.
I send rakhi to my brother on 13/aug/2019 at 11:00 am.
And it has been almost 12 hour, whenever i am trying to track my parcel it shows no information available.
It's is really surprising that it has been 12 hours and no entry is registered in system about my parcel. On other hand india post office promises to deliver in next 72 hour.!!
Tomorrow is rakshabandhan, i was hoping it would deilver.
But now i am thinkibg i should use private authorities instead of govt post.

Ua[protected]in will be delivered on 08/08/2019) sir i asked my locality post man for my parcel he says ask your neighbor and sir i asked but they have not and sir post 'man says i dont know' sir what i am doing and where is my article?

Sir i posted a speed post no. Ew[protected]in (Containing rakhi) on 08.08.2019 from chittaranjan, w. B,. Ranchi nsh received the post on 11.08.19. Further post was bagged and delivered on 12.08.19 for hehal so ranchi (834005) but no any further update till regarding post was received in hehal so ranchi or not. Please look into the matter. I ordered a guitar worth ~ $400 from us and the india post tracking says that the package was retained at mumbai foreign post office at 13/08/2019 (Yesterday).

I have provided the tracking details with the tracking number in the image (Screenshot) below.

Can someone please advise me what to do? It has been over a month already since my package arrived in india. I live in pune and it will be difficult for me to physically go to mumbai, especially without knowing what the actual issue is.

Can i please get in touch with a person through e-mail/telephone from whom i can get some details? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An item I ordered from China is showing the same status since 15 days, last update was on 30th July - CHENNAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE - Transfer from office of exchange (Inb).

Please look into this and deliver it fast. It took less time for the item to reach India from China than for that item to reach me within India.

I have send my rakhi couier on 17th july for australia, but it havent received till now.. As today is 26th day after sending the couier.. Any couier doesnt take this much time..
There is no use of receiving the couier after rakhi.. It is my humble req to please send the couier before rakhi as 2morrow is the last day.. Sir, i have registered myself as an applicant for the post of gds in assam circle on[protected] at 02:37 pm.
After that i made my payment i. E rs 111.00 through internet banking against my registration number :-cr3e7dd4123126. Which was successful (According to the message by bank). After that i have tried to fill my application form but postal website shows me that i don't have any fee id. For filling the application form. So, i contacted with them by mail which ia provided on their websit for any kind of help from assam circle. They replied me to wait upto 72 hrs. After that statement will be made. But its 5 days & still i am not be able to fill my application against that registration number for which i have paid my application fee & it was also deducted from my account. Yesterday i have tried to contact them through the email. But they sent me a blank mail. Please fix this issue we are not having such amount to pay again & again for the same thing sir if the application date close then the candidates who are facing the same problem. They loose an opportunity & their money too..

My package bearing consignment number CM[protected]US has cleared customs and arrived in Delhi Foreign Post Office on 21-July-2019. It has been over three weeks and I am yet to receive the package in Bangalore. The tracking page has also not been updated.

It is unacceptable that a package should take over three weeks to arrive within the Country. Kindle expedite the process.

I as a cancer patient is receiving an amount of rs. 1000 every month. But since last two months (I. E. June & july) i'm not receiving the same. Booking office chengannur ho & office of payment ala so alappuzha (689126) has succefully redirected the outstanding amount to the receiver post office silvassa (396230).
But the silvassa post office is not claiming that they have received any amount via speed post.
I'm facing this problem every now and then please take an action to this. I hav past complaints too then too its still unsolved,

Hi i'm bhavin patel please solve my problem i couldn't receive otp while gds registration, if its resolved then it will be really helpful for me to get a job. I am from gujrat and i already paid 100rs as a fees but i am not getting otp to apply for application. My registration number is cr64c64f17747e. I tried too many times but everytime it's worthless because due to lack of otp i am not able to apply.

For my further education in canada i asked my ranchi university to deliver my graduation certificate which is known as transcripts for verification to wes, canada. They couriered my documents through india post on 29 july 2019 and it reached delhi international mail centre on 5th aug 2019. But after it's been 5 days i am not getting any update on my parcel. Below is the tracking number. Its really very important for my career and if it does not reaches wes, csnada before 15th aug, my career will be ruined. So i beg please provide me correct information and make sure that my educational documents reaches. My career is in hands of india post.

Now problem is 3rd step, is filling of application form and attachment of documents
Its need otp, but otp is not sending to registered mobile number. I attaching the essential docs of online transaction and screen shot of application form
Please, help me to resolve the problem and india post job portal is very poor service, its too disgusting to apply.

Package shipped on 15.07.2019 is yet to deliver and there is no propoer response from post office.
Tacking website shows "retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason" whereas no updates received after 02.08.2019

Its been a month now, i am still waiting for my parcel. I am worried due to delayed delivery and response.

I have ordered a product from ali express.
By mistake i entered address and the delivery attempt made was. The tracking status is currently showing the is in mumbai tmo.

Can i please get some information as to how will i receive the product. I can come and collect the same from post office.

I ordered some book online and it was shipped via india post and item has reached to lucknow ph on 3rd aug. Item sent to nirala nagal post office and from there it has to be redirected to jankipuram but again it was redirected to lucknow ph showing that item redirected to jankipuram so insufficient address but i have given the complete address including my mobile number.

My parcel from south korea stuck at bangalore foreign post office. My tracking id is eg[protected]kr. Last update was at 17.07.2019. It's been 25 days now. No updates since then.. I tried calling their numbers but they're not picking or their numbers not working. I've sent mail but not reply. Post office customer care no is too busy to pick the call. Kindly please look into to matter.
