Dear Sir,

With reference to PNR NO.[protected], Train No, 16382, Boarding Point - Trivandravan .Date 15th Aug'18

We were waiting for the train since morning 7.00am at Trivendram Railwaystation till the evening 17.30.

In the evening We had been told that train have been cancelled . I have filled TDR accordingly but my TDR is rejected.

Surprise with answer received by concern customer care executive and their arrogance. Its look like I have booked Tickets to only file TDR & claiming Refund.

Please help

    With reference to PNR NO.[protected], Train No, 22114, Boarding Point - Kochuveli.Date 16th Aug'18

    We boarded train at 12.30am at Kochuveli station. Train were stopped near ALUVA & we have been told by TC that train is cancelled & going back to Kochuveli. I had filled TDR accordingly but still my TDR is rejected.

    Surprise with answer received by concern customer care executive and their arrogance. Its look like I have booked Tickets to only file TDR & claiming TDR.

      Sir, it has been more than 10 days i have cancelled my few tickets but i have not recieved my amt in my respective bank acc. Also i have been trying to reach customer care of irctc from 4 days they are saying our system has been crashed call after 10mins and this statement they keep on repeating everytime i call them. I am fed up with this statement. Kindly sir look into my matter. I am a normal indian citizen seeking justice.

        Dear Sir/Mam,
        I booked 5 train tickets on irctc app and I paid for it.But due to some emergency I partially cancelled 2 tickets before 48 hour from train departure time.But till now I did not get my refund and there is showing bank name is showing zaakpay PG on irctc app.Please help to solve my problem as soon as possible.I am attaching details of train tickets like PNR number etc.

          Dear sir, i have booked a ticket from chennai to rameswarm 0n[protected].30 pm exp no 22661 date of journey[protected] amount rs.1125/- but detected from my account 1148.90. Why the difference. And more over ticket is not booked due to passenger not in same coach general 3a when not booked the ticket why money is detected when asked it is system mistake informed by irctc staff. Transactions id no [protected]. Date[protected] time 04.30 pm ticket not booked.
          Kindly refund the amount ofrs.1148.90 by checking the above transaction id no[protected]

            Hi,
            I have booked 3 3a tickets from dvd (Duvvada) to kjm (Krishnarajapuram) for anga express with pnr no: [protected] dated 4th october, 2018. Booking date of confirmed tickets is 5th september, 2018.
            Now, the purpose of my trip got changed and i want cancel my tickets. I have booked through the irctc rail connect official mobile application and now when i am trying to cancel my tickets it says "unable to fetch data please try again later". I even tried to cancel it through the official website but there is no use. The total ticket fare is inr. 4065. Please solve my issue

                Hii sir,
                2 days before i have booked my tickets 4times from irctc connect app and 1 time by using icici continuously due to failed transactions... Always it is showing that pending from bank end but my money is being deducted,

                Money is debited from bank. But it is showing that not booked. What to do now? Will it be cancelled? Can i book another ticket? Or else wait?
                Still pnr number not allotted, tomorrow is my journey date...

                  My mother (Sudha devi agarwal) along with 2 of my relatives (Rekha devi tekriwal & anju agarwal) are traveling from puri to purulia jn (Prr) dated[protected] in purushottam express (Train number -12801) where in they somehow forgot to carry their photo id proof but they have valid tickets in the sms with their respective names. But unfortunately the tt in charge is adamant on charging the penalty & harassing women passengers by way of charging penalty. For the purpose of same, we have also sent their valid id proof through watsapp but still he is not accepting the same.
                  As a matter of fact, applying the principle of genuineness, the passenger should not be harassed on these grounds especially in case of women.

                  Please look into it & take immediate action so that we may continue to avail railway services.

                  Standing with the government initiative of women safety!!

                  Hope we hear soon from modiji government!!

                    I booked ticket of tejas express from thane to kudal. As per information firstly i was impressed of services which tejas express provides but when i travel i fully disappointed. They served us very low quality food. That was not upto the mark that day i complained immediately but no any further action was taken from railway. They should provide good food.

                      Hi,

                      I booked a ticket for 4 passengers from agra cant to amritsar for train number 59386 / panchvalley pas for sleeper class on travel date of 6nov 2018. The amount got deducted from my bank account but it shows in irctc site as pending from bank end. The transaction id is [protected]. Kindly check the same and help with this.

                      I had cancelled my ticket on 21 September but still date no refund procedure done by irctc even when I'm trying to contact till free no executive hang up my call this thing is happening from last 7 days . My Cancellation PNR No : [protected] and Ticket Id:-1744352.
                      I have booked ticket from 59386 / panchvalle to indore on 14th Feb from Bhopal, but when I reached Bhopal and checked on enquiry and also on irctc site and found that train is cancelled for 14 Feb from Bhopal and I had to travel from other train. Now call center says that train was not cancelled on that day. What should I do now.

                        I have done transaction on irctc (Reservation id-[protected]) through free charge but irctc show transaction is pending from bank end while free charge show transaction is successful. I do not found my ticket anyway on irctc it only shows transaction is pending from bank end.in this condition neither i could book another ticket nor i got my money back then what i do

                          I checked seat availability in irctc next gen site from akola jn (Ak) to chennai central (Mas) but seats are not available, then i check from surat to chennai central (Mas), there seats are available.

                          Now i want to book ticket from surat (St) to chennai central (Mas) but want to boarding at akola jn (Ak) but i didn't see any provision to change boarding station on irctc next gen site.

                            I have cancelled the following three tickets booked through irctc app
                            & the payment made through debit card, the details of which are as
                            Under;

                            Pnr no. [protected]
                            Ii) date of journey: 09.09.2018
                            Iii) date of cancellation: 09.09.2018
                            Iv) amount of money to be refunded: rs. 555/-.

                            However, the amount has been credited to your account whereas i do not have any account with you.

                            I kindly request you to credit the said amount to my sbi account through which i have made the payment through debit card

                                  I have created an account on irctc. It’s now more than 6 months. I don’t receive a otp code to verify my account therefore can’t move forward. I have sent more than 50 emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in

                                    Last 2 days (from 25.09.2018) trying to book ticket for my parents ( 68 & 62 yrs) from NDLS to Hwh/ Sdh travelling date 05 / 06 / 07 Oct 2018 with at least one lower berth. Every time booking failed due to condition 'atleast one lower berth not met". There were train ticket available during booking 311 nos, 121 nos. failed transaction attached.

                                      I have travelled in both the trains in rajdhani and duranto express but the food quality is so poor and i had paid for that irctc take my money have to give service .
                                      1.I had ordered an non veg but during the journey i get to know that there is no non veg items available
                                      2.food quality is very poor
                                      3.the most of the trains are late .we paid for exact time .if you irctc waste my time who will pay for people time .
                                      4.i never reached my destination in exact time that's may be 2 or6 or 15 hours journey.

                                        Purchased ticket by ac-iii tier for kolkata-pune by duronto express for journey on 12.01.2019 under transaction id [protected] darted 25.09.18 through irctc mobile application and payment made through phonepe. An amount of rs.2647.48 deducted from my bank account through phonepe, but no ticket issued. It is confirmed by the phonepe that the amount has been received by irctc. Please specify the status.
