I have booked e/ticket on 25.08.2018 from guwahati to new tinsukia through irctc portal. The details of the ticket are:

Train number/name: 15959 / kamrup expressbooking date: 17 aug 2018
From: guwahati (Ghy) 25 aug 2018to: new tinsukia jn (Ntsk) 26 aug 2018 04:25 hrs

Due to some accident in the route my train was cancelled and i could not come by that train. So, on enquiry at railway station, the railway personal told me that the ticket amount will be refunded through online as my ticket was booked online. But it's been a month and still i have not received my refund.

    At the time of booking l had requested for lower berth and after payment l had alloted upper berth. Any way l am unable to travel in upper berth

    I booked a ticket on 8th September and used Bharat qr as payment mode. Money was deducted from my account but ticket booking failed. Kindly resolve this issue.

      Dear sir I book ticket on17.09.2018 of 945 rupees transaction success from my free charge upi but not given time in IRCTC bani account so transaction failed shown by IRCTC ticket isn't booking same problem occurs for my next transaction of 1878 rupees on 19.09.2018 so request u to refund me of 945 and 1878 rupees as soon as possible so transaction success from my upi freecharge but not confirm by irctc.

          I have filed tdr due to train got late more than 3 hrs, but so far the amount is not refunded. Below is the details of tdr filed:

          Tdr details: reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled.

          Tdr status has not changed till today since 03-jul-2018. I kindly request to please look into the issue as soon as possible.

            I have booked train tickets of janshatabdi express. I have done payment but the train tickets are not booked. The money is deducted from my bank account. It shows no response from bank end. Please help me to resolve this issue. Booking transaction id is [protected]

              It's very very sad to travel in this train services as the facilities provided are not worthy.. The seats which we got has leg paddle which are not working.. The smell from the washroom is horrible.. The bad smell is coming from the time the journey starts at secunderabad.. The hand support is even not useful.. The place is very conjusted.. Overall it's not up to the mark..

                  I am also facing the same problem as refund on cancelled tickets is not credited to my account even after 10 days.
                  Bank customer care informed me that irctc has not given refund instructions to bank and irctc is not accepting this statement.

                  Did you get your problem solved? Please guide me how to register irctc complaint and on further proceedings.

                    Sir we r paying 2550/- per person from mathura to mumbai in agustkranti on 18th september 2018 and food service in train is not given snacks to us so my complain is provide snacks to mathura bording passenger because u r charging same fare as delhi to mumbai passenger and we also paying same fare from mathura to mumbai if any rule is snacks given only delhi boarding password then pls give me that rule link

                      This is kriahna. I booked ticket from begumpet to guntakal train no 11303. Date of journey 12_09_2018
                      In begumpet station they display coach position s1 is coming after the engine . But it's purely wrong . S1 position coach is there S5.
                      I run for s1 coach . The old age people and
                      Women's also struggled.
                      I m travelling in 3ac compartment of 12150.They dont provide clean bedsheets, nor blanket.everything is dirty..when i told them i will lodge a complaint against you.they told me back ki jo karna hai kar lo humara koi kuch nhi bigad sakta.Unheignic train with unheigenic staff.Ridiculously bad.

                        I sent also 2 mails to your support team but i'm still waitin an answer.

                        Could you ask to irctc support to send me an otp for my mobile veritfication by mail?

                            Newly i created account in irctc. For verification i got mobile password but unable to get email password.
                            Because of this unable to navigate inside of the app. If i wanna start newly it showing that email and mobile had already registered.

                              Hello there,

                              Please note that i tried booking through irctc on 4th of july through
                              Payzapp as payment gateway through bharat qr code with transaction id [protected]. The amount was debited from my bank account and was also confirmed by the payment gateway i. E payzapp and is not returned yet by irctc.
                              I have contacted irctc n number of times but the problem is not solved yet. Its almost 2.5 months since the date of transaction, that the amount is not returned by the irctc.

                              I could not see not see the booked ticket history and cancellation of reserved tickets could not be done. my email id is ' [protected]@gmail.com'.please heil me for doing both the items. V SANTHANAKRISHNAN

                                With due reference, I am writing you here that I have booked a ticket from my irctc account on dated 4th of Sept. 2018 for my father Mr. Madan lal and my mother Mrs. Anjala. PNR number of the above mentioned ticket is "[protected]". Prior to 2 days of my journey I got to know that train has been diverted from their original route and so I called to 139 customer service related to same.
                                I got a message from 139 that I need to cancel my ticket after 4 hours from the train departing time and so I did the same.
                                But after doing the cancellation, I am not able to file TDR and any further process related to refund of my money.

                                So it is my kind request from you that please expedite the issue and resolve it asap.

                                  Ordered food through e catering website initially it was mentioned cod, after confirming order there was an online option .I have paid through wallet . It was reflected same in the order status too . But during delivery people insisted to deliver my order asking again money, contacted your customer care [protected]. He had called and told he will get back with solution in 10 mins .. Now it's almost 10 hours there is no reply .. tried to call back 6 times but disconnecting my call . This type of service never ever expected from such a reputed service organization. I am going to put this on consumer court .. I have lost my money and time .

                                      I have booked ticket for travel from Karur to Chennai Egmore for the travel date Aug 17, 2018. The train got cancelled partially from Mangalore to Trichy and was only operated from Trichy to Chennai. Hence I was unable to continue my travel through train. Still I have not received any refund amount yet. When I raised a query, it was said that the train was not cancelled. Then I sent the proof of cancellation. But still i didn't receive any refund.

                                        Dear irctc,

                                        We had a horrible experience during our travel (Pnr:[protected]) with my family of 2, my wife & my 2 year old son.

                                        Issues:

                                        (A) filthy toilets & uncleaned washroom
                                        (B) un-serviceable bed sheets & linen which was stinking
                                        (C) cockroaches roaming around
                                        (D) drunk vendors roaming inside the cabins
                                        (E) ac was kept at too high (My kid fell sick) even after complaining to the staff twice
                                        (F) vendors were smoking beedi near the lavatory
