Hi,

I have been following up on my issue since last 3 weeks continuously but i am not getting even a single response from your side.

This is ridiculous customer service. Because of your carelessness, i am unable to book my train tickets at all using IRCTC loyalty account.

I have already shared required screenshots for the error in emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in & also contacted customer service numbers...

not showing booked ticket history

For last 10 days website is not showing my account details, hence unable to see my booked ticket history. Can any one help me to fix this problem.in case i need to cancel the ticket, i need to go to my account which is not working. The old website was much better than the new one. I really do not understand what irctc is trying to achieve

ticket refund issues

Actually, i tried booking a train between kharagpur and chennai central (12839 / hwh mas mail) almost seven times and seventh time my ticket got booked successfully. Before that i struggled booking six times with failed transaction issues.in that three transactions doesn't matter at all because i had not entered my otp but the other three transactions i entered otp and entered continue and i received the failed message only (Its coming session...

train time table changed without informing the customer

I'm complaining about food services

We are not provided with the juice or the soft drink which we were supposed to get. When we got down from the train we saw the whole box of juices which we didn't get. We also didn't get the soup which we used to get before our dinner. We are spending so much money for food and we are not getting that much satisfaction we are supposed to get. We hope the higher authority will look into this matter and take prompt action.

amount deduction

Hi, this is aniket dey, on 23/06/2018, i had booked a ticket from irctc through a sbi card. My 1st transaction was failed. I thought refund will be updated with in 3/4 days, but still now payment not refunded.

cancellation amount not credited so far

Even after 10 days the amount was not credited to the account
It is mentioned that refunded.
Instead of debit card bank name mentioned as zaapakpg and for other one
Mentioned as credit card/debit card (Powered by hdfc)
What is the reason for non credit
The delay is unnecessary....

no coffee/tea service in irctc stalls

poor quality food in shatabdi

I travelled from bangalore to chennai by 12008 shatabdi
In evening around 5.30 we were given one cup cake, a packet of alubujia, kachodi, coffee worth rs 35. The dinner was 3 parottas or briyani and one cup of curd. Earlier for dinner we used to get, parottas, subji, dall and rice. Now welcome drink, soup are also missing.

I am complaining about food

Food quality is worst in gatiman express.
Traveling in the train from gwalior to new delhi in coach c4 and the food provided in the train is stinking and rotten.. It was smelling so much and when complaint it was told that may be your food is spoilt...
For a passenger paying so much money and the food just worst in one of the fastest train of india...

I got reserved (To my wife) a e-ticket to 17229 sabari express from guntur to secunderabad on[protected] for rs.190/-. My pnr number is [protected]. But, the train was cancelled by railway authorities due to floods in kerala. money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

Hi,

Booked ticket on irctc using internet banking amount debited inr 451.80 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. I still don't know that whether the ticket is booked or not. So, i booked a new ticket after few minutes. Therefore, i want my money which i have spent for my first transaction of rs.451.80....

Today 23rd aug. 2018 i booked ticket from pune to bhopal for 24th aug'18 in tatkal, money deducted from account but i got message ' transaction pending from bank end' at time of login.

irctc charging wrong for same tickets

I am pretty sure i have taken the senior citizen discount for 2 passengers

And in print out it shows that i have not opted senior citizen discount

no. maintenance of train toilets and services

I am a regular traveler in trains. During journey in hatia-puna super fast express train no. 22846, their was lack of maintenance, repair and cleaning services in almost all the toilets of this train. Some where water is draining from toilets to compartment inviting slippage of passengers in exit passes in running train, some where taps are not working, the door locks, tap pipe, flush button etc are damaged. tdr repudiated bcoz tte has not submitted certificate
