I booked ticket through irctc-mobile app, pnr:[protected],
Was trying to cancel this ticket, 24hrs prior to start of journey, i was not able to perform cancellation, hence the time lapsed, finally irctc i was able to cancel ticket through by sending email.
But as a result, i got very less refund.
This is very unfair that mobile app was misguiding me through a wrong message.
Please refer to screenshot, the message i was getting.
I want my money back.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
