I purchased a ticket online from tenkasi to chennai by '12662' podhigai exp on 2nd december, 2018 at around 3.30pm. I used my debit card of axis bank from-where rs. Inr 385.00 is debited debited on[protected]:56:06 (As per sms recieved in my mobile no. [[protected]]). But i found neither any ticket nor any booking history. Ticket not generated but amount deducted

    This is regarding gurudev express train no 12660- shalimar nagercoil express.The train was late for cyclone and again it was late for 8 hrs for no reason.I had a exam on 13.10.18 which i missed because of this delay.I am really disatisfied and harassed by the delay .I boared the train on 11th and get out it on 13th.late for no reason.Please submit and take proper action or else i would compiled me to submit this complain to Cm Mamata Banerjee through my channel.

    12660- Gurudev express.shalimar-nagercoil exp.Train was late for 8 hr for no reason.Not able to attend my examination for this.Very much harassed and dissatisfied with the service. Please take neccesary action or i would lodge a complain to the cm mamata banerjee through my personal channel at the earliest.Boarded the train on 11th oct ..till there i am on the train..Missed my exam today on 13th october.

      I have booked tkt on 27 sept in train no 11054 (Doj 28sept) (Pnr no [protected]) from allahabad junction to jabalpur but on that day train did was diverted and not come to allahabad junction, so i did not travel in that train. When i filed tdr the central zone inform that on 28 sept train was not diverted.. When i inquired about this i came to know that train did not come to allahabad on 28sept because of some work going on the railway line. My request was repudiated illegally.
      You are requested to look in to my matter and resolve it otherwise i will force to take legal action against you.

            I had to book a tatkal ticket through irctc app the amount was of 1020.98 rs. Was debited from my bank account but didn't got any ticket cause no ticket was available on 12th of october,
            Plz refund my amount. Rs1020.98 on pos [protected] at indian railways cateri txn# 278013 (Bank statement sbi).

            It is showing that amount not received from bank and the bank name is zaakpay pg.

            So kindly refund the amount to my sbi bank account from which the amount was debited.

              According to indian railways if train late more then 3 hr, the ticket amount will be refunded back to the account (When we cancel the ticket or file tdr).

              But when i tried to file tdr only cancel option will appear on irctc site, and i cancel the ticket (Train late approx 4-5 hr).

              No amount will be refunded.

                  I unable to see my booked ticket history after login with irctc.co.in. I booked a ticket to journey of 15/10/2018 and want to take a print out, but the list of booking tickets has not displaying inside the irctc login.
                  You are requested to kindly update the booking details at the earliest, enabling I got print out of irctc booked rail tickets also. .

                    I have booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 3880 on 08 oct 2018. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account.

                    I have raised this issue to payumoney. But their reply is — "hi pradeep, your transaction"[protected]"is successful at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the services/refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end."

                    My transaction no is [protected].

                    Message form bank - thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx1718 for a purchase worth rs3880.0 on pos irctc1117198 at www irctc co in txn#[protected].

                    I request you to please look into the matter and let me know when and how i will get the refund for my debited money of rs.3880/- for the failed transaction.

                      I, Rushi Karad booked a ticket from Nasik to Pune on 18th September and used a debit card and the money was deducted and still the transaction shows pending from bank side.                         I'm a user of irctc and i have an issue related to user account and i tried to call the support team which was mentioned in the irctc website.

                        Those team is not at all responding and after a lucky call connecting they will not even talk to us and will hang up call immediately. They don't even know english basics, so they can't reply back. This wastes a lot of people time and it's disappointing services by irctc.

                        I have all call recordings and call logs when i made a calls to irctc today. So please let me know how to resolve this issue.

                        Ruposibangla exp has stopped in between prl to anara everyday.It is really embrasing for us.We asked our govt that what is the nesecity of SF train.If it can not maintain the proper time.Railway Dept should give penalty money to the customer if this situation happened again and again.

                          I was travelling by the above train and i including many co-pasengers found the temperature very low. After the train started in the morning almost all passengers have to ask for their blanket and bedrolls. The first t. C. Was asked, nothing happened after his assuarance, in the afternoon second t. C. The same thing. The attendent said unless mechanic comes nothing can be done. Finally in the evening when some more passengers complained the temperature was put to bearable condition.

                            I have booked a flight (Delhi to raipur) at 6 september 2018. While i was paying online my total payable amount was 4273. Suddenly error message came and amount 4273 got deducted but the transaction was not successful. Again i did a transaction and completed my booking successfully. I have request many times to irctc to refund my 4273 rs which was deducted first but they have not given me a satisfactory response. Even there toll free no is useless and there is nobody to pick up the phone. Kindly help me as its been over one month but i have not received my extra debited amount.

                              Dear irtc,
                              I have filed a tdr request for pnr - [protected], registration number[protected], transaction id - [protected]
                              Train (12818 - jharkhand express) was running around 4hrs 30mins late and reached boarding station (Bksc) at 6:15pm (Actual departure time - 01:55pm), my next train was from hte to pune at 08:00pm (22846 - hte pune exp) so i opted out to travel through train and filed tdr request at 10:00 am (4hours before my departure time).
                              Reason - train delayed more than 3 hours and passenger has not traveled,
                              For the same in irctc against my ticket and the status was turned to cr registered, but amount is yet to be refunded.
                              Please help me to get this resolved.

From Secunderabad to khammam on 17th oct 2018, intercity (12706), i paid the amount of 120 rs through debit card with transaction no.[protected], money has debited from my account but the ticket is not confirmed. so please check the details and return the money.
                              No pnr number has been found after booking rail ticket from railyatri.in

                                I tried to booked ticket through irctc app by bhim upi my account has been debited amount rs 400/-upi ref no[protected]and in my bhim app status showing is approved but in irctc app its showing no response from the bank. My money has been debited but ticket not booked.

                                I request you to look into the matter as i urgently need to book ticket.

                                  I booked a train ticket in 15273 (Satyagrah express) on 08/10/2018.
                                  However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used paytm wallet to pay and payment was successful yesterday only. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

                                  Pnr [protected]. Booked retiring room through irctc at manmad. Money deducted from axis bank bank. But transaction failed. Tried again. Irctc showed on the laptop screen that "booking exists for pnr [protected]". Tried booking history. Did not find booking. Tried failed transaction. Did not find any mention. Checked mail. Found no mail from irctc about booking or failed transaction. No mobile message was also received. Kindly help.
