On 13/09/2018 we were booking ticket but the transaction was failure but the amount got twice time debited i.e. 1321 two times respectively. Then another ticket on 20/09/2018 of Rs 2012.04 we booked another ticket it also gone transaction failure and amount has been debited but still no refund of any transaction. so we wish to look into the same issue. Thank you.

        Today morning i tried to book tickets to my native. While booking money got deducted from my account but site showing transaction failed so i tried to book same ticket same thing happened. I tried contacting customer care. After several attempts i got connection to customer service person. A lady picked up call. She's didn't respond to me in the way and in middle of the conversation she cut the call. This is the way irctc responds to complaints.

          Hi,

          Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr1337 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

            Sir I booked a ticket on 19 September 2018 From Akbarpur to Vadodara Journey date 30.9.2018 e-ticketing.
            The ticket was not generated but the ticket value Rs-1111.36 was deducted from my SBI account.( [protected]) The same is required to be credited back into my account.

              I have travelled on train no 12463 on 21.9.18 in 3rd ac compartement.I have not been provided the hand towel despite repeated requests.Iam entitled to an hand towel along with two blankets.but i didnt get any response from the service boy.please ensure that we get all the items we are assured when we purchase a ticket be made available to us during the journey.

                Dear team,

                I already register the irctc via internatil moble. But i still can not receive the otp. Please kindly help to follow the case and response on time.

                I already sent serval email to irctc customer service mailbox. But still do not recived any soluction update from them.

                I already pay for the international mobile register. But i am not able to receive the cutomer service align with the payment.

                  Sir, on the date 15/09/2018; i booked a ticket from jhansi to lucknow nr and my transaction id is [protected]. Ticket fees was 225.0 ₹ and as waiting list auto cancellation rule i might have to receive full refund 225.0 ₹ but i received only 165.0 ₹. I need full refund. For proof i am attaching a screen shot of my irctc account refund page. Please take a look over this and proceed the refund as soon as possible. My mail id is : [protected]@gmail.com

                  This cancellation was waiting list cancellation. Here is another screen shot for my proof.

                  Couldn't complete my profile.Its displaying as Already number been registered and even my mail id too.Now if i enter my another number, it is not accepting the OTP and even am unable to get link to my new mail id.Kindly fix my issue.

                    I couldnot find any waste basket to put some food waste in trivandrum central (16629) from trivandrum to mangalore. This could be the reason that most of the passengers dump waste on railway tracks. I think some people are incharge of the cleanliness and hygiene in trains. I request the concerned authority to kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

                      Hi support team,
                      I have booked ticket from my irctc account, travelling from bhojo to guwahati via kamrup express (15960).
                      Date of journey - 25th august, 2018.
                      However, the train was initially delayed and then cancelled and thus i filed tdr on 26th august, 7:41 am. The passenger ofcourse did not travel.
                      The tdr status is cr registered, but the amount is not refunded to this date.

                            2 days ago (20.09.2018) i booked one ticket with irctc app (Transaction id - [protected]). The amount got debited from my account and i got the sms from bank also. But the ticket is not booked.
                            Irctc is saying that the amount is not credited to their account and the bank is saying that money is already credit to irctc. They where did the money go? If it is neither with bank nor with irctc then from whom should i ask for refund?

                            Note - the transaction was done via phonepe (Hdfc account linked with phonepe).

                              I am traveling in pooja express from jammu to delhi. I have booked two dinner (Full thali) through irctc worker mr. Raja an amounting rs 80/- each.
                              2. At 800 p. M. He brought a packed dinner which was frozen. When i said to him the dinner is frozen he replied me meal hot and we will provide the same.
                              3. After that my colleague was same said to him the meal is frozen and he and his friend said to him same reply. When i said mr. Raja and his i am complaining about this he said we don't bother and u can proceed. At the time we were surprised at his behaviour.
                              4. I hope u will take appropriate and immediate step against them.

                                I have tried to book a tatkal ticket form begumpet (Bmt) to mumbai (Cstm) on dated 18.08.2018 for journey date 19.08.2018. Tr. No:12702

                                Ticket not booked due to choice of confirm berths not available.

                                Rs.540 debited form my account. Thru irctc txn:[protected]

                                Still now i didn't receive the refund to my account, same has informed to [protected]@irctc.co.in ticket#1693195. They closed the ticket no that issue has been resolved.

                                But refund still not received to me. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    I have booked e/ticket on 25.08.2018 from guwahati to new tinsukia through irctc portal. The details of the ticket are:

                                    Due to some accident in the route my train was cancelled and i could not come by that train. So, on enquiry at railway station, the railway personal told me that the ticket amount will be refunded through online as my ticket was booked online. But it's been a month and still i have not received my refund.

                                        Dear sir I book ticket on17.09.2018 of 945 rupees transaction success from my free charge upi but not given time in IRCTC bani account so transaction failed shown by IRCTC ticket isn't booking same problem occurs for my next transaction of 1878 rupees on 19.09.2018 so request u to refund me of 945 and 1878 rupees as soon as possible so transaction success from my upi freecharge but not confirm by irctc.
