Worst maintenance of irctc website, whenever i am trying to book my tickets in tatkal tickets the server stops at exactly 10a. M or 11 a. M at the time of booking and shows no service available. Irctc loots lot of money from public but don't know how to handle the server. All the tatkal and general tickets are being booked by booking agents making no tickets available for public. They could able to do this because of your crooked employees and they are selling the tickets to higher fares and you will be having your share. You bloody irctc guys will levy penalties for not even unbooked tickets. I hate this.

    I have booked ticket on 13-8-18 for the journey on 20-8-18 from KSR bangalore to KBPR (kabaka puttur), PNR NO; [protected], and return ticket on 23-8-18, PNR NO; [protected].
    Due to heavy landslides near yedakumer, shiradi ghat and other locations the train has stopped running on that days, i have contacted railway customer care also there was no proper information or response from them. so kindly please refund the amount as soon possible.

        I have registered for IRCTC Wallet thinking that it can book my tickets faster than adding card details.

        I have added the wallet cash at 10:45 am on 31st AUg and tried booking for tatkal tickets. However, the wallet was blocked at 11AM when booking ticket showing as incorrect password.

        What is this SCAM?

        I request an justification or explanation from IRCTC about what happened wrong ?

        Are IRCTC brokers still scamming the website and hacking it like earlier incidents with IRCTC website ?

          I had booked on 19.8.18 train tickets for 10 o[censored]s travelling from Howrha to Brahmapur on Sept 22 (PNR :[protected], [protected]), and return on Sept 25 (PNR : [protected], PNR : [protected]) . . Out of these, I had made a cancellation for one passenger Sumita Singhee on PNR [protected] from my registered mail id on 21.8.18.

          Yesterday, at about 14:30 pm, I have received sms and email at my registered phone number and email id respectively, from irctc, mentioning that ALL our tickets have been cancelled.

          Please note that I have not made ANY such cancellations.Bookings were made for a special occasion and a lot of money and effort has been spent on planning of this trip. Such ad-hoc cancellation by irctc is major harrassment.

          We immediately spoke at[protected] with senior desk officer Mr. Subendra Singh at about 15:05 pm. Mr Singh conveyed to us, to our dismay, that all cancellations have been made NOT from my registered email id but by an email id called "mamta". He suggested to us to report the matter at this email id.

          It seems that the irctc online system is insecure/hacked. We are looking for a senior officer to immediately resolve the issue and call us and explain. As of now we have simply received a thoughtless "mechanical" reply that the tickets have been cancelled and due refund would be credited to our account" So irctc has not even bothered to look at the fact that how can tickets booked by one mail id be cancelled from another mail id.

            Hello!
            My name is yaroslava troynich, user id yaroslava_t.
            I registered on 5.06.2018. Almost 4 months ago. I paid your service fee to activate my finnish number. Since that my account is not activated. You simply doesnt care.
            You simply stall my money for service which doesnt exist.
            I was emailing dozens of time. Nothing. I was calling from finland for 5 hrs to your service. Got an answer that it will work in 24 hrs. Nothing. Another month.
            I lost my tickets, nerves, money.
            I want my money back if you dont know how to work. Refund my service fee.
            I ask for that from your care service but they simply don't reply at all. What a service! Complete cheating.

            Terrible service, the worst in my life. I wish you the same struggle in any way you go.

            I booked ticket in irctc connect app and amount debited from bank but in irctc its showing pending from bank.

            My user id and password is saved in my PC for railway ticket booking for last 10 years. My user id is sa8. Even on 22nd August 2018 I booked my ticket through irctc on line booking system. Suddenly today morning they are saying that my user id is invalid.This is cheating.Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                  Hi,

                  I have been following up on my issue since last 3 weeks continuously but i am not getting even a single response from your side.

                  This is ridiculous customer service. Because of your carelessness, i am unable to book my train tickets at all using IRCTC loyalty account.

                  I have already shared required screenshots for the error in emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in & also contacted customer service numbers many a times but they simply keep me waiting & finally hung up.

                  Your carelessness is causing hell lot of inconvenience to me as i am a frequent traveler with Indian Railways & i need to book my tickets in advance on IRCTC due to Dynamic pricing.

                      Train no :58503 always running late so look into this issue, however from PVP to vskp all the trains are not coming in time so look into this issue and resolve as soon as possible...

                        Actually, i tried booking a train between kharagpur and chennai central (12839 / hwh mas mail) almost seven times and seventh time my ticket got booked successfully. Before that i struggled booking six times with failed transaction issues.in that three transactions doesn't matter at all because i had not entered my otp but the other three transactions i entered otp and entered continue and i received the failed message only (Its coming session expired even though i was giving my information quickly). After the seventh time successful confirmation i got the message from the bank and checked my balance that amount was deducted twice. I was totally shocked and i didn't get any message also and don't know what to do...in that payment status of failed transaction history it is showing "pending from bank end" and "amount not received from bank" but my amount 3340inr (2 passenger) had been deducted...                           I booked a ticket for south bihar express on date[protected]From rajendra nagar to jharsuguda) pnr no. [protected]
                          The time of departure was 20:25.
                          Earlier it was rac but today after the chart was made i received the message of confirmation of seat no. 22 coach a2. But there was no information regarding time of train. So as per the scheduled time i reached the station on time (8:15) but the train had left by then, at the counter i was informed that timing has been changed from 15th august and train had left on 19:45. But i was not informed about the changed time table!!
                          Please let me know who is responsible for this because in the ticket which i booked timing for departure is 20:20. I want to know if the amount will be refunded to me or not?

                            Hi, i am nikhil from nagpur, currently doing job in chengalpattu, chennai.
                            Today i. E; 25/08/2018 i had my train @3.45 pm from chennai central to my native nagpur. To reach chennai central station i usually take local train from paranur station as it is most economical and convenient mode of transportation for general public. The timing for the local train was 1 pm, 1.50 pm l. Since my train to nagpur departure time was @ 3.45 pm i reached the local train station paranur @ 12.45 pm, i waited till 2.05 pm at the paranur station but both the local train didn't arrived hopping it will come as the trains are regularly late. Atlast losing my patience, i took an ola cab at 2.10pm and reached the chennai central station 2 min late when my train was departing. I was unable to catch the train.
                            This is total injustice with customer like me who rely on your local train timing chart and there is no announcement at the station the train will be late.
                            What is wrong with the authority, why can't they maintain the timing as planned for the train. Trust is the factor which drive this world.
                            This is like playing with public sentiments, a person has his own problems and because of negligence of the authority they suffer more.
                            I want justification for this and also the compensation.

                            Kindly, do the needful. Hope you don't dishearten me and help in maintaining trust on the authority.

                            The total money i spend today because of your negligence is rs. 515 of train i missed, rs. 970 of cab and general ticket for nagpur rs. 285. = rs. 1770
                            Hope you will justify.

                              We are not provided with the juice or the soft drink which we were supposed to get. When we got down from the train we saw the whole box of juices which we didn't get. We also didn't get the soup which we used to get before our dinner. We are spending so much money for food and we are not getting that much satisfaction we are supposed to get. We hope the higher authority will look into this matter and take prompt action.

                                      Sir, yesterday 23-08-18 i travelled from vizianagaram to tirupati on puri-tirupati express no. 17479 with pnr no.[protected] under lower berth/sc quota.
                                      After getting up in the morning i find to my dismay there was no pantry car
                                      Service in the train. Just to have a cup of coffee/tea i got down at each and
                                      Every station (Except vijayawada) in all the irctc stalls they were telling that
                                      Either the machine is out of order or just finished in order to escape. The thing
                                      Is that the price fixed is just rs. 7/- which is less profitable to them and time taking to provide the service, so they stopped this service.in this connection, i request irctc to verify the veracity
                                      In my complaint and to provide the service by increasing the price to rs.10/-
                                      And increase the quality to compensate the increase in price.

                                        I travelled from bangalore to chennai by 12008 shatabdi
                                        In evening around 5.30 we were given one cup cake, a packet of alubujia, kachodi, coffee worth rs 35. The dinner was 3 parottas or briyani and one cup of curd. Earlier for dinner we used to get, parottas, subji, dall and rice. Now welcome drink, soup are also missing.
