I had booked on 19.8.18 train tickets for 10 o[censored]s travelling from Howrha to Brahmapur on Sept 22 (PNR :[protected], [protected]), and return on Sept 25 (PNR : [protected], PNR : [protected]) . . Out of these, I had made a cancellation for one passenger Sumita Singhee on PNR [protected] from my registered mail id on 21.8.18.
Yesterday, at about 14:30 pm, I have received sms and email at my registered phone number and email id respectively, from irctc, mentioning that ALL our tickets have been cancelled.
Please note that I have not made ANY such cancellations.Bookings were made for a special occasion and a lot of money and effort has been spent on planning of this trip. Such ad-hoc cancellation by irctc is major harrassment.
We immediately spoke at[protected] with senior desk officer Mr. Subendra Singh at about 15:05 pm. Mr Singh conveyed to us, to our dismay, that all cancellations have been made NOT from my registered email id but by an email id called "mamta". He suggested to us to report the matter at this email id.
It seems that the irctc online system is insecure/hacked. We are looking for a senior officer to immediately resolve the issue and call us and explain. As of now we have simply received a thoughtless "mechanical" reply that the tickets have been cancelled and due refund would be credited to our account" So irctc has not even bothered to look at the fact that how can tickets booked by one mail id be cancelled from another mail id.

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have Booked ticket through IRCTC, Payment has been deducted from my bank account but Transaction Status says Pending From Bank End
Ticket is booked for today only so please respond as soon as possible
