Howrah purulia sf express.. I repeat sf express. I am a regular passenger of this train. This train is always delay. Our nonsense cm should look this issue very seriously. Otherwise public can launch a new shri like momotashri. If she can not take this as a serious problem, then please leave your position. We are surving a lot. Please take necessary action as soon as possible, otherwise the remaining seats will also gone.

    During online booking of tickets on the app irctc, there are purposely technical errors called for from the other side that is the operator, and the money gets deducted but no ticket is booked. Also, it will not show in failed transactions. Later on, neither are any refunds givens.
    Normal ticket cancellations don't get even 3/4th of refunds, how possibly can u think the operator or the middlemen sitting in government job office is not eating money by violation of consumer rights and security.

      On 5th september, i booked my ticket, money gets deducted from my account but the booking status is not booked.No pnr was given to me.Please resolve it quickly, either issuye me the ticket or refund my money as soon as possible.I tried consumer helpline no but its out of order.Its totally the unfair practice from the part of irctc.It has wasted my time a lot.

          The final status was WAITING for all passengers in the Ticket after Chart Preparation. This resulted to Auto Cancellation of the Entire ticket. However, I got a partial refund of Rs 650, whilst ticket charge was Rs 950. I am a expecting a full refund in this case as per refund rules present in http://contents.irctc.co.in/en/refundrules.html

          NB: I didn't cancel the Ticket. The Ticket got Automatically cancelled as it was Wait-listed even after Chart Preparation.

            I have mistaken in my irctc registration by entering the wrong email id. Wrong id i have entered is @gmail.com my original correct id is [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@gmail.com kindly i apologise for entering wrong email id and support me to change the correct id or change by yourself

              I have lost my cell phone and all the contacts and messages have no moroe with us hence i have sent a email through my registered mail id with IRCTC before 25 days to reset the password but after giving all the proofs they are asking new details and ticket no is changing almost every time .

              My question is can we have other alternative to reset my password without changing my mobile no.

              After inquiring on phone they told us that same mobile is attached with other user id ..

              as i want to cancell the ticket booked for 14.09.18 and 16.09.18 respectively but i am not able to cancell bcoz of above reason

              Please guide me and resolve the same

              they told me that same mobile no cannot be attached with two user id.User can be attached same mobile no as other sites are accepting the same .. everytime it is not possible to buy new sim for new user id.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I booked a ticket on 04/09/2018, after online transaction was finished they took my money but showing reservation failed. Pnr not generated & i did not got even my money back.in irctc site it is showing no refund amount found.
                So please consider it serious because if they can deduct a small amount without giving train tickets, they can also deduct a huge from our accounts without knowing us.

                  On 03 sep i had booked four tickets on irctc.co.in website from mumbai csmt to pune by train no 17031. I had specified to book only if at least 2 x lower berths are available as there were two senior citizens travelling. However the booking was confirmed with 3 x upper berths and one wl. The pnr no is [protected]. The passengers cannot travel. I will have to cancel ticket and loose money. It was a fault of the software

                    I have booked ticket from dadar to tirunelveli for travel on 20 10 2018
                    Pnr [protected] train no 11021.
                    But an amount of rs.2060 has been deducted twice.
                    I could clarify from bank that the amount

                      I was trying to book tatkal ticket in shatabdi train no. 12014 on 16/06/2018 from ludhiana to new delhi incidentally amount of rs.1800/- was deducted from my account and ticket was not booked due to failed transaction. It is regrettable that despite my complaint dated 20/07/2018 & 03/08/2018 to gateway bank razorpay and irctc i have not received refund of rs.1800/- neither irctc or razorpay replied my complaint till date. I have read on website that irctc working for 24/7 to solve complaint what is the fun for long working. Now it seems that neither irctc or razorpay are not interested to refund my money. Of rs1800/- now i compelled to move to consumer courts to get the refund of rs.1800/- along with interest @ 18%. The detail of transaction is ad under

                        I had booked air ticket through irctc online which is advertised as 'refundable' in the month of july 2018 for travel by jet airways for one way from indore to pune.

                        Due to unavoidable circumstances i have to cancel my journey. Upon cancellation irctc make zero refund informing that jet airways will not refund any charges.

                        Despite writing to irctc no action being taken for misleading advertisement.

                          We were travelling in duronto nagpur - mumbai reaching dadar station on 1st sept at nearly 7:45 am. We are senior citizens and wanting to get down at dadar station through our nearest exit gate. The gate was blocked with linen bundles guided by a railway attendant. When requested to clear the way for us, he was arrogant and asked us to take another exit which was towards the opposite side of the coach. We had to walk with all our baggages all the way across the coach.

                            I booked a ticket from gandhidham to dadar on 30 december. The payment was successful but it didn't redirect to the irctc page and the ticket is in pending status saying pending from bank end.

                            It displays that message whenever i login. Please do the needful as soon as possible so that if there is a problem i can make alternate arrangements.

                              Worst maintenance of irctc website, whenever i am trying to book my tickets in tatkal tickets the server stops at exactly 10a. M or 11 a. M at the time of booking and shows no service available. Irctc loots lot of money from public but don't know how to handle the server. All the tatkal and general tickets are being booked by booking agents making no tickets available for public. They could able to do this because of your crooked employees and they are selling the tickets to higher fares and you will be having your share. You bloody irctc guys will levy penalties for not even unbooked tickets. I hate this.

                                I have booked ticket on 13-8-18 for the journey on 20-8-18 from KSR bangalore to KBPR (kabaka puttur), PNR NO; [protected], and return ticket on 23-8-18, PNR NO; [protected].
                                Due to heavy landslides near yedakumer, shiradi ghat and other locations the train has stopped running on that days, i have contacted railway customer care also there was no proper information or response from them. so kindly please refund the amount as soon possible.

                                    I have registered for IRCTC Wallet thinking that it can book my tickets faster than adding card details.

                                    I have added the wallet cash at 10:45 am on 31st AUg and tried booking for tatkal tickets. However, the wallet was blocked at 11AM when booking ticket showing as incorrect password.

                                    What is this SCAM?

                                    I request an justification or explanation from IRCTC about what happened wrong ?

                                    Are IRCTC brokers still scamming the website and hacking it like earlier incidents with IRCTC website ?

                                      I had booked on 19.8.18 train tickets for 10 o[censored]s travelling from Howrha to Brahmapur on Sept 22 (PNR :[protected], [protected]), and return on Sept 25 (PNR : [protected], PNR : [protected]) . . Out of these, I had made a cancellation for one passenger Sumita Singhee on PNR [protected] from my registered mail id on 21.8.18.

                                      Yesterday, at about 14:30 pm, I have received sms and email at my registered phone number and email id respectively, from irctc, mentioning that ALL our tickets have been cancelled.

                                      Please note that I have not made ANY such cancellations.Bookings were made for a special occasion and a lot of money and effort has been spent on planning of this trip. Such ad-hoc cancellation by irctc is major harrassment.

                                      We immediately spoke at[protected] with senior desk officer Mr. Subendra Singh at about 15:05 pm. Mr Singh conveyed to us, to our dismay, that all cancellations have been made NOT from my registered email id but by an email id called "mamta". He suggested to us to report the matter at this email id.

                                      It seems that the irctc online system is insecure/hacked. We are looking for a senior officer to immediately resolve the issue and call us and explain. As of now we have simply received a thoughtless "mechanical" reply that the tickets have been cancelled and due refund would be credited to our account" So irctc has not even bothered to look at the fact that how can tickets booked by one mail id be cancelled from another mail id.

                                        Hello!
                                        My name is yaroslava troynich, user id yaroslava_t.
                                        I registered on 5.06.2018. Almost 4 months ago. I paid your service fee to activate my finnish number. Since that my account is not activated. You simply doesnt care.
                                        You simply stall my money for service which doesnt exist.
                                        I was emailing dozens of time. Nothing. I was calling from finland for 5 hrs to your service. Got an answer that it will work in 24 hrs. Nothing. Another month.
                                        I lost my tickets, nerves, money.
                                        I want my money back if you dont know how to work. Refund my service fee.
                                        I ask for that from your care service but they simply don't reply at all. What a service! Complete cheating.

                                        Terrible service, the worst in my life. I wish you the same struggle in any way you go.

Even on 22nd August 2018 I booked my ticket through irctc on line booking system. Suddenly today morning they are saying that my user id is invalid.This is cheating.Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
