I am a regular traveler in trains. During journey in hatia-puna super fast express train no. 22846, their was lack of maintenance, repair and cleaning services in almost all the toilets of this train. Some where water is draining from toilets to compartment inviting slippage of passengers in exit passes in running train, some where taps are not working, the door locks, tap pipe, flush button etc are damaged. Pantry car is not available, contactor of badnera railway platform bhojanalay sailing all its made food items in this train with taking 60%additional charges instead of its actual price. Online complain is not possible valid for this train.

Today i booked a train ticket
(31 August delhi to LUCKNOW ) from irctc app. and payment through bhim app. Payment showing successfull but i can't receive any mail or ticket.
Please resolve the problem.
