My pnr no is [protected] booked for 11 aug 18 first class ac cabin as i had baby. On the journey date coach is not available. Railway people said coach is damaged. And they had alloted seat in 2a. It was not possible for us to travel. Spoke and requested deputy commisioner also at station for help. But in vain. On his advice i filed tdr. Today tdr status shows repudiate. Reason tte has not submitted certificate. Is this mean railways is not willing to refund money.

(31 August delhi to LUCKNOW ) from irctc app. and payment through bhim app. Payment showing successfull but i can't receive any mail or ticket.
Please resolve the problem.
I was try to ticket booking irctc mobile app my faund 1301.80
transfer but not book ticket transaction id [protected] how can i do
payment in progress

    I never receive seat as per my preference. Then what is the point of asking preference. Even if the 200 seats are available then also i will not get my preferable seat. I don't understand then why the hell you provide the option of seat preference. How much trouble it is when we are booking for old age people. How about making some changes or simply removing this option from your app. Because it is really annoying.

        Hi,
        I am in the process of trying to verify a new irctc account so that i can buy tickets on cleartrip.

        I have been complaining for 6 days now but i still haven’t received the mobile phone otp. The email verification is done but i still need to verify the mobile number so that i can get into the account and start buying tickets.

        My username is beckiepalfreyman1992.
        I have paid the fee in order to receive the otp to my uk mobile but despite numerous attempts, it still hasn’t arrived.

            I ve booked 4 tickets from. Chennai egmore to tirunelveli by kanyakumari express on 08.10.2018. Out of the 4 tickets two were availed with senior citizens concession. After payment through my icici bank a/c i got a msg like 2 lower berth criteria not met. Amount of rs.1252 got debited from my a/c and ticket not confirmed. So i should get it refunded, so that i can book confirmed ticket again. I would like to get a reply. Thank you

              Steps to recreate:-

              1 Go to IRCTC page https://www.irctc.co.in
              2 Enter
              From= Pune
              To = Bhopal
              Date = 3 days after todays date(example on 20/8/2018 i will select 23/8/2018)
              3 Click on find trains.
              4 On top right select Quota- Tatkal.
              5 Click on "Check availability & fare" button in front of jhelum.

              Current Behaviour:
              1 Page Keeps on loading.
              2 Reloading only can break the nonstop loading.

              Expected behaviour:
              1 Message should be displayed if the date selected is out of booking limit date.
              2 if the date is in booking limit availability and the fare should be displayed.

                  I had booked the following tickets for my parents - both senior citizens.
                  Their onward train from cbe to mas on 17-aug was "cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances" as per sms received from indian railways.
                  Hence they could not travel from cbe to mas, as there was no ticket available in alternative trains as well for 17-aug.
                  Since they could not travel onward, they could not travel on the return ticket on 18-aug as well.
                  However, since the return ticket was booked under tatkal scheme, system does not allow me to file tdr to get refund.

                  Both my parents are senior citizens and there was no ticket availability in alternative trains on 17-aug, due to this they could not take the return journey.
                  Considering this situation, i request you to kindly allow full refund of the return ticket (Pnr no. [protected]).

                      *Train 19166* is delayed from DARBHANGA JN. No action has been taken. Train was moving very slow and halted at all stations for Hrs and Hrs. No AC, FANS, No food, No water in Coach, No Toilets cleaning. Irresponsibility can be seen. Journey was pathetic. Is there any one on this to respond ? Passenger is Diabetic and suffering with low sugar as no PANTRY and Train was 16 Hrs delayed. Lodged so many complaints on FB page, Toll Free numbers and SMS. No response at all. How the passengers can be left like that in a Train which is running abnormally late ? In no station we were attended. Toilets and Coach condition was pathetic.
                      We don't have pantry car in such a long distance train ... That too with 16 Hrs delay. We are not slaves or criminals to get punished in this closed coaches with no Ventilation and un cleaned environment. Attend immediately.

                          I had done irctc transaction on irctc mobile app for train ticket booking from jolarpettai to salem for three passengers on 29-april-2018 for
                          Rs. 495 paid from my indusind bank savings account no. 160xxxxx825 at bangalore using my debit card no. 43x3-xxxx-xxxx-x975 through
                          Razor pay gateway.

                          The amount got debited but do not see any irctc booking id correspondin
                          To the above transaction on my irctc login. I raised the complaint
                          With irctc, shared the transaction statement of my account but do not see proper replies and get only auto reply mails.

                          I had followed up with indusind bank (Over email) on the failed transaction and said it has been paid to the merchant bank of irctc and indusdind bank had raised a dispute on the bank but merchant bank has rejected saying the service has been availed. If the service has been availed
                          Why i do not see the any transaction correponding to on my irctc login??

                          I also followed up with razor pay gateway cc and they are also denying the transaction id provided by indusind bank does not match with their records.

                          I'm unaware whom to follow up with to get back my money and afraid
                          O[censored]sing card based transactions online.

                          I have all the proof of the bank statement reflect the failed transaction and email conversations with irctc, razor pay and indusind bank as well.

                          Need the refund of the debited amount from the irctc merchant bank or payment gateway.

                          ********** ITS HIGH TIME THAT TRANSACTIONS LIKE THESE NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO PUBLIC AND RAISE A PIL against IRCTC IN THE JUDICIAL COURT ************
                          No response yet on my failed transaction !! I have waited so long and it is frustrating to use IRCTC for ticket payments. I'm starting to feel, IRCTC is careless and illegally swallowing up Consumers money in the name of failed transactions. This act by IRCTC is very condemnable and slowly loosing its self respect and should be punished by the COURT.

                          I haven't received action from IRCTC/Payment Gateway companies. Can I file a case on consumer cheating and fraud case against IRCTC / payment gateway companies ? These fraudulent payment gateway companies
                          needs to be removed and punished severely for playing around with public money ? I need a response and then what is the use in registering at complaints.in here ??

                            We are travelling from belapur to kolhapur. We apologize that we were not carrying 2 people's ID card but we were willing to gave them photocopy through what's app. But an officer A.R.Kulkarni was totally misbehaving with us as if we didn't had any ticket or we were doing any crime. She first asked for 1000 RS to solve then we asked her about her ID then she asked for 1890 RS and was rudely driving us to police. We were willing to provide photocopy but she was rude. Please look towards my case and slap such people who are totally misbehaving with us.

                                  On our journey to Puri from Kharagpur IRCTC vendors sold us breakfast of the following :
                                  1. Bread butter (4pcs)
                                  2. Omlete -01 pc
                                  3. Ketchup - 1pouch
                                  @ Rs 50

                                  Where as the std menu is @₹35 with 02 pc bread+ 01 omlete. But the person did not mention any information earlier.
                                  That too without any bill.
                                  Same issue at the time of lunch also.
                                  I asked for the complaint register but the manager did not bring the same.
                                  Many people in the coach raised their voices but the manager Mr. Shiv Shankar Singh ran away from the site and dissappeared.

                                    Dear concern, i booked my train from pathankot to delhi on dtd. 14/07/2018. Of train no and name is - 22430/ptk dli sf exp' pnr no - [protected]., and had to paid 1470 but at last i cancelled my both tickets and it after that railway confirmed refund will be paid rs. 730 after deduct cancellation fee of rs. 740/-.. But unfortunately i did, t received refund in my respective account. Pls do the needful for the refund.

                                      Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from ald to ndls journey date 31july2018, but the train got late from more than 03 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 01-aug-2018 03:50:48 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr.                                         I have been a regular user of the internet ticket booking system of irctc and have done many reservation in the past successfully. No complaints until now.
                                        On 30 july 2018, i tried to book berths for my wife and myself on a train from pune to hyderabad. I followed the normal procedure till making payment. But, instead of getting the screen reading "congratulations! Your ticket has been booked..." my screen showed as if i've been logged out. So, i tried again. Same result. A little later, i saw two smses on the mobile phone indicating two bookings for the same journey and two deductions from my bank account.
                                        I wrote to [protected]@irctc.co.in explaining the problem and requesting refund of one ticket; but they have refused to to do so saying it's my own fault and hence must bear cancellation charges. My booking details are:-
                                        1. Pnr no. [protected] booked at 09:38am ; 2. Pnr no. [protected] booked at 09:43 am. 3. Both booked on 30 july 2018. 4. User id - shkul2005. 5. Date of journey - 10 nov 2018.
                                        I request you to intervene and arrange refund of one ticket.

                                        My userid deepaghadi but my old mobile is lost so my new mobile no change request and change password
