But it is very regreat that no message has been sent in my mobile No. or in my mail address regarding retiring room booking confirmation for the above mentioned station.     One of the worst lady in earth sitting behind the counter refusing to give tickets because i don't have the exact change. I saw her drawer full of change but she refused to give me tickets. This happened in banaswadi railway station. On 5/8/2018 at 3:45.

    She was very rude i suppose most government officials are like that but never seen such rude lady.

      For the first time i booked my ticket through irctc online reservation. When i booked ticket for me & my family (4 people) from chengannur to kollam railway station it was in waiting list (20, 21, 22, 23). When i went to travel to chengannur, kerala railway station it was still on waiting list (15, 16, 17, 18), the enquiry counter lady and the ticket counter man told that you cannot travel with that waiting list online ticket hence you have to buy another ticket for travelling & said your online ticket would be refunded within few days by transferring the refund amount to your bank a/c by irctc. Hence i purchased another tickets for 4 persons and travelled.

      Now i am getting the sms & email that my ticket has been cancelled successfully & no amount shall be refunded against this cancellation. I did not cancel my ticket.

      I appreciate our governments efforts in making india cashless but this type of step would make people cash-less & would discourage people to make online reservations in future. This is cheating by the railways (Irctc).

        Dear Sir
        I have purchased tickets 8th may 2016, train no 12358, ASR KOAA EXP. from Lucknow to kolkata.
        The said amount has deducted from BANDHAN BANK MY transaction id was [protected]. A s per their guidelines fro IRCTC have send mail have not received any reply or refund my said amount.
        what would be next step for refund. I have already contacted customer care of IRCTC NEW Delhi. As per their instruction i have already send a mail for refund the said amount Rs 3825.00 they have asked for bank statement which i have already send, no action has taken for refund my amount.

          Pnr no - [protected], user id-jbehera1, email [protected]@gmail.com, rs 560/- has been deducted from my bank account but not allotted any dormitory in bhubaneswar rly stn, for 13/0818 to 14/08/18 on 03/08/18. Pl. Take action to refund my money. I n spite of giving reques t several times either customer care no or by email, and by giving rail ministry official email no response coming since yesterday. Ultimately, i disapointed and compelled to file complain to consumer forum. Sir, pl look into the matter and necessary action may pl be taken against irctctourism.co.in.

            I tried to create another irctc account few years back, while registering we need to fill mobile number and emal id. After that we need to activate it.
            I did not activate that account for years,
            My problem is i am unable to use my mobile number (Which i used while registering the above account) with another irctc account that i am using presently.
            So i approached [protected]@irctc.co.in to delete above account so as i can use my mobile number with other account.
            Their response is they can only deactivate and mobile number and email id can't be used with any other irctc account. It is very unfair to lock the mobile numbers with unused accounts (By deactivating the accounts). Please see their response

            Dear customer,

            We would like to inform you that it is not possible to delete user id. Your user id can be deactivate only from our side
            Kindly note that if you deactivate this account then you can not create another account on irctc with the same email-id and with same mobile number.
            In this case you have to create another account on irctc with alternate mobile number or email-id so please confirm us we proceed for deactivate your account or not?

            Note: please use email id registered in your irctc profile for communication with irctc customer care.

              My irctc profile id "amolkoshti" was complete and i booked several tickets. But now my profile dose not showing my contact no. And displaying error that my profile is incomplete. I tried to update contact no. But it displays that this no. Is already registered. I called several times to customer care but no. Is always busy or no one receive call.
              They should update my contact no [protected] from old database.

                I made a online train ticket booking using irctc's unreserved ticketing app uts on july-30-2018... The payment amount would be 175 rs... I used to pay the amount through upi using google tez app. The amount would be deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked... So i am extremely disappointed... Then i called a uts helpline and described my issue they said that money would be reversed to your bank account within 3 working days but more than 5 working days are gone still the money doesn't credited to my account... Please help me for this issue and credit the amount in my account... I would be grateful for your concern..

                  I had booked a ticket via irctc website for pnr [protected] and filed for its cancellation, about 7 hours before time of departure. I tried filing the cancellation via irctc website, but it was failing. I mailed the screenshot to customer care. Next, i called customer care and they advised to send mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in.

                  I sent mail for cancellation to [protected]@irctc.co.in 7 hours prior to time of departure for the ticket.

                  Next, i logged back into irctc but the ticket was not showing in cancellation section. Hence, it was picked up by the irctc team. But i received no confirmatory email. I called up customer care and they assured it would be processed properly.

                  On calling subsequent days to irctc, they said the ticket was processed as a tdr and not cancellation.

                  Why do i as a passenger has to take financial hit when the fault was on the end of irctc team.

                    Train no 12675, morning 6.10 (4aug) travelled from Chennai to erode... I got a dhosa with chutney from train pantry and it was already spoiled we ask them to replace another but he refused that.. we lost our money for the mistake of pantry. Also worst response from the pantry person who served to me.

                    NOTE: Take strict action against the respective railway pantry person.

                      I had booked train ticket on 01/08/2018 for sunil ch barman and sunanda barman for tista torsa exp-13142 towards journey date on 09/09/2018 from ncb to sdah against sleeper reservation. After some time i can find in my mobile that my ticket has not booked and my booking transaction id [protected] is failed. Payment status shows pending from bank end and failure reason-no response from bank. Bank name shows paytm m. My ticket was not booked but rs.741.80 was deducted from my icici bank a/c. Kindly solve this problem immediately to return that money so that i can process further train ticket.

                        I have booking tickets with pnr number [protected].

                        I have categorically applied for 2 lower births as there is 1 senior citizen female & another female with infant travelling.

                        But when the tickets got booked i have got upper birth & side upper for the 2 ladies.

                        Please suggest why this is done when i have already opted for the “book, only if 2 lower births are allotted) option.

                        In fact i had cancelled my previous ticket with pnr number [protected] as i got the same births for the 2 ladies travelling.

                        I had to bear a cancellation charges of inr 540 as well.

                            - i booked tickets yesterday for 2 members of my family from nzm to bdts on mobile app. For payment i selected the mobiwiki for online payments.
                            I opted net banking and make a payment from my hdfc bank account.
                            I was able to make payment from bank and amount of 2070 rs got deducted from my hdfc account but it keep showing loading at my end and suddenly page breaks and it appears nothing.
                            When i checked my booking there was no confirm booking then i found it appears in failed transaction where as amount got deducted from my account.

                            I have also attached screenshots for more details

                            Please refund my money back.

                              It is submitted that I was travelling from Hazrat Nizzamuddin to Pune on 3rd of July, 2018 via Goa Express. My PNR no. Was [protected]. When the chart was prepared my ticket was in RAC. I was 2 months pregnant and was also carrying my 1.2 year old daughter with me. I requested ticket checker to kindly allot me seat if vacant. The TT used very harsh words and was giving false hopes from 3 in the noon to 10 in the night. At 10 in the night a seat was vacant in 2nd AC to which TT said I'll allot you only if you pay the difference amount of 3rd AC and 2nd AC. And as I was in dire need at that time and was also alone I paid the difference amount of Rs 555/- and was alotted seat only till Manmad. However as per railways rule if a seat is vacant RAC seats are adjusted and passenger is not charged the difference even if the seat is in higher class. But the TC used harsh words and took advantage of the situation.

                                It has been 2 month since i registered on your irctc system (5.06.2018).
                                I paid special fee you required for activation international mobile phone number.
                                I successfully verified my email. But then i never received any otp for my phone.
                                I was sending you dozens of mails asking for help. I sent you all my details and passport copy. But i only get automatic messages. Nothing is done till now. How can i get your support? What should i do for that?
                                Why do you charge foreigners for the service you don't actually offer?
                                I already made big complain online and i will visit you personally when i arrive to delhi in a month. It is terrible service! Your ignorance is ridiculous.

                                  No one in usa is able to open the irctc website to book tickets for the past two weeks or more. The response when we try to open comes back saying
                                  "cannot open the page because unable to connect to the server"
                                  Please check the server and see why it is not connecting to usa. I have tried calling several numbers and tried to email [protected]@irctc.co.in for the past so many days. Please do the needful and get it rectified. Thanking you

                                    I had cancelled ticket with PNR No.:[protected] and on 22nd June i received a mail from IRCTC that refund has been processed but even today i have not received refund in my bank account. I have also opened Ticket Having Number: 1103529 and also sent my bank account statement but all in vain.
                                    I have also tweeted to Suresh prabhu and IRCTC on twitter but i have not recieved a single reply there.This is my last attempt to get this resolved otherwise i will have to approach consumer forum to get this fixed and get refund back into my bank account.
                                    This is my first experience with IRCTC where even after 40 days i am doing follow up and waiting for refund for ticket cancelled.
                                    Can you please resolved it on prioirity?

                                      I am booked the train ticket through the irctc app using my sbi card. That time ticket booking is failed, But tha amount was debited to my card. The message received in below, An amount of Rs 450.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID [protected] on 27-Jul-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered. I am searching one again the ticket booked or not. But sadly it shown no ticket booked. So kindly send my money back through my card

                                      The upgraded version is not user friendly. Earlier system was better and straight forward. We can not take print out. Mobile phone SMS is not reliable many a time especially for senior citizens. Kindly provide ticket printing option

                                      I have added 10000 INR to my E Wallet on my IRCTC account. When I tried to reset my transaction password, my account went to suspended mode and now my E wallet is missing. Neither I can book any tickets nor my money is returned. I have send my emails no action taken so far.

                                        I am a passenger travelling in 12310 on 28july 2018. I would like to bring your focus towards the Food items served in this train. Daal which was served in dinner was smelly and the taste was also sour. If this type of food is served to the passengers then it may cause food poisoning to the passenger. As the price charged for food is rs185 and if this type of food is served then it may cost passengers more than rs1000 in their treatment. As being a large organisation i think you will improve the quality of food served in 12310 and will not let down the name of big organisation.
