I've booked tickets from irctc and have done a transaction of 3818 rupees and didn't get my tickets confirmed and my money has been debited from my account. My bank is saying that my transaction has been completed.

    Myself farheen. My user id is fr742_8 and i have entered my mail i'd insomniacjesie.[protected]@gmail.com which is wrong and my correct e mail i'd is insomniacjessie. [protected]@gmail.com. I am writing this to you because when after the registration is complete and when i am opening i am asked to enter the otp send to the mobile number and email id which has been feeder while making the registration. Please do the needful. As i need to book a ticket soon. I be glad, sir if my problem is resolved.

      On our journey to Puri from Kharagpur IRCTC vendors sold us breakfast of the following :
      1. Bread butter (4pcs)
      2. Omlete -01 pc
      3. Ketchup - 1pouch
      @ Rs 50

      Where as the std menu is @₹35 with 02 pc bread+ 01 omlete. But the person did not mention any information earlier.
      That too without any bill.
      Same issue at the time of lunch also.
      I asked for the complaint register but the manager did not bring the same.
      Many people in the coach raised their voices but the manager Mr. Shiv Shankar Singh ran away from the site and dissappeared.

        Dear concern, i booked my train from pathankot to delhi on dtd. 14/07/2018. Of train no and name is - 22430/ptk dli sf exp' pnr no - [protected]., and had to paid 1470 but at last i cancelled my both tickets and it after that railway confirmed refund will be paid rs. 730 after deduct cancellation fee of rs. 740/-.. But unfortunately i did, t received refund in my respective account. Pls do the needful for the refund.

          Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from ald to ndls journey date 31july2018, but the train got late from more than 03 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 01-aug-2018 03:50:48 hrs. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. Pnr: ([protected]) date of journey: 31-july-2018 ticket amount: 375.00

            I have been a regular user of the internet ticket booking system of irctc and have done many reservation in the past successfully. No complaints until now.
            On 30 july 2018, i tried to book berths for my wife and myself on a train from pune to hyderabad. I followed the normal procedure till making payment. But, instead of getting the screen reading "congratulations! Your ticket has been booked..." my screen showed as if i've been logged out. So, i tried again. Same result. A little later, i saw two smses on the mobile phone indicating two bookings for the same journey and two deductions from my bank account.
            I wrote to [protected]@irctc.co.in explaining the problem and requesting refund of one ticket; but they have refused to to do so saying it's my own fault and hence must bear cancellation charges. My booking details are:-
            1. Pnr no. [protected] booked at 09:38am ; 2. Pnr no. [protected] booked at 09:43 am. 3. Both booked on 30 july 2018. 4. User id - shkul2005. 5. Date of journey - 10 nov 2018.
            I request you to intervene and arrange refund of one ticket.

              Today on 13th august i'm traveling from panvel to thrissur by train 12618 nizammudin - ernakulam sf express coach s1, berth 44. Tea is sold only at rs. 10/- instead of rs. 7/- published rate. I had to pay rs. 10/- for tea and along with tea i was forced to take one packet of two arrow root biscuits. I told the vendor i do not need biscuits but he said there was no other option.

                  I’ve ordered food through ecatering of irctc on 7/8. My order numbers are 2668701 & 2668794 for the train no 16106 at tirunelveli and villupuram.
                  My food was not delivered to me at both the stations. Nobody contacted me too.
                  I’ve sent an email to customercare. Ecatering. Irctc.com too, but so far there is no response.
                  Their phone numbers too are non functional.

                      Can anyone reply to my complaint. Still I didn't got my money back. One Week got over on this. Maximum three days needed to refund the failed transaction amount right. Why I still didn't got yet.

                            i am not getting OTP on my registered mobile number as i am trying to process of forgot password. its been 2-3 weeks and almost everyday i am trying to reset my irctc password. once i fill user name and enter captcha, new screen appear for OTP but OTP is never come since i waited long time. Please help me out to reset my IRCTC account password.

                              I have booked a ticket to travel from irctc on july 6, 2018. However, the train was late for more than 12 hours. I didn't board the train and traveled next in a different train. I have filed a tdr with irctc under the rules for the refund as the train was late more than 3 hours.

                              I have sent many emails to irctc, however, didn't receive any response yet.

                                I had booked train ticets on 01/08/2018 for Sunil ch barman, M, age 50 yrs and Sunanda Barman, F, age 46 yrs against journey date on 09/09/2018.After debiting fare of ticket from my A/C I can find that transaction ID no 100001379110005 was failed against journey date on 09/09/2018 towards tista torsa exp-13142 from NCB TO SDAH.Transaction amount Rs.741.80 was debited from my icici bank a/c.

                                  I am trying to register to irctc and have completed my email verification. All that's left is mobile number verification. However the site and the app does not accept the otp that i am sent. I cannot verify my number despite multiple attempts. My user name is deopranav9. I tried changing numbers but no luck. Also, for some reason i receive the same otp every time i generate it. And the error i receive is "invalid mobile otp for the user deopranav9." please help.

                                    Dear sir/madam, my name is nagesh tavarageri and i have already verified my email id with the user id - tavarageri64. However, i am not able to verify the international phone (Starting with +1 for us international code), even though i am able to get the verification code and i input the correct verification code on the website. Due to this i am not able to use the website at all. I opened a ticket with irctc for this purpose and even provided the screen shots of the problem. When my problem is with the phone verification, the customer care officer provides me details of verifying the email id on the log-in screen. The ticket # with irctc is 1180231.                                         Sir,

                                        I book retiring room DORMITORY. And payment was succesfully but i don't recive any confirmation mail or msg and then i talk to customer care he told me your transaction was failed and amount will be refund in your account. Then i try again for book Dormitory but then show me Booking exists for the pnr.no.-[protected] so please sir help me in booking Dormitory or single room for 10/08/2018 to 12/08/2018.This is very bad response sir.
