Today on 13th august i'm traveling from panvel to thrissur by train 12618 nizammudin - ernakulam sf express coach s1, berth 44. Tea is sold only at rs. 10/- instead of rs. 7/- published rate. I had to pay rs. 10/- for tea and along with tea i was forced to take one packet of two arrow root biscuits. I told the vendor i do not need biscuits but he said there was no other option.

    I did reservation on 12 aug 2018 and payment done through citi bank credit card, payment deducted from my credit card account but status showing like "pending from bank end", so i request to please tell meaning of this, means my reservation going to confirmed or not (Booking confirmed or not), if not then please tell me as soon as possible, i will do another one (Transaction id is [protected])

      I’ve ordered food through ecatering of irctc on 7/8. My order numbers are 2668701 & 2668794 for the train no 16106 at tirunelveli and villupuram.
      My food was not delivered to me at both the stations. Nobody contacted me too.
      I’ve sent an email to customercare. Ecatering. Irctc.com too, but so far there is no response.
      Their phone numbers too are non functional.

          Can anyone reply to my complaint. Still I didn't got my money back. One Week got over on this. Maximum three days needed to refund the failed transaction amount right. Why I still didn't got yet.

          Please reply whether i'll get money or not at least.

I had done the payment through phonepe app wallet but my order is not confirmed. when i contact irctc they said this os settlement failed transaction for which no amount is debited. Phonepe support says this transaction is successful from our end, we will contact to irctc on your behalf.i have 2 failed transaction on 8 august.i have attached the concerned documents. please help me to get my money back.

                i am not getting OTP on my registered mobile number as i am trying to process of forgot password. its been 2-3 weeks and almost everyday i am trying to reset my irctc password. once i fill user name and enter captcha, new screen appear for OTP but OTP is never come since i waited long time. Please help me out to reset my IRCTC account password.

                  I have booked a ticket to travel from irctc on july 6, 2018. However, the train was late for more than 12 hours. I didn't board the train and traveled next in a different train. I have filed a tdr with irctc under the rules for the refund as the train was late more than 3 hours.

                  I have sent many emails to irctc, however, didn't receive any response yet.

                  Its been a month and my refund was still not processed.

                    I had booked train ticets on 01/08/2018 for Sunil ch barman, M, age 50 yrs and Sunanda Barman, F, age 46 yrs against journey date on 09/09/2018.After debiting fare of ticket from my A/C I can find that transaction ID no 100001379110005 was failed against journey date on 09/09/2018 towards tista torsa exp-13142 from NCB TO SDAH.Transaction amount Rs.741.80 was debited from my icici bank a/c.

                      I am trying to register to irctc and have completed my email verification. All that's left is mobile number verification. However the site and the app does not accept the otp that i am sent. I cannot verify my number despite multiple attempts. My user name is deopranav9. I tried changing numbers but no luck. Also, for some reason i receive the same otp every time i generate it. And the error i receive is "invalid mobile otp for the user deopranav9." please help.

                        Dear sir/madam, my name is nagesh tavarageri and i have already verified my email id with the user id - tavarageri64. However, i am not able to verify the international phone (Starting with +1 for us international code), even though i am able to get the verification code and i input the correct verification code on the website. Due to this i am not able to use the website at all. I opened a ticket with irctc for this purpose and even provided the screen shots of the problem. When my problem is with the phone verification, the customer care officer provides me details of verifying the email id on the log-in screen. The ticket # with irctc is 1180231.                             I book retiring room DORMITORY. And payment was succesfully but i don't recive any confirmation mail or msg and then i talk to customer care he told me your transaction was failed and amount will be refund in your account. Then i try again for book Dormitory but then show me Booking exists for the pnr.no.-[protected] so please sir help me in booking Dormitory or single room for 10/08/2018 to 12/08/2018.This is very bad response sir.

                                One of the worst lady in earth sitting behind the counter refusing to give tickets because i don't have the exact change. I saw her drawer full of change but she refused to give me tickets. This happened in banaswadi railway station. On 5/8/2018 at 3:45.

                                She was very rude i suppose most government officials are like that but never seen such rude lady.

                                  For the first time i booked my ticket through irctc online reservation. When i booked ticket for me & my family (4 people) from chengannur to kollam railway station it was in waiting list (20, 21, 22, 23). When i went to travel to chengannur, kerala railway station it was still on waiting list (15, 16, 17, 18), the enquiry counter lady and the ticket counter man told that you cannot travel with that waiting list online ticket hence you have to buy another ticket for travelling & said your online ticket would be refunded within few days by transferring the refund amount to your bank a/c by irctc. Hence i purchased another tickets for 4 persons and travelled.

                                  Now i am getting the sms & email that my ticket has been cancelled successfully & no amount shall be refunded against this cancellation. I did not cancel my ticket.

                                  I appreciate our governments efforts in making india cashless but this type of step would make people cash-less & would discourage people to make online reservations in future. This is cheating by the railways (Irctc).

                                      Pnr no - [protected], user id-jbehera1, email [protected]@gmail.com, rs 560/- has been deducted from my bank account but not allotted any dormitory in bhubaneswar rly stn, for 13/0818 to 14/08/18 on 03/08/18. Pl. Take action to refund my money. I n spite of giving reques t several times either customer care no or by email, and by giving rail ministry official email no response coming since yesterday. Ultimately, i disapointed and compelled to file complain to consumer forum. Sir, pl look into the matter and necessary action may pl be taken against irctctourism.co.in.

                                        I tried to create another irctc account few years back, while registering we need to fill mobile number and emal id. After that we need to activate it.
                                        I did not activate that account for years,
                                        My problem is i am unable to use my mobile number (Which i used while registering the above account) with another irctc account that i am using presently.
                                        So i approached [protected]@irctc.co.in to delete above account so as i can use my mobile number with other account.
                                        Their response is they can only deactivate and mobile number and email id can't be used with any other irctc account. It is very unfair to lock the mobile numbers with unused accounts (By deactivating the accounts). Please see their response

                                        We would like to inform you that it is not possible to delete user id. Your user id can be deactivate only from our side
                                        Kindly note that if you deactivate this account then you can not create another account on irctc with the same email-id and with same mobile number.
                                        In this case you have to create another account on irctc with alternate mobile number or email-id so please confirm us we proceed for deactivate your account or not?

                                        Note: please use email id registered in your irctc profile for communication with irctc customer care.
