      Cash deducted after booking but ticket not confirmed and no sms. Again booked and checked in history two booked tickets. Sms yet not received. Kindly help for full refund of first transaction. Train number 12345 saraighat express. Booking from bhp to ghy on 25-nov-2018. The tickets were booked today morning at 8 am from irctc site itself and all of a sudden was astonished to see that the cash was deducted and after timeout ticket also got booked but no sms received till now. Thanking you in advance in hope of getting full refund for the first transaction.

          I had booked an e-ticket on 18th june in train no./name - 07007/ sc dbg spl whose pnr no. Is [protected] but the train was cancelled by indian railways. I did not received the refund amount for that cancelled train. Even i could not able to file tdr for it on same day. The message which i received was trn 07007 src-sc on 16/06/2018 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances inconvenience caused to psgns is deeply regretted. This train is from secunderabad jn on 16/06/2018 and the passenger's journey was from bokaro steel city (Bksc) to darbhanga (Dbg) jn. On 18th june 2018 on the same train. I have called 139 for the status and they confirmed it that the train was cancelled.

            I had a transaction through scan to pay by payzapp for booking rail ticket on irctc on 29-june 2018, the amount 719.56 has been deducted from my credit card, but the ticket not booked. Irctc showing that the payment is not confirm by the bank. When i talk to the bank they saying that the transaction was successful from their end. After this i mail to irctc, and i had given all the proof about the transaction, they saying that they forwarded my request to concern department, and they will refund the amount within one week, but after one month still they not refund my money.

              There are lots and lots of issues in current new interface of irctc. Error messages are not shown properly, it is ridiculously complicated in terms of interface comparing to the previous one.

              Pop ups are sometime shown at end of the page which is difficult to trace. Such huge customer base website should only be made availed to public after thorough testing and proper integration. Payment option is the worst. Please improve it before we all start using other applications. Haven't seen such inefficiently build website

                  Pnr is [protected]. I ordered from comesum kota. The delivery time was 6.45pm. Now the time is 8 pm. I haven't got my food. I tried calling vendors numbr but it isn't working. 1323 is another number which also not working. I called at 139 but they say call at 138. Which is also not working. I paid rs. 170 online. I want my money back. Kindly look into this matter. This is the worst service. I want a refund.

                    With the new e-ticketing system of irctc there are lot of problems.
                    1. It is not user friendly.
                    2. No provision to directly log-in for registered customers. It used to save lot of time earlier.
                    3. When we check availability of trains/seats we could see all details at a time unlike in the new software.
                    4. No provision to take ticket print online. We can not always depent on mobile messages.
                    5. Several times i have faced problem while payment is done-it shows error even after payment. Once again we have to log-in.
                    Kindly fix these bugs/shortcomings in the software.
                    Too many advertisements popping up make system slow

                    The new web portal is not giving booked history information after login that is necessary for viewing status and cancelling the ticket.

                    The old web site/portal was better than new one.

                      Sir i book meal to serve at haridwar through irct catering services, my pnr number is [protected] my name is and paid full amount including gst rs. 147 /- (One hundred foury seven only) my train was running right time meal should serve at 11.55 am at haridwar railway station. But unfortunately meal not served at my birth i was waiting i was so hungry, i called 1312 to know the status they said food supplier is not responding they give me the mobile number ([protected]) of the food suppler but this number was switched off and no any call from them. This is very bad. Kindly arrange to refund my payment.

                        Straight away coming to the point that like others I too feel very cheated for not having any alternate of IRCTC. I am unable to use my blocked money in IRCTC E Wallet since last many months. On complaining to Customer care executive they ask for a mail for the issue. On writing the mail, they ask for the screen shot to get clarity over the issue. After that when I follow up by saying that it has been around a week you have not responded then they say I need to resend the screen shot . Then after that I again call them to get the status they say that I need to send them the mail again. These customer care executives are very thick skinned. Trained in very different manner.
                        These mails only generate the ticket ids ( my various ticket ids 666935, 696085, 721561, 714208, 738965, 757567, 770962, 843962, 949912 ) and nothing else which I suppose they show at the end of the assessment year to boost their working efficiency and customer association. More ticket ids will reflect more working . They dont give proper response or share the actual status of the complaint. Calls gets disconnected of its own or is disconnected by customer care executive.
                        Or there might be another angle in which it would be the strategy of IRCTC that they do this with customers to utilize their money in IRCTC work. This money is available to them on ZERO INTEREST and for any span of time as customer is not allowed to withdraw his money back from the wallet.
                        Game is really of very high level.

                          Hi,

                          I have tried booking tatkal ticket for travelling from secunderabad to visakhapatnam. I have logged in using userid: vydehi400, and i have passed passengers list, while the moment i made payment it was redirected to sbi and after a while, i got error like failed and returned to login page. The pnr number is: [protected]. Sbi transaction no:[protected].
                          I didn't get any confirmed message at website as well as to my registered mobile number. Since it is tatkal booking, i have made second transaction for my required travel. Later i got a message like confirmed ticket. Because of your website and sbi online transaction problem i lost rs. 2060/-. Please do refund my money back as soon as possible.

                          I called to one of your customer care numbers, i didn't get proper response. I called [protected] number and spoke one of your representative and she told me that, call was diverted to manager and call hold for 16 minitues and disconnected.

                          Please find my another booked pnr no: [protected]. Because of the irctc and sbi problem these things happened.
                          What did i do, in the situation of tatkal ticket booking like the moment i entered all my debit card details and make payment, i didn't get any confirmation message of regarding confirmation of my ticket and got error message and redirected to login page. So that i made another booking. What you will do in case of this situation.

                          Actual website (Server) response should be:

                          After make payment it will redirect to irctc website and need to give the information of booking details.

                          Happened situation in my case:

                          After make payment, i got error message and redirected to irctc login page. Then what i can do at that time. And how i predict my ticket was confirmed.

                          How do i travel on same train and same time in different coaches. Is it possible to anyone?

                          I need more clarification on this.

                          Always your customer care service numbers are either not working or busy.

                          If you are not authorized to deal this situation, escalate this to higher authority. I don't want normal note like no refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed tatkal ticket.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I and my friend tried for a common ticket via the irctc.co.in website. I have first succeeded to pass through and have made the payment. Although money was deducted from my account, the website logged out my account without giving any confirmation message (As it usually happens during the tatkal time). So, having no time to recheck, my friend went ahead and succeeded in booking the ticket. However, after his attempt is confirmed, i found in my email id that my previous attempt (When the account logged out) has got the ticket booked and consequently we ended up booking two tickets due to the irctc website logging out my account without intimating the confirmation of the ticket.
                            I would like to surrender one of the tickets and get the money (Rs. 830) refunded back. Please let me know what can i do. The pnr numbers of the tickets are provided herewith.

                              During the registration for an account, my email was validated but my uk mobile number is yet to receive a message for validation.
                              I have emailed the company repeatedly and connected with extreme difficulty the agent and have yet to get it resolved. Money for registration has been taken instantly but the mobile number is yet to get otp.

                                I was required to travel urgently on 22/07/2018 from itarsi to kamakhya, so
                                On 21/07/2018, i logged on to irctc site to book 3ac tatkal ticket from itarsi to kamakhya by train no. & name: 12519 / ltt kyq ac exp
                                Exactly at 10:00 am. By the time i filled up the entries (Within 2 minutes) more than 70 seats out of total 180 seats were sold out.
                                When i made the payment, by netbanking, an error message screen appeared on my screen, stating clearly that payment could not be made
                                And i was logged out of the site.
                                I logged in again and booked tatkal ticket, not wasting any time on checking that my earlier transaction would have booked a ticket, as
                                1) i had received a clear message on my screen that payment had failed.
                                2) irctc site allows only one ticket booking up to 12:00 hours from one login id and one ip and in case my earlier transaction
                                Had booked any tatkal ticket, irctc site software will not allow me to book second tatkal ticket from the same login id and same ip.
                                3) only few tatkal tickets would have been available, by the time i again log in and make all the entries in the system to book ticket.
                                After booking my tatkal ticket, i found that even though irctc site had given me a clear error message of payment failure, it had
                                Booked two tickets for me with pnr no [protected] and pnr no [protected].
                                I cancelled one of the booked tatkal ticket no [protected], which the irctc software should have prevented me from booking and irctc has deducted all the money (Rs. 2305) on this ticket and has not made any refund on its cancellation, with none of my fault.
                                You are requested to please get me refunded full amount (Rs. 2305) on this ticket due to bug in the irctc software.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    I dont know how to tell this from starting but my case is of february where my tdr were repudiated unnecessarily. So i complained against irctc and after 6 months they accept their mistakes and said to refund the money.
                                    But when i am checking in my bank account no money has been added.
                                    Cpgrams grievance no. Morly/e/2018/07998 (Disposed now)
                                    I had talked to railway department person (Santosh-[protected]). He said that railways had refunded your money to irctc. But from irctc it might be possible that they have not transferred the amount in your account.

                                    Please help me from this mental torture 6 months has been passed

                                      When i booked the 2 tickets i chose the option of
                                      Book only if at least 1 lower berth is allotted.
                                      But when i paid the 3420/- inr
                                      I got 2 upper berth i complaint the irctc executive m. [protected]
                                      He told me you have to cancelled the tickets and re-booked.
                                      Why i take 420/- cancellation charges.
                                      I want refund it.

                                        I had made train tickets through irctc & after making the booking we will get a link from provogue for online shopping with some combo offers & i did purchase 1 combo & we have to make the payment while ordering there is no cash on delivery option. It was been 36 days no i have not got the combo from provogue nor my amount refunded to my account so it’s totally fraud. If you try to call there call centre there is no one to pickup the call.
                                        So i request irctc not to encourage us fraud companies by giving the link through their website.
